Great spot. Very spacious. Thoughtful interior design. Amenities on point. Rooftop private pool is bonus. Balcony off main level raps around entire home. Best spot in Panama Casco V that I’ve experienced. Host is great. Security is great. Stayed a week. Next trip Needs to be two to three weeks. Chao!!!!

Absolutely excellent stay in the heart of Casco Viejo! Juan was a fantastic host, and his communication was fabulous from start to finish. It was a great base for exploring Panama, and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

One of the nicest places we've booked so far – furnished with a lot of love for detail, absolutely high-quality furnishings, spacious, with great views from the wrap-around balcony. The location in the old town is fantastic. Everything there is within walking distance, and great cafés and restaurants are just around the corner... The communication and service from Juan and his team – best regards to the front desk, we had a lot of fun with you and thank you very much for the many valuable tips – were fantastic and exemplary! All around great and an absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. We also felt very safe throughout our entire stay, which was extremely important to us. The host was responsive and helpful—any time we had a question or encountered a small challenge, they got back to us quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. It was a little on the expensive side, but considering the quality of the apartment, the location, and the overall experience, we were very pleased with our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Panama. 10/10 — highly recommended!

It was super clean, charming and well stocked. The owner was super responsive when things needed a little tweaking – the location was amazing and definitely worth the price we paid. I felt like it was a great deal. The one thing that I think should be changed is the instructions should be given to get there with the name of the building because Uber does not recognize the address and Google Maps also sent us to the wrong place It only recognizes the name of the building- CASA MALLET. Thanks Juan! We will definitely recommend to friends .

This is my third or 4th stay at one of the Wynwood properties in Casco Viejo! Love the area- so close to great restaurants and shops! Always something to do- great communication. Looking forward to my next stay in a few months. Would recommend to anyone!!! From the moment walking in to leaving we had first class service!!!!

Everything was great!

The apartment was very comfortable and just like the pictures. We loved all the plants, it made it feel cosy! Beds were very nice. But what really made a difference was how helpful Juan was and the personat the reception was extremely nice and always ready to help. It was like a hotel concierge. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great apartment in the heart of Casco Viejo. Casa Mallet is a wonderful property, easy to walk and explore Casco Viejo. The apartment was excellent for a short day (2 nights). Anything longer and I would have struggled with only having 3 bath towels for 3 adults. They do provide 3 Tide pods to get you through. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need but truthfully don't bother cooking, this area has AMAZING restaurants on every corner. Beds were clean and comfortable. No complaints or issues there at all. Jerry, door man, is an amazing ambassador for the Wynwood House brand. Always quick and eager to help, open doors, give you suggestions or just wish you a fantastic day. That is the real magic of the location, its staff such as Jerry. If you drive, please note that parking is limited in the area. Jerry pointed me to the open air parking area off of Av. Demetrio Blvd, just 30 second walk from the apartment. Good, safe, affordable ($25/day). Enjoy Casco Viejo

Our family of four - including two teenagers - loved our stay here. The apartment was spotless, well-quipped, calm and thoughtfully designed. The balcony was a favorite spot to read and to drink in the sights and sounds of Casco Viejo. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at this Airbnb, both onsite in the small reception area and online. The apartment is in the perfect location, supremely walkable. We enjoyed the Canal Museum just across the way - our visit there helped inform an amazing boat journey through the Canal itself. We had great rooftop breakfasts at Baloo Cafe around the corner and the cocktails and jazz at Villa Ana 1928’s speakeasy were very special. All in all a wonderful place!

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this property, ideally located in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama City. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district, with restaurants, cafés, and all the main attractions just a short walk away. Beautiful space and central location! The apartment is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The building staff were very kind. There was not a lot of noise but they did provide ear plugs and that felt like a great thoughtful touch. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay here again and again.

We had a great stay at both apartments in your building! Jacky and Gerald were extremely helpful and always eager to assist us. We felt safe and comfortable in your building. Both apartments were well equipped with for all our needs. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for having us.

Great 2br in the heart of casco viejo. Easy to walk to anywhere and easy to get an uber to the rest of the city. Pls ty of good restaurants. Can’t beat location. Best were SUPER comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. All in all. It was a wonderful place would recommend.

