Atousa and her home are both remarkable. She is extremely easy to communicate with and super helpful with every question at any time. Atousa is amazingly accommodating as is her place. We enjoyed the large space, easy to entertain a family and beautiful property with friendly staff everywhere. The views are to die for. The location is perfection. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Thursday nights a must visit for the tents set up on Marina. Cannot say enough about how fabulous Atousa’s rental is. You will see for yourself. Would absolutely return!

I think it’s honest to say this is one of those you really don’t appreciate how amazing of a location and a place this is until you walk in. Beautiful place was spotless while taken care of extremely responsive host who you can tell takes great pride in their place. Close to the marina for easy walking . Amazing restaurants around quick taxi or Uber anywhere else you’d like to go. Largest infinity pool I have ever been in

This condo is absolutely divine. Went for my daughter's 18th birthday and all the girls stayed in the 3 rooms upstairs while my husband and I stayed in the master downstairs. It was so convenient for them to have their own space in the condo. The rooms are beautifully decorated, was very clean, quiet at night. Every room has it's own air conditioner you can program to your liking. The pool is huge and clean and very family friendly. The staff at the restaurant downstairs are great. The drinks are delicious and love that they have breakfast starting early in the morning to get my coffee. Communicating with the host was super easy. She replied quickly to all my questions. When we arrived we had someone there ready to give us instructions on how to enter the condo as well as the amenities inside. Located close to the marina which has wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend Casa Prime Steak. Entering Shangri La feels very safe. Always someone at the entrance checking who comes and goes.

Great spot for families. We had kids, parents, grandparents - something for everyone.

This is the place you’re looking for. It’s a surprising 10-15 minute drive from the airport. The place is immaculate. The view is spectacular at day or night. The pool is awesome and you can walk right to the beach or other resorts from there. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores that are within walking distance. The staff is incredible. They will make sure you have no problem checking in and give you a tour of of the place when you arrive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to PV, and will try to book this place again next time I visit. One thing to point out (definitely not a negative): the restaurant by the pool and the swim-up bar are cash only.

Had a great stay. The apartment is fantastic. The views are incredible. The complex is easy to find, extremely safe, and had wonderful amenities. There is a restaurant by the pool for breakfast. All the bedrooms were great. The AC worked well. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

I don’t even want to tell you how good it was because I don’t want you to book it when we want to be there! Seriously, it’s a beautiful unit, the development is immaculate, all the staff wonderful and friendly, just all around fabulous. We spent the majority of our days at the pool and our nights on the huge balcony, we lucked out with fireworks every night! Lots of restaurant choices in the marina or we did the 20-30 minute cab ride into the Romantic Zone for some fantastic meals. We will be back for sure!

First, Atousa’s condo was incredible; spacious, ornate, and came with the best view of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment came just as described and came with a plethora of modern amenities, refined artwork and furnishings - it was truly a luxurious experience. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The condo was great and lived up to what Atousa advertised. It was clean, well equipped, great views of the bay, roomy and had an excellent entertainment system. We hope to return to it next time we lease in Marina Vallarta.

This condo is spectacular! My family of 9 spent Christmas there and it was wonderful. I travel a lot worldwide and this is the loveliest Airbnb we have stayed in. As one steps off the elevator that opens directly into the penthouse condo, the views of the ocean, mountains and the huge pool all are stunning. The artwork around the condo and interior design create a plush ambience. Communication was great through the booking process and the check in. The property manager, Marcos, helped to arrange transportation from the airport and against all odds was able to arrange a chef for us. At check in, Marcos met us at the lobby and helped get us settled in. There is a very nice lady who came to clean and straighten up daily. The kitchen is well equipped, all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Do note that the 5th bedroom is truly separate as noted by the owner. The location of the property was perfect for us in the Marina area, 5 minutes walking distance to restaurants, massages, and to the marina waterfront. It’s about 20 minutes drive to the Molecon. There is good security as it is in a gated community. The community pool area includes hot tubs, a restaurant and a swim up bar. I highly recommend this property.

We’ve been a lot of places and stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties, but this topped them all! Puerto Vallarta is an amazing and beautiful place, and Atousa’s condo is truly beyond. Two floor penthouse suite, where every bedroom has its own bathroom. The only knock is that bedroom five is truly separate. The listing said this, so no surprise, but no one wanted to stay in it. Back to the good parts: not only is the condo amazing, but the views are incredible and the property overall is as nice as you would find anywhere. The pool and hot tubs are beautiful and the landscaping is immaculate. There is a huge crew working the grounds every day. The pool and hot tubs are perfectly clean. The pool has a cash-only bar and restaurant with pool side service. Food and service were great and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Marina Vallarta is a great destination with lots of shops and restaurants and it was easy to connect to adventures from there. It’s close to the cruise terminal, Walmart and Sam’s club, so buying groceries was just a quick couple of Uber rides. The kitchen is fully stocked and recently updated. We used the grill a couple of times with no issues. In-unit laundry worked perfectly. Overall this is a totally gorgeous condo and property that can’t be beat. I hope to return to it someday.

