Casa Mila exceeds expectations in every way. Extraordinary design and function while appointed with elevated yet comfortable decor. Scott is a fantastic host and Patty’s care and commitment to guest satisfaction is unparalleled in the short-term rental sector. The space is clean, quiet, safe and perfectly located for exploration of the Centro. We enjoyed 5 fantastic days, 2 epic homemade breakfasts and a total experience that has us thinking about San Miguel and Casa Mila as an annual getaway!

Our family just returned from an unforgettable stay at Casa Milá in San Miguel de Allende. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of and immersed in luxury, comfort, and warmth. A massive part of what made our stay so extraordinary was the incredible house management and care. Everything was absolutely seamless, immaculate, and perfectly curated for a relaxing family trip. A special, heartfelt shout-out goes to Paty! Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Also, thank you to Mona who was responsive to questions and provided a yoga mat for my practice. If you are looking for the perfect getaway in SMA with top-tier service and lovely surroundings, look no further than Casa Milá.

We came to SMA for a family wedding and stayed here. First of all, the home is truly beautiful. It’s a 15-minute walk at most to the center of town/cathedral. It was me and two couples (my kids and their partners) which turned out to be perfect because one of the bedrooms is downstairs and even has a separate entrance. We took advantage of the breakfast one morning because we wanted to take it easy and enjoy the morning on the rooftop. The yogurt parfait and huevos rancheros were delicious. I hope we can come back soon and stay here again.

We had an incredible stay. For the quality and quantity of space, it is absolutely worth it. Many of our friends stayed in local 5-star hotels, and when we had them over for dinner they were thoroughly impressed. Pati is amazing, we're so thankful for everything she did - cook, clean, went out of her way to be hospitable. Definitely hope to return to SMDA and stay at this accomodation again.

Casa Mila is an exceptional home, this was our second stay this trip for 3 weeks. We had quests join us for four days and they could not stop telling us how much they loved the home. Very comfortable and Paty the house manager made our stay very comfortable. We do not utilize her for breakfast as we enjoy going out to local restaurants for breakfast. The City Market is a cab ride about 15 minutes where we picked up drinks and food items we wanted during our stay. Rooftop is a lovely space to relax. As you have likely read the house is up the hill and can be a difficult walk if you have mobility issues. I love the exercise, my husband and guests would use green cabs as needed for the return to the house. Safe area, great dining and local shops to explore. Scott is the best host and Paty is the best house manager/housekeeper.

Beautiful and modern place , very well equipped and thoughtfully decorated . Patty was great and very kind and attentive , she helped prepare breakfast [Househelp] . Great views and a very comfortable living space. Scott was a great host and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely, Pady was delightful. Breakfast was great every morning, and Pady was very accommodating. Nice surroundings and we always felt safe. Loved the walkability. Great location. Would want to stay again..

We have visited San Miguel a few times and this is the best villa we have stayed in quite possibly in our AirBnB experience ever. Scott and Maika have outfitted this home perfectly and you can bring your personal items and feel right at home. We had three couples sharing the villa and the space was perfect so that we could have our private time and also social time. I highly recommend this place. Also, please don't skip Paty's breakfasts. She does such a great job and is an absolutely joy.

Loved Scott’s house. It was a very nice home; appeared to be recently upgraded and well maintained. Paty the housekeeper and cook was very sweet and cooked some great meals. Looking forward to staying there again sometime. Highly recommend.

5/5 – Absolutely Exceptional Stay in San Miguel de Allende! Our stay in San Miguel de Allende was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was perfect—close enough to walk to the main square, restaurants, and galleries, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was outstanding—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations that made our trip even more special. From the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen to the stunning terrace views (especially at sunset!), everything exceeded our expectations. Especially our housekeep Paty. From the dinner upon arrival, to breakfast in the morning. Each meal was better than the next and made our trip! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel!

