Everything was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. The chefs cook deliciously, and the managers are super attentive.

Everything was excellent, from the accommodation to the service of their team. The food was very good, and they were always friendly and helpful. Manny was also always there for us and was very supportive with any questions we had. We were a large family group, and the service provided by their entire service team was excellent at all times. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for 14 guest. The staff, drinks and food at the home were great and very accommodating. Staff was very helpful with setting up transportation for the group and activities and even helping to put up decorations. The home is about 15 minutes away from the downtown area.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, the pool was enormous, everything was clean, the beads super comfortable, but the best part was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and so pleasant, especially the barman Federico. The drinks and food were amazing and the house was cleaned every morning. Manny was so helpful with everything and always responded. The house is not far at all from any activities you would want to do, which Manny helped us with any transportation we needed. it’s a beautiful location with an amazing view. Book it!

We stayed at Villa Mozzafiato for 10 days from early to mid-October and loved every minute of it. The villa is very private, gated with security, and backs up to beautiful, green and lush jungle behind the home. The view of the Puerto Vallarta bay from the pool area and mid- and upper-levels of the home is stunning. Big shoutout to our incredible staff, Manny (concierge), Frederico (Bartender/Butler), Daniel (Chef), Patty (Sous Chef), Arianna (Housekeeping), and Kiko (Groundskeeper) for making the stay as magical as it could be. We had breakfast and lunch practically every single day and all of the meals were outstanding. 🤤Manny was unbelievably responsive to our requests, helping us to arrange rides and food delivery with sometimes little notice. The villa itself was stunning with everything you could need. The A/C was cold, water was hot, and pool water was perfect. We had some family with us that were mobility impaired and the elevator was essential. Thanks for everything!

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The staff at the house were all amazing. Manny, the concierge, was very helpful when planning the trip and also amazing while we were there. (My friend dropped her phone in the elevator shaft at one point and he was somehow able to fish it out!) Then the chef cooked amazing meals (definitely ask for the ceviche!) and Frederico was our bartender / server and he was so so helpful. Everyone there went above and beyond to make us feel at home and cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb stands out because of the team working at the house and the concierge especially. I loved being able to request groceries and then the chef bringing the meals to life!

I would like to highlight the excellent seasoning and availability of the Chef and SousChef of the place, incredibly proactive, with an unsurpassed disposition and excellent seasoning, an accommodation that we are really sure we would like to return to. Excellent service from everyone, especially Federico, who was attentive at all times, the Chef prepared excellent food. The house has everything you need to have a great time, especially the attention of everyone involved.

The place is beautiful. The pool area is inviting and the view is gorgeous. The four suites are spacious and comfortable with beautiful on-suite bathrooms. The beds in the bunk rooms are roomy and comfortable. We loved the house both inside and out. What really stood out was the staff. They are friendly, responsive, professional and so accommodating. Manny arranged everything, from airport transport, to the menus and purchasing of food and drinks. He was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. Chef Daniel, assistant Patti and Federico the bartender were absolutely marvelous. The food was delicious! We had such a variety from enchiladas to paella to lasagna with home made noodles! Federico took care of our beverage needs all day, making smoothies for the kids, and yummy drinks for the adults. Luis, property care taker, took care of any issues right away with a smile and, with Arianna keeps the place spotless. The chachalaca birds were noisy at night, earplugs could help

This is an amazing place, highly recommend, we’ll definitely come back. When it comes to the villa, everything is worth every penny we spent. The staff is great, very professional and respectful, the villa is very clean, it gives you the 5 start resort vibe. However, just a few suggestions if you’re thinking on staying at this amazing villa. Do not drive up the driveway once you get to the villa, specially if you’re driving stick shift or if is raining, slippery flagstone driveway, very steep climb. Make sure you get a cabs number, right before you get to the villa, taxis or uber service is not available at the place. And if manny suggests transportation, ask how much before you agree to anything. We got a transportation from him to the sea port, we thought it was part of a tour he sold us but, it turn out that it was $125 USD for a 15km round trip ride. Also, if you are planing on doing any activities, do your homework if you don’t want to pay double for the activities.

