Marianne and her staff were helpful, attentive, and responsive. The house is not only gorgeous, with spectacular wrap around views of the forest and ocean, but conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Romantic Zone -- giving it the feel of a secluded oasis without being far from the city. Loved it.

The location is a quick and cheap uber ride up the hill from the Romantic Zone and the beach. Marianne was super responsive and easy to work with. This place and host exceeded my expectations. Everyone here is so helpful. All of the reviews are spot-on about the security staff and house, cooks, massages, most helpful host… can’t say enough about it all. The place is spacious, safe, bright and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you might need! the pool was a real bonus - house pool was way better for hanging out than the community pool (more sun and less mosquitos). The beds were amazingly comfortable (everyone raved on that!). We got delayed leaving our trip due to the brief situation with the cartel leader but we were completely taken care of by Marianne and her helpers. We felt so grateful for such a relaxing and safe place to "shelter in place" for 1-2 days until everything got resolved and reopened. This is the ideal place to stay and the most caring host!!

Marianne was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and with patience. The place is gorgeous and suited our party of 7 (two young children) perfectly. Any time any of us needed something in the kitchen, I found it, which is rare in an Airbnb. Beds were comfortable, with lots of pillow choices. Marianne also made suggestions for amenities and we took advantage of having dinner cooked and massages done in the home. The chef and her son were lovely and the food was delicious. The massages were fantastic. Our stay was memorable and lovely in every way.

BOOK. THIS. PLACE. I don’t think the photos even do it justice, and I was excited about the photos. This listing exudes luxury. The most beautiful views from any of the three floors. The best combination of feeling like you’re in the jungle with a view of the ocean. Take Marianne up on her recommendations, too! The masseuses and private chef she arranged were incredible. They showed up on time with everything they needed (that wasn’t already in the house). The chef was so kind and made the most delicious and special dinner at the house for my partners birthday. Thank you for making my partners birthday week so special Marianne!

Great house with a beautiful view really recommend

We had a great stay over New Years! The place was very spacious and loved all the decks to relax and enjoy time together as a family. Location was perfect for getting around and ordering groceries or Uber. We had two dinners prepared for us and they were amazing! The massages with that view were also a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

This place as great! Stayed here for my bachelorette party of 7 and we fit comfortably. The home is beautiful and private away from the busy area but very close by 5-10 minutes to the main pier area. We got breakfast cooked, dinner cooked for us and the massages were all fantastic. Would love to stay here again.

Marianne is an absolutely outstanding host – incredibly helpful and responsive! Her Villa is exactly as described: spectacular. Our three-generation family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay, reveling in the lush, jungle-like grounds alive with birds, fauna, and geckos. Hangin out in the pool was a daily favorite. Despite Puerto Vallarta's warm July, the Villa offered a perfect daytime refuge, and getting to town was easy for our evening explorations and local restaurant meals. A truly memorable family vacation!

The best stay ever! Everything about this house was just so beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing. If anyone stays here I definitely recommend having the chef come cook for you, allllll the food was spectacular! The only thing i would say is that the lighting inside is a little too dim but besides that its a great house

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

100% would stay here again. Beautiful house, views, and great location. Not walking distance (it's up hill), but the security guy will call you a taxi, which usually comes in 2-3 mins or you can call an Uber. Super safe (security guy is there 24/7 for the wider property) and clean.

I don’t have enough great things to say about Marianne’s house. This was the perfect stay for our group of 6 for a bachelorette party. Marianne was extremely responsive ahead of the trip and helped to arrange chef meals as well as grocery shopping done on our behalf. This place is in great proximity (driving) to amazing restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We love Marianne’s place! This is the second time we have stayed there. Marianne is a great and responsive host. The house is gorgeous, in a great location, and very comfortable for multiple families. The daily cleaning by Vicky is great and she makes a terrific breakfast (not to mention, she’s very nice!). We also had a dinner prepared by Chef Caroline and her son, which was incredible. Marianne has thought of everything for you to have a great stay including beach toys and towels. Hope to visit again soon!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Firstly, Marianne was fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and helpful in every aspect. The home itself is stunning and looks even better than in the pictures. The location is perfect. It is very close to town, especially the famed Zona Romántica, but far enough away to provide a serene respite from the hustle and bustle. The house was kept in pristine condition, thanks to Vicky, and her breakfasts are outstanding. Erica’s dinners were delicious and she was very attentive to our gluten-free needs. Thank you! It was a perfect place for a wonderful trip and I cannot recommend it highly enough! If we are ever back in PV, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you again, Marianne!

