Our group of three families loved our stay here! There is a beautiful, shaded beach just a couple minute walk away, and the RZ is walkable within 15 minutes. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Having meals cooked made our stay with young kids very easy, and they never made our kids feel like a burden (quite the opposite). We loved the pool (especially when the amazing waiters brought us fresh drinks each afternoon). The second floor balcony was amazing for the adults to sit outside every evening to watch the sunset. We would certainly stay here again when we return to PV.

The house was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool very much. We could walk to two different beaches. The service from the staff was the best. They were very attentive and friendly, and the food they cooked for us was the best.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful stay at Casa Las Amapas! Abraham, Alexis, Luis, and Susanna were incredible, and we were genuinely sad to leave them. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing vacation. Luis and Abraham made amazing drinks for both kids and adults, and Alexis' cooking was absolutely delicious. We truly loved our time here and hope to return! A few things not mentioned in the listing that may be helpful: The common areas are not air conditioned, so they can get quite hot during the summer. The pool is temperature controlled, so it stays refreshingly cool. We preferred Conchas Chinas and Playa Amapas over Los Muertos Beach—they were cleaner, quieter, and just a short walk away. The doors and windows have noticeable gaps, so you'll hear wildlife, the ocean, and outdoor noise. We also found that people often gathered across the street late at night with music. The night guard did his best to move them along, but it wasn't always possible.

My friends and I had the most amazing time celebrating my bachelorette at Casa Las Amapas! The villa was exactly as pictured, if not better in person. The staff were so incredibly friendly and hospitable (thank you Luis, Abram, and all others)! They made everything so easy for us and were extremely accommodating! All the meals were exceptional and the bartender knew when to keep the drinks flowing! We would 100% return and highly recommend this villa. Thank you for everything!

The attendants, were very friendly and helpful, Susanna the cleaning lady had a good personality, and she did her job well,Luis the waiter was very accommodating, and the watchman very informative!

If you are looking at this Air BnB listing right now... book it! You will not regret it! Myself and 10 other girls stayed as Casa Las Ampas for my bachelorette and we cannot wait to come back! - The pictures do not do the house justice. So much space with stunning rooms, super comfortable beds, and extremely clean overall. The only thing to note is there is no AC in the common areas (but there are in each of the bedrooms). - 5 minute uber to town (very affordable and came fast) and 2 beaches are a 2 minute walk away! The pool was the perfect temperature and surrounded by lush greenery. - Alexis, Abraham, and the whole team made our stay incredible. You are waited on hand and foot and they are all so incredibly kind! Food and drinks were 10/10! - The only thing to note is if you have young kids, there tend to be locals playing music at night. It was easy for us to ignore! The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. We will be back!

9 of us old high school friends just returned from a glorious and perfect 8-day vacation. It couldn’t have been better!!! This home was just incredible- the photos don’t even do it justice. Just gorgeous! A fantastic pool that we used every day and a fantastic beach for morning swims just a few paces away. And Puerto Vallarta within walking distance along the beach! And I can’t say enough about the staff. We’ve never had a chef or a staff before so weren’t sure what to expect. But from greeting us at the gate with margaritas, to putting out fresh beach towels every morning, to preparing just incredible meals, it was amazing!!! So friendly, so helpful, so accommodating- they were perfect. Totally went above and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough! You and your group will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at Casa Las Amapas! (You can find it on google maps if you use that name). The villa is huge and super clean, the rooms are spacious, the location cannot be beat - there are 2 small beaches that are very close (walkable) on either side of the property. It's only about a 7 min uber to the Zona Romantica. The pool is in shade for most of the day (except like 11-2) which is so nice. All of the staff are amazing, we felt very safe, and the food was amazing.

This Airbnb was the must luxurious and relaxing we've ever had. The house was clean, comfortable, looked like the pictures and had an amazing view as well as the relaxing sound of the ocean right out the front door. The staff was magnificent. Alexis is not a cook. He is a chef. Every meal was excellent and we all thought his meals were better than any restaurant we visited. The bartender/ porter made fabulous margaritas and guacamole for us every day as we sat or played by the pool.. needless to say, we didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved our family stay at the villa. The staff were fantastic, wonderful people. Chef Alex cooked incredible dinners every evening. We felt truly spoiled by everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our little kids loved the pool and enjoyed all the outdoor space. It is a beautiful home for a large group and everyone has their own privacy and bathroom. Our only negative comment would be regarding a terrible sewer smell that happened periodically. It was no fault of the villa but rather the area. Hopefully the system is up graded soon. Loved our stay!

