Since they force me to have them buy the supplies when you hire the cook service, I didn't like it anymore. And on the 2nd, we requested the service and the purchase of groceries since we had just arrived the previous afternoon. They charged me approximately $5,000 when the supermarket receipt was for approximately $3,000. Unacceptable situation. And that they force them to buy the supplies and charge a commission, also unacceptable. Cars are picked up by the development's staff and taken to the parking lot. Well, on the last day, my daughter needed the key fob for the car and a T-shirt, which is also an unacceptable situation. The cook was not very friendly.

Regarding the cooking service and the purchase of groceries, we fully understand your concern. The purchase was made at your request in order to provide the cooking service the day after your arrival. However, the supermarket order did not arrive complete, so the final amount on the receipt was lower, since not all the requested products were delivered. Regarding the valet parking service, we would like to clarify that the staff responsible for picking up and taking vehicles to the parking lot are part of the development team and are not part of our staff. However, we're very sorry about what happened. We take this comment very seriously and will contact the appropriate staff to find out what happened and follow up on the situation. We are also sorry to hear that the cook's service was not as friendly as you expected. We appreciate you letting us know. Thank you again for your comments. The apartment is super large and spacious! The private pool is a big plus, and the amenities are very nice. We really liked the apartment! Only when we arrived, the AC, the refrigerator and the hood/fan weren't working. That day the air conditioning and the refrigerator were fixed, but it took many hours. The master bathroom has been leaking water for the last few days. I imagine it's something that will surely be resolved quickly. I would definitely come back. It's very nice.

Great place! Spacious, comfortable, and clean spaces. Clean, warm pools. Small beach area, but with a beautiful view and very quiet, without much surf, although the water depth varies. Also, if you need help, Ms. Mirtha (the housekeeper) is very attentive and helpful.

it is very secluded but that's what we were looking for. it's great being on the main floor so we could walk out the patio to all the pools and private beach. TIDE POOLS for the win for kiddos! there were only a few other families there so it was like each family had their own pool (not including the one that came with the unit). only snag was that the private pool heater did not work and the pool was not lit at night. hire mirta to cook, she was superb!!!!

Beautiful, well maintained grounds, but the unit itself could be better maintained, just little things like stovetop light and fan don't work which is annoying when you are cooking for 8... they don't even have buttons.... many lamps didn't have lightbulbs and the pool light didn't work although they did attempt to fix that but without success. You also have to pay for potable water and ice in which I was only informed upon my departure.

Our condo was beautiful….spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. A few suggestions….some counter height stools for the kitchen bar area. A better latch system for the doors from the private pool area to the common area. It wasn’t really very private or secure. Suggestions for the complex….they have a restaurant but no convenience store. With the remote nature of the development, it would have been nice to be able to purchase items like toiletries, sunscreen, snacks and beverages.

We were very comfortable in this condominium, with spacious bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The common areas are beautiful, with a private beach and views of a hillside full of vegetation, highly recommended for enjoying a unique vacation. We hope to return soon.

The apartment is beautiful and the development and amenities are also very comfortable. The communication with the host and the additional kitchen service we hired really left a lot to be desired, especially due to communication failures and zero flexibility on the part of those who were working in the house.

We had an amazing time at this condo. There were seven of us who all came and we felt like there was plenty of space for everybody in their rooms and in common areas. We also opted for the chef services and really loved all of the food that was cooked for us. The chef was friendly and helpful with local recommendations and the food was amazing! We loved pools and the private beach as well. The gym was a great amenity and had everything you could need for a good workout away from home. All of the linens were great, the beds were comfy, and Everything is super clean. The only bad thing is the mosquitos. Make sure to bring bug spray as this is a tropical area. We did have a few Internet outages the time that we are there but we took the time to enjoy the beach and pools and play games. When you are on the property the nearest grocery stores are in Bucerias so if you aren’t using chef services I recommend that. Also, I would bring some board games in case Internet is out.

We loved 🤗 the apartment. It was huge and beautiful, with everything you need for cooking, and its private pool was at a very good temperature. The beach is beautiful, super quiet and the sand is super white, its 4 pools at a super good temperature, everything is beautiful, we will definitely come back

When the pool arrived, we were taken care of and fixed it the next day, they did not leave soap for the crumbs or garbage bags, we asked for the early check-in because we arrived earlier and they told us that there was someone staying and then when we arrived at the maintenance place he told us that it had days only because of that the pool was turned off, the place very nice , pools , green areas the Condominium staff super friendly they take 10 people , in general 9 of 10 would gladly rent again.

Nice and well located apartment on the pool level and common areas, recommended for elderly people and families with children, just keep in mind that they do not have a ramp for people in a wheelchair or walkers to go down to the beach and where they receive the car to get to the corridor where the elevators are, I really liked that the main pool is heated, one for children and another with water at room temperature, but the best is the small pool on the terrace of the same apartment, with warm water, luxury to spend the afternoon after a day on the beach. If I would rent it again.!

