Many restaurants close by in Bucerius only 10-13 minutes by Uber. Pool was mostly in the shade but we liked that. There is also a community in the complex which is never busy. Very secure and safe gated community.

The place was great, check in was easy and they were waiting for us once we arrived. Location is very convenient and security was very nice to us as well. Definitely recommend and will stay here again

Absolutely a 5 star house, great location very quiet and safe. Highly recommend this location for a group or family. Walking distance to good grocery stores. Taxis are available across the street from the house.

Ismael and the place were great. The private access to the beach was great as well as the 24 hour security in a gated community. Whenever we had a couple of questions, Ismael was quick to respond and seemed very friendly. We would have no hesitation returning to this unit or recommending it to friends. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved making steaks and other proteins on the charcoal gril

Best trip of our lifetime. House is outstanding. A few things need some updating. The beach cooler and umbrella were broken. The addition of a beach buggy would be awesome to get all the beach stuff to the other side of the road to where the beach is located would be amazing. Ismael and Dora were wonderful, the house is well laid out, kitchen was awesome for cooking. We enjoyed great meals around that giant table. Rooms are great, very clean, and safe. Francisco was definitely the highlight of our stay, he helped us every day with guidance and superior hospitality. Beach was beautiful

Ismael and Dora were great. Quick response to any requests or inquiries we had. Quiet and secure. Well appointed. We loved the pool to have a dip in after a day at the beach. Furnishings were comfortable and plentiful for our group. A lovely home for a family or four couples. I’d book again…

An excellent accommodation, access to the beach is very easy, a great place to go as a group, it is a house with very large spaces.

Excellent service provided by Ismael. The house is excellent for relaxing, being close to a beautiful area and Dora certainly makes your stay wonderful! We will definitely visit them again

Just one recommendation we prefer to have the essentials like paper towels, and trash bags instead of the welcome packet.

Ismael's house is beautiful, perfect for our family, our kids had a great time in the privet pool. The local beach is great, I do recommend bring your own beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas and a cooler, there are some there but was not enough for our family of 7. The beach is not far I'd say about a 5 minute walk. The house is equipped with plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable 1 week's stay.

The place was generally as described, and check-in was smooth. The location was convenient for what I needed, and the neighborhood felt safe. The host was responsive when I had questions.

Love how friendly the security Francisco is and Dora.The place is peaceful,and is nice to have the extra community pool too.Close to the marina,Oxxo is walkable,Lots of restaurants near the place,the beach is in front of the place.

Gorgeous place! Very clean and beautiful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the owner is excellent, no problems, the ocean is 2 minutes away, the pool is gorgeous, clean, the dishes are excellent, premium class, there is everything for convenience! We will definitely come back again!!!!

Very nice house, Ismael always very attentive

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

Ismael's house is spectacular and comes with everything you need to enjoy it. We went as a family and enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for the welcome kit and for all the attention and recommendations to make sure we had a great time. The house is certainly highly recommended. It is beautiful and has all the amenities described, and it's close to a very nice beach. Ismael was always attentive to us to make us feel at home. Thank you very much. Highly recommended

The House is very nice, it has all the essential amenities and even more, very good service and the super quiet and very nice area! I'm delighted!

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

Wonderful and safe home. It was very clean and comfortable. The area was private and provided a great and relaxing time. The host was very nice and even provided a welcome gift.

The house is super nice and well located. Some details came out during our stay that read we communicated to Ismael and Dora, and they immediately helped us solve them.

the house was extremely clean the main room was big what I liked that each room had its own bathroom tv the pool was very good but the water was a little cold maybe for the season but everything great we will come back soon thanks

We had a lovely stay at Ismael’s. The pool was a nice addition. You will definitely need a car if you stay here especially to get around. I would recommend if you don’t want to be near the busy area of Puerto Vallarta.

Everything very clean and in very good condition

Great place to stay with family. The house is better than the pictures show. The pool in the back may be a little deep for small kids, but if they are comfortable swimming or have a flotation device they will love it. It is a short walk to the beach and central driving distance to other towns around Puerto Vallarta. We will definitely consider staying at this property again!

I couldn't be happier,this house felt like home,awesome vibe,great and quiet neighborhood but just close to everything,the beach access is a plus to this house,Ismael made feel welcome and special,Dora was great as well,will not stay anywhere else and will chose any of Ismael properties without a doubt ,is business with a human touch,keep up the great job Ismael.

This is by far the best airbnb experience I’ve had to date. Ismael was very quick to respond. The house was as described and check in was really good. There was one house partying quite loudly past 10 pm one night, I messaged Ismael hoping he could do something and it was dealt with immediately. I was impressed and I’ll definitely try and stay here again.

From the first contact, he was attentive and reliable. The information provided about the arrival and reception at the house was clear. Mrs. Dora welcomed us kindly and was always attentive to what we needed and to our questions. The beds are super comfortable and the spaces in the house are very nice. They certainly made us feel at home. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate our welcome kit. We enjoyed it. I would definitely book again.