This place was absolutely wonderful!! I have recommended it to many people already. The food was great, the concierge was very responsive and helpful, and it was so nice to wake up to coffee made and come home to a made bed and they kept it clean all the time.

Had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister’s bachelorette getaway. Very private and safe place for a group of women traveling on their own. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Made our stay so memorable and special.

This place is a MUST for your next family getaway in PV! The house is stunning with private en suite bathrooms for each room, plenty of beds, gorgeous indoor and outdoor living areas, a dreamy pool, and the most magnificent views you can find. The concierge service was amazing as well. Can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was making you feel at home. We will forever return here when coming to Puerto Vallarta!!

Beautifully rustic villa on the very tip edge of the conchas chinas beach. Staffed by 5-6 very lovely people who had plenty of recommendations on where to go eat and see the city of Puerto Vallarta. Lovely, authentic rooms and bathrooms constructed in the historic style, with sliding windows and doors that keep that night time breeze flowing into the home. Lots of room all around the villa for 8-12 people to easily find their own spaces but also to have intimate get togethers with your other guests. The front of the house faced directly onto the rocky edge of the two beaches, which allowed you to take in the sunsets as well as vibe with the many locals who parked and visit the two beaches on either side. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at villa amapas. There were nine of us in our group, and the location was perfect, everyone had their own space, and the shared spaces were great. All of the staff went above and beyond would love to visit again.

Casa Las Amapas and the staff were simply amazing. The house is nothing short of gorgeous with beautiful views and the sound of the crashing waves. Our group of 10 friends had plenty of space between the decks and living spaces as well as the 5 en suite bedrooms. The pool area is phenomenal with outdoor speakers and ample lounging space. The staff were exceptional and provided service beyond our expectations. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Alexis our chef was professional, going above and beyond to satisfy our needs and even rescued one of our friends when she was dropped at the wrong house. Roman and Abraham were incredibly helpful and also brought us drinks all day by the pool. We all agreed the service was better than any resort or hotel we’ve stayed at. Susi kept the place spotless and Angel kept us feeling secured at night. And Alexa our concierge was flexible in accommodating our requests.None of us wanted to leave and I hope I’ll get to return sooner rather than later.

Great villa with plenty of room for the ten of us! The pictures were spot on! We spent the majority in the pool and at the beach, which is a short walk. Chef Alexis cooked amazing food, Abraham and Roman were always there when we wanted cocktails and chips with guacamole and Suzzie always had our rooms and bathrooms spotless! The staff was excellent! We always love staying at an oceanfront, if you love the sound of waves crashing, you'll love this place. Only downside was the public beach access right out front of the villa. Weekends, people were playing very loud music and keeping us awake until early morning hours. Other than that....an awesome stay!

We had such a wonderful vacation here! Was the perfect spot for three families with kids. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. We loved the pool and the very easy access to nearby beaches. Will definitely stay here again!

A wonderful holiday for 3 families! We were a group of 7 adults and 4 kids under 4 and spent 1 week at the house. On arrival, all of the house staff welcomed us (Luis the concierge/bartender, Alexis the cook, Roman the assistant, Angel the night security guard, and Suzy the housekeeper). We felt right at home and they were all eager to satisfy any request we had. Alexis was the STAR as he did the shopping and cooked breakfast and dinner each day! Every meal we had was a huge hit (the fajitas and chicken tortilla soup were incredible!). There are 5 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bath), and all beds were very comfortable. You will be asked to throw all toilet paper in the waste bin rather than in the toilet - not a big deal as Suzy empties them daily. Also, staff are off on Sundays so no meals are cooked that day. The PV zona romantica is a 10 min walk away along the beach or 5 min uber up a big hill. Would definitely stay here again! FYI, our grocery bill was about 250-300USD daily.

We had an incredible family vacation at this stunning oceanfront villa! The home was extremely comfortable, and the staff were attentive and exceptional. Alexis prepared delicious meals for us, while Luis and Emmanuel took care of our every need and crafted amazing drinks. Susy kept the villa spotless, and Angelo, our night watchman, ensured our safety and even brewed fresh coffee every morning. We highly recommend this fantastic oceanfront villa to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway!