We had a lovely week at this condo. It was comfortable and private. We opted to hire the housekeeper to cook for us 5 of the days we were there and we are so glad we did! Mirtha created delicious feasts and was very nice and helpful. The condo building was mainly empty resulting in our group having most of the facilities to ourselves. We loved the pools, hot tubs and small beach. We did see some sting rays in the water but luckily no one got stung. The gym is nice and the onsite cafe is great for snacks and drinks. Our only complaints are minor. The dryer was broken. The shower in the primary bath takes forever to get warm. Honestly the biggest problem was that the host had it in her mind that we broke the blender and wanted to charge me for it. We did not break it and it had some problems but was working and not replaced when we left. We didn’t really use it. We messaged about it and I thought she understood but then she kept trying to charge me for it multiple times.

Very nice place. The only thing is that it smelled a lot of humidity when we arrived and there were many mosquitoes. Other than that, everything is very good. The restaurant that is on the property, it is not of very good quality and high prices. But there are options relatively close and also the kitchen is very ample.

My family and I had a great time at the apartment. It is very spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The support staff were very friendly and responded promptly. We also enjoyed the two pools and the gym, although part of the plan was to enjoy the private beach, which is very nice, by the way. But it wasn't possible, because on our first attempt to go into the ocean, we encountered two manta rays, and immediately afterward, we saw the sign indicating that there were manta rays in the ocean. But we'll be back in the future with pleasure !!! Thank you Viadora !!!

Nice apartment in Cruz de Huanacaxtle. 45 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. It has a small private pool, ideal for the little ones. The pools in the common areas are a good size and invite you to relax.

We had an excellent stay at this property! Our host was responsive to my messages at all times! The apartment is just like the pictures, quite spacious and beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and located on the first floor, which made it very easy for my elderly mother to get around. My children are young, and they also really enjoyed having a private pool in the apartment. Mirtha, the cleaning lady, was always very helpful and punctual; she left everything super tidy, as if it were hotel service. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are a few minor issues with both the stove and the hood that I think should be serviced, but other than that, everything worked perfectly! Overall, everything is excellent, and we definitely plan to rent the property again very soon, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay! Our host was aware of my requests or concerns around the clock. I highly recommend it! Thank you!

Private area on the same level as the pools with a seperate entrance to the common area. Dishwasher did not work which made things more difficult. Washing machine was unbalanced and tried to tear itself apart with each use. A little far from town but overall really great spot!

Prior to our trip I ordered groceries ahead of time and also arranged for dinner to be prepared when we arrived because we were traveling with 4 young kids. I paid in advance and also confirmed with viadora twice that dinner would be prepared and they assured me that everything would be stocked and ready when we arrived. That was not the case, When we arrived there was no dinner and very limited groceries that was ordered from a different guest. We arrived at the condo at about 6:30 pm on Saturday, my calls went unanswered until late Monday morning. I later learned that Viadora is a rental company located in Mexico City, multiple people were communicating with me regarding the rental and it was clear that it was very unorganized and hectic. The dishwasher was broken and the washing machine was broken throughout our stay. Despite the communication nightmare, I will say, the condo is gorgeous. It is very private, most days we had the pools to ourselves and the beach was gorgeous.

Incredible place! We were looking for a quiet retreat and this fit the bill. The pools were so serene, and the private pool was a huge plus. Small secluded, but rocky beach. Hot tubs not very hot. It is difficult to get around, drive or taxi/Uber everywhere, including to the local town. A few minor hiccups: - sliding door was stuck, not fixed until next day. - no electricity for an entire day without any notice. As some people in our group were still working, it was very chaotic trying to connect to meetings without WiFi. We were told it was routine maintenance to the condo, however all neighbors and the restaurant on property had power, and some lights turned on before power was restored to the whole unit, so unlikely to be a global issue. - we were without AC for 24hrs We were told we would be compensated for the inconvenience, but when I inquired was told no afterwards. Communication slow during stay, quick otherwise Despite this, We would 100% stay in the future

The condo is very spacious and easily accommodated or a guess. In fact, you could’ve added a couple more kids, and it still would’ve felt spacious. Lots of places to sit at the table on the couches, and in the great area on the covered deck outside. There could’ve been a couple more barstools, as there was only two. however, we were able to make it work. The size of the island was also excellent as a couple adults could be cooking at once, however, if you’re a chef who is particular about their cookware, you might be a little disappointed. The pool was nice, although we didn’t use it as much as we thought because the other pools on the property were really great and nice. It was never crowded and you basically got your choice of pool or Hamic or nice sitting area on the property. We saw a ton of whales in feb! Overall great private vacation rental , very safe with nice amenities.

