Casa Lido was an absolutely amazing stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. From the incredible staff to the gorgeous beach views and all the beautiful plants around the stunning villa, if you’re thinking about booking this villa, you won’t be sorry. It’s totally worth it .The food and drinks were amazing. The chef made some of the group who didn’t like guacamole fall in love with it. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, even the three-year-old with us had a great time! I highly recommend booking this villa

Our group of three families loved our stay here! There is a beautiful, shaded beach just a couple minute walk away, and the RZ is walkable within 15 minutes. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Having meals cooked made our stay with young kids very easy, and they never made our kids feel like a burden (quite the opposite). We loved the pool (especially when the amazing waiters brought us fresh drinks each afternoon). The second floor balcony was amazing for the adults to sit outside every evening to watch the sunset. We would certainly stay here again when we return to PV.

The house was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool very much. We could walk to two different beaches. The service from the staff was the best. They were very attentive and friendly, and the food they cooked for us was the best.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful stay at Casa Las Amapas! Abraham, Alexis, Luis, and Susanna were incredible, and we were genuinely sad to leave them. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing vacation. Luis and Abraham made amazing drinks for both kids and adults, and Alexis' cooking was absolutely delicious. We truly loved our time here and hope to return! A few things not mentioned in the listing that may be helpful: The common areas are not air conditioned, so they can get quite hot during the summer. The pool is temperature controlled, so it stays refreshingly cool. We preferred Conchas Chinas and Playa Amapas over Los Muertos Beach—they were cleaner, quieter, and just a short walk away. The doors and windows have noticeable gaps, so you'll hear wildlife, the ocean, and outdoor noise. We also found that people often gathered across the street late at night with music. The night guard did his best to move them along, but it wasn't always possible.

Casa Lido was an insanely beautiful villa with easy access to the beach and gorgeous views all around. The staff were so lovely from start to finish; they were there to greet us and carry our bags right when we arrived, and would not let us lift a FINGER when they were around. So flexible with food and cocktail options, not to mention everything was delicious! We were celebrating a bachelorette and Linda was very helpful as our concierge. She gave us great recommendations for activities and was accommodating to our itinerary! It was the perfect blend of feeling “attended to” and also having our own privacy and space. Such a special destination🫶

My friends and I had the most amazing time celebrating my bachelorette at Casa Las Amapas! The villa was exactly as pictured, if not better in person. The staff were so incredibly friendly and hospitable (thank you Luis, Abram, and all others)! They made everything so easy for us and were extremely accommodating! All the meals were exceptional and the bartender knew when to keep the drinks flowing! We would 100% return and highly recommend this villa. Thank you for everything!

The attendants, were very friendly and helpful, Susanna the cleaning lady had a good personality, and she did her job well,Luis the waiter was very accommodating, and the watchman very informative!

If you are looking at this Air BnB listing right now... book it! You will not regret it! Myself and 10 other girls stayed as Casa Las Ampas for my bachelorette and we cannot wait to come back! - The pictures do not do the house justice. So much space with stunning rooms, super comfortable beds, and extremely clean overall. The only thing to note is there is no AC in the common areas (but there are in each of the bedrooms). - 5 minute uber to town (very affordable and came fast) and 2 beaches are a 2 minute walk away! The pool was the perfect temperature and surrounded by lush greenery. - Alexis, Abraham, and the whole team made our stay incredible. You are waited on hand and foot and they are all so incredibly kind! Food and drinks were 10/10! - The only thing to note is if you have young kids, there tend to be locals playing music at night. It was easy for us to ignore! The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. We will be back!

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed! There were 10 of us on a bachelorette trip and the villa was so nice we barely left all weekend. Carlos the house manager and Brian the chef were amazing hosts, and Isela the property manager was super communicative on text. The villa was huge and beautiful and absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!

9 of us old high school friends just returned from a glorious and perfect 8-day vacation. It couldn’t have been better!!! This home was just incredible- the photos don’t even do it justice. Just gorgeous! A fantastic pool that we used every day and a fantastic beach for morning swims just a few paces away. And Puerto Vallarta within walking distance along the beach! And I can’t say enough about the staff. We’ve never had a chef or a staff before so weren’t sure what to expect. But from greeting us at the gate with margaritas, to putting out fresh beach towels every morning, to preparing just incredible meals, it was amazing!!! So friendly, so helpful, so accommodating- they were perfect. Totally went above and beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough! You and your group will not be disappointed.