Not only was the villa and surrounding area absolutely stunning, but the staff truly made the visit one we will never forget. Emmanuel, Alexis, Susanna, Angel, Luis, and Alberto were all very friendly, professional, and proactive. It was obvious that they cared about making our trip as relaxing as possible. From the food and drinks to the security and cleanliness, every aspect of the staffing was a 10/10. The location is walkable to the beach as well as viejo Vallarta. And although the ocean was nice, the pool was where we shared the best moments of the trip. If you are interested in the wildlife of Puerto Vallarta, then this is a fantastic spot to watch the squirrels, iguanas, and coatis move through the tree canopy and the seabirds fly overhead. Overall, an amazing location that made our family vacation something we will remember fondly for years to come. Thank you again to the staff for making it all happen.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Las Amapas in Puerto Vallarta. The location of the villa was perfect, including a very short walk to two lovely beaches and a 15 minute walk or easy Uber into the Romantic zone. The villa had everything we needed for a luxurious yet homey stay. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The staff were amazing, every meal was a delight thanks to chef Alexis and we wanted for nothing thanks to Luis, Alberto, Susie, and the rest of the staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, the views were gorgeous, and the pool was lovely and refreshing. There were multiple beautiful places for our group to hang out. We would absolutely stay again and want to thank everyone who made our holiday so memorable!

LOVE Casa Las Amapas! Would highly recommend. This was for my bachelorette trip and the house was perfect for 7 girls. The staff was AMAZING. The server/ house man Luis was the best. So attentive, friendly and always available. The chef Pablo was also very friendly and flexible! His meals were AMAZING and got better with each meal. The whole team was always available and VERY flexible to ALL of the girls needs. The house was just like the pictures and had so much space and bathrooms no one felt crowded. The house is also just a short VERY uphill walk from the little town. We walked to town one of the days and it was very easy. The beach outside the house is a bit rocky but there are alternate beach options in the town not too far away. Justine was very proactive about communicating and helping me book cars and with any additional things I may need. We felt right at home and very safe. Would definitely return again

The pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everything was soo good and so unique in flavor, presentation. Felt amazing to not have to lift a finger and be waited on. Loved walking back into my room with fresh linen and cleaned. Would stay here again for sure!

I had the best experience with the onsite staff and the folks leading up to my weekend. Everyone was super communicative , friendly and helpful! I would stay at the property again or another property the manage. The ease of ordering groceries, never having to clean dishes and warm meals being made was incredible.

The staff was also amazing and the meals made at the villa were honestly better than some restaurants we ate at during our stay so definitely worth the extra money for food. The location is right off the Romantic Zone and you can easily walk to beaches that are secluded and less populated than the hotel beaches further down.

We rented this house to celebrate my 40th and it was the perfect place. They were super communicative at all points along the way and we were greeted superbly upon arrival. The pool was fantastic (and we definitely used it) and the beach was super walkable to get to. The rooms were great and each one had its own bathroom. The real MVP's were the staff. Have to give special shout outs to Vivianna, the amazing cook who prepared a delicious flan, Susanna who kept everything clean and Angel, the night guard who was just so friendly. Highly recommend this place, we were lucky to stay here.

Our stay here was great! It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved having the ocean right there and the pool was a great place to spend most of our days. Most of the staff was awesome! The concierge was so friendly and helpful! Suzy the cleaner was awesome and super kind. She did a fantastic job! And Vivianna’s cooking was to die for. We loved everything she made for us! We had a great time!

Everything was beautiful! Viviana was an amazing chef and Orlando made some killer drinks! The rooms were beautiful and it was a nice surprise that the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The only think I didn't know, that would have been helpful, was that I had to pay for the groceries in pesos.