Everything was excellent. We had a little trouble with the code for the key box because it didn't work, but they immediately gave me another one that fixed it. The apartment is on the first floor, but at night there was almost no bothersome noise. Huge and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped (they left us 2 coffee pods and 2 individual bottles of water). Everything is very neat, well-maintained, and of high quality. I would like to highlight that it has a balcony and lots of plants (well cared for). It's worth it.

This was our second stay, and once again everything was excellent. The apartments are modern, spotless, fully stocked, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Every member of the team has been professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stays. Check-in is always simple and seamless, and we love the stylish aesthetic of the property. We highly recommend these accommodations and look forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in Casco Viejo and particularly appreciated the incredble location of Juan's place - we walked almost everywhere and everything is closeby. The appartment is lovely and beautiful, we had plenty of space and loved the clean home. Despite being so central, no noise bothered us. We would recommend to friends and stay again, and special thank you to reception for helpful tips and hosting us.

Luxury at a fair price. Juan's apartment is exactly as described and is perfectly located in Casco. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Juan communicates quickly and in a courteous and friendly manner. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The place is much nicer than the photos, and the location is amazing!!!! Juan was always available and responded super quickly. When we were looking for accommodations in Panama, we noticed that most hotels are in the financial district, but the location of the Airbnb in the historic center is definitely the best!!! There are a thousand things to do; you can go for a walk, and there's everything—restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenir shops, clothing stores, churches, etc. I would definitely book with them again without hesitation, and I would choose that area again to stay in Panama.

An awesome stay in the centre of Panama Old Town, close to restaurants, bars and historic sites. Amazing festival on the last Sunday of the month with performers in the streets.

I highly recommend Juan’s place! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Juan’s beautiful and clean apartment in Casa Mallet in Casco Viejo (Old Town). The apartment is EXACTLY as it’s depicted in the pictures and is even more inviting in person… the personal touches in the indigenous decor and live plants in every room added soooo much to making the space feel more like a home rather than just another impersonal AirBnb… I will definitely stay at Casa Mallet again on my next trip to beautiful Panama 🇵🇦 !!

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment was perfect for our needs. The decor is cozy and interesting, and we especially loved the artwork and all the real plants throughout. The beds and linens were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and the water pressure was nice. This location is right in the center of Casco Viejo, which made it perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. Each day, we enjoyed the large balcony, perfect for watching all the activity in the streets. Highly recommend!

Nice spot in casca viejo. Host was quick to respond to us when we needed something. Check-in instructions were clear, and no intense requirements for check-out. Perfect location walkable to everything in the area. Very cool to sit and watch what was going on in the square!

i hate to give this a great review. because i visit casco viejo a lot and i don't want more demand for this place. but it is truely located in the best spot and always clean.

We really loved our stay in Panama. The location was amazing being right in the heart of the old city, and it made it so easy to explore and enjoy everything around us. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and terrace—an amazing spot to relax with great views of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of Casco Viejo with so many great restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic sites just a short walk away. The area felt lively and vibrant, yet the apartment itself was peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect home base for exploring Panama City. Staff were absolutely immaculate. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casco Viejo.

The house is great. But be aware that the bedroom brick walls are not sealed and leave brick dust all over the floor. If their white towels or sheets (which are literally nine inches from said wall) get brick dust on them, they will send you a bill for the cleaning. So whatever you do stay away from the brick walls! That aside, the location is fantastic.

The place was large, and clean! Very close to good food and the host was very responsive. I had a small issue and it was corrected IMMEDIATELY! That kind of peace of mind is hard to find.

Juan's home is a beautiful home. We loved the proximity to all the local activities. When there was down time we loved to sit on the balcony and watch the square and all the activities. Thank you for use of this beautiful apartment.

My 1st time in Panama and researched enough to know I wanted to stay in Casco Viejo. I popped for the extra cost for 2 king beds. In exchange, my guests and I got an Amazing balcony overlooking the square across from the Cathedral. Parades, weddings all of the fun was right outside our windows. We loved it!! Food was amazing and easy to book Viator and Trip Advisor excursions because they pickup at the Central Hotel next door. We will be back!! Worth every penny.