I cannot give enough praise to the staff and accommodations at Casa Lido. We had a large family trip (seven adults and five kids) and everything went as smoothly as possible. From transport to the airport to the house staff, it was truly amazing. The staff — Linda, Sara, Norberto, and Veronica — were so accommodating and attentive. We always felt taken care of, the food and the drinks and the entire experience was perfect. The beach right out the front door was incredible and being able to come back to the pool with lunch and dinner prepared was fantastic. Everything was so great and we can wait to plan our next trip to Casa Lido.

I cannot say enough great things about this property—the staff—led by the incredible Linda—is wonderful. The food, the service, the location, the everything, was perfect. It was our third time staying here and it never disappoints. It is the ultimate in PV living.

We loved our stay at Casa Las Amapas! (You can find it on google maps if you use that name). The villa is huge and super clean, the rooms are spacious, the location cannot be beat - there are 2 small beaches that are very close (walkable) on either side of the property. It's only about a 7 min uber to the Zona Romantica. The pool is in shade for most of the day (except like 11-2) which is so nice. All of the staff are amazing, we felt very safe, and the food was amazing.

This home was very spacious! Although it was somewhat outdated, friendly and helpful staff made up for it. Especially Carlos was very knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. One drawback was that to reach the beaches, we had to walk down steep hills, which made the return trip difficult for seniors like us.

This was a family trip to celebrate our mother's birthday and it was the perfect place to do this. We had four generations ranging from 3 to 90 years of age. The villa is amazing, great location, easy Uber to the old town. The villa has a spectacular view of the ocean and the mountains. What really made this villa stand out was the great staff. Carlos took care of all our needs. We would definitely come back again.

This was our second stay at this incredible villa, and it was just as magical as the first. The first time we visited, I brought my parents, and my mom fell so in love with it that she asked to come back again. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking panoramic views and a beautiful beach just below the home. Both the kids and adults spent hours in the large pool and gathered each evening to watch the unforgettable sunsets. The chef-prepared meals were consistently delicious, and every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The only minor downside was the presence of very small ants and the occasional cockroach which is somewhat expected in a tropical setting in an indoor outdoor villa up on the mountain. I did notice ants on my bed one evening, but the staff responded immediately, replaced all the linens, and treated the room thoroughly. After that, we had no further issues. Overall, this place is outstanding.

Casa Aventura was a great villa for our friend group. The staff was great. I’d highly recommend to others!

This Airbnb was the must luxurious and relaxing we've ever had. The house was clean, comfortable, looked like the pictures and had an amazing view as well as the relaxing sound of the ocean right out the front door. The staff was magnificent. Alexis is not a cook. He is a chef. Every meal was excellent and we all thought his meals were better than any restaurant we visited. The bartender/ porter made fabulous margaritas and guacamole for us every day as we sat or played by the pool.. needless to say, we didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved our family stay at the villa. The staff were fantastic, wonderful people. Chef Alex cooked incredible dinners every evening. We felt truly spoiled by everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our little kids loved the pool and enjoyed all the outdoor space. It is a beautiful home for a large group and everyone has their own privacy and bathroom. Our only negative comment would be regarding a terrible sewer smell that happened periodically. It was no fault of the villa but rather the area. Hopefully the system is up graded soon. Loved our stay!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The house staff was extremely kind and attentive to us. The food prepared by the chef, Christian, was delicious. Carlos, Montserrat, Isela and Isadora, needless to say: super attentive and friendly. The house is impeccable and very nice and very nice, very comfortable, with large spaces and a pool at a very good temperature, as well as a beautiful view of the beach and the mountains. The rooms were very spacious, they had all the necessary services and the location is excellent, close to downtown and convenience stores. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. This place was absolutely wonderful!! I have recommended it to many people already. The food was great, the concierge was very responsive and helpful, and it was so nice to wake up to coffee made and come home to a made bed and they kept it clean all the time.

