Wow! So many amenities! Such spacious rooms (bedrooms & living areas)! The staff at Seiri Del Mar & Embers (the restaurant just a football field away) was incredibly friendly and kind (especially to our almost two year old). They arranged a half day snorkeling trip for me (highly recommend!) The big pool was lovely: great temps, deep end, shallow parts for sitting, swim up bar. The toddler pool was also perfect: a ledge around it, great shallow depth. The pool area included toys & rafts and was cleaned daily. They also offer canoes and a quiet yoga area. The living space was great. A lot of space for our kiddo to run around inside to escape the heat, two showers + an outdoor shower (that we loved!), good air conditioning, plenty of towels for bathing & beaching. The rooms were rather bright once the sun was rising, just fyi. (We brought a blackout blind for our toddler and set up the pack n play in one of the bathrooms.) They also provided a high chair. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this unit and at Seiri Del Mar. The staff was very helpful in booking excursions and transfers. The property was great with a nice pool, trampoline for the kids, and peaceful grounds at the North end of Hopkins. We also thought Embers was great—breakfasts were excellent, lunch food to the pool was great, and dinners were great, too. The unit was clean, well-appointed and great for our family of four.

Our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It is quiet and peaceful and the villa we stayed in was so comfortable. There was plenty of filtered water, great a/c throughout and cookware to make meals if needed. I can’t say enough nice things! The communication was always prompt, the people who work at Seiri Del Mar are very kind and helpful and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We had an excellent dinner at Embers restaurant one evening and loved exploring Hopkins from here.

Lovely resort area. Great staff, accommodating, good food at the restaurants (which were really nice to have 2 choices right on sight). Comfortable beds, very clean with lots of kitchen amenities if you want to cook. Cute little workout platform by the ocean with kettle balls and yoga mats. We enjoyed our stay.

Jo-Annes place was perfect! we were there for 2 nights. The room and the resort was very clean. The staff was all very accommodating. If we ever come to Belize Hopkins again we would definitely stay again!

It was a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen was stocked up well for cooking. Very good quality dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the coffee that was provided for us. All of the staff made us feel welcome and special as their guests, from the security and welcome desk to the restaurant/bar staff. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. It has been our experience that usually the places that we stay at have a “hot tub” but they aren’t heated. This one, however, was heated and super nice!!!! We would absolutely stay here again! 😁

We had an amazing stay here! A gorgeous condo with very comfortable beds. The space is huge! You get a lot of bang for the buck! We loved it!

You literally cannot be closer to the sea. The location is just amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the resort with our two toddlers. Nice pool with bar and restaurant onsite. There is even a toddler pool. The beach feels private. Cannot ask for more.

Wonderful stay at this well-appointed, spacious condo. Loved the in-unit and on-property amenities! Great communication from the host and the property is maintained and secured quite well.

We loved our vacation in Hopkins!!! The condo was beautiful, large, clean, and very comfortable for a family of four. They paid attention to all the small details including complimentary coffee, filtered water, detergent for laundry and clean towels. The AC was perfect and the view was amazing of the beach. The pool was just the right size with a swim up bar. Nearby food was great. The town had amazing food and hospitality. We particularly enjoyed being at a great location to be able to go to the ruins, chocolate tasting, hiking, zip lining and cave tubing. We also enjoyed driving the golf cart around town which conveniently you can rent from the condo.

What can we say? Seire Del Mar is a beautiful, relaxed resort. Just as advertised! Small enough to feel intimate, with an incredible location on the water and wonderful amenities, including the large pool with Kyle the ever present pool bartender. The unit was awesome. High ceilings, great beds, full kitchen. Everything we needed. The location at the very far north of Hopkins (which itself is spread out) benefits from having a car, although plenty of bikes to borrow (although that can get hot during the day). All around awesome place. Would recommend to any family and friends coming to this part of Belize!

Amazing Villa. Locals were great. You can walk to the neighboring villa as well for food and drinks. We will be back!

OMG!! What a beautiful space!! very well thought out with all the amenities one would want. i loved having my morning coffee righr on the beach, the afternoon cocktail right at the swim-up bar and evening chat with the reataraunt staff to conclude the day. I will most definately be going back.