We had the most amazing time at Casa Mila. The space is very well appointed, sparking clean, so comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - not that we cooked much as there are so many amazing places to eat in San Miguel. Paty was wonderful - made the best breakfasts, cleaned, washed our clothes(!). She is a joy to be around. We cannot wait to come back. We're about to book another week just because... :)

We loved Scott’s place! The location is prime and we walked everywhere during our stay. The home is stunning and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds. Paty’s food was amazing, and if we’d had more days in San Miguel, we definitely would have asked her to cook more dinners and spent more evenings on the rooftop. The only small note is that outdoor access is limited to the rooftop, which may be less convenient for families who prefer a main-level outdoor space or a pool. Of course, that’s simply the design of the house and nothing Scott can change. Overall, it’s a truly stunning property!

From the minute you walk it was tranquil great decoration felt right at a luxury home. The house keeper was beyond amazing. She makes wonderful meals and cleans so nice. The bottom suite is nice but right next to a street (not busy) but it can be kinda loud at night. It has A/C which is needed in May month when we went. Not many houses offer a/c. I highly recommend this house and would definitely come back to it if available.

We loved the home. Architecture and interior finishes certainly matched my design style. Reviews accurately matched our experience. We have traveled to San Miguel a few times this year so we are familiar with the area. Paty was great, although we chose to eat breakfast out every morning so did not use her chef talents. As you may have read, the steepness of the location could be challenging for some. We chose to take a cab back a few time, cabs are plentiful. Thanks to Scott and team for the excellent communication and experience. 🇲🇽

Casa Mila was a Beautiful escape in the Centro. Perfect location with access to everything. Scott was very helpful prior to arrival and Paty took great care of us while in SMA, Her breakfast were the best and she also prepared a beautiful birthday dinner for us. We highly recommend Casa Mila!

If you are looking for the perfect residence, well you found it. This 3 Bed / 3.5 Bath was immaculate and everything was perfect from the moment you step foot in the door. The decor is exactly what it should be and the location is perfect, and central to everything in San Miguel. When we walked in there was a private chef cooking dinner and had everything prepared for our arrival. The same chef came back in the morning and prepared the most beautiful and tasty breakfast each morning of our stay. The rooftop of the residence showed the entire city and was literally breathtaking. The communication with Scott was nothing short of amazing and this Air BnB is 5 star location and should not be passed up.

Beautiful decor and impeccable architecture. The place is very close to downtown San Miguel but no nearby parking and on a steep location. Uber or taxis are better options than driving yourself. Great service by Patty! An awesome experience all around.

Casa Mila is STUNNING! The design, decor, and cleanliness were all well above expectations! The AC worked wonderfully, the water was clean and drinkable, the rooftop view was incredible, and the WiFi worked very well. But one of our favorite things about Casa Mila is Paty, the house manager. She was so sweet and helpful! She made delicious meals and we truly had a lovely time getting to know her. Thank you Scott & Mona for creating such a beautiful retreat!

Our three couples stayed at Casa Mila for a week. We loved that all the bedrooms were fabulous; it was not like someone got the best room and the others had to make do; they were all great and had attractive details. One in our group was not keen on stairs, so they opted for the first-floor bedroom. Privacy within the Casa was perfect as there was thoughtful separation of the rooms, one on the first floor and the two on the second floor, separated by the exterior access/stairway to the rooftop terrace, where we spent many nights enjoying the views and discussing the exploits of the day, wrapped in the plentiful cozy blankets provided in each bedroom and the armoire by the entry. The casa had everything you needed, including a clothing steamer, a Nespresso machine, and umbrellas. Patty and Laura provided excellent laundry, daily service, and lovely breakfasts in the dining room. AC & water pressure were excellent, all showers were spacious, beautiful Casa. Centro location was very nice.

This place was exceptional. The location is exactly where you want to be. It is safely located and very convenient. We would definitely seek to stay here the next time we visit San Miguel.

This place was fantastic. The architecture is stunning, the furnishings beautiful and comfortable and the rooftop deck is amazing. The housekeeper Paty was so helpful and made us a delicious breakfast every day. She greeted us when we arrived and had homemade chips, salsa and beans for us! Scott was very responsive to my emails and sent a detailed list of things to know including nearby restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this place.