I booked this place for a bachelor party. The truth is that the place far exceeded the expectations we had, the food was incredible, the rooms, the pool, the view. I highly recommend the place. Maybe it was a lack of communication at the beginning, but we didn't know where they kept the ice and water jugs, and for two days we went a little crazy looking for them, but other than that there are no complaints. In the farewell group, we keep track of the days without Fede "the bartender" and how much we miss all the drinks he made us. I can't decide which was my favorite food. The ceviches, the pastas, and those breakfasts were wonderful. As for transportation to get from the house to the romantic area of PV, it was somewhat complicated, but we got a good taxi, and he and his contacts took us everywhere. I hope to soon find another excuse to return to this house that gave me a spectacular weekend.

Miguel and the concierge Manny were wonderful. Incredibly responsive, all times of the day and accommodated me and my 17 friends for a bachelor party. The service was also amazing and everyone I was with had an amazing time here. I would recommend the place and the service to anyone looking for a weekend, surrounded by friendly people who put their guests first.

Excellent option to stay with large groups, the beach is close and beautiful, as a recommendation I feel that for what it already costs your stay they should not charge for some things like heating the pool water

This is an amazing property. The views and pool were great. The home was able to accommodate all of our friends and family. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs a larger space. The management was very attentive via text to all of our questions when we arrived.

Staff made this stay worth it. Chef, bartender, concierge, the whole crew was great for us. Took care of our group of 16 and every meal the chef cooked was delicious. Concierge was responsive and helped us get what we needed for the villa. Villa itself is large and comfortable - only downside was it was slightly dated. Location is about 25 min out from Romantic Zone and we were able to get Ubers to and from pretty easily - each one was about $10 USD each way.

A beautiful villa with exelent ocean and mountain views.... a good option for large groups.

Stayed at the Villa with a group of 11 for our final spring break and was worth ever $ spent! The villa is secluded and the furthest property in the community, giving breathtaking views of the ocean. The service from the staff taking care of us was incredible, making you feel right at home. Manny and Freddy made our stay unforgettable, handling our requests and helping with activities and meals right from when we booked! The villa was cleaned daily (inside & out), with beds made and laundry folded. Chef Daniel prepared delicious meals and accommodated dietary restrictions. The wifi was stable, and the villa came with a JBL Party Box! A few things to note: 1) There are lots of bugs and mosquitos, and 2) Ubers can't be called from the villa, but Manny arranged transport whenever needed (just ask for prices first). Also, outlets were limited in the bedrooms. Would definitely return and stay here again! Could not have asked for a better way to spend a couple of days in Mexico!

A group of 11 of us stayed at this villa and I could not recommend it more! The staff members were professional and extremely friendly; they made it a priority to give us an amazing experience. From the start, Manny was on top of helping me organize our menu for meals and transportation. It was obvious that hes done this for a while and is very knowledgeable. Our bartender, Federico, made sure the drinks kept flowing and that we were comfortable at every instance. The chef blew us away with his flavors and he was able to make every single food item we requested. The house is as advertised & very clean. Gorgeous views & great ambiance. It was about a 15/20 min walk to the beach, which was fine on the way there but hard on the way back with the hill that the villa sits on. Ubers on the way back are available and will go to the end of the driveway. Easy to get to the zona romántica, centro, malecón via Ubers or even the public bus. We never felt unsafe! Thanks to Manny and the team

Miguel and his team were incredible hosts. We had an amazing stay and truly appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness. The meals prepared by the cook staff were delicious, and they were always warm and welcoming. The house is spacious, making it perfect for a group getaway. Everyone had their space when they wanted privacy. One piece of constructive feedback is to provide a more accurate estimate for food and alcohol costs. We were initially told it would be $15-20 per person each day, but it in actuality, it was more $35-40. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here - 10/10!