Marianne’s stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful and very clean. It’s the perfect home for a large group.

The house is just like the listing shows - very beautiful and well equipped. As mentioned by other reviewers and in the description there are a lot of exterior and interior stairs, which were fine for us, but could be tough for older or mobility impaired folks. The walk to town isn’t bad if you are decently fit, but it isn’t particularly pleasant and I wouldn’t do it at night. Cabs are easy and cheap to get there. Our meal cooked by the chef arranged by Marriane was absolutely wonderful and I can’t recommend it enough. I also wholeheartedly recommend getting a massage and having breakfast made. The yoga retreat nearby was audible but not overly loud or disruptive.

Exceptional house on the hillside above the Zona Romantica. With the sliding doors open, you are essentially in the jungle with the birds and coati. Beautiful house with comfortable furnishings. A well equipped kitchen for any meals you may want to cook at home. Close to the action of the Romantic Zone for bars and restaurants. Quiet at night except for the curious Coati that may try to get in. We come to stay after being on a fishing boat for 5 days for a welcome respite. Marianne offers suggestions on transportation, shopping, restaurants and activities. Vicky the housekeeper keeps the place exceptionally tidy and clean. She can prepare breakfast for a fee and even cooked exceptional birria one morning. We had Nancy come to give us massages. She is a tiny, wirey women with hands of steel. She found every area of tension and worked out the knots relentlessly. Marianne's house was beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and just perfect to decompress.

We loved Marianne’s stay!! We unfortunately didn’t see any wild animals but it was great waking up and seeing the ocean and being surrounded by lush greenery. Marianne was very responsive and helped us out with the private chef and masseuse! It was a great place to host a bachelorette. Marianne the host was great and very responsive. She has a beautiful home and 8 of us fit without issue. We didn't end up using the chef option but there was someone who came every morning to clean up, make beds etc. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for my bachelorette trip! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly. The house and views were stunning, and we loved having a private chef come to cook us a delicious lunch. The 24/7 security made us feel very safe, which was perfect for a group of girls. Just a heads-up, there are quite a few stairs to reach the house, and the outdoor stairs can be a bit humid. But overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

Marianne’s place was absolutely one of my favorite vacation/airbnb spots. It was truly a retreat away from home. Marianne was responsive and was able to find a quick fix/resolution to a minor issue we had with the TV. We had 2 breakfast prepared by the wonderful duo of Gardenia and Vicky. Massage services by Nancy’s 2 therapist sublime. Catered dinner by Chef Carolina amazing. Memories to be had and a wonderful bday celebration with family and friends. We’ll come back to this oasis for sure!

This airbnb was beautiful. We had the cook come and cook us a 3 course meal and it was the best thing. Maid service was great. 100% would come back and recommend. Communication with the host was on point. She answered everything at a timely matter.

I celebrated my bachelor weekend in Puerto Vallarata. All of my guests we're astounded by this beautiful home. It is so well-maintained, clean, full of amenities, and the rooms we're so spacious! Everyone from our group slept comfortably and felt right at home. Getting to the Airbnb was very easy. If you take a taxi, definitely follow the instructions Marianne gives you! However if you plan to use Uber, the location that dropped us right at the front gate was the "Beyond Yoga Retreat". Other than that, you'll need to take a taxi/uber to get into town but it is only 4-5 minutes down the hill. I would highly recommend the breakfast and dinner packages, the chef's food was incredible. I would 1000% stay here again! Thank you for everything Marianne!

Check in was simple with security ushering you through a path of lush gardens to the villa. The villa was well kept and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it any justice. It’s quite beautiful and a lot bigger than it seems in the pictures. Marianne does an excellent job of catering to her guests. She has daily maid service set up with Vicky who is a sweetheart that really works hard to keep things top notch. She set us up with a personal chef Carolina that made a fantastic 4 course dinner first us, which I highly recommend you take advantage of if you stay here. The entire family loved the entire experience and look forward to returning.

