This place is GREAT for families. Everyone gets what they want! Our kids were able to hit La Quinta safely, I was able to lounge by the pristine pool, we ventured to beaches on foot, rented a car for Mayan ruins and extraordinary cenotes. This apartment is well laid out and well appointed.

Alejandro's condo was beautiful and spacious. The location was excellent; only one block from Avenida 5, the main pedestrian walkway with many restaurants and shops. The grounds of the condo are very secure, beautiful, and well kept. Highly recommend staying at Alejandro's place in Playa Del Carmen!

The pictures of the apartment was exactly what we found inside. It was very nice and clean. We felt right at home. A block away from 5th Ave where you can do all kinds of shopping and eat at many different restaurants. We walked to Mega for groceries and took a taxi back. It was very convenient for us. Jonathan who is Alejandro’s assistant was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Whenever I texted him, he responded right away. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Close to shops, sometimes a little noisy in the evening, but we were there to enjoy the entertainment in the restaurants. The bedroom on the ground floor is not as cozy as the other two. But very good overall.

Our family of six (two adults/four children) just stayed at this beautiful place and we all loved it! Perfect location for walks to restaurants, the beach, Fifth Avenue, and more. The two level apartment was huge, each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom. Beautiful, very clean, and very spacious! Steps to the crystal clear pool. Great security and we felt safe at all times. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Alejandro and his assistant, Jonathan, were super helpful and responsive at all times. We loved the apartment and everything around it. An amazing place indeed!

Very nice condo. Spacious and bright. Right next to 5th Avenue. Lots of kitchen equipment. Jonathan's service is very much appreciated. The pools are a plus. However, you have to travel to other beaches because the one next to the condo is occupied by fishermen.

Just what we were hoping for for a family vacation. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The staff made us feel welcome, safe and attended to our requests promptly. They kept the pool area and pool very clean. The availability of the pool right outside our patio made it very convenient to spend the day by the water. Alejandro's assistant, Jonathan, was excellent. He helped make arrangements for excursions and transportation. We would come back again!

The condo was very large - with 2 levels and 3 large bedrooms with king beds. The living area and kitchen were great, and the two pools were very nice. The location was perfect in the heart of Playa Del Carmen.

Very good place. Looks like the picture, very bright, the three bedrooms are very nice, all with their own bathroom. I recommend it. Very close to the fifth avenue but not on it so less noisy and the first beach is 5 minutes walk from it.

Such a beautiful property, but the highlight of our stay was definitely our host, Jonathan. His quick responses and attention to detail made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Alejandro’s place!! The unit is beautiful with high ceilings and very clean. It’s also very close to the pool which was convenient. Everything is in walking distance (beach, restaurants, shopping) excellent location. You’re close to everything but it’s still quiet enough that you don’t hear street noise. The condo complex was very well maintained and the pool was exceptionally clean. Safe area, had no issues getting around. Alejandro and Jonathan were excellent to communicate with and responsive. We will definitely stay again during our next visit!!

We had a fantastic stay at Alejandro’s place! The location was perfect—close to town, restaurants, fishing, the beach, and shops. The space was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alejandro was very responsive for everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! Probably one of our top stays. Alejandro and his assistant Jonathan were amazing. Great communication, they even bought us a baby cot and high chair! The elevator was not working but that was out of their control, and it was not a big deal. There are great places to eat outside by the pool, we often brought our dinners there. Our kids loved the pool and the kids pool was perfect for us. We also used the gym quite a bit. Th communication was great. We even accidentally locked ourselves out one time (our fault!) and Alejandro was available instantly to help us! The apartment is spacious and luxurious and we were surprised that a cleaner came twice during our 2.5 week stay, an added bonus, she was amazing! It is super quiet and relaxing but steps away from all the action, you seriously can’t ask for a better location. We are already thinking of how and when we can get back to this beautiful place! Very good location for walking along Quinta Avenida

This place is NICE! Excellent location - everything is walkable. You walk out the door and whatever you need is right there, yet it wasn't too busy right in front of the door or loud at night. It was well stocked with towels/soap/etc. and everything you need for a nice stay. There was even a bowl of fruit waiting when we arrived. The host is super communicative and responsive. From booking to checking-in to asking questions during our stay, we always had the information we needed quickly. The building has 24/7 security and there are a good amount of condo rules to help with safely and security. With this, my family had an excellent time using the pool, gym, and condo patios but we couldn't really have others over to join us. Overall, this place was a great option for us to stay for a week in Playa and have easy access to the beach/shops/restaurants, with a nice space to cook, hang, and celebrate the new year together as an extended family!

Very nice stay! The location is perfect; close to 5th Avenue and all attractions and restaurants! Obviously, this causes a little noise so I recommend earplugs but otherwise, it was really great! Pool and service are also great! There is plenty of space in the rooms and the organization allows privacy for everyone

The apartment is very large, Alejandro has it perfectly equipped for long stays. The location is the best, you can walk to the main restaurants and shops, without a doubt I would rent it again. Thank you for your attention Alejandro, we hope to return soon.

