Exceeded expectations! We had the best stay here and would absolutely come back again and again. The home is even nicer in person than in the photos with high ceilings throughout, a beautiful open flowing floor plan, huge en-suite bathrooms in every room, and more! There was excellent AC, comfortable beds, and the place was spotless and well stocked. We especially loved our private dinner at the house with chef Jorge that the host arranged for us! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality in accommodating all of our requests!

We had a wonderful time! Went for my bachelorette party with 7 friends. Plenty of room, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Only thing is most cars won’t or can’t get up the steep driveway so be prepared to walk it. Can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place enough! The house was spacious and perfect for our whole family, with breathtaking views that never got old. The pool was a highlight, the kids practically lived in it the entire trip! What really set this experience apart was the hospitality. Gil was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We also had the pleasure of eating a meal prepared by Chef Jorge, and was hands-down the best meal of our entire trip. This is exactly the kind of place you leave already planning your return. We’ll absolutely be back!

We spent a week at this amazing villa with our extended family. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 young adults. The high ceilings with red brick details, large bathrooms, grill, beach accessories, stain glass door, every kitchen gadget possible made this a very luxurious and comfortable stay but the view from the infinity pool is the show stopper. When we were at the house, we all found ourselves just staring at the water, day and night. We even saw whales from the house every day. This gorgeous villa is exactly as described with gorgeous views, plenty of space and walking distance to the beach and town. As mentioned, it is a steep climb up the hill, but it only added to the ambience. We walked to town or the beach every day. Gil also was very responsive and accommodating. He connected me with a great travel coordinator for outings and rides, a chef and even found a guitar for my teenage son to use for the week! We hope to be back some day.

We had a fantastic visit to Puerto Vallarta and thank Gil for inviting us into his home! The house was immaculate! It has a full view of the Pacific Ocean, comfortable beds, clean washrooms, and a spacious living area. We look forward to visiting again!

This was the second time I’ve stayed at Gil’s villa, & it’s because the first time I stayed the experience was amazing. The second time did not disappoint. Gil is great at communicating and giving recommendations that are all amazing. This was perfect for the group of friends that went and all loved the villla. I will continue to book here especially since I’m in vallarta at least once a year! Gracias Gil!

This house is amazing, the area where we spent the most time was in the pool, since the view and the sunsets that can be seen from the terrace are beautiful. The house is very comfortable, it has air conditioning, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, equipped kitchen, everything perfect! I recommend it for a group of friends or families who want to take advantage of and enjoy the house.

The home and location were perfect for us and our family vacation . We had 7 adults and 3 kids and there was lots of room . Spectacular views and sunsets , cool drinks and some great memories . Community felt safe and beach was close , lots of beach supplies available on site , we didn't mind the hills / good exercise ! Everything was as expected with the exception of the "Chef Jorge" , whom really elevated our overall vacation experience . Our meals were exceptional , great presentation , friendly (happy) service from both Jorge and his assistant and all meals were "5 Star" .... Our stay at Villa Tres Palmas was amazing. Gil was very responsive and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport. The house was clean, had amazing views, and all of our guests enjoyed it. We will be back!

A really great Villa with incredible views. Check in was easy and Gil always responded quickly. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great getaway. I would stay here again for sure.

The place was great with an amazing view. It matched the description, and the host was communicative. We had zero issues and would recommend it. One thing to note is that the driveway is very steep, and most taxis cannot drive up it. Therefore, you need to be in decent shape in order to walk up the driveway to the front door. It's not for the elderly.

We stayed mid July although a little humid we made the best out of it and of course pictures cannot justify this amazing place. The view was stunning along with the infinity pool. Driveway is a little steep but we didn’t mind that at all. Thanks you for everything Gil!

The house is amazing! It has all the amenities you need, super functional air conditioning, and a full kitchen. The pool and the outdoor space are amazing and above all very clean. The host was attentive and answered questions.

