The accommodation is just like the photos, impeccable, comfortable and in a quiet area. The lady who welcomes you is very friendly and is always attentive.

Ms. Mari is very friendly. The location feels somewhat hidden, but it is very safe and quiet. There is a 24/7 supermarket a 5-minute walk away, and the accommodation is 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio. The house has all the amenities. It's a very good place.

Everything was as described. I highly recommend this place. Above all, the accommodation was perfectly clean and perfectly maintained.

Casitas Maria is a wonderful place to stay in Manuel Antonio. Maria and Alexander are both wonderful hosts who communicate well. Maria keeps the apartment and surroundings beautifully clean and is always willing to help with anything needed. The apartment is stocked with everything needed for a long term or short term stay. Great high speed internet for remote work or daily use. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We highly recommend this listing. It is extremely clean and well-equipped. Plenty of towels, the kitchen is well equipped and there was salt, oil, etc., details that were not present in the other accommodations and that we appreciated. In addition, Maria kindly welcomed us and offered to do our laundry. We had all our dirty and wet things washed for a small fee. The value is really great. This is clearly the best place to stay during our time in Costa Rica.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria and Alex’s place! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—everything was exactly as described, if not better. You can really tell they put care into making guests feel at home. The owners were very friendly, the house was very clean and tidy, they have everything you need, we were very comfortable.

The place is well equipped, clean, and located on a quiet dead-end street. From the terrace, you can watch the birds and hear the howler monkeys in the distance. A curious lizard visited us there every day. The air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and the fans in the kitchen and living area were powerful. In a few minutes, you could be in Manuel Antonio or Quepos by car.

Accommodation located in a very quiet area, spacious, and equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Located on the hills not far from Manuel Antonio Park and numerous restaurants, but only accessible by car. everything was perfect, I recommend it.

It was a very nice place in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and everything you need. Affordable and worth it!

The house is super clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a patio where you can do laundry and hang it out to dry. 100% recommended.

The three of us rented the place, and it was fabulous. Everything was spotlessly clean, down to the smallest corner. The air conditioning works great, and the kitchen is fantastically equipped. We didn't have a car, so we always had to walk about 15 minutes to the bus stop. The location is better by car. Above all, it is super quiet. We would definitely come back:)

Loved my stay at Alex’s. It was very clean and cozy. It really felt like my home by the time I left. Alex himself was very helpful as a host and him and Maria helped make me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Comfortable beds, cold AC, hot shower and kitchen water as well, storage racks for your clothes, full and proper kitchen, etc. it’s got all that you’ll need! And the couch in the photo has been replaced with one that is much nicer! It really completed the place as it is a perfect spot to relax at night and unwind with friends and family

Great option for a short stay! The place was spotless clean and it had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location was great - close enough to everything and the area is also fairly quiet and peaceful. The comfort of the mattress and the bedding were not the best but you can still get a restful sleep. We loved our time there overall and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Alejandro's Airbnb can comfortably accommodate 4 people because it has 2 double beds, the place was very clean, the location is a little bit off the main street but this helps make it a quiet but safe place. We loved staying with Alejandro because he is a very attentive and helpful host.

It was a great place to stay at, especially if you have your own car and are looking to be in between Quepos city and Manuel Antonio. There was noise from animals like dogs barking and roosters, but that’s not in the hosts control!

We had a very comfortable stay. It was clean and had everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet and you have a lot of nature surrounding you. El cerdito feliz is around the corner as well as mountain top park. Its a 2 min drive from the main road with all the stores and restaurants. Would recommend 10/10. Maria is very nice and attentive and always available.

Very nice and nicely decorated apartment. We were warmly welcomed by Maria who explained the appliances in the house. Bedding, towels, kitchen linens, good quality carpets. It's not the couch in the picture, but it's been changed for the better. Very practical washer. Alex notified us by message not to use the dryer because of the high cost of electricity but there is a rope hanging outside. Enough quality utensils and pots for cooking. Maria was kind enough to bring us a toaster because it was missing. Great service from them. I recommend it. The only negative point: it can be dangerous to leave the parking lot, without being guided, because you can't see if a vehicle is coming in the other direction.

The location seemed a bit unsafe at first, but it is very quiet and convenient to access the local places in Manuel Antonio. The hosts were friendly, attentive and informative, and welcomed us at check-in. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, which is excellent. It has private and safe parking, which is very convenient. It can be a bit noisy at night from the barking of the neighbors' dogs, which could bother those who are light sleepers. We definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again.

