This was the perfect stay in Antigua. Around 10-15 min walk from downtown, spacious, clean, and modern. It felt very safe, as it is located inside a condominium with a doorman 24h/day. We were able to do our laundry before going home too, which was a plus. There is filtered water from the kitchen sink and the refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again!

Totally recommended, Lees was excellent, always attentive. The décor is beautiful, with attention to every detail; they created an atmosphere for relaxing. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it is also a very quiet and safe place. A very pleasant experience, I hope to return.

Loved this place! Would stay again. The host was super responsive and let us check in a tad bit early. The complex was secure and felt very safe. It was just the right distance away to feel private and peaceful without the hustle and bustle of town but also perfect walking distance to everything else. The pool was awesome and the rooftop terrace had awesome views of the volcano. Could not recommend more!

We loved this place! Close to restaurants and shops, very clean, had everything we needed, and the rooftop was a bonus. We had left a bag accidentally and in a panic contacted Les; he responded almost immediately and took pics of the items in the bag. He kept it safe until we could pick it up. Above and beyond from him, we couldn’t recommend this place and Les’ service enough!

Les’s place was immaculate. The ambiance of the setup was peaceful, making us feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, laundry pods, tea bags, and a kind note. There was ample space for the four of us to have privacy and sleep comfortably. The fans ensured a comfortable sleep. Lastly, the rooftop terrace was amazing. It offered breathtaking views of three volcanoes and a comfortable seating arrangement. The area was conveniently located, allowing us to walk to nearby food, grocery stores, and local activities. 10/10 would recommend and rebook!

They did an excellent job with the decor and the atmosphere of the house. Every space features special details. We were greeted with a welcome card, and everything was very clean. The The amenities are exceptional; there is everything in the kitchen, a laundry room for cleaning, and vanity sets. The location is excellent; the only thing is that the houses are very close together, and you can hear a lot between the houses. If it weren't decorated the way it is, it wouldn't be attractive, but what they've done with the property is truly excellent. The terrace is a very cozy space! Thanks, Les, for your details.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house was extremely clean, beautiful and felt very safe. It was within walking distance of the main town (max 15 minutes with 2 small kids) and we could get an uber very easily if needed. We used the pool, which was great. The host was very, very responsive and we couldn't ask for more!

The Airbnb was just as it was described. it was centrally located and very convenient. Les was very prompt in responding to my messages. The only glitch we had was that our taxi driver from Lake Atitlan dropped us off in Casa Santa Maria instead of Casa Maria, which was a few blocks away although we had given him the street address. Since it was Semana Santa week he was in a hurry and didn't even wait for us to confirm the address. Not Les's fault, but a heads up for new comers to Antigua. So instead of Casa Maria, use the actual Condo complex name to avoid confusion.

Les's place was amazing for our family of 5 (kids ages 9, 12, 14) during our 3-day stay in Antigua. The value for the condo and location cannot be beat and Les is an incredible host with great communication. First, the condo is incredibly walkable to the center of town (10 min) and to a nearby grocery store, which was important for us during Holy Week. We never needed a tuk-tuk anywhere. Despite its proximity to town, once we were inside the condo, it was peaceful and quiet (earplugs were unnecessary!). I enjoyed being close, but far enough away for a bit of peace. The condo was clean and tidy with a few pods for laundry and the dishwasher available. It is a small gated condo complex with a guard to let you in day/night. Lovely experience! We would absolutely book again if we come back to Antigua.

Absolutely wonderful house. Immaculate and well presented snd just lovely. The rooftop has amazing views of the volcanos and tree tops too. The beds were incredibly comfy and we just loved everything about it. Location was great, once behind the gates the noise of the town roads disappeared and it was so peaceful. This home was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, it had full amenities, and was thoughtfully stocked. Our only regret is staying just one night, we wished we would have stayed here longer to enjoy the pool, the rooftop terrace, and the incredible home.

I think this might have been the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and very chic. The apartment had kind of a fun, kind of windy layout, and the rooftop deck was really the icing on the cake. This place was perfect for our family and very walkable for many destinations in Antigua. Les was super friendly and responsive, and we even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. A wonderful stay in the lovely town of Antigua!

A gem in Antigua! This place is walkable to everything in town yet secluded enough to feel private. The condo is spacious and there’s a lovely patio on the roof with great views of Fuego, as well! The host is super responsive, too - we got a little lost on the way to check in (our fault) and Les was quick to help us find our way. Highly recommend this spot!