Siera Del Mar is a wonderful resort. The grounds, beach, pool, restaurant are all top notch. We highly recommend this property. 11/10

Seiri del Mar is Amazing!!! This was one of the best places I’ve ever been! The service excellent, the view was beautiful and the villa was stunning!!!

Check in was super easy, place was very clean and quiet :)

I booked this stay very last minute due to a flight cancellation. Ratka was very accommodating and even let us check in early because we really had no where else to go. As soon as we got there, I realized missing our flight was actually a good thing! We were shown to our little condo and our bags taken for us. Then we were given a free welcome drink! The place was spotless clean, and the pool and bartender were awesome. I highly recommend this stay!

The unit was clean, sleek, and fresh. Very easy to settle into. The complex itself has plenty of amenities that are easy to access and the staff is incredibly nice. Ratka was very kind and accommodating with all our questions and requests, including sending a transport to pick us up from the other side of Hopkins.

Simply amazing place! The villa was amazing and the resort was stunning. Ratka & Byron are some of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Their restaurant and activity recommendations were top notch. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had a lovely stay at Seiri Del Mar. I would highly recommend this stay. Felt private but also close enough to town, including to many local and delicious restaurants. We liked using the bikes for this. The central A/C was amazing and we were happy for it. Beautifully furnished with everything you would possibly need, many personalized touches. Ocean, pool, and hammocks were lovely. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough. Hopefully we will be back!!

Beautiful place... helpful, friendly staff... peaceful. We loved every minute of our stay. We've been to many parts of Belize and Hopkins is our favorite for vacationing!

Beautiful location extremely close to the water! We loved having available kayaks and paddle boards. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and always clean. we hope to stay here again and to visit Hopkins Village in the future!

This was a very nice place to land for a night at the tail end of our trip. Very comfortable… like a home away from home only with the addition of a beach and pool :) also great be able to take bikes into the town which we loved. Ratka was very accommodating and we were grateful for a late check out. Hope to return someday!

What an amazing location and setting! View is incredible. The villas are beautiful, clean and nearly new with great amenities. The team at Seiri Del Mar was AMAZING - we had a flight cancelation and had to rebook with 2 days notice. Jo-Anne and Ratka handled it without a blink or complaint - totally trouble free during a high stress event! Upon arrival, Jo-Anne was cheerful, helpful and got us settled quickly. As we worked with Ratka, we came to really appreciate her responsiveness and helpfulness. She was able to get us into almost all the tours we wanted with quality guides. The one exception was totally due to the tour vendor and not on the Seiri Del Mar team. We rarely repeat travels, but our experience here has us thinking about a return SOON!

A great location and a great price. Has most of the amenities of the resort without the price or seclusion. Easy to get to the main part of Hopkins by bike, the condos are right on the water, and the host is responsive and helpful, and will even book excursions and make reservations for you. If you want to be lazy and lounge on the beach or by the pool, it's a great spot. And it's also a good home base for exploring Belize without feeling like you're wasting money on a resort.

The setting was beautiful and the accommodations were wonderful. Ratka was welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. This was an outstanding Airbnb experience overall and most important.... we unanimously stated we would visit again. Thanks to Radka and her most friendly staff for a most pleasant stay. you were all without exception AMAZING!!

Ratka and Byron were phenomenal. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities. The place was beautiful and everyone was very friendly . They even were able to add air to our rental car tire . Truely full service . I would recommend their resort to anyone wanting to travel to Belize.

Ratka is a great host. Their place is amazing, spacious and serene. I stayed there with my sisters and felt super safe. We fully enjoyed our stay. All basic amenities are provided including full kitchen. Loved that pool was open until late :)

The room was clean and spacious and just as the photos. The property is private, and beautiful! … Amazing pool and jacuzzi . Only issue is the property is a bit dark at at night.

Our family had a wonderful time at Seiri Del Mar. It is truly heaven by the sea. We enjoyed the beach, the amazing view and our beautiful, clean, and well equipped home. The staff was wonderful. Thank you Ratka for all your help!

