We had a wonderful time the lady that cleans the house does a wonderful job cleaning the place was awesome, The price was good , it was private gated community. Super safe. They have a person at the entrance gate 24/7.

3 bedroom 3 bathroom very beautiful home in secure location. Just north side of Leon , a short driving distance to city center. Also away from downtown traffic & noise. Upscale neighborhood. Very friendly & very responsive host. Furnitures + beds were so comfortable, we slept like a baby :))

The house is beautiful and very large, located in a super safe residential area with 24-hour surveillance, a very quiet place to rest, of all the places I have stayed in, this has been the one with the most amenities, a huge amount of details that make you feel at home, we will surely return and for more days!

A little difficult to find, but just use the Google Maps link and it will drop a pin right on the house. The place was very big, clean, and looked like the pictures and descriptions. It’s about 20-30 minutes to Managua and about 45 minutes to Granada, so pretty good location if you want to hit both cities. It was a gated community and was quiet and felt very safe. He was very communicative and helped us with any questions.

The place is just as described, very comfortable for the stay. It is easily accessible, only the residential complex does not have a sign, however with Waze and the location you arrive without problem.

Got their late at night - but easy access and great beds - really wished we could of stayed longer and enjoyed the outside patio bbq and pool Def recommend

Eduardo's accommodation is just as shown in the photos of the listing, a strategic room for different tourist areas, quick access to the capital, restaurants nearby, it is also a quiet area within a nice residential area, the rooms are quite equipped, including the host very kindly helped us install an extra mattress that was requested so that the members of our trip could all enjoy a bed for each one. Access is quick and easy, excellent security for our belongings as the house has all the security measures. The pool area is very nice, clean and tidy, we really had a pleasant stay from all points of view view, I would definitely come back to this accommodation

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was very kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We especially loved the view, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, pool, etc. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Managua and Masaya Volcano.

The place was amazing, it had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location right outside of Leon. The location is convenient if you're exploring Leon or going to the beach. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a TV, A/C, and a bathroom. The private community felt safe and quiet. Would return!

Tremendous place. Impeccable, close, and clean

We had a lovely experience at Eduardo's house. The area is very private, quiet, and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the bathtub isn't appropriate for families with older adults, as it's very high and a bit dangerous for anyone. But the house is beautiful, exactly like the photos.

It really is a super comfortable place, with very well designed environments, we were super happy and eager to return. The house is inside a very nice residential area, with a security guard at the access gate, which makes you feel safe. In short, total satisfaction.

Excellent, the place is in a good location in Managua, the residential complex is totally private, the house is exactly as it is in the photos and everything is in good condition.

The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and has an excellent location. These qualities made my stay very comfortable. Near the place there were pharmacies, supermarket and gas station, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was accessible. This place is perfect for a family trip that allows you to disconnect from the routine very comfortably.
