A very nice place and very attentive to the host to the needs required

David's airbnb is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the included access to the sauna, cold plunge and pool in the general complex. Marissa, who manages the Airbnb, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay! There were a few days over our month long stay with power outages (some scheduled in advance, some not) that affected our ability to work from home, so that is something to be aware of in general for Tulum. Otherwise, internet was strong and consistent and it was convenient to have two desks for remote working. Airbnb is walking distance to some cute cafes and restaurants in the Aldea Zama area, and then only a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach if you take the newest road through the jungle and then Ave Kukulkan and not the main highway.

Marisa, who is the property manager, was the kindest and most accommodating person we have ever come to know. The property is beautiful, clean and we had a great time. We doubled our stay due to how much we enjoyed the place and how much we loved our time with Marisa.

A great place to stay! Feels very secluded and private - we loved the little private courtyard. Lots of windows made for nice breezes and we were never even tempted to turn on the AC. Nicely equipped, comfortable beds, and Marissa, who met us for check-in, was wonderful. Loved it and love Tulum.

Marisa was amazing. She was always available to help us. We had a stressful travel experience on our way to Tulum and she waited at the gate for us! She had so many places to offer us to explore and dine at. She sent us off the day we left. Honestly, the place was very nice but she made the trip.

Fantastic spot

This place is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed. I would recommend renting a car if you would like to explore locally, however you can very easily grab a taxi in front of the condo to go out in the evening, etc.. The communication with the host was very timely with questions being answered before and during my stay. They also had wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. The on-site laundry was super convenient and the place has all the necessary utensils to eat-in if you choose to. The location is great - in between the beaches and downtown.

The house was super beautiful and clean. The location was quiet and safe. The atmosphere of the airbnb was great with comfy furniture in the living area and bedroom. The back area has a beautiful pool and hammock to relax in. The back area was also really quiet so you have no disturbances. There are plenty of air conditioner units to keep the place cool -!and the place includes fast internet. In regards to the attentiveness, Jonathan had quick responses to any questions prior to the trip and made sure that we were fully prepared for the trip. Marisa was also really helpful because she answered a lot of questions prior to our trip. She gave us a tour of the place at our arrival and made sure that our stay was to our comfort. She was so sweet and told us that she would be attentive anytime during the day or night to answer any questions. If you need any suggestions or recommendations about Tulum, both Jonathan and Marisa are willing to take the time out to send those to you.

Great stay the host was very helpful and the place is clean

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not show how large the place really is. It is also in a great location. It was arranged for us to have bikes and we easily rode into downtown Tulum. Awesome stay!

This place is amazing and Marisa; the onsite house manager, is so sweet and helpful. The space has everything you need for an amazing stay. It felt secure and safe and centrally located. Only thing I will note is that construction is taking place in the neighborhood so at times the noise can be slightly annoying. Not enough to deter me from staying here again

Great host, everything was clear before arrival. An incredible place to relax without being discontented.. fast wifi with a hammock near the private pool. Great decoration and commodities.