Had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister’s bachelorette getaway. Very private and safe place for a group of women traveling on their own. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Made our stay so memorable and special.

This place is a MUST for your next family getaway in PV! The house is stunning with private en suite bathrooms for each room, plenty of beds, gorgeous indoor and outdoor living areas, a dreamy pool, and the most magnificent views you can find. The concierge service was amazing as well. Can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was making you feel at home. We will forever return here when coming to Puerto Vallarta!!

Beautifully rustic villa on the very tip edge of the conchas chinas beach. Staffed by 5-6 very lovely people who had plenty of recommendations on where to go eat and see the city of Puerto Vallarta. Lovely, authentic rooms and bathrooms constructed in the historic style, with sliding windows and doors that keep that night time breeze flowing into the home. Lots of room all around the villa for 8-12 people to easily find their own spaces but also to have intimate get togethers with your other guests. The front of the house faced directly onto the rocky edge of the two beaches, which allowed you to take in the sunsets as well as vibe with the many locals who parked and visit the two beaches on either side. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at villa amapas. There were nine of us in our group, and the location was perfect, everyone had their own space, and the shared spaces were great. All of the staff went above and beyond would love to visit again.

We had a fabulous time at Casa Lido for our family vacation with a group of 9. The house is beautiful, and much bigger than we were expecting. So many seating areas, the courtyard, pool deck, and lush landscaping made it feel like your own private resort. The layout is perfect for large groups and families. We did op for two mid size SUV’s instead of a larger vehicle and parked both in the driveway, the road leading to the house can be narrow due to the street parking. The dedicated staff made the experience even better, they were so kind and take such good care of the property inside and out. The house was stocked with anything we needed. Chef Sara made amazing dinners for us, plus accommodated dietary restrictions and special requests with ease. Everyone in our group loved the experience and we would definitely return in the future!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Location is superb, view even better. House staff top notch and respects privacy. Look no further, this is the house for you! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday and I can’t speak highly enough! The classic Mexican vintage style of the house sold me and is even better in person.

Casa Las Amapas and the staff were simply amazing. The house is nothing short of gorgeous with beautiful views and the sound of the crashing waves. Our group of 10 friends had plenty of space between the decks and living spaces as well as the 5 en suite bedrooms. The pool area is phenomenal with outdoor speakers and ample lounging space. The staff were exceptional and provided service beyond our expectations. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Alexis our chef was professional, going above and beyond to satisfy our needs and even rescued one of our friends when she was dropped at the wrong house. Roman and Abraham were incredibly helpful and also brought us drinks all day by the pool. We all agreed the service was better than any resort or hotel we’ve stayed at. Susi kept the place spotless and Angel kept us feeling secured at night. And Alexa our concierge was flexible in accommodating our requests.None of us wanted to leave and I hope I’ll get to return sooner rather than later.

What can I say, Casa Lido is perfection. Everything is amazing, from the house, the views of the water, the rooms, the staff is amazing and the the beach is just a short walk away. I will certainly be returning to stay here and we had the absolute best time. Linda and Sara are lovely and so helpful. Great villa with plenty of room for the ten of us! The pictures were spot on! We spent the majority in the pool and at the beach, which is a short walk. Chef Alexis cooked amazing food, Abraham and Roman were always there when we wanted cocktails and chips with guacamole and Suzzie always had our rooms and bathrooms spotless! The staff was excellent! We always love staying at an oceanfront, if you love the sound of waves crashing, you'll love this place. Only downside was the public beach access right out front of the villa. Weekends, people were playing very loud music and keeping us awake until early morning hours. Other than that....an awesome stay!

Casa Lido was absolutely fantastic - we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was safe and the access to the beach was great. We travelled with 5 young kids (aged 1-6) and it was perfect for them plus enough room for the adults to relax and enjoy their space. Linda, Sara, Norberto and Veronica were very kind and helpful. We had such a wonderful vacation here! Was the perfect spot for three families with kids. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. We loved the pool and the very easy access to nearby beaches. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We had 10 people and only used 5 of the bedrooms - they were all spacious and extremely clean and well kept. The staff was truly the highlight of this listing. Carlos, the house manager, was incredible; he made our trip better in every way. He helped us with recommendations, helped arrange activities and transportation, and kept the house stocked with anything we needed. Chris, the chef, was also amazing. His food was impeccable every single day. I really cannot explain enough the luxury of going on vacation with a group and not having to grocery shop, meal plan, cook, or clean. Everything is taken care of. A beautiful beach is within walking distance and town is a short drive. Though the house has everything you would need too. We will be rebooking here in the future.

