This is a beautiful home with so much charm. Angelica greeted us and provided us with the house instructions. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even walked us there. We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and the ubers easily found the location. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately we had issues with heating but we're not charged and the host was very proactive. We still swam in it though....too pretty not to! Overall it was a great stay!

Very nice house, just as seen in the photos. It has everything you need for a pleasant weekend. Laura and Mrs. Angelica are very friendly and attentive. Just to say that the pool, even if you pay to heat it, never gets really warm, only part of it gets warm.

The accommodation in Camelot was very nice. Likewise, Laura's flexibility regarding the check-out time and with one of the rules was perfect for us. Regarding the pool, we didn't need to turn on the boiler since the water was perfect with the heat we felt. As mentioned in several reviews, the kitchen is super-equipped, the 85” screen is great, the location is excellent, everything is super close (Oxxo, San Pablo pharmacies, Ahorro, Guadalajara, Walmart, movie theaters, restaurants). On the part of the person in charge of maintenance, Angelica, the willingness to help us change a light bulb that started to flicker and remove a lizard from the room, was adequate, the next day. As a recommendation for the next guests, bring mosquito repellent.

A very cozy house, in a very good location and very private, for lovers of the colonial style, we had a great time with the family during the Christmas season!

My family and I stayed at Laura’s place and had a very nice time. After we requested to turn on the water heater the temperature was perfect and the kids had lots of fun! The kitchen was gorgeous and very well equipped for the stay!

The house is beautiful, it has everything you need to go to rest, we asked for the boiler for the pool and although there was bad weather, the pool was hot most of the time, there was very good communication with Ms. Laura and Ms. Angelica, who were aware of what we needed. The place is very central to what you need, Walmart, restaurants, pharmacies, it is definitely a place we will return to in the future.

Laura’s house is beautiful home located in a great location of Cuernavaca. The pool and patio area are perfect áreas to enjoy the house with the whole family. The beds are very comfortable and I will definitely return if my travels permit. I highly recommend Laura’s Casa Camelot.

Nice place for a family vacation

Communication with the host Laura was excellent and Angelica welcomed us in a very nice way, the house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. We had a very pleasant stay. I traveled with a one-year-old baby, and the truth is that the heater does its job perfectly. I could even put the baby in there in the afternoon, and that's considering that the weather wasn't the best, because sometimes it was cloudy, and it rained on the first day. First-class service, 100% recommended

The house is tastefully decorated in each of the spaces, which are many and each is very cozy. The pool is fantastic for all ages, because, as described, it has different depths, including that of the Jacuzzi, providing pleasant areas for any height. We asked for it to be heated, and in June it was at an ideal temperature at all times. The towels provided for outdoor use are very nice in size and texture. I think the kitchen and its utensils would allow you to cook even a gala dinner, although we didn't try it because that's not what we wanted to spend our time on. The only thing I brought with me was my manual espresso press, because I always do, but among other appliances, there is a drip coffee maker on site if that's what you prefer for breakfast. The privacy is excellent, and in particular, we felt that the security cameras were arranged so as not to be intrusive. Check-in and check-out during the stay are self-service, without the need to call on the staff, who do not live in the same house. Communication with Laura was impeccable, and the reasons why she is a super host are very clear. The lady in charge of the reception was very kind, and she coordinated with me very efficiently, for example, regarding the time we preferred to have the pool covered at night. They enter the house only when strictly necessary.

Laura's home is out of this world. You get the property for yourself. Breathtaking from the moment you walk in. The house is pure eye candy and one of the most comfortable stays I've experienced through Airbnb. Laura is fast to respond, and Angelica–who lives across the property and handles the check-in, is attentive in case you need anything related to the house. I highly recommend heating up the pool. The jacuzzi was never really as hot as we expected, but everything else was pure delight.

We loved Laura’s urban oasis in Cuernavaca. We spent 4 days over Samana Sánta at Camelot, and we were sad to leave - we could have stayed longer! The grounds are tranquil and lovely, and we liked the combination of traditional Mexican hacienda vibe with cool and funky modern art. The neighbourhood is quiet and we were not bothered by music or noise from the neighbours. The pool was cool and refreshing - we didn’t bother heating it and found it was just fine without heating. The wifi service was great, and the 70 inch TV and Netflix were appreciated. The kitchen is one of the best equipped among all of the many AirBNBs we have used. I was planning a big Easter dinner and was concerned there would not be enough pots, pans, utensils, but there was everything we needed for a full-on gourmet meal. We really enjoyed our escape to Camelot and are looking forward to returning.

Excellent place

The house is exactly as shown in the photos; it really has a hotel-style design with separate rooms, which gives a sense of privacy between guests. The service we received was perfect. The house was handed over to us sanitized and in perfect condition. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the pool is beautiful. The only complaint I would make is that we were not informed that there are security cameras in the house's garden, which makes you feel uncomfortable, especially if you are in a bathing suit. Besides that, there are no brooms, mops, or anything to clean up with, so if you spill something or accidentally drop crumbs on the floor, there's nothing to clean it up with.

The house is BEAUTIFUL. It has all the comforts you can expect to make your days there more enjoyable. The place is very quiet, the attention of Laura and Angélica were the best. My family and I had a great time and would definitely come back. Getting there was very easy, we found the house very clean, we had all the services nearby, the pool water was super nice, the spaces of the house were nice and spacious, an excellent decision!