We (3 adults and 2 children 7 and 9 years old) felt very comfortable. Location was perfect, apartment very clean and very well equipped. The pool was sufficiently large and wonderful for the kids. Really impressive was the roof terrace and the view of the volcano. We would book the apartment again immediately

I loved this Airbnb so much! All the spaces were ideal for a family! The rooftop was gorgeous and relaxing- the tv room was fun for the kids. We slept well and appreciated all the tips about Antigua.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Les’ townhouse, it was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I have stayed at in one of the best locations. The entrance to the townhouses is guarded 24/7, which made us feel very safe. The whole town of Antigua is very walkable from the air bnb, which was great for us going to several events all around town for a wedding. The terrace upstairs has a great view of the volcanos (super cool at night to see the volcano erupt from afar), the rooms were all spotless and exceptionally decorated. Would 100% recommend and we hope to return!

A great stay! Very clean, filtered water, past guests are correct that you can hear the neighbors through the walls but didn’t really bother us. Great rooftop and felt secure and safe in the compound.

Our family of five enjoyed the stay very much. We loved walking into town for restaurants and all we needed to explore Antigua. The house is a great set up with amazing rooftop views of the volcanos!!

We appreciate how quiet and comfortable Les's place is in this pretty gated community. The walk to many good restaurants takes less than ten minutes and having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed at least one more to relax around the pool and spend more time up on the rooftop sitting area. We highly recommend Les's place.

We felt right at home, this place is very cozy and welcoming. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood but not far away from the main central park. Took us about 8 minutes to walk to the nearest coffee shop (and this is because we had a toddler in tow). So probably faster for others. Beds were comfortable and the welcome amenity was such a great touch! Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Margarita. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle. It is a quiet and private spot. We had everything we needed for our quick weekend in Antigua, within walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops like La Familia Pizzeria (sourdough pizza) and Artista De Cafe (specialty coffee). Les was also quick to respond to any questions, and the instructions for getting in were very thorough and clear - no complaints from me. I will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the top Airbnb locations I have stayed at . The home was clean , modern and had beautiful touches throughout . Host left a bottle of wine for us which was much appreciated. Home is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing stay! Les was super responsive to all of my questions before we arrived. The townhouse is easy to find, feels secure and the whole complex is well-kept. We were a family of 4, the kids are elementary school age. The house is so clean, well decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. I especially appreciated the faucet that dispensed purified water, it was so convenient. The kitchen was very important to us as we had most breakfasts and lunches at home. Beds and pillows were lovely. The rooftop is a gem! For families who’ll be using the room w two beds for kids, note that you go thru that bedroom and the den (circular table) to get to the rooftop. The space is used wisely and so many thoughtful details are taken care of (laundry detergent pods, sustainable makeup wipes, pool towels, glass containers for food, pitcher, etc).

We had an incredible vacation at Les’s place. The gated community is peaceful, the gardens are beautifully kept, and the pool is a super bonus. The location is great, walkable restaurants and cool shops all around. The beds and linens are very comfortable and clean. Do keep in mind the upstairs family room (with the TV) and the terrace, are only accessible through one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the appliances are in great shape. I do recommend you bring any and all cooking supplies (salt, napkins, etc). Highly recommend this listing! Hope you come back soon 🎉

Les's house was perfect for our stay. He decorations were modern and the house had been updated. The house was clean and inviting. The washer and dryer were new and clean. The beds were comfortable. Les, responded quickly to our messages and resolved an issue in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend his home.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was pristine and in wonderful condition. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The complex was private, felt very safe as it was guarded and in an amazing location. It's right in the town of Antigua so we walked everywhere with our 3 young kids. There are restaurants, shops, ruins, etc in walking distance. Les was so responsive and helpful! Checkin and checkout were very straightforward and easy. We would absolutely return!

Casa Margarita is a gem in Antigua. Since we arrived we were very happy with the level of cleanliness, the fine details and the excellent customer service from Host Les. The bathrooms are impeccable. The terrace has a unique view of the volcano. No extreme noises are heard, it is very close to restaurants and the entire tourist circuit. We hope to stay again!

We would definitely stay here again. Loved how clean it was, the decoration is beautiful and it has an elegant but cozy vibe. Communication with Less was great. Only thing I’d say is I wish it had more room to park 2 cars. We could only park 1 car and had to pay extra for a car spot outside. Other than that, great stay!