Very comfortable home for our vacation. Property is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, linen and strong showers. Felt more like a hotel. We were met by Dora who made us feel welcome and had the place looking immaculate. Pool is warm and we used that versus the larger community pool across the street. Felt the home could have had some cleaning supplies so we could self clean during our stay (counter spray, couple laundry tabs, couple of extra garbage bags). Also we were confused on the Beach Club listing - it references one of the nice ones on the street but the minimum spend totals made it more expensive than the Airbnb so we did not go there. It’s just not really included per se vs any other beach club. That aside we would stay here again without a doubt. We all slept well and a good bed and comfortable sheets is key on vacation. Owner communicated very well from booking to check out and he really cares about his guest satisfaction.

Great place

The house is true to the photos and description. In the beginning, there was a slight confusion over the address but the host was as responsive as soon as I communicated with him. Greeted by Dora and she was very friendly and responsive. The day time attendant at the gate is also very friendly and super helpful. The property truly is just across the street from the beach. Our only wish was that there was a dishwasher but otherwise we had a great stay.

THE STAY WAS EXCELLENT. THE FAMILY WAS VERY SAFE AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE HOST'S SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL., WE WILL RETURN TO THAT PLACE.

The house is large and has many amenities. The family was very happy during our stay. The condominium is very clean and there is not much noise around.

Excellent place, very comfortable and spacious. Very modern with nice decoration. Air conditioners worked perfectly, tv sets most everywhere. Ismael was a perfect host with his second hand very helpful and even cooked for us. The wifi is not so good, failing a bit more in the upper rooms - it’s Ok all in all. You can get anywhere with taxis (there is a taxi stand 300 ft away) and Ubers. We would definitely go back if we ever go to Pto Vallarta again

Ismael is a super host! To start out, He was very thoughtful in leaving a welcome kit that included something for everyone, including fruit! We appreciated that very much. He was also always very attentive and responded right away to any of our questions. We neede a spacious place to host three families and this house was what we were looking for, it was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We highly reccomend this place!

Incredible location in front of the Riu with access to a beautiful beach. The best thing is that it is in the middle of Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, and you could choose which side to go to. It is also 10 minutes from the airport, and the house is super equipped with everything to make your stay very pleasant. It is prettier than the pictures. We will definitely return. A great place for a vacation. The pictures are exactly as they describe the place. My kids and family had a great time. Having a private pool was the best. Ismael was very attentive from the start. Excellent person and communication. We hope to be back soon.

The home is beautiful and is very secure. There were security guards 24/7. The host was very kind and responsive. Access to the beach was about a 2 minute walk and the pool was a good size. The pool water was a bit warm though. Only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from restaurants and night life, so maybe plan some grocery shopping or expect to commute about 10+ minutes drive for food.

This home was exactly as stated in the photos. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a private gated community. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing stay. Its area is in the middle to drive to any beach you want to go. Our host was responsive and Dora was wonderful. We had zero issues. This place is worth every penny. Beautiful home in a beautiful private community in northern Puerto Vallarta. The home owner was also super patient with us with a language barrier and very accommodating to any questions or needs we had. Would absolutely stay again!

I have never left the US and this was my first out of the country adventure and this home made me feel at home everything that was stated in the Airbnb was true. I only have one complaint or two it is a four bedroom house and the hot water heater isn't doesn't supply enough hot water secondly the beach could be just a little bit cleaner other than that it is beautiful and I will be calling Ismail again because I will be returning thank you for the lovely and beautiful time I had in Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Great place! If you want easy access to pools and the ocean, but want to escape the crowds, this is the perfect spot. You're near a few resorts but it still feels like you have the area to yourself. Ismael was a great communicator and Dora was helpful and a great cook. You're very taken care of between the two of them and the security guards who staff the neighborhood entrance 24/7. Because you're in a quieter part of town, you don't have access to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. But Uber rides, food delivery services, and longer walks to Bucerias kept us well fed and entertained.

Good worthwhile experience. The house was spacious and clean. The beach is a short walk away with private access. The pool can be heated a few degrees by the end of the day. Ismael and his assistant were excellent hosts and available within minutes each time we contacted them. Dora cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable additional fee. I do recommend this option for families or those whose plans don’t include spending a lot of time downtown.

Great vacation! The property was really nice as shown in the pictures, pool was great to have and was kept really clean with the pool guy coming 3 times in 8 days. Ismael was always only a text or email away and very responsive. Franciso at the front security gate was also great! Really nice fellow and very helpful. Would recommend this property!

Exactly as advertised. Beach is very close, across the street through a private entrance. Many resorts nearby to hang out at. Great running path out front. Host was friendly, responsive and super easy to coordinate with.

Excellent service, excellent facilities. Only the beach is not as close as the post says, and taking chairs, lounge chairs, etc. turns out to be not so practical.
