Great location! Nice modern house, well equipped with super comfy couch, nice pool great location, beautiful tropical property! Or was a nice host that responded when we needed something or something didn't work. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is very nice, very well located and the house is very good, but it lacks things that we consider basic, such as a microwave oven, hand towels in the bathrooms and parking space if you have more than one car. The kitchen is equipped but we also expected more.

The house is very nice and private, the layout is great and so is the outside area. However, upon arrival the floors felt sandy and so did the bed. There was also food left in the fridge. I'm not sure if the cleaning lady ran out of time to clean before we arrived. Also the master shower head also sprayed everywhere when used.

Great house and host. A 5 min walk to the beach in a private gated community of a few houses. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Also a short walk away from the town of Santa Teresa, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Would recommend for anyone looking to have an accessible and comfortable place.

Wonderful place. My family and I enjoyed a lovely weekend. Just one observation: The main access of the property could be improved to facilitate the vehicle entry.

Excellent house and condominium where it is located. They are several similar houses in a very cozy and safe complex with a clearly identified parking space. Very close to the center of Playa Carmen and 3-5 min walk to the beach.
