Great house and great host. Stayed there with my mom, husband, and kids (ages 9 & 11). Felt right at home. Felt like home. Next to many restaurants and mall. Safe neighborhood.

The stay was excellent. The place to stay completely matches the description and photos. Everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is very convenient and safe. The host was very attentive from the start, with clear and quick communication, and always willing to help with any questions. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

We requested early check-in with the reservation which Maritza accepted, this was confirmed by both the reservation and check in instructions from Airbnb. Unfortunately the request was confirmed, but not accommodated, and check-in remained 4pm - which is very late for check in under normal circumstances, but especially so after arriving at midday with an elderly person - the specific reason for our check in request. The house is excellent, though the map is extremely inaccurate and you'll need to wait until 4pm until you receive instructions on how to find the house. It's a great neighborhood also, highly convenient, quiet, safe and well located though fully 30 minutes from the airport which isn't clear at reservation because the map is location map is so inaccurate.

I had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Managua. The place was very nice, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what I needed to relax before an early flight. Although I didn’t spend the night, I was able to rest and recharge in a peaceful environment. The host was very attentive and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay.