House is the last house in the hill, private, safe. The house cleaning staff was very helpful. House has everything you need for a desired stay. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. I will recommend taking food or having the concierge buy ahead of time. Drive to town is long 30-40 min each way.

We had a family reunion (14 people) and had the best time. The house was just as advertised, not only we all got a comfortable place to be we all had our space! Prearranged the meals and drinks couldn't being easier, all the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, they made it really special for us as they did the difference between a just a place to stay and an real vacation experience. I cannot say enough about the food, Chef and Sous-chef were amazing you can tell they have pride on their creations, they created to perfection all our request and was delicious! The barmen we had were excellent as well not only delivering what was requested also giving ideas or suggestions, my kids really loved those piñadas and fresadas! The house was cleaned everyday and boy the maid did a great job, all clean and shinny and on the last day she even helped us with some laundry! Like I said what made this family reunion a truly relaxing vacation was the staff of this house!

The place is beautiful surrounded by the dense forest.. there’s a river with waterfall behind the house. The house sits on the top hill of the where the view is fantastic. The rooms are spacious. When you walk in there’s 2 down stairs bedrooms with 3 beds (bunk beds) second floor we have a room with bathroom and a guest bathroom, and that’s where the living room is, kitchen and access to pool. Third floor you’ll find two master bedrooms with walk in closets good size restrooms. In the suit room there’s an attached 3 bed bunk bed. The future needs a little update (in the living) the beds and restroom are good. overall, the stay, the place, the surrounding areas and close to many beaches and it’s only 30 minutes from the malecon.

The property is perfectly preserved with a spectacular view, the spacious rooms and the super friendly, friendly and helpful service staff attentive to the needs and even a whim, the chef's delicious cuisine and the perfectly balanced drinks. A very pleasant experience and invited to return

Great house we traveled with 3 other families. 15 total. Chef was great. We gave them a list of meals and drinks we wanted prior to getting there. They went and got all the groceries. Manny coordinated 2 vans to pick us up at the airport. He also arranged for a bus to take us around where ever needed to go. The wait staff were all very nice. Rooms were cleaned every morning. They come make the beds when you. They will even do laundry if you need it. The pool and outside area was great. Kids played in the pool and adults played some cards and had some mojitos or pina colada’s. You can pick 2 meals per day and they were flexible with times each day. I have had airBnBs that were not at all what the listing said but this is. They’re absolutely able to compete with there all inclusive resorts. This is much better if you have multiple families or just a large group.

Words cannot begin to express how amazing our stay was for my bachelorette party. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Before arriving, Manny our concierge helped us to compile a grocery list so we could request specific meals. The team put up our bachelorette party decorations for us before we arrived, including a piñata! They also allowed us to check in hours early which was amazing. Upon check in, we had a welcome snack of guacamole, fresh fruit, fries, quesadillas and piña coladas which was the perfect way to start a vacation. All of our meals were 10/10! We were living our best lives having meals brought out to us poolside. Big shot out to our bartender Frederico for making sure our pregnant friend never felt left out with delicious smoothies! Manny coordinated private taxi drivers for our group and Louis was our hiking tour guide to Rio Arriba. I highly recommend this stay for any group that wants to feel spoiled and taken care of in Puerto Vallarta!

I booked my stay for my birthday with friends and family. It was great for the 13 of us. Concierge was very responsive he helped with arranging rides and meal plans. Barman was very nice and the food the chefs provided tasted great. The house was only 20 minutes away from town. I would def rebook my stay again.

This place is amazing! And the staff is even more amazing! My family of multiple generations had an exceptional trip.

Everything was excellent, the food that the cheff made was delicious. Manny, the administrator, was very helpful with all the requests we had and the place has an incredible view. Just be mindful that the driveway is very steep to arrive to the house. Besides that, everything was perfect and all the staff provided an amazing attention, we would definitely come back.

