Everything was very good, the facilities in good condition, the Ph very nice, with access to the beach, and pools, it is very large inside, super suitable to spend it with family or friends, it has a jacuzzi overlooking the sea, just described in the review, in the surroundings there were good places to eat, the attention was good since we arrived until the departure, very happy with the choice I made.

Despite the recent events in the area, the accommodation was in optimal condition, very quiet and we were able to enjoy the pool of the residential for us alone, some areas under maintenance but nothing that will bother, the place is an 8/10 if we consider this last, I hope to be able to return when it is already fully available and functional since it was pleasant for me and my family

The apartment is very well located, in front of a very nice beach. The building is well appointed, with great pool, beach access and good service from the building staff. The entire building was empty when we were there so we had the pool and beachfront for ourselves, which was exceptional. Axel is kind and responsive as are the people who work in the property. While the property is spacious and comfortable, with generous social areas and spacious rooms, the property is really dated, with very visible wear and tear in the appliances (AC works poorly, Jacuzzi doesn’t warm up, showers and shower heads are poor, stove is old and doesn’t work well), as well as the furniture (dirty/stained sofa covers), old furniture… bathrooms are old and ugly. The place looks much nicer in the pictures than what it is in real life, which was a bummer. This place needs maintenance and/or an upgrade.

Excellent apartment with excellent common areas and good location. Axel is very helpful and was attentive during the stay. It's important to mention that the photos do not match the current condition of the furniture.
