What a fantastic property! We loved the villa with a very comfortable bed. The deck with adirondack chairs was fantastic to sit out on in the morning and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. The pool was peaceful and it was fun being able to see the capuchin monkeys moving about in the trees. Definitely a place I would love to stay at again.

Beautiful location, with quiet and tranquil surroundings. Lots of vendors, coffee and restaurants within walking distance. Only negative was the on-site food (la Poteza) was quite expensive for the value and the wifi was out during our stay. We loved YOLO which was directly above Ecoticas. The staff were great and provided awesome recommendations, while also making us feel super welcomed! Would recommend!!

My husband and I loved Ecotica! We will definitely be back and plan to bring our family. The property exceeded our expectations and the area was gorgeous.

This place was absolutely gorgeous and very private. We loved the interior and felt it was some homely but also luxurious too. Really close by to some fantastic restaurants and of course walking distance to the beach. Make sure you take some cash on you for the bus on the way back up - It’s a bit of a climb which was ok in the evenings but quite hot during the day! Thanks again for having us, would 100% recommend!

The bungalow is exactly as shown in the photos; in fact, it may be even more beautiful in person. The bed really is very comfortable and large. Overall, the best thing about the hotel is the common area; the pool area is beautiful. At 5:00 pm, the monkeys come down very close to this area, and you can see them quite well. The hotel is located in a very touristy area, and restaurant prices are generally high; in fact, they have a restaurant within the hotel complex. We loved our stay there, and we would definitely come back.

Really nice hotel and absolutely amazing grounds! the wildlife around the pool is crazy we saw monkeys and a family a macaws. The room are spacious clean and the beds super comfortable. The bathroom were spotless and it was nice have good coffee in the morning. The place is really well located1 walking from great restaurant, bakery, and small super market. the entrance of the park is 7 minutes drive! One of best massage I had was at the hotel spa amazing! Do it! We highly recommend ecotica. The staff is really friendly and accommodating! Hope be back here someday!

Ecotica is lovely little gem in the heart of Manuel Antonio. It’s hidden in a tropical oasis setting. The individual bungalows are spacious, clean and all of a patio or veranda. The pool area is relaxing with comfy lounge beds. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are helpful and extremely responsive. There are lots of white faced monkeys and they are fun to watch.

Everything was wonderful

This place was amazing!! It was like being in paradise! The lush surroundings were full of animals. We seen monkeys, macaws, and a sloth daily. You could also hear the howler monkeys every evening and morning. The bungalows were super comfy and clean and very private and quiet. The reception was very pleasant and willing to help out or arrange anything you needed. The resteraunts were tasty. The complimentary breakfast was very good! Moses was super friendly and great to talk to! The pool is also very nice and relaxing. We would love to stay at this place again!! It’s also in a very good location. So many resteraunts walkable. Also the local bus goes by every 15 minutes and is super easy to use as well! We loved our stay at Ecotica! Pura Visa!

lovely stay, great location, ideal if your driving and want to stay near the national park of Manuel Antonio Pool always clean and lots of wildlife whilst your enjoying the pool and also dinner

We had an amazing stay in one of the bungalows as part of our honeymoon in Costa Rica. We saw so much wildlife in and around the hotel, on the first day we had monkeys running around our balcony & could see a sloth moving up one of the trees. The bed was huge & super comfy and the location of the hotel is great for nearby tours & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Manuel Antonio Park (5/6 min) this accommodation is great. We were lucky enough to see several parrots, it was a wonderful show. Only small downside the accommodation is difficult to access with large suitcases (stairs). We would recommend this listing anyway.

Excellent location. Beautiful wildlife (yes, you DO see a lot of wildlife at this location). Extremely friendly staff. This is a bungalow within a larger hotel complex, so we got to use the facilities available to all guests. We will return.

We stayed in a private bungalow! It was a beautiful place! The staff was very nice and helpful. Close proximity to many places in Manuel Antonio and Quepos Would recommend!

Everything was great. Very clean. Very beautiful place. The staff were extremely friendly and provided amazing service. Moises in particular (who works at the bar near the pool), was quick, attentive, and took the time to get to know his customers. He is always smiling and greets you everytime. Very peaceful place. This place also has a bar with music and kareoke at the at the top floor with lots of board games available which was fun. You can see workers constantly cleaning everywhere, day and night, it is extremely clean and beautiful.

