Great accommodations and a lovely vacation based at Clive's place atop the Indah Tropical. The staff and amenities were all top notch. A quick walk to the Romantic Zone and all the bars and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Clive was great to work with, and the place was fantastic. The view, the building, and the unit were fantastic. We love the Sayan Tropical! The property management was good, yet not great. There was some deferred maintenance, and the PM communication could be slightly improved. I'm being nitpicky because we paid a lot for the unit. I would definitely come back.

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. The views were incredible and just a short walk to town. It’s also very easy to get a taxi or Uber if you don’t feel like walking. The host did great explaining everything to us and the concierge staff, Jesus was very friendly and responsive even when we had a question in the evening. The food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and pools, steam room and the gym were fantastic! Definitely 5 stars place! Thank you Clive!

I would book this apartment again. All of the pictures match exactly what you get. The host is friendly and makes tons of recommendations. The management company that you interface with is extremely responsive and available. The location is private and quiet. The building gym is a proper gym. Easy to walk or take a car. Really happy that we selected this location.

Clive’s place is wonderful! I loved the decor and felt right at home. And there’s no beating the private pool!

The views were just amazing! The layout was great and the condo was well stocked for cooking, plenty of towels etc. The condo had a great feel... like you would actually want to live there... great art and comfortable furniture. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and had good prices.

Amazing views! We rented both penthouses for a total of 4 bedrooms. The pool was nicely heated, plenty of towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Rooms all have their own a/c. The views were spectacular. The building has access to a small beach that is a short walk away. The doormen were all helpful and ordered taxis for us several times. We ate at the on site restaurant which was convenient. Safe building! Don’t hesitate to book.

Clive is an excellent property manager and Kim an excellent concierge. The Sayan Tropical is a great place to stay. It is adjacent to the beach with three swimming pools including a 25 meter lap pool. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. If I were to return to Puerto Vallarta I would want to stay at the Sayan Tropical again.

We were a group of 4 couples. Very nice unit. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. We especially enjoyed the private pool on the top floor. Beds in smaller bedrooms were less comfortable, but functional. We would stay in Clive’s unit again.

Clive’s place was amazing! We brought the entire family, aged from the 80’s to the teens, and everyone loved it! We were worried it might be too far from the Romantica Zone but it was perfect! There is a small private beach below the condo. The concierge was great and helped us with transportation. The location is perfect for a private evening or a 15 minute walk to a night of dancing and drinking! We will definitely stay again!

Would happily stay here anytime we come back to PV! The space is bright, airy and beautiful. The tennis courts and the pool/restaurant was the cherry on top. Everyone who works there is so kind and fun, made our stay extra amazing. Check-in/out was easy and Kim was so sweet and kind. Do not hesitate to book this place, beyond well worth it!

We loved our stay at Clive’s place! Clive and Miquel were both so easy to work with. The pictures do not do this place justice! Not to mention so close to downtown PV w so many shops and restaurants. Cannot wait for our next stay!

This is a spectacular two-story penthouse condo with its own pool. It was exceptionally well provisioned, and also had interesting artwork throughout. The views were beyond beautiful from this 10th/11th story perch. The security guards were both very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the path to the beach was not completely paved, making it a little treacherous for children and/or older adults. And although we had no problem checking in and out because we had signed up for their airport transportation ahead of time, taxis found it hard to find the address when we returned from going out to dinner, etc. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious penthouse. The location is the best in PV, nice gym, restaurant, tennis court… we enjoyed having our own pool and also used the ones downstairs. Can’t recommend enough this property and Miguel (property manager) was helpful and easy to reach. We’ll be back.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!

This space was beyond AMAZING! Clean, comfortable and SHARP! One thing I did notice and appreciate was how safe we felt staying there. You’re not getting into the building unless you’re staying there or you’re a guest of the people who are. Waking up to the beautiful ocean front view was probably my favorite part of my morning. This beautiful penthouse was less than a 10 min drive to the centro and Malecón which made our stay very convenient. Clive’s attention to detail is outstanding, and provided an immaculate vibe. Miguel and Diana were spectacular as well. They Made us feel very welcome and right at home. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Clive, Miguel and Diana.

This condo is AMAZING and Miguel the property manager is also AMAZING. Pictures are 100% accurate. Location is superb. Really can't say enough great things about this place. We rented both units for a family vacation. It was an amazing time. The location is just slightly south of the Zona Romantica. You can easily walk to Zona Romantica via the beach path or the security guards will easily arrange you a taxi. It's very cheap to use taxi's in PV. The unit has EVERYTHING you could need. It was one of the best appointed Airbnb's that I've rented. I would most definitely consider staying in this Unit again. Miguel, the property manager was the best, arranging tours and taxis and groceries for us. He definitely made our stay so much easier.