Excellent host service. I stayed 3 nights in the house rented, we were treated very kindly. Upon arriving at the place it totally matched the description, it has an amazing view of the beach, I was able to capture excellent photos of sunsets. Big rooms and spacious bathrooms. The house had everything you need for your stay, from kitchen utensils or board games. The pool and yard is also amazing. At all times the communication flow was attended to us in a timely manner. We'll definitely be back again!!!

The house is a very short Uber ride from the main restaurant and bar areas of the city and a walk from Conchas Chinas beach. We had an amazing time and Gil was an extremely responsive host who also helped us coordinate an incredible private chef experience!

Gil was an amazing host! This was a first trip to puerto Vallarta for me and my friends, and Gil was very responsive, friendly in sharing information to help us out throughout the trip (where to get groceries, linking us with the excellent private chef, masseuse, addressing our questions about the area etc) His place also has an amazingly breathtaking view, very comfortable and a great home away from home. The cobblestone path leading up to the house may be tricky for older folks as it is a steep incline, but also for a group of younger girls, it was fine, and gave us a better peace of mind of the safety. We checked out a day ago but still can’t forget the amazing sunset you see from the house- what an amazingly memorable place to stay.

What a beautiful House, pictures do not do it justice. We were a group of 8 Adults the house is very spacious never felt crowded felt like we each had our own private suite. The pool and deck area is where we spent most of our time was hard to leave but going to the beach was a short 5-8 min walk.They have beach chairs, mats and umbrellas. I cannot say enough about Chef Jorge, We had 2 exceptional meals better than any fine restaurant I have been to. I would highly recommended treating yourself ,the first night we arrived he prepared a wonderful meal a great way to start a vacation. The driveway is steep but manageable usually would meet our Uber at the bottom of the driveway. Gil was awesome responded quickly to any questions no matter how small .I highly recommend Tres Palmas cannot wait to come back.

This Airbnb blew us away! The host was incredibly responsive (best ever on Airbnb!) and the view was even more stunning than the pictures. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provided perfect privacy for our group. Chef Jorge's meals were a culinary delight, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend the massage services arranged by Gil - pure relaxation! The driveway is steep, but Ubers managed fine with clear directions provided. We requested the pool heater turned on upon arrival, and the host addressed it immediately. The location is fantastic - an 8-minute walk to a gorgeous beach and easy access to town by bus. This Airbnb exceeded expectations! Stunning views, amazing food, top-notch service - an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

Villa Tres Palmas is a dream!! The house is beautifully located on the cliff overlooking the town and ocean- the views are stunning. The house is very well maintained and clean- perfect for a girls trip. We comfortably fit 10 girls. Gil even arranged for a private chef to come and cook us meals while we were there, which was our favorite part. We never wanted to go downtown because the house was so luxurious and stunningly beautiful!! 5/5 would recommend to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta- villa tres palmas will not disappoint!

Hands down best airbnb experience I've had! The pictures truly don't give this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and decorated perfectly for a Mexican beach vacation. The backyard space, heated infinity pool, and all the balconies with seating were perfection. Gil was so responsive and accommodating. He even hooked our group up with the amazing Chef Jorge who cooked two delicious meals for our group of 8. It's very close to zona romantica and anywhere else you need to get to and there is an OXXO thats just a 10 min walk. The house has all the amenities you would need and a private bathroom for each room. I loved how high up the property is and safe with all the gates. The only thing I will say is if you have older or non fit people in the group it may be hard for them to get up to the property.

Gil's place was unreal!! Stayed here for a joint bachelorette party & felt it was a great place for a big group! Pictures do not do it justice & Gil even accommodated us with taxis to & from the airport. The view is incredible & I definitely would stay there again as well as recommend it to everyone I know.

We came to PV for my brother's bachelor party and picked this house to book for our trip. Collectively, I think each of the people who came on the trip would say the house was the best part of the trip. There were enough beds and rooms to fit 8 guys comfortably and at no point did it feel like we did not have space. What set this trip over the top was Gil arranging the help of Jorge to cook for us on this trip. Jorge sent over a menu the week of our trip and we picked our what we would like to have for our meals and everything else was taken care of. To arrive at the house after a long flight and not have to worry about rushing out to find food for the group really gave us time to get settled in and enjoy the house. The house is perched on top of a hill so if there are members of any travel party's that are physically challenged, getting up and down the driveway may be a little bit of a challenge. Most of the Uber's could not make it up the hill.