A wonderful holiday for 3 families! We were a group of 7 adults and 4 kids under 4 and spent 1 week at the house. On arrival, all of the house staff welcomed us (Luis the concierge/bartender, Alexis the cook, Roman the assistant, Angel the night security guard, and Suzy the housekeeper). We felt right at home and they were all eager to satisfy any request we had. Alexis was the STAR as he did the shopping and cooked breakfast and dinner each day! Every meal we had was a huge hit (the fajitas and chicken tortilla soup were incredible!). There are 5 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bath), and all beds were very comfortable. You will be asked to throw all toilet paper in the waste bin rather than in the toilet - not a big deal as Suzy empties them daily. Also, staff are off on Sundays so no meals are cooked that day. The PV zona romantica is a 10 min walk away along the beach or 5 min uber up a big hill. Would definitely stay here again! FYI, our grocery bill was about 250-300USD daily.

Our family loved our stay at Casa Lido. Linda, the host was excellent and Sara, the Chef is 5+ stars. Her food preparation and presentations were always excellent! They helped us with everything we needed. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, stunning views and beautiful pool. The location allows easy access to town, restaurants and shopping and is great for groups who may not all want to do the same thing. We had 3 generations in our group and everyone loved it! We would happily come back!

Casa Lido was amazing! Location is perfect....it's out of town but not too far. Amazing beach just steps away. I woke up early each morning and jumped in the ocean. The house itself is traditional Mexican style....beautiful. It's has ample space for 10-12 guests. The backyard patio and pool area is amazing....After breakfast each morning we stood and watched the whales cruise by in the ocean off in the distance. Lastly, the staff was AMAZING!!! Linda and the staff make you feel right at home. The Mexican style dishes they served for breakfast and dinner were so good all the guests were raving about it on the way home. I highly recommend this location for a fabulous get away!

We had an incredible family vacation at this stunning oceanfront villa! The home was extremely comfortable, and the staff were attentive and exceptional. Alexis prepared delicious meals for us, while Luis and Emmanuel took care of our every need and crafted amazing drinks. Susy kept the villa spotless, and Angelo, our night watchman, ensured our safety and even brewed fresh coffee every morning. We highly recommend this fantastic oceanfront villa to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway!

Linda and the staff are simply the best! So warm, friendly, accommodating, helpful. Sara the chef served us better-than-restaurant-quality food twice a day. Linda went out of her way to help us in every possible way around the house and booking us a perfect boat for a day of sailing. The villa is spectacularly beautiful, perched on cliffs above a semi-private beach popular with locals. The rooms are beautiful, Mexican themed, and well air conditioned. I cannot recommend this enough. A+++

Not only was the villa and surrounding area absolutely stunning, but the staff truly made the visit one we will never forget. Emmanuel, Alexis, Susanna, Angel, Luis, and Alberto were all very friendly, professional, and proactive. It was obvious that they cared about making our trip as relaxing as possible. From the food and drinks to the security and cleanliness, every aspect of the staffing was a 10/10. The location is walkable to the beach as well as viejo Vallarta. And although the ocean was nice, the pool was where we shared the best moments of the trip. If you are interested in the wildlife of Puerto Vallarta, then this is a fantastic spot to watch the squirrels, iguanas, and coatis move through the tree canopy and the seabirds fly overhead. Overall, an amazing location that made our family vacation something we will remember fondly for years to come. Thank you again to the staff for making it all happen.

