A beautiful house. We had a great time. It has absolutely everything mentioned in the listing. The pool is clean and at an ideal temperature. The house is clean and very spacious. Very modern and nice!

Excellent. The pool water is always at a good temperature. The covered barbecue is spacious, clean and comfortable. The TV room has extraordinary sound. The parking lot is spacious, clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

House was just like the pictures! Very beautiful home and Lupita was the sweetest when needed help and house was always super clean!

Excellent location. The house is superbly equipped to spend a few days in Cuernavaca. The pool is wonderful, and in general everything was very good. We would most certainly stay there again.

The house is very nice; we had a lovely family stay. The heated pool was perfect for the children in the family, at a very good temperature. My dog and the kids played happily in the garden; we also went for a walk, and there is an avenue nearby with swings on a large, beautiful tree. You can also hire staff to cook and clean, which helped us enjoy our time as a family even more. Overall, we were all very pleased and happy in the house. Thank you so much.

Beautiful house! Very quiet area; everything is close by, whether it's to order food or go out to eat. You can rest wonderfully; there's no noise. The pool temperature is amazing; we enjoyed it a lot. My 2-year-old granddaughter had the most fun and was the happiest. Flexibility with check-out time, prompt service, and kindness from everyone involved in our stay. Everything we requested via the app arrived very quickly. We really had a great time. Thank you!

The house is in perfect condition, the water pressure in the bathrooms is wonderful, the pool is amazing and warm, and we were told the hot tub was a cold-water hot tub, which makes no sense, but with the pool and the heat outside, we didn't even need to use it. The space is perfect for families with children; the master bedroom is dreamy. We had a very happy time. The kids literally spent the whole time in the pool; we didn't have to leave at all. I feel that some amenities are missing, such as napkins or basic kitchen and bathroom items (like body soap), but other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Lupita and Leslie were always very attentive.

The house is located in a very central neighborhood near Reforma, but at the same time, it is very quiet. Most importantly, two of the bedrooms are spacious and have their own terrace; the other two are smaller. The kitchen is very well equipped. Ms. Lupita is very friendly and helpful.

Comment: the guest bathroom was flushing water and was not in use. And the Jacuzzi is cold water.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It’s bigger than we expected, and the social areas are perfect, lots of space to hang out, relax, and enjoy time together, it all feels super cozy and welcoming. The house is totally worth what you pay, everything was clean, well equipped, and way more spacious than most places we’ve stayed. Plus, parking was super easy and never a problem, which was a big plus for us. Honestly, the place went above and beyond our expectations. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back!

Very nice house

This is the second time we've visited this house and we always leave delighted. The pool is super warm and my children love it. The TV area is amazing to enjoy as a family and the attention Lupita gives us is always first class. She treats us incredibly, she's attentive to everything and cooks very well. We hope to return soon!

It was great. The house is really what they advertise. The place is super quiet, the pool is super warm, but when they gave us the house there was a little dust on the furniture. The jacuzzi is very dirty and it wasn't working, but apart from that everything was very good, everything was practical and of course we would return

The house is very large and has all the amenities described, which makes the stay very relaxing. Points to highlight are also the local golf club as an option for fun and that the house has its own spa room with a very nice jacuzzi. The house also has a very nice view and the place has good privacy, which makes it a great option to relax and enjoy your stay.

Great place for our family. Clean, spacious. Sra Lupita was great, always available and quick to respond. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working and we were unable to use that. Other than this, the place is amazing.