Our family of 3 had a fabulous 2 night stay at Les' apartment, I wish we could've stayed longer! The place is gorgeous inside, immaculately clean with plenty of space for everybody. The decor is beautiful, warm and inviting. Fluffy towels, bath products and hair dryer were much appreciated. The rooftop is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine (thanks for the complimentary bottle Les) and the sunset. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it looked well stocked. Access to the laundry room was a huge bonus. The location was perfect, just far enough away to avoid a lot of street noise in the center but only a 10-15 min walk to everything Antigua has to offer. I would definitely stay at Les' place again any time and highly recommend. Do you have places anywhere else in the world? =)

It's a beautiful and quiet place to stay with a great location

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a fresh, wonderful scent, and the place was immaculate. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the rooftop—what a breathtaking spot! The views of the volcano were clear and stunning, making it the perfect place to relax. The property itself was secure, with 24-hour security and a gated entrance, which made us feel very safe. The grounds were well-maintained and lovely, adding to the charm of the stay. The only downside was that the walls were pretty thin, so we could hear things going on next door. It didn’t interrupt our sleep and the neighbors were quiet. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua.

Was a great place in a great location!! Only downside was there was no AC but luckily there were fans! The place was clean and communication was great with the host as well! We felt very secure with the security guard on duty at all times!!

Our travel plans changed and we needed to find a place quick. Les was very kind to let us check-in early since we had to leave another Airbnb at noon and we had no where to put our bags. Plus, this place has an amazing view of the volcanos on the rooftop!

Communication with Les was excellent, always very quick and Les was very flexible with us due to a last minute emergency. Highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay. Such a cute, functional place with plenty of space. The new from the rooftop deck is amazing. We did have trouble getting in when we arrived...this was partly do to us showing up at a late hour and the other half of our party had already arrived. We had to wake them to come to the gate to confirm we were staying at the house. The rest of the time it wasn't an issue. I would advise to leave very specific travel times and if you're arriving at different times make sure you let the front know the names of the people who will show up afterwards and that will spare you any difficulties at the entrance.

The place was an absolute gem. Perfectly located on a quite street and a short 8-10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of town or a 2 min Tuk tuk ride! Les was super responsive and accommodating. The house reminded me of a hip NYC place. Loved it and felt right at home. Great amenities, beds comfy and having a washer and dryer was helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! Felt newly renovated with very modern decor and furnirture. Rooftop was the cherry on top with clear view to Mount Fuego. Location was incredible - within walking distance of every major place in Antigua, including all the best restaraunts and bars (Antigua Brewing Company is a must go). Les is very responsive. One of our friends didn’t fell well in our check-in day and she is very supportive to let us check in a bit early so our friend can get some rest. The room is very clean though she has to shorten the cleaning time. Much appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we visit Antigua in the future. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space with great areas for hanging out and eating family meals. We especially loved the rooftop patio and view of the volcano! The location was ideal for driving in from Guatemala City and then making our way on foot through the town. Close to everything we wanted to see, while being safe and secure. It was a bit hard to find at night but once we did the guard let us in the complex and getting inside was a breeze. The parking spot was welcome, though be careful the size of vehicle to fit (we had a large SUV so it was tight). Les was very communicative, helpful, and kind as were the security staff on site. Highly recommend for a modern place in a lovely town!

We had a wonderful time at Les’s gorgeous property in Antigua. It was an oasis in the city and perfect for three of us. Communication was fantastic, Les was quick to reply to us when we had questions. The area was very safe, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect and the upstairs terrace was the cherry on top. We can’t wait to return!

5 star stay for my family’s first time visiting Guatemala. The place was well appointed with all things for cooking meals at home and also close enough to walk to many restaurants. The rooftop with the Mountain View was our absolute favorite and we enjoyed many mornings and nights up there. We will definitely rent this place again! This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in worldwide. I am a 5 star superhost myself and was so impressive. The house is a little gem in a garden oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town. Yet a few blocks to walk to the central square and restaurants. The house is beautifully appointed with top quality appliances and equipment. The rooms are airy and spacious. There are multiple spaces to hang out - a good TV and BBQ. Les has thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for a family to relax and together. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the pool is a delight. We didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay at Casa Bianca. The house was beautifully decorated and designed. It had everything we needed as a family with little ones. They even prepared a pack and play for our 12 month old baby and a gate for the stairs… and bottle of wine for the parents!! It was walking distance from everything. We would love to come back again and again!

As soon as we stepped inside the house, the house smelled great, and we fell in love with how beautifully it was decorated. You could tell that they focused on the details of the decor. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Our flight was not until hours later after the check-out time, and the host let us store our suitcases without any problems. The area is sooooo nice and there is a lot of amazing restaurants just walking distance. The house is in a private community with guards, we were 3 young women, and we felt completely safe.
