Great location! Nice modern house, well equipped with super comfy couch, nice pool great location, beautiful tropical property! Or was a nice host that responded when we needed something or something didn't work. Thanks for a great stay!

El condominio es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado y la casa está muy bien, pero le faltan cosas que consideramos básicas, como horno microondas, toallas para las manos en los baños y espacio de parqueo si uno lleva más de un carro. La cocina está equipada pero también esperábamos más.

The house is very nice and private, the layout is great and so is the outside area. However, upon arrival the floors felt sandy and so did the bed. There was also food left in the fridge. I'm not sure if the cleaning lady ran out of time to clean before we arrived. Also the master shower head also sprayed everywhere when used.

Great house and host. A 5 min walk to the beach in a private gated community of a few houses. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Also a short walk away from the town of Santa Teresa, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Would recommend for anyone looking to have an accessible and comfortable place.

Wonderful place. My family and I enjoyed a lovely weekend. Just one observation: The main access of the property could be improved to facilitate the vehicle entry.