Alexander and Maria were so sweet. They were responsive and there for us. The place looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We could not find the hair dryer and when we brought it up to the host, they immediately went out to buy us a new hair dryer on the same day, which touched us deeply. The extra attention made us feel heard and cared for. They also cleaneed the outside of our apartment while we were there, which was extra appreciated considering we would come home with a lot of sand from the beach. Overall, great hosts. Location is a little remote, but the gated garage made us feel safer.

Great little place, fully stocked kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies, lots of towels available. They are still doing renos to improve the suite as well as the upper floor and yard. It did not hinder our stay. Would recommend you come to the BnB via daylight as it is within a rural neighbourhood with windy roads. A nature park, restaurant & grocery store were just down the road.

Everything was very high quality and the kitchen was more well-equipped than most homes. Beds and pillows were nice, everything in the unit was clean and well taken care of. Alexander and his wife were great hosts and very informative. Its not off the main road so no road noise. Private and secure. I'd definitely stay here again.

The place was good, just like the pictures. Very clean. The host met us with keys to get into the parking and our unit as soon as we arrived. The parking was up a steep short drive so it was a little tight to get turned around, but we were the only car so it worked fine. Would stay here again. Air conditioning in each bedroom was nice.

There are two houses for rent, and Alexander and Maria live next door. The kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning works very well in both rooms, everything was very clean and we had a good stay. Alexander and Maria were helpful in helping us with laundry for a small fee and also when we had problems with the wifi connection, which was the weak point of the stay (but he has already arranged for the router to be changed) The location is a little further away, you need to have a car, but we had no trouble getting there or parking. There is a restaurant and a mini market nearby.

We were really very surprised to find such a beautiful place to stay for this price. We were personally welcomed by Maria and shown the place. The apartment is located in a small street in the neighborhood of other houses. The parking and access are secured by a gate. The apartment is large and very well furnished and very clean. A vehicle is required to explore the area, the bus stops are a short distance away. Alexander and Maria were always available and were very nice and helpful. Many thanks to you, you were just great! On the property lives an iguana, which can be observed very well in the morning. A very nice animal that we named Hugo.

Great place hosted by Alexander and his wife! Space is very clean and well stocked, and the place is secured with a locked gate. Just a heads up that it would be a bit hard to access the beach/restaurants without a car.

I requested for a 3 BR 2 BA - this was for my sons and me. This is what’s left of our family. We were provided with two units of 2 BR and 1 BA each. This meant that we had to split up. Further, the listing describes the location as having “Beach Access/Beachfront”. The closest beach is 4 km away and is accessible only if you get into a car and drive. Property description was extremely deceptive. Also check in process was miserable. He sent his wife who can’t speak a word of English. This will be the first time in my entire time I’ve used Airbnb - that I’ve struggled to communicate with someone who had no clue as to how to communicate in English. It was a very frustrating experience.

Alexander’s place was great! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and the space was very clean. One minor thing is that there is a rooster across the street that can be a bit noisy in the early morning, but otherwise, everything was great.

Can't recommend Alexander and Maria's place enough! The house was spotless and had a very well setup kitchen to cook and stay. The WiFi was a little spotty in the lounge area but worked perfectly in the bedrooms. Alexander was very helpful, letting us know when there was a temporary water outage in the area and checking in on us. I would recommend having a car to stay here, as it's a little further out and it would take a bit to walk anywhere, but don't let that deter you - this was the best place we stayed at in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this place!

This place was definitely the nicest place I stayed in Costa Rica in that budget range. It was a bit out of the way but definitely worth it.

Great, spacious apartment that has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. This is one of the most complete places we stayed-in in terms of necessities. Very clean. Close to Manuel Antonio so very convenient. The only recommendation I would have is for the person that is running this Airbnb account to be responsive as none of our messages were responded. We also did not receive any checkout instructions. Nonetheless, the lady that welcomed us was pretty friendly and showed us everything.

We had a great stay in this fabulous apartment! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, the shower was the best shower I had in Costa Rica Rica (I want one at home like this!), and the parking was behind a gate so it was very safe. It wasn’t really within walking distance to anything but the town and beaches are a short drive. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy stay near Quepos and Manuel Antonio!

The accommodation is very well equipped, quite a few kitchen utilities, towels, air conditioning. comfortable and easy to get to. It was very useful that I had a washer and dryer, as we were hit by a very strong storm and we were able to wash and dry the clothes. also had complimentary essentials such as coffee, oil, salt, which was very practical. It's actually a little better than what you see in photos.
