We had a wonderful stay with family enjoying the beach. Loved the amount of space and seating. The back porch was amazing!

This place was great! House was roomy and our family felt comfortable here! The fact that the beach was right in our backyard was amazing. Our kids enjoyed getting in the water and also fishing. The view was great from the balcony and it also had great seating. We would definitely love to stay here again

We’ve been staying here since 2009, and it continues to be one of our favorite places. The house is spacious, comfortable, and fits all our needs. The amenities are perfect, and the views are absolutely amazing. Check‑in is always easy and stress‑free. The double patio is such a treat — we loved relaxing out there, and the beach itself is serene, calm, and never crowded. The location is great overall. The only challenge is that cabs can be hard to get, and we really wish there were an Uber service in the area. One of the highlights of this stay was the massages on the second patio with the sound of the waves in the background. Truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back.

As described, right on the beach. We didn't have any issues. The grill is charcoal, I just assumed it was gas which lead to a few obstacles.

We loved the house! We appreciated that they had Dish network, internet and lots of dishes to cook with. The outside was comfortable and had plenty of space to sit. The house has two air systems which is perfect when some of us get colder than others, we stayed in different sides of the house. We Loved that there is a little fidge outside next to grill that made it very convenient for our drinks. Most places in Puerto were about 15min away, which is not bad. When Walmart opens (Dec.2024) it will be super close and convenient. For people with mobility issues, (knee problems or elderly family), the stairs down to the beach would be a little scary or difficult to use. But-There is access to the beach a couple of houses away that doesn't require steps. Also, like most typical mexican houses, they have those step downs/ups in door ways which cause tripping- so be careful when going through door ways 😉. Definitely recommend this house!

This is our 5th stay at Casa de los Suenos. We absolutely love coming here. Highly recommend if you want to relax away from all of the commotion of the Malencon.

This air bnb is literally right on the beach with an amazing view. We stayed for 7 days and during week days we almost had the entire beach to ourselves. The inside of the house feels like a beautiful beach house and we enjoyed having the kitchen since most meals we cooked ourselves. When not on the beach, we would spend hours every day reading on one of the patios the house has. James was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Would stay here again.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves waking up to the ocean view. Our rooms were warmer than we expected we managed bwith the fans , but we felt it was the perfect home we made some amazing memories, Thank you!

Awesome place to stay!!

We love coming to the House of Dreams! The house is as described. It has older furniture and kitchen items, but all are useable and in working condition. House is always clean and the neighborhood is always quiet. We always enjoy our time here.

James's place was great. Had plenty of room for the family. The view of the ocean was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

I love the communication that James sends before our stay to make sure we have all of the ins and outs of staying at the house. When we arrived the house was clean and cool. I loved the fact that they had a water cooler with two 5-gallon jugs. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book our next stay later this year.

Everyone loved the house. The multi-level patio was a neat feature. Happy to find out the built in grill was a charcoal. Would recommend anyone to stay at the house.

James is an awesome and responsive host and the view from this home cannot be beat!

The tropical storm probably took out the ac but Alma was all over getting it fixed! Don't turn the refrigerator up as it drips water from the back. Also don't forget beach towels and seasoning for food, salt and pepper were there but I missed garlic!

This house was lovely and provided a perfect experience. Would have liked some extra paper towels and cleaning supplies but we were able to pick them up at the local grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again.

LOVE this place. This is definitely one of the best places we have stayed at in Las Conchas. The view is amazing. The location is perfect, you really can't get any closer to the beach. They have pretty much everything you need amenities wise. You do need to bring your own beach towels, but they do have bath towels. We will absolutely be back!

The place was great! Easy access to the beach and to other local areas (restaurants, grocery stores, etc). James was quick to respond whenever we needed help. Will Come back for sure!

Once we arrived from our drive the home was cool, a\c was on. The place was clean, and the view was perfect!!! Home had everything you need so all you gotta bring is basically yourself!!

Book this place you will not be disappointed. The photos do not do it justice. It’s so comfortable and roomy. The outside space is beautiful we didn’t want to leave. All the comforts of home in our favorite vacation place.

My family and I have rented quite a few beach front properties and this is by far one of our most favorite! This place is dialed in with all the amenities needed. it's very clean with no pest problems whatsoever. The 2 tier patio is awesome and we enjoyed getting massages under the palapa!!

