The stay was super nice, if you're looking for privacy it's great. One block from the fifth avenue, the place is nice and easy to access. Only the bathrooms have a strange smell, which comes from the drain, but apart from that it's a super nice place to spend time as a family. We loved everything and I would stay again.

Everything was wonderful, the photographs don't do justice to how beautiful and big the place is. Our host was always attentive to us, this time we went as a couple but we would definitely return with the family. It is located in a very good area and we loved that we had the Chedraui Selecto one block away.

Great place to stay, very relaxing

This stay in playa del Carmen was perfect for my family. Me, hubby and three kids. House was spacious, bathroom in each room plus a half in the dining area. Check-in was great, they were still cleaning when we wanted to check in early but we were able to leave the luggage, use the bathrooms and change which k thought was really nice. The kids loved having a pool. The area is nice, so many restraints and shops plus yummy carts all in walking distance. Walked to playa Mamitas which was maybe 10 mins. If I could recommend though In a ten min drive was punta Esmeralda which I wish we found earlier in our trip. There’s a beach and a small cenote with some small fresh water areas which was so pretty and clear. I would stay with Michael again for sure. Def eat the little Argentinian taco/torts cart by the 7eleven the food was amazing.

The place is just as described in the photos, it was only 2 blocks from 5th Avenue and the place was safe. Micka helped us a lot with parking, we loved the stay!

Perfect place that exceeded our expectations. Much nicer and bigger than it looked on the listing pictures. Excellent location, underground parking. We were travelling with our 10 month old, the condo and pool were both perfect for our needs. Would 100% stay again. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Excellent place to stay, it has private parking, additional, very close to 5th Ave and Mamitas Beach. The place is just like the photos and Michael's attention is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very well located accommodation in Playa del Carmen, you are a block and a half from Quinta Avenida; ideal for families and groups of up to 10 people. The maintenance service of the housing complex is very good. Good and beautiful facilities invite you to relax and feel at home. There are rules to follow if you're staying here, but you'll appreciate being able to enjoy them too. The area is comfortable, safe and accessible, I would definitely come back.
