My sister in law had her first wedding at this beautiful beach front home. It was a great experience. The home is beautiful beach front big enough for large families. The view is amazing! We did have a power outage the last day we were there, it was all over town & last over 12hrs. Jesus was responsive on communicating the status of the outage.

I loved the home, very clean next to the beach if I had a problem he responded with in seconds. My family and I were very happy in this house. It was quiet, peaceful. I have no complaints. I would recommend it, I would come back to this house again.

It was a great place to stay, Jesus was not over stepping on our stay and gave us the space and privacy we needed, not a helicopter host at all. I will look into renting his place in the future. 💯 recommended.

Place is one of the nicer homes in las conchas. Had the best water pressure and hot water of any place I’ve rent in the area ever. Pictures are accurate but need a little more context on how things are orientated. There is an additional bedroom on the top floor that requires you to go through the master bedroom to reach it. Depending on your application, maybe ideal for having your kids right next to you. But, lack of privacy if a separate party is staying in that room? Another bedroom off the living room. Wouldn’t call it a bedroom, more like a bed in a walk in closet. The separate living quarters with kitchen is a plus and the overall upkeep of the place is one of the best in the area. I would say it’s perfect for 8 adults with a few kids in there.. More than that, if privacy isn’t an issue for your group?

My family and I had enjoyed our stay was absolutely flawless. The house is situated directly in front of the ocean, offering breathtaking views that truly made our trip special. Inside, the property was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is taken care of, but this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco!

This was a perfect house for our 3 families to enjoy! The location was great, the listing was very accurate, and Jesus was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We will definitely be looking to book here again!

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

Great house, great location!

The space is wonderful and the location right on the beach is great. Some of the bedrooms are in slightly awkward locations – and there was an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms on the first night Jesus got that fixed the same night and it wasn’t an issue anymore. Great communication on his part. Would stay again!

The place was perfect for a group of multiple families with children. Jesus was responsive, the place was clean, modern, and had all needed amenities to feed our families and have fun on the beach.

Fantastic beach house

Amazing house, directly on the water can not get closer. It’s been remodeled more then current pictures. Jesus is Available 24/7 needed help finding a few items and responded in minutes late at night. Great home and great host

The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. It was so quiet and private and the beach was pristine.

Great location and views! We had some issues checking in but Jesus acts quick and responds fast. He took care of our concerns and accommodates his guests. Wonderful service and the home is big and beautiful! Truly appreciated the service and time we spent here.

It's a lovely house and a great location right on the beach. We were a large group of five families with kids, and the place was large enough to accommodate us.

This was our second time spending fall break here. We just returned from 7 days at the house and once again had an amazing time. We had 7 adults and 5 kids in our group and had more than enough room for everyone. The house is clean, well equipped, and the perfect location. The beach is very private and perfect for swimming when the tide is in and great to explore when out. Jesus is wonderful to work with and quick to respond if you have any questions. This house will always be our first choice when visiting RP with a group.

The best experience! If you’re looking for beach front this is as good as it gets. The beach is beautiful and since it’s residential it’s as close to a private beach as you can get, but you still get the vendors out here as well as the fun stuff like the bananas right on the back steps of the house like you do in the Malecón/Hotel areas. It’s also a centered location about 10 min drive to Malecón area. The house itself is super spacious, modern and beautiful and had more than enough space to accommodate all our group (14) and the host Jesus is very responsive and will make sure that all your questions are answered. We definitely plan to come back next time in Puerto Peñasco! Thank you.🙏😀

A great spot, clean, great beach

Great place for large family gathering. Our son got married down the street so Casa Los Abuelos was perfect and so close. Although we had no issues arise where we needed to contact Jesus, the power did go out and he personally came over to the house to let us know what was going on. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The house is beautiful and the time response from Jesus is on point. It’s perfect for large groups every room has its own shower and bathroom. It’s steps away from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had our wedding here and it was perfect!! House is beautifully remodeled and all the guests loved it as well. Jesus was always a call/message away and helped us with everything in a timely fashion. We will definitely book again in the future

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa de los Abuelos. The house is perfect for big families or multiple families. Not only did the house have everything we needed but its location on the beach is amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Just returned from an amazing time at Casa de los Abuelos! The house was even better than expected. It's in a great location on the beach where it was nice and sandy for swimming. Jesus was a great host and extremely responsive with any issues or questions we had. He even sent us a huge delivery of fresh shrimp. Will definitely return when coming with a large group.