This place is AMAZING!! It is very clean. The location is great, it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. About a 5-10 minute ride to the airport. Overall had a great time, would love to come back.

5 stars - amazing place, checkin/checkout, and location. We were a family of grandparents, young kids, and parents that stayed for a week. - Views are amazing, beach is private, pool is heated and tons of open space - Marina is actually a 2 min walk away - perfect for restaurants - Keyless entry is amazing for group access - Washer/dryer in unit, plus good air conditioning - Super well-equipped kitchen - Host/Property manager is extremely responsive - Taxis are very easy to get - Very easy to make childproof for young kids, but bring your own pack n plays and also note the rooms get very bright as the curtains are designed to let you experience the view (not blackout) Would stay again!

Stay at this penthouse!! Great open space and a easy drive from the airport. Penthouse is very spacious with great surroundsound and an amazing view. Again, the view is amazing. Location has a pool with the bar and restaurant and all the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Book this house! Communication was clear and very quick. Most importantly the home is absolutely beautiful and the view is killer! Marcos greeted us and showed us around the house, gave great advice and was very kind! The house was incredibly clean and the pool has a swim up bar with the nicest staff! We will now make this a yearly vacation spot!

The condo is stunning and was perfect for our group! Marcos was outstanding and responsive as was Karine! Blondes beware though: the pool chemicals were strong and turned my hair green! Not the condo owners fault at all though hence the 5 stars still!

Amazing! This place is perfect. We loved the location. We had never been to Puerto Vallarta and from here we felt in the center of everything. It was a short drive to Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias to one side and to El Malecón to the other side. We booked a few tours and they departed from Puerto Mágico only 10 minutes away. It’s gated so we felt very safe and everybody was so nice and friendly from the gate guard who got some tennis racquets so my kids could play tennis on the newly redone courts. Marcos was just amazing and gave us a very detailed tour and instructions of everything. We loved to see Aurora every morning when she arrived to clean. We loved that we were able to walk to the Marina where there are a lot of restaurants. I already missed waking up in the morning and drinking my coffee in the beautiful balcony with the the amazing views. Cant wait to go back.

We have a great time at Atousa’s condo. This is the second time we rented the condo, and we’re planning to come back. Just as described, perfect location close to the airport and Marina, and amenities to spare. In addition, Marcus was very helpful and caring throughout the whole rental process, arrival, and departure. Everyday cleaning by Aurora was the cherry in the cake. Thanks Atousa for sharing your property.

We had 2 families - a total of 9 (only 2 kids 17 & 14) spending Christmas here. It was amazing. The photos don’t do the views justice. Grocery stores are convenient and we enjoyed cooking for ourselves. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The photos do not do this place justice! This was a perfect space for our group of ten. Marcos is a delight and will give you the lay of the land. Aurora took great care of us and we enjoyed seeing her each day. Would love to come back again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atousa’s condo to others.

The pictures do not do justice. From families to couples this unit will suit and amaze all. The location, views, cleanliness, quality and service is second to none. Highly recommend and would stay here again and again.

By far the most amazing AIRBNB experience I've ever had. The photos and listing description do not do this penthouse justice! We were greeted by Marcos (who was very communicative and welcoming and available and accommodating) and homemade guac and margaritas. The view was stellar, the penthouse was clean and spacious, the complex itself was extremely safe (there's always a guard at the secured gate), and it almost felt like a resort rather than an AIRBNB. The pool was spacious and amazing--the only issue is that they only allow 10 people at the pool at a time (we had 12 girls for my bachelorette party), which caused tension as they made us leave (so our group was split up--I think Atousa called to allow us all to go at one time, but it didn't work out). It still worked out OK--the pool also has a bar and restaurant that has really tasty food and drinks (that are very decently priced). The beach was right next to the pool, and just down the street from the complex was the marina (with all the boats, convenience stores, and lots of yummy restaurants). The experience as a whole was completely amazing and beautiful and I would definitely book this place again next time I come back to PV!

This is a great property. It is a penthouse with private access, located within a complex with great pool, access to beach and close to everything -yet, it is very private and safe. The penthouse is modern and it has all the amenities you need -yet, its decoration and art are completely modern Mexican (kudos for the art, by the way). This is a place to come back!

The apartment is very well located, with excellent security, great view and ample room for 8 people. In general, the complex is beautiful with well kept gardens, good bar service and nice beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for our next trip to Vallarta.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Atousa's apartment. The terrace and the pool are magnificent. We also enjoyed a lot the tenis courts.