We were a group of ten. We came to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had honeymooned in PV 40 years ago. We were looking for a place that could accommodate all four of our adult children and their partners as well as our grandson. Casa Las Amapas was a dream come true. The house was amazing as well as the location. We had stunning views everywhere you turned. The house had so many outside areas to gather that you never felt you were on top of each other. Having a private heated pool was the amazing. The staff was fantastic, they were polite and always available. Viviana was an amazing cook, everything was delicious. She went out of her way to make sure our actual anniversary was special. She ordered our cake and stayed late that evening. Orlando was another employee who went above and beyond for our group. Asking if we wanted drinks or guacamole by the pool. Not waiting for us to request them. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! The staff is so wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time and don’t need to worry about anything. All of the meals we picked were delicious and we even had some leftovers to snack on. We were able to walk to the beach & to town via the same route (it is a little rocky and dark at night so I wouldn’t recommend walking home after dark). Having the concierge available to schedule transportation and activities was a huge plus and allowed us to unplug once we were there. We felt completely safe the entire time with the staff and were a group of all girls. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing. I have stayed at many AirBnBs and this ine had the best customer service both before and during our trip. This was a 20th anniversary vow renewal trip with 5 couples. Bianca organized everything. Marco was amazing with constant margaritas. Our chef whipped up whatever we wanted and it was so good. The pool is well lanscaped and felt very private. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was fantastic. Such a great stay. Everyone in our group thought so. Don't hesitate. You will love this place

Everything was fantastic and as advertised!! Half of our group was delayed a day and Blanca (the concierge) made sure that we were taken care of with transportation etc. we didn’t want for anything. Vivianna the cook and Orlando were the best. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I will say If you don’t like nature this isn’t the place for you lizards and crabs are a thing. But the staff will get them out and they don’t bother you at all.

The staff was amazing! I’m never traveling again without this service. The variety of food Viviana made us and the drinks the bartenders were whipping up were so great! There was lots and lots of room for people to lounge and spread out. The only thing I would complain about (but not really) is the slope of the pool! There’s a pretty steep and obviously slippery slope between the shallow and deep end where we just kept slipping at and going underwater

Beautiful house. But more importantly, the staff was amazing! We had so much fun with them and Viviana made sure we ate good! I absolutely loved being right on the beach….where it was somewhat private. The house came with everything you could possibly need. The only gripe would be the cost of the food/meals. Might be better off getting your own groceries. Also, no matter how our night ended, Hipilito (night security) made sure everything was all cleaned up before we woke up with a fresh pot of coffee waiting. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay, Viviana is the worlds best cook, the service and drinks Marcos and Orlando provide are second to none and they are great people all around! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back due to the experience they provided us while we were there.

Absolutely spectacular! This is the best place I have ever stayed! Not only was the house itself perfect for my group of 10, the location was also very close to town and the beach. The best part was the staff - everyone was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. They had so many nice touches including margaritas by the pool, helpful tips on what to do in town, and the food that Viviana prepared was sooo good! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing but positive things to say about Casa Las Amapas. We travelled with our children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren ages 1.5 to 6.5 and there was something for everybody. First of all location, location, location. We have been coming down to Puerto Vallarta for almost 40 years and this was our favorite spot to date. The seclusion of the beaches combined with the proximity to town was an amazing combo. The location on top of the water with the crashing waves lulling us to sleep was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the beach with tidepools a short walk away. The space worked great for our family with several great communal areas and plenty of private areas to get some space (particularly the separate suite where we stayed). The meal situation was perfect for dining with little ones and all of the meals were well prepared and served by the staff, Viviana, Luis, Orlando, Polo and the lovely housekeeper (who were also there to help throughout the day and night). Already looking at the calendar to go back.

I can't say enough about the great time we had staying in the Villa! The location is perfect - right across from the ocean and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. I also loved the spacious layout of the house for a large group, and it looks just like the pictures. The staff was so welcoming and attentive to anything we needed. And Viviana cooked the most delicious meals. I definitely recommend this Villa and would love to go back again myself!

The entire staff was amazing!! Viviana the chef was top notch!! All of her creations were delicious and she made every day and every meal feel like a 5 star dining experience! Orlando, José Luis and Polo were also fanatic!! And were so very accommodating with all of our needs. Along with the young woman who did the housekeeping (I don’t recall her name). The entire staff was first class and they made us feel so at home and like family. Thank you for the amazing experience!! It made coming home and back to reality that much harder. You have an amazing staff!!! They made the experiment that much more amazing and wonderful!!

Amazing!!! Perfect for our 2 families. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and took great care of us! Every meal was phenomenal- especially the BBQ ribs- definitely recommend! Great having the pool at the house, and the beaches just a few steps away. Secretly I don’t want to say how amazing it was, because I want to make sure there is availability for us to come back over and over. A new favorite location for us!