The House of Dreams was definitely what we had expected! We started the day with a cup of coffee & the vast ocean right off the patio! The walks on the beach, the sunsets, the proximity of the beach to the house for dinners on the patio, the numerous seating areas for great pics . . . LOVED our vacation!!

This is the second time we have stayed at James property. We love everything about it. To start he has great communication and is very welcoming as a host. The house has so many fun features & unique decorations. - The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. - The double balcony is amazing. You can get a massage right under the covered area. There is a place to buy fire wood as you enter Las Conchas - No issues with hot water or electricity (which is not case everywhere in Rocky Point - Plenty of clean linens but bring own beach towels We are already looking for dates to come back.

Amazing house. Spacious. Right on the beach. Kitchen is great. Tons of lounge room on patio. The beach itself is less rocky than most other areas on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy stay within this particular price range.

Great location! The house was super clean, the layout was perfect for our family (adults, teenagers and young child). The check-in/out process and communications were easy and seamless. The neighbors helped us during a really bad storm/power outage. They are amazing, super sweet and welcoming! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

This house is stocked and ready for your large group to relish in the joys of the Sea of Cortez. Comfy and expansive at the same time. It even had Christmas decorations for our holiday stay!!! Super sweet.

The double walk out balcony is amazing. The pictures are very accurate. I've stayed in quite a few AirBNB and this kitchen was one of the most well stocked I've been to. The snorkelingin front of the house is the best I've been to in RP. The host was easy to communicate with and we would love to come back to this home. You'll love it!!!

Great view! Alma was great at communicating with us during our stay and getting us whatever was needed. House is as described, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a great outdoor area to relax when not on the beach. We spent a lot of time at the house and had no problems. We can't wait to book our next family trip!!

We stayed for four nights, wish there was an accommodation for laundry on sight but we came prepared, otherwise our family of 7 was very comfortable and enjoyed our Mexico, beachside casa vacation!!!

We have been going to Rocky Point for years. We have stayed in hotels, resorts and vacation home rentals. The House of Dreams is my new favorite! The location is beautiful right on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable!!!! For me at the beach the outdoor spaces are more important. This house had amazing verandas plenty of seating everywhere in the shade and in the sun. Then steps down to the beautiful clean beach with perfect temp water. All you need is sunscreen, a towel and your water shoes. We will absolutely be back to The House of Dreams!!

This truly is the house of dreams! Our family had a magical week staying in this beautiful home. The photos do not do it justice! I was blown away when I walked in the front door. The views are simply incredible, from every level of the home and patios. Soft beds, gorgeous views, great amenities. James was quick to respond to our questions. So many details were appreciated, such as the filtered water, plenty of dishes, hand soaps at every sink. I brought a lot of things that I was able to take right back home. There's nothing like watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee on a deserted, practically private beach, then beach combing and later swimming with the kids. We will definitely be back to visit again; our kids declared this trip our best vacation EVER.

The property is centrally located with almost your own private beach. Anywhere you sit, you have a great view & breeze. Sit on the main level & BBQ, or lounge on the lower level under shade or sit by the fire pit. Highly recommend the 'House of Dreams' to anyone going to Rocky Point.

Kristi’s beach house is placed in a very quiet, family oriented and peaceful area. We enjoyed how spacious the house was, especially appreciated the deck areas outside. She had everything we needed and it’s clear she’s placed lots of effort into ensuring anyone who stays in her home feels safe, comfortable and enjoys their time. The beach is beautiful and the views of it are amazing! You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

The trip was better then I could have hoped for. I loved staying at this place and preferred it better then a resort.

The house was great closed to town and . Not so hard to find . Only downside they need to add light on the stair ways .

Kristi’s beach home on Los Conchas was wonderful!! It was large enough that my 8 family members were all very comfortable. Lots of different living areas both inside and out. We couldn’t have asked for a better location 5 minutes from Rocky Point, with our own private beach right outside the living room! Their home was also equipped with enough bathrooms too that was really accommodating. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us!!

The proximity to the beach and the dual patios/decks were our favorite features. The accommodations were exactly as described and it was perfect for a family with kids And teens. It was quiet and we shared the beach with only a few other surrounding families. We will definitely look to book this place again.