This was a lovely place! So beautiful and private. We loved seeing all the birds in the valley out the windows. The staff is very nice and the breakfast they made was so delicious - highly recommend. The place was on a hill that wasn’t very walkable, but taking taxis/ubers was very easy. I would book this place again in a second!

The Airbnb was amazing! A dream to stay at. So easy to get there and Vicky the housekeeper was the absolute sweetest. She kept the house very clean and tidy. She was very helpful as well. Make sure to ask how to open and close the sliding doors because we didn’t and we struggled in the beginning but once we were about to leave, we figured it out lol Bring bug spray! But other than that, it was a dream to stay at this Airbnb. I am so happy with our experience here. I am going to recommend this place to everyone I know

This was the best airbnb stay ever. From the beautiful views, the amenities, and the comfortability. Marianne was amazing at responding, and Vicky was extremely helpful and warm. She and one of the other housekeeper made us the best breakfast and helped us with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this stay! Also, the masseuse was amazing as well!

Marianne’s condo was beautiful! The photos did not do the house justice! 10x more beautiful in person. I would 100% stay here again. Fit 9 girls very comfortably. We added breakfast two mornings and dinner two nights. All four meals were delicious! Thank you so much to the chefs! Only thing I would keep in mind is that a taxi is needed to get to all the attractions. The condo is up in a hill, so it’s definitely hard if you plan on walking everywhere. But taxis were very easy to get! Just had to ask the security in the front. Thank you Marianne for everything!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The photos capture everything but it was even better than we could imagine. Friendly staff, clean, and in a great location. Marianne was super helpful and responsive.

I came here with 7 of my friends for my Bachelorette party and we had so much fun! The location was perfect, we loved the jungle aspect with still being able to see the ocean, all of the staff were amazing, truly a great place to stay. There are 3 bedrooms located on the bottom floor, the main floor was the communal spaces, and then the master is on the top floor which we thought was perfect. The first night we hired the private chef and the food was incredible, there were leftovers so we got to have those and eat for a late night snack. We got massages from the recommended masseuse on our deck and they were incredible. The house keeper was so nice and did a great job, we also had her pick up our groceries which was such a great help to us. She cooked us breakfast one morning and it was delicious, she was even nice enough to make us guacamole for our afternoon snack too. Only bad part was that the wifi was not very good, so we were having trouble with the TV. Overall, great house!

Marianne even helped us coordinate getting a chef to come and make a delicious meal! It had everything we needed: plenty of linens , all the appliances and tools to cook a meal. Incredible spot located in nature. The home itself is gorgeous, supremely comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The view was gorgeous, the pool perfect, and the beds deeply relaxing. The biggest standout though was the wildlife. Every night it was a delight to see the cutest badgers peering through the glass looking in for snacks! While it was some effort to make sure all the doors were locked, it was so much fun to see these animals up close and every time we got a glimpse it was such a blast. If your party has a soft spot for animals this place is an absolute treat.

Spectacular house in the middle of nature; very good location close to the romantic area and downtown. Amenities and everything you need for a fun weekend with friends or family. Marianne explains everything perfectly and is friendly and flexible, and Vicky's help for cleanliness and cooking is very friendly.

Booked Marianne’s Villa for a 50th birthday celebration with friends. We were specifically looking for a private home in a relaxing environment with plenty of room for us to hang together, but not feel crowded. This beautiful home delivered on all that and more. Views of the ocean, but surrounded by jungle, 3 stories of living space, tons of outdoor patio space, a private pool, hammocks, lounge chairs…very well laid out and beautiful! Highly recommend hiring Chef’s Carolina and Erica for dinner (lime dessert!) and Vicki for breakfast. And massages by Nancy are a MUST! A few things to note: this home is in and surrounded by nature and all the critters and bugs that come with that. Close and secure your doors properly at night if you don’t want nocturnal guests. Also, this home, property, and neighborhood has many steps, steep hills, and uneven surfaces. Know yourself and your mobility level. Ubers and taxis are plentiful! Stunning home with the most wonderful staff!