Our group had a great time and the home was perfect: perfect location, stunning views, clean and tasteful, and the chef we organized meals with cooked amazing meals. Zero complaints. Communication was wonderfully clear and helpful throughout the entire trip.

Everything was excellent, a little complicated to climb, but other than that everything was excellent.

This place is INCREDIBLE. It looks even better than the photos!!! The view is stunning, tall ceilings, super spacious. We decided to stay in to enjoy the house more than we planned to because it was so beautiful. It’s a bit farther away from the center of the city but super close to Zona Romantica (5-10 min taxi) Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend staying at Gil’s place. It has gorgeous view’s, the pictures do not do it justice. It has good AC and it is very relaxing (inside and outside) . We traveled as a family, and my sister kept saying that this is her dream home! I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a great time in Puerto Vallarta.

The home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We took Ubers everywhere. The property is close to many restaurants. The driveway hill up to the house is quite steep, so we would meet the Ubers at the gate. Our last day we had a chef prepared breakfast, wish we would have done that more. There were 8 of us and we plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great trip and beautiful home.

This place was awesome and I recommend to everybody to stay in this house in PV. Gil was also great and responsive. He took care of many things for us remotely. This house has a beautiful view and floor plan. Also, it was very clean and well organized. We had a great time there.

I highly recommend this house! The location is great, and the pictures can’t do the views justice. Every room offers gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. We spent so much time in the pool and watched every sunset right from the back patio. Not only is the house is absolutely gorgeous, but Gil is a great host. He was responsive and accommodating, we really appreciated the ease of everything with the check in and check out.

Like others have said, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The architect of the home is beautiful. The views of the ocean and the pool is amazing. Gil was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. He had taxis and a chef arranged for us. We had a chef the entire time and OMG the food was amazing! The whole experience was great. We had a group of 6 and everyone felt the same way. The hill up to the house is steep, and sometimes we had to walk down or up. But it’s not too bad. Plus, the steep hill is what give this home the epic views. You won’t regret staying here!

We had a FANTASTIC time staying at Tres Palmas. The location is gorgeous with what, arguably, has to be one of the best views in PV. The pictures provided DO NOT do the house justice, especially the bedrooms. 7 of stayed here very comfortably. The house was clean and stocked with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets needed to cook any meal you want. Toys and floaties for the pool. Great soaps and shampoos. Beautifully clean towels and linens. The driveway to the house is tucked away in a steep hillside. So, we had a little trouble finding the place at check-in, but when we called Gil for help, he was great about navigating us the right spot. If you Uber/taxi to and from, I’d recommend just having them drop you off and pick up at the gates at the bottom of the hill. It is pretty steep and one of our drivers had a really rough time getting up it to drop us off. The house’s proximity to town is perfect. Close enough for a $5 car, but just far away enough for total peace and quiet. Ideal for restful getaways or parties. We had an incredible 5 days in PV, and it is largely due to these incredible accommodations. Thank you, Gil! We will definitely be back!

This house in absolutely beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. The communication with Gil was excellent all the time, he helped me hired a chef to cook breakfast every morning, also booked me the best massage for me and my friends right next to the infinity pool, I would definitely suggest this house for large groups.

A great place to hang out, whether for a weekend or an entire week. The place is very clean and the mini-split system is exceptional so you won't get warm as long as you're inside. As for the facilities, the pool is spectacular as is the view. There is a quick access beach within a 15 min walk. Gil can provide chef, and the one who recommended 10 out of 10 especially his bbq ribs. I highly recommend the place, only if they have elderly people without a vehicle access to the house without a vehicle can be very complicated.

Jorge took care of us with food and drinks and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gil was ask fantastic at answering all of our questions and being super responsive. Loved our time at this amazing, beautiful location.