I had a great experience here, location is perfect, near Los Muertos beach. The building is modern all around and the security staff is great! Their are beautiful views on both floors and the apartment has really nice furniture that suits the space. Miguel was AMAZING, he was there to answer all questions, provide recommendations and ensure we had a great experience. I would definitely love to come back and recommend it to anyone who wants one of the best condos in PV.

Great location - less than a mile to restaurants and shopping, beach is steps away from the property. Great property - spacious, tastefully decorated condo, has access to a couple of pools and private restaurant for residents. Safe.

Great place to stay. Very spacious. Actually more spacious and pictures dont really do this property full justice. It’s gorgeous especially if you rent both floors and have the pool view.

This 4 bedroom penthouse was perfect for our family get-together. Clive was very gracious and a wonderful host. His Property Manager, Michael, was very attentive and they both made us feel at home.

The view was incredible! A great condo with easy access to puerto Vallarta. Access to the beach. Several pools. The private pool was perfect. The cafe was open and convenient to grab a drink to go or food to go. It was an easy $2-$5 Uber ride to everything central. Miguel was the property manager and he was externally responsive and easy to communicate with. The complex felt extremely safe with security at the front gate 24-7. Absolutely loved this condo. Would 1000% stay here again.

Clive’s condominium is truly spectacular! The rooms are furnished and decorated very well. The private balconies (including the pool) are comfortable and offer stunning views of the whole bay. The building’s shared amenities (pools, gym, restaurant, etc.) far exceeded our expectations! And Clive also put us in contact with his property manager, Miguel, who was extremely responsive with any questions or needs we had around the apartment and helped us to coordinate a number of very fun activities.

Everything about the home was fantastic! Great location, amazing view, the layout was perfect for our group, the two levels both with full kitchen and master gave us space to hang out together but have some privacy as well. It was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed. The Sayan is fantastic, the staff are so thoughtful and the restaurants delicious. Miguel handled all needs quickly. A perfect vacation spot!

The location, views, and safety are all amazing! This was a return visit and we don't plan on it being our last. The amenities are wonderful! The condo is spacious, artistically decorated, and well-stocked. You'll find it hard to want to leave the condo and visit beautiful Puerto Vallarta, but you must, and so much of what you must see is within walking distance or a short taxi ride, which security with arrange for you with a simple call.

We had an amazing stay! Our concierge, Jocelyn, helped plan a wonderful vacation and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay - she was the best! The condo had amazing views and the decor was beautiful.

Clive’s penthouse was perfect for the four couples. The bedrooms are private and each have access to their own bathrooms. The views are amazing, you will never get tired of them. Jocelyn was very helpful and was always very quick to respond anytime we reached out. Check in and out is very easy. Security is top notch, and the staff all seemed to know who we were, which made us feel great. To walk into town, you can walk along the beach and climb up and over a rocky trail, takes 5-10 minutes, which was very nice. The restaurant downstairs had great food, too. I highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to return in the future.

This condo was the perfect location to old town, it is an easy 5 mins walk on the beach or street. There is not one amenity I could think of that was needed. The beds are very comfortable, the view is magnificent and the owner, Clive, and manager, Jocelyn, are awesome. Recommended for friends and family.

We have been to PV many times and this is our second stay in an Airbnb. The first was great and Clive's condo was even better! Great and familiar location for us in PV, an easy walk to the beach and into town ( $3 Uber ride to almost anywhere in town if we weren't walking). Super safe gated building. Clive's unit manger Miguel was great too - he provided us transportation to and from the airport and helped with all our needs. The condo was the perfect setup - our own private pool with lots of sun, great living area and kitchen. Nice bedrooms and baths, a bluetooth sound system couldn't ask for more. We can't wait to use the condo again next year.

Clive’s place was the nicest condo I’ve stayed in!! You can’t ask for a nicer spot to spend your vacation, this place has absolutely everything someone needs and more. The accommodations are second to none and all the views are breath taking. The restaurant in the building serves amazing food at an affordable price. I can’t say enough good things about this place, there was absolutely nothing we needed while here. Well done Clive we will definitely be back to stay again. Clive’s Property Manager Miguel was extremely helpful from before our trip right up until the end. Miguel arranged to pick us up from the airport (for a reasonable fee) and bring us to the condo and review how everything worked. Miguel brought us to the grocery store and arranged for a Chef to come in for one evening all for a reasonable fee. Miguel was easy to communicate with and there to help if we needed anything. Thank you Clive and Miguel for an amazing trip!!