This home is incredible. The main floor has a complete fresh remodel. Modern amenities - WiFi, smart TV, big kitchen, modern appliances. We had 4 families with kids for fall break in from Phoenix and had a blast. Home was perfect spot and Jesus was an incredible and super responsive host. We WILL stay again. Very cool spot. Great experience - October 2020.

Such a fabulous location, right on the ocean, with lovely outdoor space to appreciate it all. A nice big house for multiple families. We had three families of four after one cancelled, but could've made it work with four families.

Great place. More beautiful than pictures . Wind blew the waves way up the wall and did some damage . Jesus wasn't at all concerned that I was the cause he knows the area and knew the weather did the damage. House was clean his wife's decoration business was able to deliver chairs and tables right to the house . Excellent host and community

Thank you Jesus for everything. Your beautiful home was honestly my favorite stay at Rocky Point. An absolutely beautiful and spatial home that pictures do not do it justice. Once there your greeted with a stunning view of the water at all times. the kids and the family all loved it. Jesus was always there if needed and the home was super well equipped and spotless clean. Thank you again Jesus and I will definitely be back again.

Jesus was phenomenal. Always responded extremely quickly with answers to my questions from beginning to end. Had an AC fail and boy was he on it. Fixed within 2 hours of me letting him know. Could not have been any better than Jesus provided. Will definitely return to this beautiful house again.

This house is amazing and huge! Perfect for big families like mine!

The house was amazing, plenty of room for 4 family’s. Kitchen had all amenities needed to cook for us all. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beach was literally steps away... we had jet skis and banana boat come meet us on the beach. We felt safe at all times. Enjoyed the large back patio overlooking the beach. The house had a fire pit we were able to take advantage of. Throughly enjoyed the entire house and experience on the beach. We would love to comeback and enjoy the experience again! Any questions we had, were answered through email within a matter of minutes.

Great and beautiful place to stay with your family . tide comes up to stairs around noon and around 10pm with bananas boats passing by and offering rides around six dollar's a person. Would recommend to anyone.

This house and location was absolutely perfect for our weekend with friends. I can't say enough about the spectacular view, beach and amenities at this house. Jesus was the best host I have had and really saved the day for us with his assistance in Mexico. We will definitely be back to stay at his house.

The place is huge and gorgeous. Great location and beach. With the 12 of us that were there the place was a phenomenal value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large place to stay.

We hosted a wedding on 5/4/19 and it was an amazing and perfect today! Jesus made sure everything looked great and that I had everything I needed for the big day! We’ll definitely come back for vacations in the future! Lots or parking for wedding guest and house guest. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The kitchen was remodeled and new! Beautiful remodeled showers! Can’t wait to return!

The house was beautiful clean and Jesus was super responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Great tidal pools in the evening where we found anemones, octopi, starfish, etc and beach was calm enough during the day to swim in.

After 16 years we were able to have a family reunion. It was a gorgeous house in which we all fit comfortable. Would stay here again. Our family will cherish these memories. was an awesome time.

This house was just perfect for our family vacation. It had plenty of room for all of us. The beach view is amazing! The water came right up to the stairs during high tide. It was so nice to be able to just walk out and have the beach so close. It was our first trip to rocky point and this was a great place to stay.

Huge house right on the beach! Private beach and beautiful nights

Although not a five star place to stay, this house was perfect for the 13 of us! There were some issues but as soon as I reported them to Jesus, he responded without hesitation, and in fact, showed up at the house to get some items in working condition. He was always available when I sent him a message and quickly responded! This house is located in a perfect spot on the beach of Las Conchas! Don't expect luxury, but expect it to be well worth the $$$! I suggested he get Wifi, an additional refrigerator (as the one in the main house was much smaller than the average fridge, and additional outside seating. If those are offered, we will most likely stay there again next year!