Marianne’s place is a gem. Just above the Romantic zone on a steep hill nestled in the jungle. This is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting with glass walls which open up so that you’re living amongst the trees, birds, squirrels and coatis. Marianne was so helpful with instructions on the house, security, location, transportation, places to eat and things to do. The house is so well equipped that it was a joy to prepare our own breakfast each morning although you have the option to have Vicki prepare it for you. Vicki was wonderful cleaning the entire house and our clothes every day. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms are luxurious and spacious. There are soft towels and nice toiletries. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Marianne’s place and wish we could stay here every visit. One note, close the inside and outside doors completely to keep the raccoon like coati from coming into the house at night! We had a whole family visit one night!

Home was beautiful. Very clean and relaxing. You just have to get a taxi to get to places. We walked to oxxo and on the way back we had to get a taxi. This home is a good place to relaxed the pool was wonderful cold at first but then you got use to it.

Can’t say enough things about the home. We also had massages in home which were amazing. And last but not least Vicky who came each day to tidy up the home was very sweet and even brought my father a tea because he wasn’t feeling well. She definitely made us feel at home. Absolutely stunning setting, two walls of the great room and the master bedroom disappear and you are left with a view of a sunset over a wooded jungle down to the ocean every night. Very private, small pool (unfortunately the pool heater wasn't working) with friendly staff. Marianne was very responsive to all my questions. We were traveling to Mexico with a 9 month old baby, so I had many! It's a steep walk to the beach and then to the Old Town but we we did it almost daily. Very convenient to take an uber back. So much to do in Puerto Vallarta!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in my years going to PV. The place is stunning, the security is present without being overbearing, and the staff who cooked and cleaned for us always went above and beyond. We recently stayed at Marianne’s for a family holiday that included a small intimate family wedding. The home is in a beautiful setting that was very spacious and comfortable for our group of ten including 3 children. The home itself is inside a compound surrounded by other homes and the reception was very helpful calling multiple taxis for us during our stay. We used the housekeeper Vicky for cooking breakfast everyday and she was just wonderful! Lovely, caring person that went out of her way to serve us a wonderful breakfast each day and then cleaning and tidying up for us, very much appreciated! Marianne the host went above and beyond for us in offering suggestions to help with planning for the wedding, offered her driver for the wedding day and then organized the chef she works with for the wedding dinner- which was fabulous! I would highly recommend Marianne’s place, beautiful setting, short distance from downtown, and wonderful staff and host!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Definitely will come back and stay here, Marianne was very helpful and supportive even for things that were out of her control. We went right after a hurricane and the place was still great. So comfy and beautiful! Way better than pictures. Loved my stay!!!!

Our group had a wonderful vacation and stay! Beautiful home, even better than the photos. The security staff was welcoming and checked us into the house, and overall made us feel safe. Property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The small, private pool was lovely, and there is also larger community pool overlooking a creek with waterfalls. Marianne was very responsive in answering any questions and coordinating the in-home massages, breakfasts, and a dinner. Vicky was the loveliest housekeeper/manager and cooked us breakfast, fresh squeezed juice, and guacamole. Please note this complex is not very walkable, as it sits up on a steep hill. But Ubers came very quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

An unforgettable experience! The house has a wonderful view, super spacious spaces, clean and in magnificent condition, the decoration of total peace, the complex in general is magical, very friendly staff and our host Marianne excellent, always attentive, answered all our messages at the moment.

What a wonderful oasis this villa is. From start to finish we loved our time at this comfortable, relaxing airbnb. Marianne was gracious in organizing and coordinating grocery deliveries, a private chef to cook a traditional Mexican dinner at home for us, and even masseuses who came to the house. She was responsive and communicative to questions and requests. Kitchen, bathrooms, and supplies closet were well stocked for all our needs. The house cleaner, Vicky, came both days and did a great job. Given the location is tucked away in the mountains, do not be surprised if there are critters - we had encounters with the local fauna (large flying beetles, a centipede). Overall, an incredible find. I will dream about sitting on the hammock, eating fruit, and birdwatching to the sunrise.

