We loved the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Bethany was very attentive to us and our stay. I would definitely book it again. It's within walking distance of the beach. We didn't have to use the car at all. It's close to a supermarket. We loved it!!

The place is super close to downtown, comfortable and very clean, a very nice space.

Fantastically spacious apartment in very close proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk anywhere in under 5-10 min. Easy parking and clear directions on how to find place and check in. Bethany was very responsive with any questions I had. Washer and dryer was a luxury (after 11 days in Costa Rico), so we could rinse off the clothes after the beach and dry everything. Place is very cute and just as described.

The place was very nice and inviting! It was close enough to everything without sacrificing my privacy and sleep. The facility was very well kept. I was apprehensive about parking my car on the street as it is a rental. However, the night security did a fine job and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place and our host to anyone traveling to Tamarindo!

Great place to stay while exploring Tamarindo and the area. Safe gated condo building. Parking is in the street in front of building and is a safe area. There is a guard posted at night. Close walk to into town and the beach.

Very nice apartment (just like the photos). Cozy and spacious. It was clean. The host was communicative and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was amazing. Very spacious and very well stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. The location is just a few minutes walk to the beach, local markets and restaurants. The center of Tamarindo right at your doorstep. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again.

Great place with a good view! Close to the town and clean.

The accommodation offered a superb view at sunset. It is very well located, just a short walk or drive to all amenities and the beach. We had a small hiccup; the sheets and the bathroom weren't very clean, but the host responded immediately. She sent a housekeeper the very next day to resolve the situation. We are very pleased with our stay. The pool is also very nice on these hot days.

I stayed in this condo for a full month and had a great experience. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well set up for longer stays. The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with great restaurants nearby, two grocery stores within a short walk, and even a reasonably priced gym just 2–3 minutes away. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which allowed me to work remotely Monday through Friday without any issues. The kitchen had all the basic amenities needed for cooking and day-to-day living, and the air conditioning was always fully functional. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to messages and even dropped off supplies occasionally, which was very appreciated. I enjoyed the condo complex so much that I ended up extending my time in Tamarindo by two additional weeks and stayed in another unit in the same complex because this one was already booked. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We had an incredible experience at Bethany’s place. The view was beautiful and we were very happy with everything! Bethany was so good to deal with and was able to provide great recommendations. We were so happy!

Bethany is a real super host! She helped us with both transport from San Jose and renting a golf cart which was delivered to the door. It takes about 6 minutes to walk down to main street but it is a dusty road and steep climb, so a golf cart is good to have if you have smaller kids. All good! 10 points!

Beautiful condo, convenient location. Just far enough from the main strip to be peaceful and quiet, yet a fairly easy walk to everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and the sunset skies.

We stayed for Christmas. 2 adults and a child. loved the seperate bedrooms and the floor layout. AC were nice this time of year. view was great. someone was cleaning the pool while we stayed which was nice to see. Private with gated entrance. we rented a golf cart and parked it behind our car. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others for sure!

A beautiful little duplex very close to all the activities available on the beach and restaurants. In a private residence, it is ideal for a stay in Tamarindo

The location was great. We enjoyed walking to the beach frequently. The apartment was well equipped and as pictured. The pillows were some of the best we experienced in Costa Rica. You can’t flush toilet paper here but having travelled to many places before where this was the case it wasn’t a problem for us. If you have difficulty with stairs this place may not be for you though. There were 4 flights to get into the unit and one more within. This wasn’t a problem for our family or service animal, but could be for some people.

There were body boards which was a pleasant surprise! Although there are balconies, the complex does not have a good view. Walking distance to the beach and places to eat and shop. An excellent stay and I recommend this place.