All I can say is WOW. This is without a doubt one of the nicest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in or will ever stay in. Not only is the house absolutely beautiful and well appointed (great beds, drinkable water, high end finishes, beautiful art, great kitchen, gorgeous rooftop), but its well situated in the city of SMDA, a short walk to the main square. Each bed also had its own designer en suite bathroom. So great. This Airbnb matches or could even beat the service you would find in a 5-star hotel, all because of Paty. Paty came daily to clean the house, she cooked for us (breakfast each morning and the most amazing Chicken Mole for lunch). She kept the house SPOTLESS -- she even washed, folded and hung up our clothes without us asking her to do so. The service from Paty was truly impeccable. I cannot recommend this place enough. I never wanted to leave.

Exceptional home right in the heart of SMA!

The villa is beautiful and just as depicted in the photos. It is well located near the main square and many restaurants. The housekeeper was wonderful and Scott was very responsive to our needs. The only issue he is that the villa is located near the top of a very steep hill and that could be an issue for older people or families with young children.

We came in for a wedding and 1st trip to San Miguel (on our list). The home is exquisite! Literally you walk thru every perfectly appointed space and just try to capture it all! The restaurant recommendations were spot on from Atrio to The Restaurant and all in between. If you have time, do the hot air balloon. The 4am wake up call is worth it. And the best part…you come home to the rooftop view that is all of the best photographic images of San Miguel and it’s all yours. And bless Paty, our amazing housekeeper and cook…the breakfasts and fresh made authentic dinners are the topping! Thanks for sharing your home with our family and friends. We will be back!!

The absolute best Airbnb (or any vacation rental for that matter) I have ever stayed in! Every detail of the property was carefully considered. we loved being at the house so much… beautiful furnishings, linens, decor, patio, plants throughout. And Patty is an absolute gem. She cooked dinner for us one night, and it was our favorite meal of the trip! I have stayed at the Rosewood in San Miguel previously…Casa Mila is now my first choice. The location is also great - A quiet side street easily walkable to everything. The house is so great. I would plan your trip around its availability.

There are many lovely places to stay in San Miguel de Allende, but Casa Mila was a notch above. It is perfect for a large group, offering both communal and private spaces. The rooftop terrace is a true indulgence with spectacular views. Paty was beyond accommodating. All this and more made for a truly special vacation.

This was by far the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at. Scott's home was absolutely exquisite. It was beautifully decorated with a designer's touch and had every amenity you could possibly think of, down to all high end linens, towels, shower cleansers and waffle bathrobes. The beds were super comfortable, TV's in every bedroom and charge blocks on every bedside table, and we appreciated the well working AC units throughout the villa. We happened to have record heat during our stay, and we know that not all Airbnbs in the area have AC throughout. Paty was there to greet us, and we were lucky enough to have her cook delicious breakfasts for us in the mornings (we just paid for groceries). We loved every minute, down to Scott's curated playlist on the living room Sonos speaker - we can't wait to go back!

Great house for friends attending a wedding! This house was perfect! Honestly would not change anything. I cannot compliment Scott and his housekeeper and cook Patty. She is spectacular! We paid her to cook us dinner the last night we were there and it was fantastic! We ate up on the rooftop terrace and it was so nice. You will love it!

Casa Mila was truly outstanding. I stayed at the recommendation of a friend who had spent over a month at the residence previously. The house is beautiful, and we loved everything about it. Paty the housekeeper was present to let us in when we arrived, and she returned regularly to clean, even offering to cook daily breakfasts. Beds were comfortable and temperature control was perfect. The roof is gorgeous and has sweeping views of San Miguel. There is excellent proximity to restaurants and the town center. Should note that the entrance is on a very steep and cobblestoned hill, so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

We are thankful for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful house. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very accommodating. I loved the style, decoration, and overall feel of the house. It's a small uphill hike from the Centro, and might not be a great location for older couples, but quite manageable for anyone willing to get a bit of exercise. Overall, great weekend and I would certainly recommend this house to anyone.

