The place is super comfortable and convenient for a weekend in Panajachel; cozy amenities.

Very nice house, good location, the host's service was very good. Just a few observations: there is not much privacy, as two of the rooms are open-plan; the pool was always cold, and the hot tub takes a long time to heat up; pool usage hours start at 9:00 a.m., and they don't turn it on until then, so you have to wait about 2 hours to be able to use it. Otherwise, everything was very good 👍🏻

Quiet and beautiful place

This place was a great stay! It is a walkable distance to the panchas to get to other towns along the lake. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. Pedro was very kind and showed us around the home when we arrived. Check out is smooth! There is a local resturaunt down the block Comedor Mary that I cannot recommend enough!!! We went three times! The pool area is clean and so nice to sit outside. 10/10!!!

It's a lovely place, surrounded by gardens, a pool, a jacuzzi and a play area with a ping pong table that we really enjoyed. The location in Panajachel is excellent, you can walk to Santander Street and the shores of the Lake. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Elena’s place! The location was absolutely ideal - we could walk to the water to catch a lancha to the surrounding towns within minutes. We were also able to walk to Calle Santander (Main Street in Panajachel full of shops and restaurants) within a few minutes, and Pedro was always available to open the gate for us upon our return. Grounds were immaculately maintained and gorgeous. We are also happy we chose Panajachel as our home base, as it was easy to find everything we needed and a great hub for the lanchas. Definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Lake Atitlan!

Nice place within a quiet enclosed group of maybe 3-4 houses which all share the pool, jacuzzi, and game areas. Very walkable to the lake as well as shopping on Santander. Good choice for families with kids.

Excellent experience. Very good location with many dining options and interesting places to visit nearby. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and would stay here again

Great location near the main attractions, you can walk to Santander Street and the pier, close to restaurants. The place is beautiful and in a safe location. The house is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, bath towels and pool). Beautiful landscaping, clean pool and jacuzzi, shared with the other 3 villas. Very quick communication and Pedro's service was very friendly. A family place to rest. Totally recommended.

An amazing place, everyone was very friendly, the care of the gardens, pool and jacuzzi is impeccable, we had a great time.

This space is beautiful! We stayed here a few nights. We loved being able to walk to the lake in just a few minutes and also to Calle Santander for shopping and restaurants. In a bustling city this villa felt private and peaceful. We loved having ping pong and foosball and the jacuzzi in the evenings! Maria Elena sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was super easy. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked and we were able to cook breakfast every morning. There was a small market across the street where we could buy ingredients. Just fyi only one bedroom is private. The others are loft style. Our group didn’t mind this at all, but wanted to note it in case your group is looking for more privacy. Overall 5/5 stars, and I would definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely time for me and my host family! We came to Panajachel as a way for me to say thank you for everything they do to help me, and María Elena’s place was perfect! The house is beautiful and very clean, and the pool, jacuzzi, and ping pong table were so nice for relaxing and enjoying our time together. Even though the city is loud and busy, the house and yard are so peaceful and calm. It’s super walkable to lots of great restaurants and things to see and do. I would love to stay here again!!

The photos of the post do not show how beautiful Villa de Coco really is. Pedro is the person who assists the guests, he is very kind. Overall the experience was very good they are flexible with check out time.

With my family we travel at least twice a year to Atitlán and we have stayed in many places and we have coincided that Villas Coco is the best of all! Very good location, beautiful place, safe, full of peace!

It was comfortable and very homey, we had everything accessible.

María Elena was always very responsive when sending her a message. Our shuttle arrived hours before check in and they gladly stored our luggage while we explored and even tried to get us into room as early as possible. Pedro was very nice in helping us check in and overall just a friendly person! The gate definitely made us feel super safe and knowing Pedro was there was reassuring. The pool was beautiful as well as the surrounding greenery. The only thing i wish i would have known prior was that the rooms upstairs are loft style meaning they are not enclosed. You can hear the noise from downstairs so if someone wanted to go to sleep earlier than others this was a little difficult. Even still we loved our stay and I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Pana. Everything is walkable and we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant right next door. Thank you Maria Elena and Pedro for everything!

Our experience was EXCELLENT!!! We traveled as a group of 6 friends, and the place is beautiful!!! We liked everything—very nice, quiet, matches the photos, and the atmosphere is wonderful!!! Pedro was very attentive and helpful; he was always ready to assist and guide us!!! Definitely the most highly recommended place in Panajachel!!!

Maria is a wonderful host! She is extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. Entry into the property is easy, and the property is very secure. The property grounds are impeccable, and the interior of the property is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return here on our next trip and have already recommended it to other friends and family.

We reserved two of their cabanas in Villas de Coco. Highlights were the responsive guard always on the property, good communication, and additional amenities if you have time to use them. Would especially be nice if you have kids.

A highly recommended, centrally located place with plenty of amenities for a pleasant family stay. This is the second time we have visited, and we hope to return. Thank you to Pedro and María Elena for taking care of our family.

A beautiful home that feels very safe and secure while still being in the middle of Panajachel and walkable to the lake as well as restaurants and tours. Maria was wonderful to work with and communicated quickly when we were looking for the location.

Garden of Eden. The rest of Pana was so loud. Villas de Coco was quiet and peaceful and landscaped to perfection. Extremely safe. Sparkling clean pool and hot tub. Comfy beds. Great for our family of 5. Walking distance to everything in town.

Villas Coco met our expectations, the house is spacious and very comfortable, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning are extras, the pool and game tables entertain the family and Pedro is a very friendly host and knows the place.

We visited the place with my baby and family and we loved it! The cabins are beautiful and very well equipped. The gardens and pool are well maintained. We are left wanting to return!

María Elena's villa is beautiful, it is one of the few places in panajachel of its type, well located, parking lot and super recommended pool to rest as a family, the pool and is not heated so in cold weather it is to take it into account but in the heat it is delicious.. surely we will return nothing is missing
