Great place to stay. Hugo, the PM, is fantastic. He scheduled my kids dental appointments and set us up with a ride to/from the airport. The location is perfect. The condo has everything from toaster, coffee maker, to utensils for cooking. They even have spices. If you have kids; they have a closet in the front filled with beach equipment. Umbrellas, wagon, chairs. Truly wonderful. We used the beach equipment multiple times. Like other people have mentioned, there's a bar underneath with music. But to be honest, it didn't really bother us. Lastly. All the major food delivery apps come here. You just have to meet them at the front security gate. Also, there's a grocery store right around the corner. Best vacation we've ever had.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this Airbnb again! The location is hard to beat. Being right on the marina meant we could walk everywhere, from great restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife. The balcony overlooking the marina was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and take in the atmosphere. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an amazing trip. Hugo was a wonderful and friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The fresh guacamole waiting for us when we arrived was such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. We can't wait to come back!

We loved the place and the excellent service

We loved this stay! The location and view cannot be beat. We loved the private driver pick up at the airport who made a stop for groceries for us and had water and beer in the SUV for us. When we entered the rental there was fresh guacamole, beer and chips awaiting us! I read from other reviews that it is above a nightclub and would be loud, so we expected this. This was a whole new level of LOUD, (even with earplugs!), but we arrived on New Year's Eve! Watching the fireworks from our patio was a lovely touch. This was a great stay, however, if you are sensitive to loud music until 3am each night, it may not be right for you. However, from 3am until midnight, it truly was the BEST!

Great place to stay in the marina area. Very nice place, tastefully decorated and close to everywhere you Could possibly need while on vacation. Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful spot and beautiful condo

For AGT fans, this was the golden buzzer. I have been staying in Cabo since 2008. This is the nicest condo that I have rented. Here are the highlights: there was someone to meet you at check-in, the condo had ice cold A/C, was very clean, was well-stocked with any essential you might need, and located in the center of the marina and close to everything. Hugo made himself available and can help with anything you might need, including help with items outside of the condo like boat rentals. The condo did have a few surprises, but I don't want to mention it here and ruin the excitement. Just know the owner has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. I will caution light sleepers that the condo is in the center of the nightclub scene. The owner has taken steps to quiet the inside, and I found it to be the quietest one we have stayed at in the complex. Lastly, the complex is gated at night with on-staff security. I felt safe during my stay. I will book again.

Place was everything described, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice location and a nice condo….

Excellent location right in the Marina with amazing views from the balcony! Convenient to everything.. restaurants, grocery, shopping and bars. Condo fully equipped with chairs & umbrellas to take to the beach! Host and Hugo were spectacular to deal with! We will definitely stay here again! AMAZING Condo!