This house is amaizing I highly recommend Tres Palmas the location is perfect and the views are speechless. Also the house is really spacious and really clean. Another thing is that is fully equipted with everything you may need fir your stay. Gil offers the best customer service you can get. You can reach him anytime. An amazing place. The photos don't do justice to what the property really is and the view it has. We were a group of 10 friends and everything went perfectly. You are a comfortable distance from everything. You have privacy being in Conchas Chinas, but at the same time you can go to and from downtown or the marina without any problem. The house has a considerable incline at the entrance, but most Ubers go up without a problem. Excellent service from Gil and the cleaning staff in charge of the house. 100% recommended.

Tres Palmas is a GORGEOUS little oasis perched on the side of the steep hills of Conchas Chinas. The views left us speechless. No matter what time of the day, you have the perfect postcard photo right in front of your eyes. The property itself is incredible -- high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in almost every room (comes with blackout curtains!), HUGE bathrooms, well functioning air-conditioners, a sparkling clean pool, a strong wifi connection, and the home is well stocked with amenities such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, entertainment, etc. This location is perfect for travelers who want be close enough to experience everything in the center of Puerto Vallarta but still want a little bit of isolation. IF you don't want to go far, it's very convenient to have the OXXO store within walking distance. There's also a couple restaurants down the street (they are on the pricier side when compared to other restaurants in Puerto Vallarta) but they have friendly staff and beautiful views. Our host, Gil, is extremely responsive. We could reach Gil day, noon, or night and he would respond almost instantly. He also fully arranged an in-home chef & bartender as well as 2 in-home masseuses for our group of 10. There is no way we would have found local services of this quality & cost on our own. Be aware that it's a steep climb up the driveway to the house. The experienced drivers will make the drive up (our sweet driver from the airport did!) but 9 times out of 10 you will have to walk up yourself. It's a small price to pay for the place you get to call home for the duration of your stay!

The actual view from the deck with the infinity pool looking out at the vast bay below far and away exceeds the photos. The house was kept very clean, all necessary kitchen amenities were available and Gil and Juan were available to address all questions. The only potential difficulty which might impact once decision to rent is that some taxis will not drive up the steep drive to the entrance to the house. We are in our 60s and we had no trouble. We will recommend this beautiful house for rent without hesitation.

Gil’s home is unbelievably beautiful - so much better than the photos (and the photos are great). In prior reviews, people mention the steep driveway. IT IS VERY STEEP. We had the cabs and Ubers drop us off at the bottom and we walked up. It’s a hike but some drivers were afraid to go up it so we got our exercise in by walking ourselves up and down. The pool is so beautiful and it becomes a continuation of the ocean and sky. It is perfect to dip in all day and feel like u are in heaven while drinking a margarita and/or cerveza. Each bedroom is HUGE with a beautiful attached bathroom, closet and space to get ready. I can say enough how LARGE the bedrooms are. The kitchen has everything that u could ever need and then there is a dining area and sitting space. The space is so perfect and we felt like we were in luxury at the top of a mountain. You can walk a short 10min to a beautiful beach where they rent chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. (Even though Gil’s house has some of these things u can take too!) The home is located a short walk to Old Puerta Vallarta and an even shorter cab/Uber ride. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

It was absolutely beautiful. Pool floaty‘s lounge chairs beach towels everything you need to overlook the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped kitchen was well equipped wonderful having a washer and dryer. Before you get groceries if you plan on doing any kind of cooking or just staying there check the Villa, because there wereThings already left from before like dish soap and laundry soap coffee which we turned around and he purchased again. We had a wonderful time would highly recommend

Jaw-dropping views from the infinity-edge pool. Wonderful to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Kitchen was big and great for family meals! As for Gil, he made our trip truly memorable. Arranged mariachi dinner with private chef for my Mother-in-laws 50th. What an amazing host!! Best and most exclusive neighborhood in Vallarta. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Your family and soul will thank you!

