Great place and great hosts! I would definitely stay again. The staff was great, the Blu Zen was beautiful and clean and lots of great options for pools.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Blue Zen with Melanie. We really liked everything, especially the amenities, which are super well maintained and complete. The availability of the ferry was excellent and made our transfer much easier, which made all the difference during our stay. There is also a very good variety of restaurants nearby, which really enhances the experience. Whenever we had any questions, the team was attentive and willing to help us. The maintenance team even arrived very quickly to explain how to use the safe, which we really appreciated. The place is superbly equipped, comfortable, and thought out in every detail. We left Belize delighted and definitely looking forward to returning, this time with the whole family. Thank you, Melanie, for everything!

Great place to stay in Caye Caulker if you want nice and quite place. Easy to reach the village by the boat which is complimentary. Staff is very polite and helpful. Great pools.

This was a stunning place to stay on the quiet, beautiful north island. The host was incredibly helpful, with so many excellent recommendations and details about our trip ahead of time. The resort staff is so so very friendly. This is a wonderful place to stay, truly get away, and relax!

Blue Zen is a great resort, the staff very helpful and friendly. Not much for a beach, but 3 pools, 4 if you count the hotel pool which I believe we could have used. All beautiful. Free bikes, but you better grab them early. We rode to Bliss Beach a few times, very nice. Ate at the Lotus that was excellent. Melanie’s place is right next to La Fogata which has local talent playing some nights. Fun stuff, but the food wasn’t great. We ate at Happy Lobster right down the road, which was very good. We had a drink at Caribbean Roots which is like a back yard. The ferry to the South Island is a great perk. Our hosts are the best! If you’re going to Blue Zen, stay here.

Great amenities, fun space, easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful apartment, excellent hosts

We’ve just ended a two week stay here and had a fabulous time Communication was great and we were provided clear details on how to a travel to Caye Caulker and what check in would look like. We were provided lots of tips and recommendations on places to go and places to eat as well The unit was located a few yards from the ocean and provided prime viewing for the beautiful sunrises The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The front desk was great with any questions we had and helped us arrange a couple of excursions. We were amazed they always addressed us by name! There are 3 restaurants on site as well a few more close by, and we also spent many evenings in the village on the south side for dinner - the free water taxi from BluZen makes it easy to travel back and forth Make sure to visit Bliss Beach as well - it’s a little slice of paradise!

Melanie was super responsive. The resort is stunning, and the unit as well. The resort staff are friendly and helpful. It is a bit remote, so if that's not your thing, take note. We loved it. Nature and relaxation. I would not go back in July, though. The sargassum and mosquitoes were a bit much. Not the host's fault, of course. Nature is nature. Caye Caulker is absolutely amazing. Consider renting a gold cart or bikes for your stay. Not enough at the resort.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at blue Sun. This was my first time in Caye Caulker and it exceeded my expectations. I met my friend for our annual “girls” trip ( to a different place every year) and the staff there were went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I want to shout out to Jairo and Imari- they were top notch! They helped my friend get there through some unfortunate travel difficulties and they honestly treated us like family. I would 1000% go to BluZen again!! It was so relaxing and peaceful.

The condo was exactly as described. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. The location was perfect, right by the beach area, pool and LaFogata restaurant.

An amazing Family-Friendly Stay in Belize Our recent family vacation in Belize was nothing short of spectacular! Beautiful condo on a beautiful island! The place has everything you could possibly need and then some. Our hosts were excellent communicators, very responsive and helpful, they even have guides put together with recommendations. And the staff at the resort and the restaurants made us feel like family. I don’t think we have ever missed a vacation and felt at home quite as much as this trip. Book now!
