I would definitely stay many times. The house is very well designed for social life, everything is clean and organized, with an ideal garden. And Stu was always available. I would definitely stay here again.

Stu was a fabulous and responsive host. The accommodations were exactly as described and despite being near the beach, amazingly pristine with clean linens and a very inviting atmosphere. The installations were exactly as listed and it was lovely to be able to be waking the shops at Punta de Mita in just a short stroll. The outdoor (enclosed) shower was also great when coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Stu is an excellent host. The place is super comfortable, and there were no problems at all! There was a great touch when we checked in!

We absolutely loved our stay here. There were six of us (and one baby) and we all agree that this was one of our favourite AirBnB stays ever. The place looks exactly like the photos, and might actually be even more beautiful in person. It is the type of place you can sit back and relax all day long. The backyard is incredible. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Location is great too, it is a nice easy walk down to the beach and all the restaurants in Punta De Mita. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We hope to return in the future!

We were looking to live local, outside of a gated community, in town and walkable to the beach. We got all of it. Had some water issues (which is normal for Punta Mita) but Stu was super responsive and got everything sorted out. Roosters will wake you up every morning, so be prepared for that. From pick up at PVA, Lucy and Diana the private chefs, golf cart rental and every little detail we loved our week at Stu’s place. Highly recommend!

The house is super comfortable, everything is as shown in the photos, super located, easy to go for a walk near restaurants and shops, Stu is a super friendly host and always attentive, he helped us a lot with his recommendations, we were very happy with the stay.

Absolutely wonderful home and Stu is an exceptional host. I will say it is not for light sleepers. Roosters, birds, dogs, very early, very loud. That being said, my children slept right through all of it and I am a very light sleeper. The beach is really just a couple of blocks away. It is very rocky but that depends on the time of year. You can take the bus to a sandy beach in less than 5 minutes!! Downtown Punta de mita is so charming and makes the rocky beach worth the stay!! Highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

Gorgeous place. Multiple comments from our group said it looks like it’s from IG. There’s TONS to do in the area in terms of food and a little market across the street. The location was ideal for everything to do in Punta Mita. Kieth was also SUPER responsive to anything we could have needed and checked in to make sure everything was going well for us.

We had a really great time staying in Punta Mita .. thank you to Keith for being a great , hospitable host!

Beautiful home in a great location.

Excellent accommodation, a very well-equipped and modern.

Keith’s home was very nice and as described. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Home was very secure except one door to the pool didn’t lock but the whole house had a concrete wall around it so didn’t bother us. The only complaint I would have was ants and spiders but we did a deep clean downstairs so it helped. ACs were very cold. Water pressure was really good. WiFi was strong and we were able to stream on the tvs. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to around the area and it’s right outside the main gate to the St Regis and Four Seasons. Keith was really great at communicating with us & very helpful.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need to live in the house. It's a few minutes from the beach, but it has a lot of stones. However, there are very nice beaches about 15 minutes away by car. It's close to many restaurants and shops. Just that you should consider that since the house has a lot of vegetation, you can find several insects such as ants. I recommend it 100%

Keith’s home in Punta De Mita was a slice of heaven. What a hidden gem! The perfect place for a family or large group. You know you’ve found a good spot when 4/4 of the bedrooms are truly perfect. The two master bedrooms were absolutely stunning, the layout of the home made everyone feel like they truly had their own private space. Comfy beds.The backyard pool was great to cool off in, there’s even a hidden outdoor shower & bathroom ! Lots of birds to be seen in the backyard, beautiful foliage surrounding the entire house front to back makes you really feel like you’re in a lush jungle. Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee machine, vitamix blender (perfect for margaritas) & even a coffee grinder for fresh beans each morning. The outdoor BBQ area was MAGICAL. There’s a built in reverse osmosis water filter so we were never without water. Location is honestly perfect, walking distance every bar or restaurant you’d ever need, shops, beach, markets and grocery stores. Really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely home walking distance to many beaches, great amenities friendly local assistance from Claudia over the road. Easy town to get around. No hesitation to Recommend Keith's place for families or a group of friends, four well-appointed bedrooms, lovely back yard tropical plants and nice swimming pool with shade.

Good group stay with host arranging a personal chef for our first two days and also a boat ride where he acted as guide and lots of humpback whales and some snorkeling was enjoyed. He met us in the late evening for checkin and asked the manager of the restaurant across the street to remain open so that we could have a late dinner. Host was responsive to get power back on when we had an outage.