The stay was very nice. The accommodation is centrally located, making it very easy to get around Tamarindo. The hosts always responded quickly and with good disposition. Overall, everything was good, we will definitely come back

Such an incredible stay! The unit felt immediately like home. The location is easy to access & feels very private (while most other units have a shared staircase, Bethany's is private to hers). The rooms are spacious and private on the upper level; also nice that both rooms have their own AC units & full washroom w/ toilet&shower. The kitchen is very well stocked w/ dishes, cutlery, & appliances, & the fridge/freezer have plenty of room. The living room is bright & open & has lots of floor space to move about (nice that there were yoga mats set beside the couch for after-surf stretching), as well as a nice balcony. The washer/dryer unit were easy to use & very convenient. Fresh beach towels (4) were laid out in a basket by the door as well as 2 boogie boards. The unit is super close to the beach, restaurants, & an awesome food truck park (great tacos). Great, reliable wifi speeds in the unit for remote work too! SO much more to say, but I'm out of characters! Thanks again Bethany!!! :)

My family stayed for 1 week and it was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was safe and very private. The views from the place are spectacular and we loved the bedroom bath layout separated by a spacious living room area. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great. We were even provided with beach towels. There is some construction nearby, but it didn't bother us. The condo is located about a 16 minute walk from Town and there is a hill to climb, but it's totally doable and the views are worth it. Bethany and Antonio were very communicative hosts and very friendly and knowledgeable. They booked surf lessons for our kids, and when we had questions they responded quickly. I would very much recommend this wonderful, clean and spacious property to anyone who wants to be close to amenities, but at the same time away from the bustle of town. Hopefully we will come back soon! Thank you Bethany and Antonio!

The place was very nice, clean and well kept, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The location was perfect, a few minutes' walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A very safe and quiet place, a little far from downtown but with easy access. They have a spacious, clean apartment with all the things you need for a complete stay. Both the host and her maid and security guard provided very good service! A 100% recommended place to visit with the family.

This ocean view apartment is central yet peacefully located 500 meters from beach. It features a beautiful pool and other amenities that make a guest comfortable. From the balcony and living areas you can see the sea. The beach and downtown Tamarindo are only a few minutes away where you’ll find a variety of independent shops and restaurants. I cannot wait to return to this location to relax and enjoy the beach.

Was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment is very comfortable, big and you can find everything you need to cook and relax. The parking is not the best but it is accessible. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

This place is quiet, peaceful and gated, away from the downtown noise. The views of the ocean are amazing. A 10 minute walk to all the action and groceries. Walking to the place is challenging as it’s on a hill so be prepared to sweat. After staying in 2 other places in Costa Rica this place actually had all the kitchen necessities to cook, we could do our own laundry, and it even had beach things like a cooler & umbrella. We felt spoiled to be here. This is well worth the price! Will stay here again.

Beautiful place, great views of the sea and sunset, very close to the walking center, nice pool. Very spacious apto 2 double beds and one single, we didn't have to turn on almost the air conditioning because the Apto is quite cool.

This place was wonderful - from the view of the sunset to its proximity to the beach along with many bars and restaurants. Would recommend a 4x4 since it is located atop a hill. The price was incredible for the location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

good accommodation near the center of Tamarindo, it is located on a second floor so it has an excellent view of the beach, has air conditioning and an equipped kitchen for everything one needs. It's preferable to have a car to get downtown, or you can also use Uber.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the lovely pool. The spacious apartment is in a quiet location where you can walk to the village and beach. Clear and fast communication with Bethany. We felt right at home

We love this place, a real gem in Tamarindo. Just off the main road, nice green surroundings, quiet, and with a beautiful ocean view. Yet 5 minute walk to the nicest part of Tamarindo beach. This was our second time we stayed in Bethany's place and we really enjoyed it. The apartment also has good internet, which was great since I had to work most of the time. All in all a great location and we definitely keep this in mind to come back to again in the future.

The road to the dept was a little complicated, a tall car is necessary, but it was definitely worth it, it is a beautiful place, I would have loved to stay more days, I definitely recommend it.

Great location. The apartment is very comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. It was best to have the opportunity to welcome my guests and be able to make a barbecue in his excellent barbecue. The pool is very clean and the neighbors are very clean and the neighbors are very quiet. We'll be back soon ❤️❤️

This Airbnb was in a great location and felt very safe with a gated entrance, private parking, and a security guard present! You can see the ocean from the airbnb’s two terrances. The Airbnb was very close to Tamarindo beach with nice restaurants, bars, and shopping! To get to the Airbnb, you will need to go up a dirt road so be prepared. The inside of the Airbnb was very clean with no clutter. It felt very comfortable and peaceful staying here for our group of 4. The Airbnb also had a well kept pool to enjoy! Would highly recommend for a group of 4-5 people.