What is great about this place: Large, very large, lots of room to spread out. Beds were super comfortable, Mirtha cleaned while we were there and she did a fantastic job. She also answered any questions we had regarding Wifi and anything else. The host did respond very quickly to anything we asked about. I don't speak Spanish which made communicating difficult at times with condo staff. Not a lot to do at the condo, we left pretty much every day and headed to a beach or went on excursions. We had a couple of issues air conditioning and glass falling into our pool, that wasn't handled very well, there lack of concern for well being or comfort wasn't expressed. Otherwise we had a great time.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, but there were several problems: Wifi didn't serve The dishwasher didn't work, we talked to them to fix it and they didn't There was no dish soap, there was no solution until the cleaning lady helped us on the last day They didn't turn on the hot water in the pool until the 2nd The TVs weren't working The towels were torn and worn

This place is amazing. I traveled with some friends but can’t wait to come back with my little girls. The beach is truly amazing, private beach with no waves and warm water. The view from the apartment is so beautiful as well. If you are looking for a calm, beautiful and peaceful getaway to enjoy the beach this listing is it. The apartment has a private pool and there are 3 larger pools just steps away. The apartment has really open plan big spaces to enjoy and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely come back.

The space is large and very relaxing with private pool. The facility also has 3 other large pools and hot tub plus direct beach access. The beach is amazing we saw turtles too. We did the chef option for a few days, it was great but somewhat limiting when getting out and about to see things

I had the best time ever at this wonderful and magic place. I came here with 6 of my girlfriends for a birthday trip and I will never forget this trip. Erik and his team were so excellent and on top of it. The chef and driver Erik recommended were INCREDIBLE and so accommodating for my friends and I. Not to mention the grounds were beautiful and it felt like we had to property to ourselves. I want to come back here every week!!! You will see me again very soon!!!

The apartment is in a great location but Erik the host it’s terrible he was supposed to provide us with the groceries and cooker and he didn’t get the groceries that made me paid in advance and last minute he told me the cooker wasn’t available for the whole stay because he booked her in many places simultaneously, I tried to reached him and he wasn’t available all the times The apartment is very big and the nicest private beach what a putty of the hostess

The apartment complex is very good, with several very nice pools and jacuzzis. The beach is small but nice and has a cafeteria service. Emmanuel was diligent in the booking and check-in process. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, but it lacks maintenance and better provision of towels and kitchen utensils, as well as glasses and cups. Cleaning also needs to be more thorough.

Easy check in process, nice warm and convenient pool near the patio , along with many other larger and wonderful pools in the complex. Inquire with the hosts about clothes washer and dishwasher detergent. Very clean large unit with comfortable beds. A little bit of a challenge to get individuals added to the security list like babysitters or pickups (all done through Airbnb, can't contact security directly) Chef Mirtha was wonderful!

One of the most beautiful places my family has ever stayed. Pictures do not do justice. The staff of the building very friendly and accommodating, beach was beautiful and great for children. The only downside was the dryer wasn’t working while we were there but luckily the weather is so beautiful that we were able to just dry everything outside. Will definitely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Punta de Mita area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The amenities are great and plenty for the whole family to do. Everything was kept very clean and well maintained lots of extra room as we were just four adults and one infant, the place is huge !!! The private beach is very relaxing and has plenty of space, along with a few items for enjoying the water which was quite pleasant. There is a little bar next to the beach you can order drinks and food, which is nice. Easy drive to activities in Puerto Vallarta as we had some plans there. Overall great stay and we would stay again happily.

Emmanuel is always very attentive, the guests before us left the cloudy pool, and he quickly took care of having the pool cleaned before our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need to be there quietly. The pools are quite spacious and clean, all the staff are very attentive. Very clean and nice common areas. The beach is very clean and comfortable for a family trip!

The place is very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The development is excellent, with several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a beautiful, very quiet beach with white sand. It's perfect, especially in the low season when there are very few people in the development. Highly recommended. Aaron

The apartment complex is very nice, it has many pools and the private beach is incredible. Emmanuel was very quick to answer and resolve questions. The apartment is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing is that it needs a bit of maintenance; there was almost no light in the rooms and bathrooms, the door to get out on the terrace was almost impossible to open and close, and several of the chairs outside were about to break. As for the amenities they also need maintenance, the air conditioning of the gym was not working, there were holes on the wooden floor and several of the machines were not working. In addition, they were doing a lot of repairs during our stay near the beach, and there was a lot of noise. Anyway, I do recommend it, but I hope they improve those details.

This place is great ! I went there with my family and a friend and we had such an amazing experience . The area, the rooms, the private pool, the living rooms, kitchen, everything was great. Also the common areas in the building are just perfect, and on top of that the service that we receive was just fabulous. We had a person that cook for us and food was delicious as well. I would definitely come back again