Linda and staff were incredible. Friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be around. Great energy overall. The place was stunning. We hosted a small vow renewal and our best friends had the best time. Anything we needed… Linda always found a way to get it to us. She was responsive from the beginning all the way to check out. We forgot some things and she was able to hold them for us. We are definitely coming back!!!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Las Amapas in Puerto Vallarta. The location of the villa was perfect, including a very short walk to two lovely beaches and a 15 minute walk or easy Uber into the Romantic zone. The villa had everything we needed for a luxurious yet homey stay. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The staff were amazing, every meal was a delight thanks to chef Alexis and we wanted for nothing thanks to Luis, Alberto, Susie, and the rest of the staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, the views were gorgeous, and the pool was lovely and refreshing. There were multiple beautiful places for our group to hang out. We would absolutely stay again and want to thank everyone who made our holiday so memorable!

LOVE Casa Las Amapas! Would highly recommend. This was for my bachelorette trip and the house was perfect for 7 girls. The staff was AMAZING. The server/ house man Luis was the best. So attentive, friendly and always available. The chef Pablo was also very friendly and flexible! His meals were AMAZING and got better with each meal. The whole team was always available and VERY flexible to ALL of the girls needs. The house was just like the pictures and had so much space and bathrooms no one felt crowded. The house is also just a short VERY uphill walk from the little town. We walked to town one of the days and it was very easy. The beach outside the house is a bit rocky but there are alternate beach options in the town not too far away. Justine was very proactive about communicating and helping me book cars and with any additional things I may need. We felt right at home and very safe. Would definitely return again

The staff at Casa Lido went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! They helped with my birthday decorations and recommendations for excursions or private services. They were friendly, prompt and hard workers. I am definitely so impressed by the staff and location and will be recommending this to everyone I know. I hope to stay here again in the future. The chef….there are no words. Her cooking is unmatched and I highly recommend the chicken enchiladas and a lobster and bbq rib dinner. Everything exceeded my expectations. Felt amazing to not have to lift a finger and be waited on. Loved walking back into my room with fresh linen and cleaned. Would stay here again for sure!

WHAT a STAY! Came here with up to 14 of my friends for my 50th birthday and it lived up to expectations! The houseman, Carlos, was very friendly and accomodating and helpful, Chris the chef made amazing food (and did some requests not on the menu and killed it), And Isidra had the rooms cleaned and re-set when we weren't looking:). The place is just a dream, with wonderful views, is very private, is a nice walk to the beaches (but that hill back up can be gnarly:), and because we prefer private, quieter areas, was in a perfect location but a quick uber ride to town. Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had the best experience with the onsite staff and the folks leading up to my weekend. Everyone was super communicative , friendly and helpful! I would stay at the property again or another property the manage. The ease of ordering groceries, never having to clean dishes and warm meals being made was incredible.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing for large groups. Perfect location steps to a beautiful and relatively uncrowded beach. The pool, ocean views, and sunsets were out of this world. We never wanted to leave property. The house staff was incredible.

Casa Lido is amazing! Located within walking distance to Zona Romántica with restaurants & entertainment, yet far enough to enjoy quiet nights. The hacienda is absolutely fabulous and well-maintained. It has a lot of Mexican charm & character that no hotel would give you. Pictures don't do justice! Panoramic Banderas Bay & mountain views right from the patio & pool deck are unbelievable & hard to describe. Lovely Conchas Chinas beach is right under the pool deck. It was never too crowded & felt like a private beach at times. La Playita restaurant is just 2 min. walk away, right on the beach. It has delicious food & ocean / sunset views. And last but certainly not least, the staff was beyond wonderful! Our concierge, Linda, is the kindest & most wonderful person. She was always there for us and truly made our stay special. Chef, Sara, served exquisite food. Better than in 5-star restaurants! Veronica & Norberto always kept the property spotless & made sure we had everything we needed.

Gorgeous villa with beautiful views! The pictures honestly don’t do it enough justice. The staff was also amazing and the meals made at the villa were honestly better than some restaurants we ate at during our stay so definitely worth the extra money for food. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

House was amazing and great location. We did rent a car to visit the different areas of the city, but also used Ubers. The house was bigger and more beautiful than I expected. We were sad to leave and will definitely return. Thank you

Had a wonderful time at this home. The pictures did not do it justice. It's far more attractive in person. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. The location is right off the Romantic Zone and you can easily walk to beaches that are secluded and less populated than the hotel beaches further down.

