We spent some very comfortable and entertaining days as a family. The house has very nice spaces for different activities, the pool, the kayaks, the terrace, and a very large TV room. Karina was always very helpful at all times.

An excellent place to vacation with family. The people who assist you are always attentive and very friendly. They make you feel at home. The house is just as shown in the photos. The internet sometimes fails, but it's nothing serious. I highly recommend it!!

It is an excellent option to escape the stress of work and also to spend a great weekend with the family. It is practically 2 hours from Mexico City, which is super convenient. The house is beautiful with all the necessary amenities. The view is unique, right by the lake, and the service from the staff is impeccable. We will definitely return soon.

Our stay was excellent from the beginning to end. The house is in perfect condition, very clean, comfortable and with high-quality amenities. Each space is very well cared for and designed for you to enjoy and rest. Amazing experience! The house is huge and extremely comfortable. It has multiple recreational areas. Everything is impeccably clean and tidy. It also has the great plus that there are service people who are attentive to whatever you need. They help with cleaning and even help you cook. Everything is very complete in the house. So you don't have to go out. Karina, the host, was always very attentive to everything. They gave us very clear directions to get there and offer you many extra services. Highly recommended!

The house is my son's dream house, that's how he described it, it's beautiful, comfortable, clean, incredible spaces; Karina has staff to support you during the stay, Lula, Gerardo and Maritza, who support you at all times, guide you to places to visit, super friendly. We asked for a campfire and it was amazing, they have a private dock, super nice. The pool is clean, as are all the facilities. We hope to return soon.

Karina was a super attentive host, Gerardo and Lula were VERY kind and attentive, the house is beautiful, it's amazing how well kept it is, everything works super well, there's a very good internet signal, we all slept very comfortably, and we had a lot of privacy, Lula really spoiled us and it was a pleasant weekend of rest, it certainly became our favorite place to stay in Valle.

From the beginning, Karina was an excellent and super friendly host, always available and attentive to us at all times. From the moment you enter the garage of the house, it is important and even in the garage, there is an incredible view. In every space of the house, all the rooms are beautiful, the terrace of the house is beautiful, the dining room and the kitchen outside are also beautiful to eat with a spectacular view. It should be noted that there are 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms, one inside and one outside, many amenities that made our stay amazing, the pool area is also beautiful. Lula and Gerardo are super friendly and attentive people, always willing to solve anything and attentive to everyone. Overall everything was perfect, we had an amazing time. In short, the house is impressive and beautiful, Lula and Gerardo are excellent hosts and Karina is an excellent host and a very nice person. I can't wait to go back, I'd go back a thousand times.

Amazing House with an amazing view

Excellent place to spend days with the family. The terrace with grill and unparalleled view of the lake is a place to relax and have fun. The host's attention, it is very efficient and friendly, so you feel always taken care of. Lula and Gerardo, they're there the whole time. Definitely a highly recommended place.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is just like the photos, it has many amenities to enjoy such as the pool, the Jacuzzi table of Ping pong and the lake for swimming, Karina was always very attentive and super on the slope, additional Lula and Gerardo who help in the house cooked delicious baked pizzas, widely recommended I will definitely return very soon!

We stayed for the weekend in this house and everything was wonderful. the view it has from the jacuzzi, the terrace and the barbecue at the lake is wonderful. we had very good weather and we were able to enjoy the house a lot. The people who help with cleaning and cooking are very friendly and always very helpful. Karina helped me solve all my doubts from before the reservation and all the time she was kind and attentive to us. I recommend the house and if I have the opportunity in the future to stay here again I would not think twice

Our experience at Karina's house was expected!! Starting with Karina that the whole time was in excellent communication and with an honest intention that our stay was a beautiful experience. Mrs. Lula and her son Gerardo ( who help in the house ) made this experience something very special since they are very efficient and very attentive to the needs of the guest to make their stay a good one. And to close with a gold brooch the Captain Rene driving the boat you can rent was a wonderful experience, excellent person too and super attentive. The house is super well equipped with what you need and is beautiful !!! It has the best view of Valle de Bravo Lake that I have experienced and the mountains. In short it was a FANTASTIC experience. We really appreciate it

The perfect spot to enjoy with friend or family while having tons of space, services, and a spectacular view. 10/10 Just don't forget the bug spray because it's a zone with tons of bugs after sunset because of the lagoon and the weather. But nothing a bug spray and/or some candles doesn't fix

The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the 9 of us who went had an excellent time without any issues. Lula and Gerardo's service and cooking were the best. They made us breakfast, pizza and a spectacular barbecue. It's worth it, and we have recommended the house. My only comment would be to let them know before arriving to confirm that the pool is ready if you plan to go straight into the water.