Where to begin...so many great things to say about the home, the neighborhood it is in and the city of SMA! All very special places. The home is beautifully designed, decorated and situated in a nice area close to Centro and has amazing views from the roof terrace. We had an incredible stay at Casa Mila. This place looked even better in person. The location was ideal with it being about a 10 minute walk to almost anyplace in El Centro. The designer decor, high quality bed linens, and the beautiful private terrace are just a few of the many reasons we loved this place so much. However, the number one reason we enjoyed our stay so much was due to our outstanding housekeeper Paty! She was so wonderful, caring, and helpful. She made us a delicious breakfast each morning, cooking some of my childhood favorites like huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and machaca. Paty was amazing. We spent almost every evening on the terrace watching the sunset and a cocktail in hand. Do not hesitate to book your stay at Casa Mila. You will be talking about it for years to come.

Casa Mila was a literal dream come true for our stay. It could not have been more perfect. Aside from the gorgeous interior design and cozy accommodations; the location was absolutely perfect in that everything was in walking distance, while not being too close to the square so you could enjoy some tranquility in the evenings. Paty, our house tender, is such a lovely human and treated us with such love. We felt like family. Her meals were delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio and the mesmerizing view. The beds were beyond comfortable and there was not a single detail missed. This will be where we stay every time we come back to San Miguel. Gracias por todo!

Everything at Casa Mila was perfection. As opposed to some air bnb’s where the allure wears off a little after you stay awhile, in the 8 nights we stayed at Casa Mila, we only fell more in love with the place. As an architect myself, I appreciate the special touches made by the owners. The house is a true oasis on a quiet street; the layout and decor are both calming and luxurious. The bedrooms and baths are each so spacious and unique, not one is clearly the best. We really enjoyed having some closet space for our long stay too. The living area and rooftop are the perfect places to unwind. Breakfast by Paty was delicious. The plants and flowers on all the terraces are so lovely, and we really enjoyed the sound of the fountain off the downstairs. Whole home water filtration was a real bonus too. Hosts were super responsive to any questions and everything was clearly laid out for us in the property info. WiFi was reliable and fast. What more can I say? Book!!!

A slice of Heaven in SMA!

Casa Mila is fabulous! It is beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good quality as well. Patty the housekeeper was great! She Evan cooked us a great meal one night when we were tired of going out! The house is located up a pretty steep hill from the town square so be prepared for that.

Casa Mila is a Hidden Treasure in the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende. It is lovely, well equipped, & beautifully decorated. The bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms were spacious & comfortable. The rooftop was amazing. Scott was prompt and informative with answers to questions; Paty provided a wonderful breakfast each morning and assisted us with our laundry needs. She was also a Hidden Treasure! We will definitely plan our next trip to SMDA around Casa Mila’s availability!

This house is beautiful. We were very comfortable and loved the location. The only thing I would consider is that although it is a close walk to the main town plaza it is uphill, for those that may have trouble walking up and down the hill! The location has its benefits as we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views from the rooftop.

Better live than the photos

The real thing is even better than the pictures. Very modern, comfortable and tasteful furnishings, really comfortable beds, fantastic views from the spacious rooftop patio and great breakfasts provided by the housekeeper, Patty. We loved that all 3 bedrooms were king sized so there were no fights over who got which bedroom. The location is very good as well, within walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Casa Mila is such a gorgeous home, right in the heart of town! It is about a 5 min walk to so many great things. The house itself was even better than the photos, and one of our favorite ways to spend time was on the roof overlooking the view of the city. Paty, the housekeeper came each day and freshened everything up - even helped get stains out of a friend's jacket. I highly recommend staying here, especially with how affordable it is! I almost don’t want to leave my review raving about this house because I want this home to always be available for me to live in. 😂 This home is absolutely breath taking. every inch of the house takes care to creating surroundings of peace and happiness. The house manager Patti is an absolute SAINT who made us meals, took care of shopping and even was so kind as to accommodate when we had additional family stop by while in town for our wedding. This location was the perfect spot to access the entire city as well as the last two blocks home to burn off all the great food eaten at dinner. DO NOT MISS OUT on booking this place.