This place exceeded our expectations with a beautiful view of the ocean from some of the rooms and main terrace, the pool is big enough for the 19 of us that stayed there. Each room had clean linen and extra blankets for everyone, a big living room and board games to play. Our stay at Instar Tour’s place at Villa mozzafiato was excellent . We were a group of 16 . The location was exactly as described . The place is extremely quiet, and I would recommend it for families, solo travelers, couples or friend groups because of the quiet location and the proximity to the beach .Instar tours ‘ place is extremely clean. The best part was the staff from Manny , the Manager who was very responsive which made us feel welcome, did the all the shopping and arranging transportation for us . The fantastic chef and sub chef were ready for us since day 1 to welcome us with some fabulous meals . The bedrooms are spacious, have an ensuite bathroom, come with large closets and the kitchen is well-equipped , modern and spacious and is great for cooking . We felt welcome, at home, comfortable here and would book this place again.

The pictures don't do justice. This house and staff is amazing. They accommodated all our requests. The pool is amazing. The house is less than 15 minutes drive away from Zona Romantica which is great for restaurants and bars. The house is less than 5 minutes from some of the best beaches in PV Las Gemelas and Palmeras. We were a big group and felt that we had more than enough room in the terrace and pool area. Manny and the team were so welcoming. They truly have an entire staff as they described. Bartender, cleaning, laundry, chef, and Sous Chef and the maintenance team cleaned the pool every day. My family and I hope to return. The only feedback is that some of my guests had difficulty finding the house. The house is located in a safe and private gated community. Highly Highly Recommend!

A perfect house to relax, with a spectacular view. The entire staff is excellent, from the moment they welcomed us to show us the whole house. When we arrived, the chefs already had everything ready to welcome us with a delicious meal. There were 25 of us, and we always had enough food. If the children wanted something special, they would indulge them with whatever they asked for. Manny was always attentive and arranged a tour for us to spend a great day at the beach. We went out every morning; it took us about 20 minutes to get to the beach jogging. We paid for 4 days to have the pool water warmer. The rooms were always clean every morning; you felt right at home. They have everything you need to arrive and relax. The bartender made the drinks we ordered in advance, always attentive. Sandra had the best conversations in the morning and was always attentive and helpful. Everything was excellent. Don't hesitate to choose them to be pampered.

All in all we had a great time the house had an amazing view and amazing pool. Service was better than a resort. The team was responsive from the first day we made our reservations. We were group of 12 (9 adults, 3 children and two were vegans). Manny was great before, during and right up to our departure. The staff, match, Martina and Federico were always on time, friendly and showed a true desire for us to have a great time. Marco and Martina made delicious meals for all of us and they made the Vegans also very happy. The place lived up to the photos and such by much much more, It was just soooo relaxing and Manny made our trip memorable by arranging our few trips into town and the beach. Wewould highly recommend and would go again.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a big group and it can be difficult to manage, but the team did an awesome job with us. They were flexible, the food was fresh and delicious, communication was great, and the overall service of the daily staff was very helpful! The house is about 20-30 taxi from the main town so take that into account. It is not easy to walk up the hill but Taxis can bring you up. Late in the night can be hard to get cabs to the house. The views are incredible and facilities were good as well. We would definitely stay again!

Our group of 8 adults and 7 kids under 5 had a hard time figuring out where to stay. Manny, the host was extremely responsive and helped us book last minute transportation and tours and bought high chairs and pack n plays for the kids. Federico, Marco and Martina went above and beyond to accommodate our group! They made extra food and drinks for the kids and treated us like family. The food was incredible and the staff took care of everything from picking up our used beach towels to doing our laundry so we could enjoy our time with our friends and kids. The house is a about 20 minutes by car from town, which was perfect for our group because we wanted to stay at the house the entire time. Thank you for an incredible vacation that we will never forget. If you are even considering booking this place, DO IT. You will not be disappointed!