The house is very nice and with incredible views of the lake 🤩 Lula and Gerardo support you with what you need and that adds value because you will really enjoy yourself without worrying about anything. All the spaces are super nice and you don't feel the need to leave the house. The blind in one of the rooms was not working and it looked like it had been like that for some time and neither was one of the shared bathrooms in which the shower did not work, other than that, everything was excellent!

The place is amazing, more than I imagined, I went a few days with my friends and everything was perfect, we really enjoyed the place. One more than spectacular house! With a view and access to the lake, you can rent a boat and take a nice walk on the lake just a few steps away. Spacious rooms with luxurious details. The house has a pool and spaces that you will enjoy (outdoor room with fireplace for example). The best service is! The people who work in the house made us feel at home (the lady cooked delicious food for us) We will be back soon!

The accommodation is extraordinary, very friendly and very attentive to needs

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The views are wow! Miss Lula and her son's help was very good. Lula is a candy in person, she's very friendly. Everything in the house in general was perfect. We asked for the heating service in the pool for two days and the water was always warm, although the pool has no light so that it makes that area very obscure at night. The rooms are very comfortable, although in some literal grind the wood and sometimes it was uncomfortable for some of my companions at the time of sleeping. Take a lot of mosquito repellent for mosquitoes because there is excess in the ping pong areas and the grill. We made a roast meat on the second day and the charcoal smoke drove them almost completely away, so it wouldn't hurt that anyone who read this review used it as a tip. The only thing that is very bad is the location in the post because once you put it, it sends you to the center of the village and not to the house.

House with a spectacular view! Terraces with a swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, wood-fired pizza oven, garden, ping-pong table—everything you need for an amazing stay! The house has everything you need to have a great time, even board games. Rafa and Lula are the best—always friendly, attentive, and they made us some delicious pizzas! All bedrooms also have a lake view, including the shower in the master bedroom. Karina was super helpful and attentive at all times. Even before our arrival, she shared suggestions for activities to make our stay the best it could be! We were greeted with a welcome kit that included toothbrushes, toothpaste, lots of surprises, and even Valle de Guadalupe sandals. It exceeded our expectations in every way; it looks very pretty in the posted photos, but in person, it's even better! The only thing is that I wouldn't recommend it for families with very young children because it has “a lot of stairs,” some of which can be dangerous for young children. The best Airbnb

It's a wonderful house. It was a great trip to relax as a family. Lots of amenities. The people who welcomed us are very kind, helpful, and friendly. 100% recommended, whether for a long or short stay, for a good number of people.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Lula and Rafael (caretakers) were absolutely the best. we spoke very little Spanish, and they spoke little English so communication could be challenging. We stopped at Costco and bought $300. food for them to use for meals but b/c of communication they purchased a lot of the same things. We paid for them to pick up stuff & for food. We ended leaving over 200.00 of leftover food. We were supposed to meet up with Karina to discuss meals but she was not able to meet. not that big of a deal BEST PART WAS ALL THE EXTRA TOUCHES! Karina knew we were there for our daughter's wedding (they stayed at the venue ,so they were not even there) and she had a bottle of the most amazing champagne so we could toast them. Our other daughter had a Bday and Lula & Rafe picked up a pinata & candy & set it up to surprise her. We would absolutely recommend. p.s. can I get Lula's guacamole and ham & noodle recipe. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Karina’s home was gorgeous with spectacular views. Rafael greeted us warmly and he and Lula went above and beyond to provide first class service- from grilling, pizza making, running errands, starting the fire each night - the list goes on - we felt pampered and extremely well taken care of. Add the unbelievable views, infinity pool and luxurious property, it was the perfect trip to decompress. My sisters will be back with their entire family as we didn’t even touch the other amenities such as water skiing and kayaking.