The photos of Gil’s place do not do it justice! The infinity pool and view are amazing. The house was clean, the rooms were huge, and all the beds were so comfy. It was also nice having so many bathrooms. The only downside would be the steep hill that you have to walk/drive up to get to the house... many Uber drivers’ cars could not make it. But it definitely was not a deal breaker! I would absolutely recommend Gil’s home to anyone interested in visiting PV, especially if you have a large group.

An excellent place! It's just as it is in the description. The place is quite spacious and clean. The view is spectacular, and the beds are very comfortable and large. The kitchen is quite large and perfect for a group of people. Gil is very friendly and responds quickly. I'll stay here again every time I return to Puerto Vallarta. We're leaving happy!

This home is nothing short of perfection. The views are amazing, Gil is very accommodating, and it's a wonderful location. The bathrooms are huge, the rooms themselves are spacious, we never wanted to leave! We were a group of 10 & it was very comfortable. A helpful tip for those using uber when coming back from town, you have to use a nearby address; uber doesn't have every address in their system, but we figured this out quickly & had no problems. It's less than 10 minutes away from the very lively town, very convenient. If I had the chance to stay here again, I would not hesitate, it's just amazing!

The place was even more beautiful than we could have imagined!! Great location but a bit hard for cabs and Uber to find it but once we knew where we were, no problem getting cabs! Great functional kitchen and everyone said the beds were really comfortable!! Don’t hesitate to book this one!! We have stayed at many houses in Puerto Vallarta and this is our favorite!!

This place is amazing. That view is priceless. Rooms and restrooms are huge. Kitchen is updated with all the amenities. It was easy to correspond with Gil. Location was difficult to get used to at first, (catching the bus down into town) but got used to it after the 1st day. Great location. 5 minutes from the town. Driveway was a little too steep for taxis to make it up at times, but the excercise didn’t hurt. Would definitely recommend this house.

From the view to the pool to the bathrooms to the architectural details of the house, I can't say enough about how incredible Gil's house is. And house is almost the incorrect word for this romantic paradise it could be considered a mansion or an exclusive resort. While the location was a super short Uber or taxi ride to town, clubs, restaurants, nightlife, the Malecón and beaches we had a hard time leaving our private utopia. Gil was a fantastic host he met us on our way into Puerta Vallarta to lead us to the house. He was very responsive to questions via text and showed true concern about the enjoyment of our time in his Airbnb. The house was fully stocked with incidentals, a bbq for outdoor cooking, a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, washer and drier. The water pressure and temperature were perfect in the spa style bathrooms. There are good security measures with an electronic gate and security door. It would be an amazing place for a small wedding, a sensual honeymoon or just an amazing place to bond with family and friends over drinks and jaw dropping sunsets.

The view and location are perfect! If it’s available this is the accommodation to reserve.We were very happy.

This home was the perfect fit for our visit. It was everything we hoped for. The views were fantastic and the location was in a good spot. Up away from the downtown noise, but close enough to visit. Provided extra amentities, like extra towels, soap, blow dryer Ect.. also had a book with recommendations on where to eat and special places to visit. If you have bad knees, or don’t get a rental vehicle (thats all wheel drive) this home might not be best for you since it is up on a big hill. The host has been great since day one. We have never Been to PV before and i had a lot of questions, he answered every single one. He also checked in on us to see if he could help with anything else. That was a nice surprise! All in all, great experience, great home! I would stay here again!!

The place was absolutely fabulous. Infinity edge pool, spacious, surround sound speaker system, jacuzzi tubs in each bedroom, and most importantly secluded. Probably one of the best views in a of Puerto Vallarta near everything. Gil hooked as us with a private Chef, Jorge & Alejandro, which were absolutely amazing! They catered to us hand and foot for whatever we need. Service was impeccable and very upscale. I recommend anyone coming to Puerto Vallarta to stay here. SERIOUSLY! Best time of my life. Love! Love! Loved!

The house is in an excellent area with an excellent view, and this house is also super nice and comfortable. I would love to come back soon!! The host is an excellent person!!