Best unit in entire place! It is literally on the water. The place was spacious, clean and perfect for our family. We had a toddler, and they even had a crib setup for us. They maintain the beach very well each morning, and it was better than any of the other nearby properties beaches. The staff was so nice and accommodating. There is a swim-up bar at the pool with amazing drinks every day, but no restaurant on site. They are currently building a restaurant on-site which we’ve been told will be done by the end of the year. That will make this place literally perfect. The walk to Rhum Shack at the nearby property wasn’t far but that part of the beach wasn’t maintained well, and the restaurant was hit or miss with service. Going in town for dinner was quick and really delightful. If you are staying in Hopkins, don’t think twice about booking this place. Our jaw literally dropped when we walked in to the unit due to the views and massive layout. We loved it here!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Right on the sea and a pool that can be used around the clock. The house is superbly equipped, kitchen fully available and also a grill (gas and coal are available) - everything clean! All the staff at the facility were very friendly and accommodating, always there for questions. Ratka drove us to the bus when we left, thank you again! Highly recommended!

Amazing! Pictures don’t do this place justice. The beach and pool were beautiful. And the unit was spotless and exactly as described. Ratka was extremely helpful and organized some amazing tours during our stay. I will definitely recommend this place.

A perfect place for our family. The condo was more spacious than expected and the resort was super helpful in helping us organize everything. It wasn't busy when we were there and was basically a private resort for us to enjoy the Belizian sun and Hopkins lifestyle.

This place is WONDERFUL! So unbelievably close to the water, this unit is literally right *ON* the beach. Enjoyed the sound of the waves every night from our bed! Resort is immaculately kept - with an incredible pool, plus the free use of bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards was a HUGE plus. Plus the town of Hopkins is so awesome, we loved being so close! Will definitely make our way back here!

We had a great stay. they couldn't have been more helpful. the units are large with all the amenities you need. The pool and hot tub are just steps from the unit. Our unit was beach side and the staff keeps the beach and grounds immaculate. There is a 3 meal restaurant on site with a friendly staff. Bicycles are provided for an easy bike to the village. Golf cart rentals are on site for easy travel further. I highly recommend the place if your planning a trip to Hopkins.

The condo at Sieri Del Mar was spectacular. Ours was right on the ocean, literally steps away, and the condo itself was beautiful and well appointed. I rated it as "just as expected" because from pictures, it looked fabulous, and it indeed was! The condo itself - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living, outdoor shower, outdoor eating area and lounge chairs was perfect for the spot. The grounds (pool, hot tub, etc.) while still being somewhat developed are fully operational and gorgeous. I took full advantage of the bikes, kayak and paddle boards. The staff was helpful in booking a snorkelling trip for us, and because Hopkins is so small/local, everything was great value. All in all, couldn't ask for anything else.

This place exceeded our expectations, the location was quiet and private feeling, right on the beach- literally . No development to the one side of the establishment, and a very short walk to the Rhum Shack, which was between us and the resort next door. We spent five days exploring Hopkins, and were very happy we chose to stay at Seira Del Mar. The staff had the groceries we requested awaiting us - which was a really welcoming touch. Condo had everything we could need - down to a coffee bean grinder. Comes with washer and dryer ( you will need to get your own. Laundry soap- which is no problem - several groceries stores near by) Dekland in the office, set us up with great snorkeling and fishing tripS, and from all we saw- we had the best beach in Hopkins. Originally we were looking at staying at the resort next door, but opted for the condo due to better price. After seeing both places- we would have picked Here over there anyways- more private , spread out, less crowded feeling . Would stay here again for sure- a great price for what you get!

The condo was clean and well stocked, and very comfortable. We were a few feet away from the water's edge! Raktka and Byron are friendly and helpful, and helped to coordinate an unforgetable snorkel tour for our family with young kids. We would stay in Hopkins and at Seiri del Mar again, and look forward to being back!

Excellent condo unit. Great for a quiet get away. All one floor except several stairs to enter. Right on sea with fantastic sunrises. Decently equipped. Some amenities not yet available.

Seiri Del Mar is a beautiful complex located right on the beach of Hopkins. The town was filled with wonderful people and wonderful food. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed! Thanks guys!

Greg’s place proved to be an excellent choice for us. Located in a lovely, super accessible spot, it made all our daily hikes to different parts of Belize a breeze. The home was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The outdoor shower was a lovely plus and the Rhum Shack was the perfect spot for our morning breakfasts and planning the day. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly!