This was absolutely perfect start to our honeymoon. So much wildlife right at the hotel, as well as national parks a walkable distance. Quepos had all we needed: super markets, smoke shop, eclectic restaurants, and activities. 10/10 would recommend

The apartments are in the middle of the Jungle but close to all local attractions. We very much like our balcony overlooking nature. We undoubtedly recommend

Excellent stay at exotica. Intimate cabin in a wonderful setting. Pool area is very pleasant and breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located.

Ecotica was amazing! The rooms were very nicely decorated, and perfectly temperature controlled. The pool and adjoining bar/restaurant nestled in a jungle setting was absolutely incredible. We saw many monkeys which were quite entertaining and, even saw a toucan while sitting at the pool! The staff was so pleasant and hospitable. And, the location is perfect to visit Manuel Antonio. Many restaurants and other activities are very close by. This was the highlight of our 10 day stay in Costa Rica.

The place was great. Very nice bungalows in the middle of the countryside. The hotel complex and pool are very nicely landscaped. You can reach Manuel Antonio National Park on foot in about 30 minutes or simply by public bus.

Our stay at Ecotica was amazing! Our bungalow was beautiful and comfortable. We loved being surrounded by nature, watching monkeys, toucans, and other wildlife from our balcony every day. Our host did a fantastic job at answering our questions and making us feel at home!

We stayed in the bungalows, very clean, new and quiet. It was beautiful with all the beautiful vegetation and animals. We saw several monkeys coming near the pool. Saw several parrots and different other animals at the hotel. This is the most beautiful place we've been to in Costa Rica. (Out of 6 different Hotels/Airbnbs)

Fantastic stay a very short distance from Manuel Antonio NP. The complex is super nicely landscaped, lovely swimming pool surrounded by lots of greenery and lots of animals, with excellent service. The room was nice and spacious, a nice bed and everything perfectly clean. In short: I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Our bungalow was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and described. The surroundings are beautiful! If you like wildlife you will see it here. We saw monkeys daily, as well as other animals. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. If you are seeking the feeling of seclusion with the convince of having accessibility to restaurants this is the place for you! They also provide daily cleaning of the bungalow which was very nice.

Stayed in a bungalow which overlooked a forest stream. Lots of animals, monkeys and frogs etc. Facilities are good, staff are super nice.

Had a great experience. The bungalow feels very private in the jungle but walking distance to restaurants. You have pool access and maid service. It was very modern and romantic.

Excellent place, I recommend

We got a bungalow, which is part of a resort. It was nice yo have an Airbnb with room service. The location is perfect, close to some amazing restaurants and a spa we enjoyed a massage at. Also got to see a Tucan, some howler monkeys and frogs right from our balcony! Probably our favorite Airbnb experience in Costa Rica!

I always skim the reviews to make sure where I am staying is as listed or at the very least the people who have stayed are happy with the place. And I have to say one of the best places I have stayed. It’s just so so cozy. If you’re looking into staying here you should just do it. You will be surprised at how nice this place is. I always read the reviews before I book a place to stay. I want to make sure the place is as described or at least that the people who have stayed there are happy. And let me tell you, this place is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! It’s so cozy and inviting. If you’re thinking about staying here, you should definitely do it. You won’t be disappointed!

This was an amazing place to end our holiday in Costa Rica. The bungalow as exactly as described/pictured and was 5*. The bed was huge, the facilities spotless and the site itself was magical. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Manuel Antonio. It was close to some lovely restaurants, we could hear toucans and frogs from the porch and on our final day we saw some Squirrel Monkeys near the front!

Lovely little spot off the main road. Not in walking distance too much which was too bad but the place was refreshing and clean and had a great view!

Room was really comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony and pool view. Pool area and surroundings were also great to relax in. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants/shops that are walking distance, beach is a short drive but can be walked. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ecotica. The room was exactly as described and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having daily housekeeping. The unit is within a hotel property, so there are onsite services including two restaurants and a front desk. All the staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests. The property is very lush, and the pool area was wonderful after spending a hot day out touring. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and it was within close proximity to Manuel Antonio Park. Would recommend this property.

We stayed here for our honeymoon! We were surprised how nice it was given the affordability of the stay. They changed sheets and cleaned the room every day. Perfect location. Busy street, but we still walked to dinner each night. Our safe wouldn’t open when we were trying to leave, but they responded immediately and came with the master key to help. Great stay, lots of wildlife.
