This place was perfect and right in the middle of everything. Very close to the beach and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Spencer accomodated a early and late check out. He also notified us of construction at the building directly next to us- it was loud but since we were gone most of the day it wasn't a huge issue. 10/10 and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a great location, and the layout and equipment of the place are unbeatable. The only thing is that there is a construction going on next door, and that's a problem with the noise in the mornings, but otherwise everything is perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very close to all of the places we went to during our time in PV. The food options, coffee shops, bars, and distance from the beach were all extremely convenient and perfect. I think the highlight of the Airbnb for everyone was the Air Conditioning. Every room had its own a/c unit and with how hot and humid it was during our stay it was soooo nice to walk in and be hit with a blast of cool air. We also had contact info for a local contact that was very responsive in the event we had any urgent questions or concerns during the stay as well that was great to have. Would defs recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay. It honestly exceeded our expectations. Before our arrival, Spencer was very transparent about nearby construction and offered us the option to cancel if we wanted. Yes, there was some noise at times (starting around 7am, quiet from 12–2pm, then again in the afternoon), but it was manageable for us. If you’re planning to spend your entire day on the terrace it might be something to consider, but we were still able to enjoy the space daily. The communication with Spencer was excellent : fast, clear, and easy throughout the entire stay. Truly one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve interacted with. The villa itself is even nicer than the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and well set up for a group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the AC worked perfectly. The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and coffee shops, yet still quiet enough at night to rest comfortably.

This was our first trip to PV and it was the perfect location in the Zona Romantica area to walk safely and easily to all of the local bars and restaurants! Easy check in and departure!

The location was perfect, and the Airbnb was beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction happening around the Airbnb, but Spencer was very communicative about it. Definitely would want to stay again once the construction is complete.

We had a wonderful stay in the Casa Francisco, supported by its perfect central location and beautiful interior. There was plenty of room for all our guests, and with four floors, everyone felt they had privacy and a space to themselves. The rooftop is a beautiful place to soak in the scenery, and the decorations around the house were cool and lively. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Definitely book a stay here when you get the chance!

Spencer was an excellent host and let us know right away about construction going on in the neighborhood to ensure we did not want to change our booking. He was there to let us in and show us around. Very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Great location walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. We will definitely look to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Spencer’s place in Puerto Vallarta! Spencer was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The space was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday and Pride. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a few blocks from the beach, bars, and great restaurants. And the rooftop pool? Total game-changer! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in PV.

Great space for a large group or family. The location is close to everything and felt safe at night. The rooftop pool was also a hit with our group (and can be heated if requested). Spencer was a great host and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location, great space, responsive host. Very happy with stay with two exceptions. Construction noise across the street - not the host’s fault. Upstairs bathroom had an issue that I assume the host will take care of before the next guest arrives. A very good choice for a large group.

Spencer's place was amazing. Centrally located, beautiful house with all the amenities you need and a great rooftop pool to relax by. Perfect for a group or a family. Spencer was a really responsive and proactive host. One thing to note is that there is quite a lot of construction in the area during the day but we were mostly not home then. Nights are quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend and be back anytime.

Spencer’s place was perfect for our group of 8. Perfect location, great amenities, and a very responsive host. Every detail was considered from the temperature of the pool to the cold beer already in the fridge waiting for us. Would stay here again for sure.

Spencer is an excellent host. His check-in instructions were easy, he met us to hand over the keys and answer any questions we had. He kept the rooftop pool whatever temp we liked and he was immediately responsive in the app. The house is in a fantastic location. Lots of stairs, but the rooftop makes it worthwhile. Challenging for a disabled person, but not a problem if not. Overall, the experience was excellent and we’d recommend the stay.

Spencer's place was well very well laid out, from the entryway to the top floor dipping pool. We enjoyed the huge table and seating area in the kitchen, and on the roof. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. Restaurants, stores and the beach were nearby. Would go back again.

We had such an incredible time at Spencer’s Airbnb. He was incredibly responsive and messaged us leading up to our stay with clear instructions that allowed for a super easy check in. He was so friendly and personally welcomed us as we checked in, and even gave us some local recommendations to check out during our stay. His Airbnb was AMAZING. My group spent so much time on the rooftop deck and the location is super walkable and blocks from the beach. The house was beautiful and original tile throughout was stunning. Thank you Spencer for making our trip unforgettable we will definitely be back!

The house is in a wonderful location near the beach, bars, restaurants and many shops! Despite being in the bustling part of the city, it was a nice and quiet escape for a great price. Spencer was also very accommodating and provided great local recommendations.

Spencer was an amazing host, super helpful and friendly. The house was beautiful and has everything you need from personal items to kitchen appliances and utensils to beach chairs and coolers. The rooftop pool is an amazing place to hang out. The beds are comfortable and each room is spacious. We recommend this house one thousand percent and we can’t wait to be back.

I really doubt there is a better spot on PV than Spencer’s place. The house was immaculately clean, like crazy clean. The roof top pool is your own personal oasis. The house is right next to absolutely everything the zona romantica has to offer, but it’s tucked away and quiet! This place is truly unbeatable. It was an amazing experience.

This listing was great for our group. The rooftop view and pool were very enjoyable. The airbnb was quiet, comfortable, spacious and provided every useful amenity. The fresh fruit provided was such a nice touch! Our host was very easy to communicate with and super friendly. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Spencer's Casa Francisco was perfect and we could not have asked for more! This Bnb is right in the heart of everything to do in Zona Romantica and Spencer is a responsive and friendly host who made sure that we had a great time. The listing/ space itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, and matched all photos and descriptions perfectly. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen table, and rooftop pool and grill amenities that made it possible to enjoy group meals that we would not otherwise have access to in a traditional hotel. We will definitely be back to Spencer's listing for our next trip to Puerto Vallarta!

I have been to Puerto Vallarta a few times and will definitely be returning to this place!!!! The location is in the heart of the Romantic Zone and easy walking distance to so many great things. After a day of enjoying the beach and sites this home is a great place to come back to. I loved the central spots in the home where everyone you are staying with has room to socialize (big table in the dinning area and another big table upstairs on the rooftop). I slept so good and each room has an air conditioner so that you dont have to worry about overheating any time of the day (they work amazingly). The rooftop pool area is a lovely relaxing place to hang out and even has a mini fridge up there to keep your drinks chilled! Plenty of linens and towels for all the guests. There is even some beach bags provided and turkish towels for the beach so you really don't have to stress about packing those extra things. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had! Book it!!!!!