Very comfortable place and nice surroundings. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for something not in the middle of the action, but not too remote. Quiet surroundings in complex, the unit is partially private in the outdoor areas depending on which of the 3 levels. Great for a group as the bedrooms are on separate levels from main living room/kitchen. Place was very clean, lovely timeless decor, a/c worked really well, the pool on the patio was nice, heated when we got there. She let us check in early which was so accommodating, and there were drinks already in the fridge for us. The only downsides were that the 2nd larger pool was currently being renovated, and the closest road to the beach was closed off as well, but was easy enough to navigate via Uber/taxi. Would stay again!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Marianne was so helpful, informative and responsive. The breakfast that was made for us was perfect! Beautiful pool area. Just a great stay overall, would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in a lot of AirBNB’s around the world. Marianne’s place is perhaps our favorite. Very comfortable. Beautiful and private location yet very close to town. The beds were so comfortable and the views are out of this world. The small private pool was nice if you wanted privacy but the large community pool was also fantastic. No one was in it each time we visited so it felt private as well. Ericka and Chef Carolina were amazing. The security desk officer also went out of his way to track down a bag we had left in a taxi. Everyone was so friendly.

Beautiful house and beautiful stay! Do yourself a favor and book immediately as it does fill up fast.

We had so much fun staying here. Not only is the home beautiful, we had an amazing dinner made by Chef Carolina. The coconut shrimp she made was absolutely amazing! The location is as peaceful as it is beautiful. We would love to go back again!

This place is the most fabulous place ever! All wonderful appliances, amenities and staff. We had every breakfast made to absolute perfection by Erika, we had the wonderful chef dinner one night and massages. Such terrific service, communication and above all caring for each of us. We traveled with my elderly parents and our 39 year old children . The place is absolute magic and perfection. We love this place and the care we received every day made it like a slice of heaven. Can't believe how lucky we are to have had this experience!

Beautiful house with ocean view in tropical setting. We used Marianne’s chef, driver, housekeeper and masseuse all of whom were great. We were a family of 8 and had lots of space to spread out.

This stay was AMAZING! We stayed for a bachelorette party and it was 5 stars all around! The house itself was so spacious and beautiful, it was calm and peaceful, and the house had so many amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast and the chef dinner. We also booked Nancy, for massages and it was a total vibe! The house was great, but especially in terms of service was probably best we’ve ever had!

Absolutely gorgeous home set in an extremely peaceful and beautiful landscape. Walkable to the beach and to town (the return walk is all up hill). Close enough to the action to walk, but also distant enough to find some peace and quiet. The home itself is perfect for friends or family traveling together and the chef was perfect. We will definitely return.

This place was perfect for my family to spend 8 days together! We had a group of 8, ranging in ages from grandparents in their 60s to a 3 year old and a 6 month old. All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and accommodated everyone well. The furnishings were beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The pool and the main upper deck could use some TLC, however, Marrianne informed us this would be done soon, so shouldn't be a problem! It is about a 10 minute walk down a reasonably steep hill to get to the beach, and 15 minutes to get to town, which we found unsuitable for small children to make the trek. For adults, this wasn't a problem though and my husband and I walked many days. The only small issue we had was that the yoga retreat on the property had ceremonies on 2 of the Friday nights we were there and were quite loud until about 10pm. This was only a real concern for the children trying to sleep in our group.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don't do this property justice. It's stunning and peaceful. We had Nancy come for massages, Erika made us breakfast & Carolina prepared a dinner for us one night. Each of them were incredibly kind and very skilled at what they do - highly recommend booking them! The property and it's surroundings are beautiful, lush with nature and very quiet. It's a quick walk downhill to town - great location close enough to walk to town but far enough to not be plagued with loud noise. Marianne was very responsive and very helpful in answering all of our questions that popped up. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Excellent place, very nice house. The pool in the common area was very cold, but the one in the house was warm and the property is highly recommended. Excellent host!

10/10! This place was amazing, would definitely stay again! TIP: Using “Beyond Yoga Retreat” as the destination if using Uber, makes it easier.