Great location, Alejandro and Abraham (who you work with directly) were both very responsive and helpful. Playa de Carmen has a lot of great pedestrian energy, great restaurants steps away, and this location is right in the middle of it. And yet removed enough on a tiny quiet street to be very peaceful and quiet. We walked everywhere. Very classy interior with high ceilings, huge windows, clean modern style. Pool was just what was needed to cool off and the gym is very nice right next to one of the pools. The beach is just a half block away, but not great for sunbathing or swimming. For that you need to walk a couple blocks in either direction for the decent public beaches or pay for a beach club and there are many to choose from. The parking for our rental (I needed to drive to Cancun often) was very easy and secure. Tight corners so a large vehicle would need to take care. Alejandro and Abraham thank you for a great stay!

Alejandro’s place is amazing! We felt at home right away. So big and beautiful. We were traveling with 4 adults, 3 children and a baby. There was plenty of space for all of us without being on top of each other. The location cannot be beat. Steps from everything, yet very peaceful. Alejandro was an incredible host. Always responded right away when I had questions. He set us up with transportation from the airport that was at a much better cost than most. I asked if there was a crib for the baby and he went out and bought one. That was so sweet. Abraham, his assistant was fantastic also, reaching out to make sure that we were having a good time. Offering help for excursions if we wanted. We ran out of water once and he had it there within the hour. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. This is the nicest B&B I have ever been at. Exceeded expectations in every way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alejandro's spacious 3-bed, 3-bath condo in PDC, and it was exceptional. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the beach & the vibrant 5th Avenue, yet tucked away enough to ensure tranquility. From the moment we made contact, Alejandro's assistance was invaluable. He arranged seamless transportation to the condo, setting the tone for a stress-free stay. The condo itself is a haven of comfort, with ample space for a group or family. The two pools were a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What sets Alejandro apart is his exceptional hospitality. He went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from recommending restaurants to organizing exciting activities. His responsiveness was unparalleled; consistently replying within minutes. Overall, the condo is a gem in PDC, offering the the warmth and attentiveness of a superb host. This place is in a great location. One block off famous 5th Ave and in the middle of town which is what we were looking for. It had a secure entrance and the place was beautiful and clean with 2 pools and security. It is so close to town but still maintained a secured exclusivity away from the hustle and bustle. The unit is end unit at ground floor so very easy to get into and out. The unit itself was very spacious looking with high ceilings and 2 levels. It appears to be a newer construction condo unit and very well maintained. We were very happy with the unit and would highly recommend it and we will stay there again!

This was a great find for me and my sons. The condo was clean and had all possible amenities. Wifi was excellent. The pools were great and we could walk to two different beach clubs within minutes. Abraham was very responsive and helped with local recommendations and he recommended a great driver (Luis) who took us to the ruins of Tulum and several Cenotes. If you're looking to be in Centro but away from the tumult of 5th Ave. - This is your spot.

Alejandro's place has been our oasis for 13 days in January. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean and in a wonderful setting close to the 5th Avenue and the beach, yet very peaceful and serene. We loved spending mornings and evenings by the pool. Alejandro was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and he has a phenomenal assistant Abraham who was incredibly responsive, helpful and efficient resolving any issues we had with the apartment or just in answering our questions regarding anything. My family really loved this place and if we ever come back to Playa del Carmen, we know where we would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation ringing in the new year at this property. It was comfortable and clean and well equipped. The central location could not be beat! Alejandro is a great host and Abraham is a very responsive and friendly assistant. Overall this was one of our best trips and we would book again!

We stayed here for a family getaway at Christmas. We couldn't have been more pleased. Check-in was very smooth. Abraham met us at the location and gave us a full personal orientation. The place is beautiful and spacious, and artfully decorated. It's right next to the busiest tourist area in Plays Del Carmen, but still very quiet and peaceful. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful beaches close by and lots of great restaurants. The pool area was great. Parking was extremely convenient. The staff at the condo building was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the tips on restaurants. We all agreed that this is the best AirBnB experience we have had anywhere. I highly recommend Alejandro's place in Playa Del Carmen!

A fantastic apartment that really looks like a big house because of its 2 floors. One of the most spacious apartments near the beach I've rented in Playa del Carmen. I liked the decor, especially the kitchen and the speed of the internet! Alejandro treated me wonderfully, I will definitely be back soon!! Thanks for everything, Alejandro!

The apartment is very large, the double height gives it a lot of spaciousness, all the rooms have their own bathroom, the building has its own gym and parking, and in my case that I work remotely the internet is one of the fastest I have used in the Riviera Maya, thank you for your attention, Alejandro!