Amazing place in a great location. Close enough to town to go out at night easily with an Uber but also far enough away to not feel surrounded by people. The space is beautiful and clean. The pools at the property are extremely nice and the restaurant on the property had great food and drinks with friendly service. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This penthouse suite was AMAZING! I honestly could not have asked for anything more. From the spaciousness and layout of the penthouse, to the close vicinity of the beach and spectacular views......this is an architecture/interior design enthusiast's dream getaway!!! I rented the entire penthouse suite (both levels) for a one-week stay, and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I opened the front entrance door. It really is like living in a well-appointed, comfortable contemporary museum in the sky that overlooks the ocean!! I felt very much at home, as there are multitudes of amenities and modern conveniences already awaiting inside upon arrival and during the stay. Marco, the Manager of the property, was very communicative and responsive the entire time. I cannot wait to return!

My husband and I rented both floors of the penthouse for my 50th birthday celebration. I wanted a place big enough for 4 couples and this place could not have been a better choice. We paid for the rental, so our friends only had to pay for their airfare. We arrived on Sunday the 25th of March 2018 and took a shuttle that held the 8 of us, we paid $50 (US Dollars) plus a $10 tips for the drive. (I know, details not about the condo, but people always want to know) Marco sent Christopher to meet us at the condo, he was there waiting for us when we arrived. Christopher checked us in, showed us the essentials, (how to operate the blinds, the tv’s etc.) make sure you pay attention so you know how to close the blackout blinds in the bedrooms, you need them closed at night if changing in the bedroom while others are on the balcony. All 4 rooms are all beautiful, of course the 2 King rooms facing the ocean have the most amazing views, but all 4 rooms are decorated very nice! My husband and I took the king room upstairs, my best friend and her husband took the king room downstairs, and then my other 2 friends and their husbands slept in the 2 queen rooms. None of the 4 rooms are next to each other, so you won’t hear anyone if you are in your rooms on the same floor. The only complaint my friends in the queen rooms had was when they slept with the windows open, they could hear traffic noise. Since each room has its own air conditioner, they remedied the traffic noise by closing the windows and sleeping with the A/C on. All 4 rooms have a large bathroom, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have the bathroom as an on suite, the 4th bedroom downstairs has a bathroom right outside the bedroom door. All 4 bathrooms are amazing, you won’t find anything to complain about. In addition, if you don’t want to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion, then don’t, all 4 bathrooms are fully stocked (including blow dryers) The upstairs balcony with the pool is perfect, my husband and I never went downstairs to any of the big pools because the one on the balcony was so convenient. It has 2 umbrellas, 4 lounge chairs, a round table with 6 chairs AND 2 comfy chairs with a cute table. Our group spent several afternoons lounging by the pool on the upstairs balcony. The downstairs balcony is equally beautiful, it has a large table to eat meals as a group in addition to a comfortable patio set to sip morning coffee out while looking at that view. The upstairs floor of the penthouse has less kitchen amenities, so if you like to make gourmet meals, you definitely want to rent the downstairs half of the penthouse. My husband and I like to eat out while vacationing...

The Villa at Sayan is absolutely amazing. It is modern,spacious and has all the amenities to make it a great getaway for either a few days or even longer. Clive has put an exceptional amount of work into the place and it shows. It's an easy walk down into town and if you need a short and very cheap cab ride back up. We truly enjoyed the place and were so very impressed with Clive and the on-site team's support! Highly recommend!

Stunning location, stunning views, stunning apartment. The host was vey accommodating and tried to resolve any issue that arose. The only issue we actually had was the lack of water the first day and then occassionally the water pressure dropped; but that was beyond the host's control and not something that has happened before. Everything else was perfect. Great cafe/bar downstairs with decent and reasonably priced food and cocktails. The complex also has a good gym, 3 swimming pools, hot tub, sauna etc. We had a private pool on the terrace of our penthouse. Excellent spot to watch the fireworks on New Years Eve. Superb furnishings and amenities in the apartment. Right next to the Los Muertos beach and an easy walk into town. Loved this place! One of the nicest we have stayed in with Airbnb. The owner Clive and the manager Marco were lovely to deal with. Can't recommend this place enough!