The property is beautiful and the staff is incredible. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay as Casa las Ampas. There was plenty of room for our small party and we could have easily accommodated twice as many people. The staff was incredible! Susie was a wonderful chef and prepared all meals beautifully. Viviana did a great job filling in for Susie when she was ill and kept the property spotless. Orlando and Jose Luis were helpful with odds and ends around the house and they were great to chat with. The backyard and pool are a dreamy escape. It was quite humid during our stay so we did not stay in the open air/ communal spaces that often at night, but each room was nicely air conditioned. We enjoyed the nightly sunsets and thunderstorms from the covered patio. Highly recommend you give this place a try!

We brought friends down who have never been to Casa Las Amapas to celebrate a life event. What a fantastic trip. We’ve stayed here four times. Every year we say they can’t top it but this year was hands down the best vacation we have all ever had. The staff and villa are spectacular. This year they brought on a new chef named Suzy. OMG!!! Her food and presentation are better than most restaurants. Our traveling companions know authentic Mexican cuisine and they couldn’t stop raving. We were all happy to gain weight! Luis and Orlando are on top of the workings of the house and didn’t let us lift a finger. The house is spotless thanks to them and Bibiana! Our concierge Blanca went above and beyond. She worked with me in the weeks leading up to our stay and once we arrived she made all of our transportation and excursions! There was no request she couldn’t fulfill. Stay here!!!

Where do I start?! The house wqs amazing! The staff was amazing (Monse included)! We cannot wait to go back! The AC unit in the master bedroom was broken upon our arrival. They tried fixing it for the first 2 days. It was hot in that room but my boyfriend and I didn’t mind too much and made plans to stay in our friends rooms for the remainder of the trip. To our surprise, they replaced the AC unit during our stay! Even if they hadn’t done that, I still would’ve given all 5 star ratings because the location, beauty, cleanliness and the staff’s friendliness superseded all of our expectations! We can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 11 had a fantastic time at this house. It was absolutely beautiful, everything was as described, and the staff were amazing! Monserrat, Margarita, Jose Luis, Orlando, Polo, and Viri went above and beyond and were all extremely professional, competent, and fun! We spent almost every day at the pool, and if we weren’t there we were at one of the nearby beaches, which were easy to access by foot. The house had plenty of space for everyone and we loved the pool area, surrounding gardens, and view of the ocean. The sunset and thunderstorms were great to watch on the upper patio! One week there wasn’t enough and we already want to plan our next vacation to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to get away and recharge!

Great house, great location, nice staff.

Wonderful place. Wonderful staff. Peaceful. Worth going. You need to bring mosquito spray as there are a lot of them. Also, do all your currency exchange in the states before you arrive as the exchange rates in Mexico can be quite, let’s say, interesting. All in all, plan to go back. The chef and all the staff really make sure you are comfortable. Great job guys.

Everything at the house was great. The staff was very hospitable and I can't say enough about the food! Yes, the enchiladas are as tasty as everyone says they are in other reviews. Everything we needed was there and if we asked for something, we had it! The only thing that I can say that we didn't like about the house was the extreme firmness of the beds. The location is close to the Romantic Zone and there is a great beach that is about a 5 minute walk to the south of the house.

Excellent service from the staff. Very attentive, professional and friendly. The house is in excellent condition, always very clean, open spaces, spacious bedrooms, very pleasant common areas, nice ocean view and a very clean and large pool. If I have a chance, I'd be happy to come back.

We are returning visitors and would stay at this property every year if we had more time to sneak away! Such a wonderful location and the staff is constantly surprising us with their kindness and attentive nature. The furnishings and accommodations are authentic and well-kept, but nothing beats the fresh margaritas by the private pool each afternoon. We will be back again and again and I'm already looking forward to next time!

We’ve stayed here before. It was so nice to have Mary Carmen there as our chef again. She makes some amazing food. Margarita is a wonderful addition to the staff. So happy and welcoming. She kept the villa spotless.

A group of ten of us has a magical stay in Casa Las Amapas villa. It’s a gorgeous house with an amazing view, and just a short walk along the water to the main beach, Playa de los Muertos and Blue Chairs. Or you could walk the other way and go enjoy secluded beautiful beaches. We slept every night with the windows open enjoying the crashing waves. The pool was fabulous, and the staff were all very friendly and amazing. MariCarmen made us breakfasts and one night we asked her to make a delicious dinner of tuna and mole chicken. Fabulous. We’d definitely return!