Our first visit to Panama City and this location was the perfect introduction to the history of the country! The architecture and energetic vibe of Casco Viejo reminded us of New Orleans (only much cleaner)! Kind and friendly people, clean safe streets, many incredible restaurants, and several cultural historic sites. A notable UNESCO Heritage Site to explore. Don’t be a daytripper here - stay here - and immerse yourself in the area! The apartment was clean and spacious, secure, well appointed, and very comfortable. Perfect size for two couples. And having a washer and dryer in the apartment was appreciated after traveling the countryside for over a week. Sitting on our private, wrap around second floor balcony in the morning with coffee/tea and in the evening with a glass of wine was a highlight of our stay. Our “security guys” at the front desk were exceptional, especially “Geraldo”. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to add more glassware and bath towels.

Great apartment and perfect location in Casco Viejo. Well appointed, super clean and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. Very quiet despite being in the heart of the old town . The balcony was fantastic in the evening for a an aperitivo and people watching. A real bonus was the reception downstairs which made check-in really easy. A big shout out for Gerard at reception who was so friendly and helpful and really made our stay.

We loved this AirBnB and the location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Old Town. The loft was beautiful and the balcony was fantastic to sit out on. The loft is airy and bright, and very relaxing. A great place to go back to after a busy day in Panama City.

Juan’s place was perfect for our family (2 teenage kids). The location could not have been better and the apartment itself was well appointed and very comfortable. The beds, in particular, were super comfortable. The kitchen , was beautiful and although we didn’t cook, we wished we did!! We highly recommend it!! Pedro

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mullet. The location was perfect for our needs. The outdoor balcony overlooking Ave. A - 5 Oeste was a fun place to enjoy watching the action on the street. We walked everywhere in Casco Viejo with no problems. I would highly recommend this unit if you want a clean, spacious place to stay.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location, with great shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away. Felt like home as soon as we arrived. WiFi worked great (around 80mbps) so we could work remotely without worry. The on site staff were wonderfully helpful, addressing small maintenance issues with the lighting and ironing board immediately, and offering umbrellas on our way out when it got a bit rainy. Note that they take house rules seriously (with fines) for the protection of other guests’ experience and to maintain the quality of their offering. We had a small misunderstanding with a stained towel after departure, but it was resolved quickly through some arbitration via Airbnb.

Juan’s place is in a great location with in a walking distance to great restaurants and rooftop bars. Juan was very responsive and his place had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! We normally do not repeat staying at the same place in one city so we can explore other options. But this place is truly wonderful, and we could not wait to go back to visit the restaurants /shops that we did not go to last time. Would highly recommend it!!

We use Airb&b a lot. ! We stayed in different place in Casco Vieho before for the same price, and Casa Mallet apartment is way superior. This was one of best equipped apartment, down to little thing ( not so little, they make a huge difference): tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, plush towels. It’s also beautifully furnished and beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, hosts and management are great. Correspondence was easy and pleasant, stuff members we met were delightful. Highly recommend

Loved the apartment. The balcony was the highlight, watching the ever-changing activity below. Yet, the complete quiet inside, didn’t hear a sound. Fabulous restaurants everywhere. Hard to leave. Definitely would return.

We had the best stay here! There were two employees working when we came to check in and they helped us get into our apartment. The instructions and photos were very clear so we could have done it ourselves but it was a nice touch! They also gave us recommendations of local restaurants and things to do. They were so friendly and it was nice to have a local perspective. The apartment was just like the pictures and was very comfortable. We spent time out on the balcony as well. You can’t beat the location. It was walkable to everything we did. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The perfect place for a staycation. Exceptionally well located, impeccably clean and beautifully cozy. The beds, toiletries and towels feel like true high-end hotel quality. All the lights are dimmable, which makes it incredibly easy to create the perfect ambiance. And once you close the noise-cancelling windows, the silence is almost addictive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, the balcony overlooking the square was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Host was responsive and arranged transportation for us to/from the airport which made everything easy! highly recommend 👌