We were a group of 16 family members. 4 being small children. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing and the house is gorgeous! The house is a close drive to old town puerto Vallarta and in a great location. We loved it all will be back!

We rented this house to celebrate my 40th and it was the perfect place. They were super communicative at all points along the way and we were greeted superbly upon arrival. The pool was fantastic (and we definitely used it) and the beach was super walkable to get to. The rooms were great and each one had its own bathroom. The real MVP's were the staff. Have to give special shout outs to Vivianna, the amazing cook who prepared a delicious flan, Susanna who kept everything clean and Angel, the night guard who was just so friendly. Highly recommend this place, we were lucky to stay here.

Our stay here was great! It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved having the ocean right there and the pool was a great place to spend most of our days. Most of the staff was awesome! The concierge was so friendly and helpful! Suzy the cleaner was awesome and super kind. She did a fantastic job! And Vivianna’s cooking was to die for. We loved everything she made for us! We had a great time!

This AirBnB was very much worth what we paid! Great deal for the price! It’s not a fancy, modern new resort but it’s got a GREAT location by the beach and with a pool, it’s extremely spacious and good noise isolation with many toddlers, it’s got great house staff. The only downside was lack of internet in the bedrooms (internet only worked in main area).

Staff was amazing great location

Loved our stay! Being right on the ocean with easy access was so good. The pool was a great temperature and clean. Lots of room around it with ample seating. House is set up like a C. There is a courtyard in the middle. Back row of the C are the bedrooms in two stories. There are four bedrooms here, 3 have views of ocean. The small bedroom is the only one without. Then comes another large bedroom next to kitchen area. This one has view of street below. Front of “C” has indoor and outdoor dining room, living room and bar. Beautiful spots to sit throughout and enjoy perfect sunrises and sunsets. Food was so so good and ample. House manager so helpful. Amazed at what she provided $ wise for all of us for meals. Was about $100/person for meals and drinks for 5 days. Was wonderful to send a shopping list and have it all awaiting us. A really good stay and would come here again. Great restaurant right next door directly on ocean for breakfast, lunch, happy hour. All were impressed! Loved it!

This vacation home has one of the most magnificent views in the world. Beautiful sunsets and landscape. The staff was amazing, tended to our every need. The chef made delicious breakfasts and dinners. Everyone went above and beyond, would certainly go back.

Everything about this home and the people were beyond amazing. We were treated like royalty from the time we checked in until check out. Tony, Sergio, Mayra, Juan, and Alberto took great care of us. From the hospitality, to the friendliness, to the home cooked meals, to the amazing sunsets, and more - everything was perfect. The team will provide you whatever you want, whenever you want. I highly recommend this home!

Casa Lido was truly an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so wonderful. They were kind and helpful when we had questions, they were amazing chefs and they made us feel at home. I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay! From the time we arrived the staff was ready for our arrival, Linda did an amazing job taking care of us. Linda was able to take care of all our request and made our group feel at home. The food was exceptional! Sara did an amazing job with every meal we had. From the guacamole on arrival to our final breakfast, it was all great. We all still can’t decide on our favorite meal. Overall this place did not disappoint, grounds were well kept, rooms cleaned daily, and a great place to relax and recharge!

Everything was beautiful! Viviana was an amazing chef and Orlando made some killer drinks! The rooms were beautiful and it was a nice surprise that the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The only think I didn't know, that would have been helpful, was that I had to pay for the groceries in pesos.

We were a group of 10 who stayed at Casa Aventura for a bachelorette weekend. Staff: Isela help arrange transport to/from the airport and a yoga instructor to come to the house. Rosa and Carlos were so welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a tour, welcome margaritas and chips/guac/salsa. Rosa cooked us a wonderful welcome dinner and breakfast everyday. Carlos was always available to help us with any concerns. Albina cleaned our rooms everyday which was appreciated. House: It was unreal!! Better than the pictures. Gorgeous views, we loved the vibe/decor. Plenty of areas to have quiet time and also hangout with everyone. Rooms had air conditioning and were spacious. Location: We used private transfers/Uber to get around. It’s a few min from town but we wanted that for the views/quiet. This was such an amazing stay! There was nothing but positive feedback from the group and everyone expressed they would come back in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying here. It is perfect. The staff is incredible. Linda and Omar are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and simply wonderful. The location, the house, the setting, the food, the service, the amenities, the everything, is absolutely perfect!