This was our 1st, but probably not our last trip to San Miguel. My adult children (26 and 31) and I had the great fortune to stay at this beautifully modern villa for a week. This home offers all the privacy and comfort you could want with three separate suites, as well as some beautiful common areas for dining and lounging. The rooftop was a real treat every day. My son was working from there everyday (WiFi was excellent) and the views and sun were so lovely, it was a hard spot to leave. Everything in town (great restaurants, shops, galleries, architectural landmarks) is conveniently right out the door and a ten minute walk in one direction or another. To reach more distant parts of the city a quick and inexpensive taxi works well. The house manager Paty came almost every day. She did shopping and cooking for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and laundry done by Paty and her assistant. Having this level of care in our stay truly elevated the experience to make it an exceptional vacation. Thank you to our hosts Scott and Mona for creating this wonderful home and sharing it with us. We hope to return.

This house is amazing! It is a very short walk to the market, square, and church. The house itself is very modern and comfortable. It has a great view from the rooftop. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book this place again in the future. Paty, the housekeeper, is very friendly and helpful. Her cooking is great! Loved every part of it!

Scott and Maika Wong have done it again with the creation of Casa Mila! It's a stunner! The casa combines a clean, new and modern design with the warmth, elegance and style of Santa Fe--all within the design vernacular of San Miguel de Allende. A design that lends itself perfectly to relaxation and socialization with friends and family. A truly luxurious experience! Big standout: The beds. We spent two weeks at Casa Mila, and I can say from experience that the beds and bedding are as good as you will find in any 5 star hotel worldwide. They were dreamy and completely restorative! Service: Casa Mila's housekeeper/cook, Patti, is exceptional. You will not find a more dedicated, caring and delightful person than Patti! I experienced a few days of intestinal distress and Patti was on the phone immediately with numerous doctors to set up a house call. She cares for you like family! The casa is also kept immaculately clean. And Scott and Maika are extremely responsive with any questions, issues or concerns you may have. In summary, a wonderful experience in a beautiful and professionally managed property. I cannot recommend this property enough! 5 stars!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Casa Mila! The house is beautiful, thoughtfully appointed with nice attention to detail, and very well located. The house manager, Paty was also wonderful, preparing fantastic breakfasts for us each day, keeping everything spotless, and adding other nice touches so we could truly enjoy our vacation.

Gorgeous Airbnb! I almost hate to rave about it for fear that everyone will want to book it! Every detail is thoughtfully considered and we were so comfortable! The housekeeper, Pati, is beyond wonderful! We will be back!

We just had the best stay in San Miguel De Allende! Scott was an excellent host, very communicative. The home’s beautiful architecture was stunning, immaculate, and well designed. Beds were super comfy! Paty was an amazing chef and made us the most delicious breakfast every day, as well as guacamole and salsa as an afternoon treat. The home was in the perfect location to walk anywhere in town. I highly recommend Casa Mila to anyone looking for an amazing stay in SMA!

this is the best place ive ever been, it has the best value for your buck!, being in a place lake this... @ san miguel is unbelievable, STAFF is the best!, GRAB GRAB GRAB!!!! before some one else beats you to it! Its as if it were a hotel and you were the only guest. Doesn't fall short from that statement.

My favorite things about Casa Mila: - The house: Dramatic, clean lines, lots of natural light + SMdeA aesthetic combined, plus all the creature comforts of a hotel. It was less than 1/2 mile from everywhere we needed to go, including restaurants, shops, galleries, museums and more. The view from the top deck is stunning as well (we had breakfast and happy hour up there). The bedding was suuuper comfortable, too. - Scott was a kind, quick communicator and simply a great host. We were also welcomed by a fresh bowl of guacamole (thanks, Paty) and a bottle of wine. There was coffee for the coffee maker. We felt like we had everything we needed thanks to his host extraordinaire touches. - Paty welcomed us, got us situated, made us breakfast multiple days and kept an immaculate house. She also went the extra mile and found us a tailor, last-minute, to make alterations on my suit. I mean...wow! It's a great place, bar none.
