We had an excellent vacation. Everything was just like the photos, and the accommodation makes you feel right at home. The air conditioners worked well, the pool water feels warm, very nice. The only recommendation is to bring mosquito repellent. Because of the rain, there are quite a few in the gardens on the way to the beach, and they stick to you, but with repellent, that's solved. Everything was very good. We were very comfortable 👌🏼

Ideal place to rest

Highly recommended place to return to. The house is very nice, with spacious areas. The pool is clean with warm water. The air conditioners worked well. Beautiful gardens. The beach is close by, and you can enjoy the view on foot. Very comfortable overall, and the service from Patty and Humberto was excellent.

Nice clean house.

We had a nice stay and really enjoyed the family weekend; my kids had a great time. Mr. Humberto was very attentive and always available, which made the experience much more comfortable. There are a few maintenance and upkeep details in the house that could be improved to make everything perfect, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality

I highly recommend this accommodation, very close to the beach 5 min. Walking, the air conditioning, the pool, and everything worked perfectly. The internet is a little slow but nothing serious.

Excellent place! The house complies with what is stated in the offer, nothing is missing. There were 7 of us and it was very comfortable. The garden with a private heated pool is wonderful, and includes a shower in the garden to clean yourself before entering the pool or the house. At first I was hesitant about the distance to the beach, but being there I realized that the journey is very short, about 4 minutes on foot. The person who received us was very friendly and helpful, a great person. Something that you can't see in the photos is the facade of the house, it is renovated and has a gate which adds security. Thanks to Patty and her team for everything, I wrote this and I want to be there again enjoying the pool😙.

It was in a well-kept and protected area, with good amenities, the pool was at a good temperature, a nice and well-kept house. I recommend it.

We had a pleasant weekend at the accommodation, the spaces are well-distributed and clean, the air conditioning in the living room is a comfort considering the climate of Manzanillo. The best thing about the place are two things: 1 The heated pool and the area where it is located is fenced, perfect for spending the whole day talking and eating. 2 Inside the house is ideal for resting and the sound is very well insulated, allowing you to rest comfortably even if there is more activity in the pool area.

A house with everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest with family or friends. The pool area is very nice, heated and private. Beach access is relatively close and they offer you everything you need to settle in. Satisfied with our choice.

A very nice place, everything was clean on arrival, it complied with the amenities described & a plus was that the pool was cleaned daily, the hosts Patyy & Osvaldo were super attentive & helpful, a very quiet area to go with the family, nearby beaches and ideal to rest at night, the water in the pool was heated, just bring a good repellent for the mosquitoes, which Pattty recommends on arrival I highly recommend this place & would choose it again for my stay Thank you for everything, my family & I appreciate your attention ….

Nice home in Club Santiago with an enclosed gated carport which fit a Suburban . Working A/C in every bedroom room and Dinning area. It’s a very well maintained property with pool. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

The house is as it appears in the photos. The whole house has facilities in good condition. The pool is heated. It is close to the beach, maximum 10 minutes. Club Santiago is a very quiet area to rest. Overall, it's worth it.

Fantastic place! The space is perfectly sized for our group, and the amenities provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen is well-equipped for preparing breakfast and dinner with ease. The walk to the beach was lovely, with beautiful gardens along the way, and we were lucky enough to spot glow-worms at night! It’s such a peaceful and serene setting. The house is beautifully maintained and appears to have been remodeled recently, giving it a fresh and spacious feel. The pool was also great, just the right temperature, with some shade and separate areas for both adults and little ones. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Manzanillo.

The house is perfect, everything in excellent condition, the beach is reached by walking in about 5 minutes or maybe less.

Casa del mar is excellently well located, a few steps from the sea (a very nice, clean and quiet sea by the way). The house has sufficient amenities and accessories. There is air conditioner in the 3 bedrooms and also in the living room (which is very appreciated with the heat of Manzanillo). The private pool is a phenomenal plus as it is always temperate, and from time to time animals like crabs, iguanas, etc. so the kids were happy.

Very comfortable house, just like the pictures, super comfortable and spacious, bed, armchairs, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, everything in excellent condition. Very, very comfortable. The garage for the cars is covered, so the sun didn't get to my cars, which is a plus for me. Highly recommended, 100%. We were fascinated by La casa del mar. The house is just as described, even more spacious than what you see in the photos. It has all the services. The spacious kitchen is very practical, the bathrooms are very spacious and ventilated. I would like to tell you that the whole house is air conditioned. The fractionation is safe, but the house also has a garage with cancel. Best of the best: the heated pool that ensures a break at any time and in a cute garden and a small terrace with very comfortable garden furniture. What's really priceless is the setting. At the front, the jungle mountain and at the back the garden with a gate to immense gardens that take you to the beach in three minutes of trail. There you will see raccoons, chachalacas, squirrels, tlacuaches, birds of incredible colors. They say the place is to disconnect. You can see it upside down as well: a place to connect: with you, with your heart. Then with everything. Thank you Osvaldo and Valeria - your help and kindness so 5 stars.

We were delighted with our stay at Casa del Mar. We will definitely return. We loved the heated pool. The house manager came by every day to clean the pool. Very spacious house, bedrooms, kitchen, common areas. Patty is very attentive and always responds quickly.

We loved the stay at Casa del Mar! Everything is very nice, as shown in the photos. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and has a very nice view on the way there. If you want to go by car, it's 3 minutes and it's a dirt road... The bedrooms are very spacious and everything is in perfect condition. We would definitely stay there again! Osvaldo, the person who welcomed us, was super friendly!!!