We just finished up a 4 night 5 day stay at the Villas and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a group of 11 and every single one of us was blown away with the accommodations and service. The team goes above and beyond and were extremely accommodating to our group. The chef was excellent, the house staff were incredibly attentive and pretty much got us whatever we asked for in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend booking here with family and friends. When we come back to Vallarta we will be staying here again :)

The staff was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the place justice. Right on the water. Minutes away by Uber to the pier. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my friends!

The location and amenities offered at Casa Las Amapas can’t be beat, but we are all in agreement that it was the staff that made the experience truly incredible. They were more than accommodating and managed our large group without a single hiccup. Margarita, Orlando, and Maricarmen made sure each meal was fantastic, even for those of us with gluten and other food allergies. Jose Luis and Joel made hands down the best margaritas any of us had ever had. We would absolutely return.

I booked a few nights at Casa Las Amapas for my 40th birthday last month. The house and level of service by the staff exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a piece of heaven on earth - this is it. The house is phenomenal - spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. Maricarmen, Jose Luis, Orlando, Margarita, and Joel were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our group felt taken care of and welcomed at this amazing space. Specials thanks also go to Katia for taking care of many logistical details prior to our arrival and during our stay!

An incredible villa in a convenient location - it was a perfect spot for our annual birthday celebration! We will definitely be back.

The house is amazing, even better than the pictures make it look. It's right around the corner from the main beach (Playa de los Muertos), but enough out of the way that it's quiet and private. In fact, there's a more private beach about 40 yards down the road. There was plenty of space for us, and lots of areas around the house to hang out. It's set up to be very open, so you always feel the fresh air and can hear the waves crashing on the rocks. The staff was incredible. They were easy to communicate with, were attentive, and generally took great care of us. The chef makes incredible food. We went out for dinner one night but could easily have enjoyed eating at the house the whole time. If we needed groceries or sun block someone would go get it for us. They made everything about our stay very easy. If I went back to Puerto Vallarta I would try to stay here again.

Everything was excellent, particularly the staff, behaved wonderfully with our group and made our trip more enjoyable. Regarding the house, it was ideal for us, we use practically all the social areas and when we had to leave, the staff took care of all the procedures (transportation, reservations, etc.). A special mention for Chef Maricarmen, everything she prepared was delicious. Generally speaking, this property is 100% recommended.

We are very happy with our vacation in the Villa. The attention we received from Mary Carmen, José Luís, Orlando, Shadai and Ruben made all the difference. We were able to focus on spending time together, eating delicious food and being very well cared for. In truth, the visit to Casa Amapas, more than for the place that is beautiful, is worth it for the people who work there. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Las Amapas. Its location in a relatively quiet part of Puerto Vallarta couldn't be better - Pacific Ocean is just steps away, Puerta Los Muertos beach is a short 5-10 minutes walk. The place is very tastefully decorated and landscaped. The staff was simply amazing, they were there to cater to our every need. Thanks to Maricarmen, Orlando, Luis, Shedai and last but not the least, thanks to Ruben for everything.

This is our second stay at this wonderful house. The location is perfect in that you will be about a fifteen minute walk down the beach into town. The staff are warm and helpful. I hope to return soon.

Where do we begin? This trip set the bar so high for any vacation we take in the future. Everything about Casa Las Amapas is special. We arrived and were greated by the staff. Immediately we felt right at home. We were given a complete tour of the villa and then margaritas and guacamole were served. We all changed and got right in the pool. There was some confusion about our first meal that we requested but Mary Carmen was able to quickly add something in and make everything perfect. Mary Carmen is the chef. We wanted to bring her home with us. We wanted to bring all of them home with us. Mary Carmen's food was so delicious. We asked her to make some of her specialties and she did. Ask her to make her shrimp with bacon!!! Every morning started with fresh squeezed oj and plates of the freshest fruit I've ever had and baskets of toast followed by the breakfast entree. We worked with Mary Carmen to create 10 days of great menus. She is so sweet and wonderful. We were waited on by Luis and Orlando during the day. They anticipated everything. No glass was empty, no pillow out of place. They always had smiles on their faces. Ruben stayed over night to mind the house and front gate. The house is so secure. Our rooms were always spotless when we got back from the beach or shopping. We were a short walk to the gay beach and shopping. Taxis are available. They make a call and they arrive. ask them to get you a price quote when they call. Had one try and take advantage of us. When we told the house about it they immediately worked to correct the issue and we had no problem. The sound of the waves could keep you up at night. Bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Sunsets are beautiful from the balconies. We can't wait to come back.

