Awesome spot - highly recommend

Truly amazing bnb. The photos of the don’t do it justice. Interior is much nicer than it appears in photos and the grounds are much larger than they look. Unbeatable views, privacy, security, walkability. Recommend getting the golf cart for easy trips downtown. Tia our hostess was super cool and responsive. She handled all the organization and scheduling so you can maximize your time actually enjoying the space/beaches. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was unbeatable. Across the street from the beach, and everything is a 10 minute cab ride away. House was also great and cleaned daily. Would recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was exactly what we were looking for, spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The location was close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and private. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor area, the pool and garden made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time w family. One of the highlights was seeing beautiful birds and even a toucan visiting the yard, it made the experience feel truly unique. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. Special thank you to Daniela and James, you guys made our stay memorable with your hospitality.

Our travel group LOVED this villa and the team who made it so enjoyable. From booking to departure we didn’t have to think about a thing. We worked with Daniela and she was a dream. We all commented that this was the most relaxing trip we have taken by far. Highly recommend!

The whole stay/vacation was perfect because of the concierge staff and the location of the house. Daniela took great care of all of our families needs and we never once felt anything but spoiled the entire vacation. From scheduling pick up at the airport through to drop off. A+

My first impression was"wow", it had exceeded my expectations, and when does that ever happen, never, especially if you have high standards like me. We were an extended family of 10, everyone had plenty of space including bathrooms. It was very tastefully appointed. When you stepped out the front door you were greeted by a good size swimming pool which also had toys for all ages, outside the gate was a small outdoor bar, which was perfect, across the dirt road was the beach, then the ocean where you were guaranteed a beautiful sunset every night. You couldn't ask for anything more Just remember that where you stay is part of your vacation experience, why not make it the best. We had an awesome time.

Perfect Family Getaway! We had an amazing time at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 7 couples and kids. The beach views were stunning, and Daniela was incredibly helpful with any small issues. The AC in each room was a lifesaver, and there were plenty of comfortable spots to relax. Nearby restaurants made dining easy. Highly recommend for a fantastic beach vacation!

This place was amazing super clean convenient. The Host Tia went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. You’re right on the beach with the grass area in front at the nicest part of beach in Hako fully equipped with coffee maker and all the amenities that you can think of towels everything the pool was clean and beautiful and right on the beach. It was like a dream every day waking up to this. I would recommend anyone.

We hosted our first Thanksgiving in Costa Rica and everyone just loved Casa Rio Mar Grande! It was perfect for our large family (16 total), with plenty of space for everyone. The location was simply perfect, some of the kids surfed or swam at the beach, others lounged by the pool or sun bathed on the huge deck overlooking the Pacific! We enjoyed magnificent sunsets every evening and the cousins all went in to town in the evenings. Our kids ranged in ages from 14-27 and all loved every minute of this once in a lifetime vacation. Ronny the security guard was super friendly and helpful. Our concierge Tia was great too, always checking in on us and helping us arrange chefs for our special dinners and stopping by to see if there was anything we needed, overall a perfect venue for our large group! Thanks for such an amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Jaco! We had 14 people during our stay (10 adults and 4 kids). We had plenty of room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus 2 by the pool. The rooms each had their own AC units and we had no issues with keeping our rooms cool. The house was perfect for us. The covered patios were great hang out areas. Our crew loved the swings on the front porch. We got married on the beach in front of the home. It was perfect! The staff was incredible (Tia & Ronnie thank you!!). Matt worked with us planning the big details for our wedding ahead of time. They helped make our wedding flawless. Chef Chris fixed us a fabulous meal at the house for our wedding dinner. The beach in front of the house is incredible - it’s flat and at low tide you have so much beachfront to play in! The sun deck provided awesome views of sunsets. Everyone enjoyed the pool daily. Security onsite 24/7 was a plus - we never felt unsafe. A huge win was the resturant 2 doors down - delicious!!!!

Our stay at Casa Rio Mar was amazing! The location was perfect, the house was a great size and Tia and Matt went over and above to make our trip as fun and enjoyable as possible.