I cannot recommend this oceanfront house enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the ocean and the luxurious amenities of the property. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. What really made our stay here stand out was the delicious food and the amazing staff. Every meal we had was simply fantastic-from fresh seafood to authentic Mexican dishes, we never had a bad meal during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ocean views were simply breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the balcony watching the sunset or lounging by the pool. I would highly recommend this oceanfront house to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in PV. The combination of beautiful views, delicious food, and exceptional staff make it truly one of a kind!!

Absolutely gorgeous property for our group of 7 for a WFH week! The home is stunning as soon as you open the giant doors and there is so much open air space - the ocean views are gorgeous. You can hear waves throughout and it's so incredibly relaxing. Spacious rooms with attentive staff. With large groups it's easy to feel slighted but each room had unique touches and comfortable beds/pillows to make for a relaxing night's rest. Everything was clean and neat and our rooms were reset daily. We had great meals in house daily and our concierge made wonderful recommendations for dinner and took care of our reservations. The heated pool was the icing on the cake and meant we could take as many late night swims as we wanted! They even had a few floaties for a relaxing sunbathe and the bluetooth speaker was powerful. 10/10 would recommend. Planning to stay again.

We were a group of ten. We came to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had honeymooned in PV 40 years ago. We were looking for a place that could accommodate all four of our adult children and their partners as well as our grandson. Casa Las Amapas was a dream come true. The house was amazing as well as the location. We had stunning views everywhere you turned. The house had so many outside areas to gather that you never felt you were on top of each other. Having a private heated pool was the amazing. The staff was fantastic, they were polite and always available. Viviana was an amazing cook, everything was delicious. She went out of her way to make sure our actual anniversary was special. She ordered our cake and stayed late that evening. Orlando was another employee who went above and beyond for our group. Asking if we wanted drinks or guacamole by the pool. Not waiting for us to request them. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!

This was truly the Airbnb experience of our dreams! Our hosts were so amazing every step of the way. From being very flexible about the needs of our group prior to our arrival, to taking care of us with truly top notch service through the entire duration of our stay. The house is beyond pristine with the most beautiful views, pool area, bedrooms, and living spaces. It was honestly even better than staying in a top tier 5-star hotel! All of the house staff was absolutely incredible and made our stay so luxurious and amazing, from all of the delicious drinks, meals and snacks, to help with grocery shopping, and keeping everything spotless for us all weekend long! Monse, our concierge, was also so helpful in coordinating everything we needed, including airport and other transportation for our large group. The only negative part of our trip was having to leave Casa Almare! We hope we can come back for another stay as soon as possible - stay here, you will not regret it!

AMAZING stay . . . 100% would recommend. The house is great, the views are to die for, and the staff was incredible. We went with a big group for a milestone birthday and it was perfect. The setup was ideal for groups in terms of the layout, bedroom / bathroom situation etc. Only downside is that it's pricey, but if you want something special and are OK with the price this is a great option.

Almost everything was 5 star except for the owner. Seeing a fifth bedroom in updated pictures (we booked the trip in late 2020 before the room was built) we let our kids and their significant others know that they would not have to share a room (they were very excited). However, the owner did not notify us that there would be an additional charge for the extra room. We felt that the owner should have let us use the room instead of paying almost $1,500 for it. The staff was fantastic: Linda helped our son get over a stomach bug, organized meals and planned an early birthday celebration for our daughter and her boyfriend. Isabella was great with keeping our rooms clean and fresh towels for the pool. Sara was an outstanding cook - we ate authentic all week. Omar helped arrange excursions and transportation (don't be afraid to us Uber for short trips). And Noberto kept the pool sparkling and the courtyard clean. He also ran the grill.

Although the house was absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking nothing compared to the STAFF!! They went above and beyond to ensure my nieces birthday trip was a complete success. Book this property you will not be disappointed!