Casa Las Amapas was amazing beyond compare, we were greeted with a full staff and massages. The staff attended us at all times and were very kind. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. If we go back to puerto vallarta, we will ONLY be staying at this location.

The house is great spacious and beautiful, the staff is top quality always there for whatever you need. The food is greater than expected very very good. The view to the ocean is unforgettable. Wifi worked flawlessly. It is only a short drive, or walk to the malecón. Defanitley recommend booking casa las amapas.

Wow !!! What an experience!! I've been to Puerto multiple times and never had a time remotely close to what we experienced at Las Amalpas. The staff was incredible Lupita can cook like it's nobody's business, and Olga and Luis are extremely helpful regardless of what it is you may need. We will most definitely be back in the near future.

Great Experience! Everything as we requested for, all the crew were very very nice! Breakfast, meals and dinner also fantastic! The rooms where very nice and comfortable, perfect for large groups!

Our stay at Las Amapas was AMAZING! The pictures were exactly what we experienced with a great property right on the water and with an open floorplan. We were welcomed with Margaritas and Guacamole, and had amazing service the whole week we were there by the staff that comes with the property. The property and service was so amazing that we basically ended up never leaving and staying in the pool for hours and hours each day! We cannot have better feedback for Las Amapas, and can't wait to return!

We stayed at Casa Las Amapas for my bachelorette party (9 women) and it was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend staying here! The pictures accurately show the house and the staff were awesome! The space was the perfect size for our group. The view from the house is spectacular. We loved hanging out by the pool each day and watching the gorgeous sunsets at night. They had chips and margaritas waiting for us upon our arrival and they even greeted us with 10 minute complimentary massages for each person! All the staff were nice and helpful! The meals were delicious!!! They also helped us with all our transportation needs. There was also a concierge service that came with booking this villa that helped us book a reservation at a nightclub and a restaurant (Sonora Grill is awesome too!) The house is a 5-10 minute walk to La Playa Los Muertos and Old Town Puerto Vallarta and a 30 minute drive from the airport. We felt very safe throughout our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I hesitate leaving a glowing review because I always want Casa Las Amapas to be available for me...but alas, I'll be honest. Casa Las Amapas completely exceeded my expectations. It's very close to town (a short, but athletic, walk/hike around the rocks), and a cheap taxi. But who needs to go to town when you have such an incredible house! To begin with, we were greeted by the lovely staff upon our arrival with chips, guacamole, salsa, and margaritas, all freshly made (even the chips were freshly fried!). Katia the concierge was also there and gave us lots of helpful tips about things to do and places to eat outside the house. Then, we explored the property and were truly blown away. The bedrooms are large and clean, and the second story rooms have gorgeous views of the ocean. The pool is gorgeous, and the water was the perfect temperature both day and night. There's a lovely palapa that gives you shade by the pool, and also a separate outside dining area that we used for one of our breakfasts. I woke up each morning, went downstairs for my coffee (already freshly brewed by the amazing staff), and sat on my huge upstairs patio admiring the beauty of Puerto Vallarta. After that, we were treated to an incredible breakfast of our choosing (the menu is extensive, but make sure to include the chilaquiles for one meal). The lunches and dinners were outstanding as well- I'd recommend chicken enchiladas and the fresh fish. I could go on and on about this place but just trust me on this one- you will not find a better house at a better price in a better location than this one. Book it now!

Our family vacation was absolutely wonderful, largely due in part of the wonderful house and staff at Casa Las Amapas. Katia greeted us at the airport and provided us with attentive care. The house staff (Olga, Lupita, Shadai, Jose Luis, and Ruben) were all so wonderful, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious and their non-stop care was great. It was my parent's 40th anniversary trip and the staff made sure to help us celebrate in style (helped with ordering a mariachi band, cooked their favorite foods, etc.). The house itself is a gem. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very clean, super accessible for a family-like atmosphere, and really made the trip. We enjoyed the pool and upper patio to watch the sunsets every night. It is a 10 minute walk to the main beach. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place.
