Our group had an amazing time at Sebastian's place. It was perfectly located about 3 blocks from the town square and in between the square and Fabrica la Aurora. The house itself is split between 5 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and rooftop with a central courtyard between everything. All the bedrooms are well equipped with their own air conditioner and bathroom. Each day there is a caretaker who makes all the beds and helps keep everything clean. Sebastian was very responsive with any questions/needs we had and made us feel right at home. I give this listing my highest recommendation and would love to stay here again.

We absolutely adored this place. Truly stunning and elevated. The location was just steps from the Centro so everything was within walking distance. The home is more like a boutique hotel - very design forward and thoughtfully curated. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This place is as shown on the photos. Each room had their bathroom and shower. Great for family or vacation with friends. Location is great! About a 10 minute walk to centro histórico. Each bathroom had the essentials, toilet paper, towels, and shampoo. Very much appreciated! One of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed at.

Loved the location. The place is amazing. Not the place fault but the mosquitos were bad so don’t go rain season from what I learned. Other than that my stay at Sebastian’s was very pleasant. Great restaurants, stores to shop, and the church all at walking distance.

one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at , from the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The architecture of the house is absolutely stunning , the kind of place that stops you in your tracks the second you walk in. The decor, beautifully curated, with so much attention to detail that it feels like something straight out of a design magazine. The kitchen is worth mentioning — it’s stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. That level of detail really makes a difference. Our hosts Sebastian and Monica were attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing experience. Any question we had was answered promptly, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the most incredible stay at this San Miguel Airbnb! Sebastian was an absolutely amazing host he was instantly responsive, so friendly, and beyond accommodating the entire trip. The home itself was BEAUTIFUL. Every room had air conditioning, which made such a difference, and the rooftop was the perfect spot for our group to gather, relax, and celebrate. Overall, an incredible place and an amazing value. Would absolutely recommend 10/10!

Sebastian’s home was truly remarkable. Every detail was so curated and spectacular. We had such an amazing stay and the house was perfect for a group. Couldn’t recommend enough! The only thing to note is if you’re in a big group, sound does travel to the rooms from the common areas so just something to be mindful of, but not a problem at all! He was an incredible host and so communicative and went above and beyond for our group. Thanks Sebastian! Hope to be back some day.

Such a classy place! Our visit to SMA was lovely and more than half of the reason was because of how stunning and relaxing Sebastian’s bnb is. I would gladly visit SMA again if only to stay here once more!

This place is AMAZING and probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. Sebastian met us personally and checked us in and showed us the property, and it is stunning and spotless. The pool was worth the extra heating cost in winter and is like an oversized in ground hot tub. Our family used it every evening. The kitchen had all the essentials. There is not a microwave but a toaster oven/air fryer and you can make do. The location is excellent and close enough to the square to get to all the attractions, but just far enough from the noise. For large groups you cannot beat this place for the price AND with each room having its separate bathroom and heating/AC unit. If this is available, just book it. You won’t be disappointed : )

Sebastian's property is more beautiful than what we expected. Nice and unique decor and furniture, comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay at his place. Walking distance to beautiful places: downtown, stores, hotels, restaurants, etc. When we go back to San Miguel de Allende, we would rent his house again, if available. -Sebastian was on top of everything: recommendations to different places, issues ( if any) with the house, housekeeping (which I really pay attention to), prompt answer to any question, great communication over all.

This was the best stay we could have asked for with a big group in San Miguel. The cleaners were such a perk. The home is private, quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. AC in every room. A bathroom in every room. Comfortable linens and very walkable location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The reverse osmosis water was also amazing. Thank you Sebastian!

This is an incredible Airbnb - one of the best I’ve stayed in. I was with a large group for a wedding and needed to find accommodations close to the Live Aqua and Rosewood. The location is perfect and walkable to all restaurants and attractions.

Great stay! The air bnb is set up like a hotel, each bedroom has their own restroom with central staircase to connect everything. Great location walking distance to central part of town. Great, responsive host and very clean.

JUST FABULOUS! Brought a group of eight, six of which had never been to SMA. The Host: Sebastian was the consummate host; very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. He welcomed us in person and really went out of his way to make our arrival and check-in a breeze. The House: Clearly a labor of love, Sebastian's house is well-appointed and laid out beautifully offering both gathering spaces and privacy. The rooftop space is amazing and so comfortable for hanging out. We will definitely book with Sebastian again!

Sebastian is very attentive as a host, the house is very well cared for, the decor and furniture are spectacular, we brought a vehicle and left it on the street because there is no parking, although there are some pensions very close. Everything excellent

My group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the beauty, comfort, cleanliness and locale of this Airbnb. We felt like we were in a boutique hotel - the decor and rooftop were beautiful spaces. Sebastian was very quick to communicate & accommodated heating the dipping pool up for us upon arrival. A great spot for your group trip to San Miguel!

The house is really big and beautiful, everyone can fit in comfortably and have their own private space. The house is way better than what the pictures show, it is 100% worth it, it is really easy to go around the town walking from the house, everything is close. The only thing is that the house is on an alley that at first seems weird, but you get used to and it is safe. The host is very responsive and also the housekeeper was really helpful and welcoming. I would totally recommend it and will definitely stay there if I visit again.

House is amazing! The decor is beautiful, excellent taste. The rooms are super comfortable, especially the beds. The location is quite good as you can walk anywhere in the center. I would consider it again if I return to San Miguel de Allende.

Sebastian's place was perfect! I stayed here with 4 other couples and the 5 bedroom/5 bathroom layout is perfect! Everyone had their own private space and we all enjoyed hanging on the roof together :) Would definitely recommend this to a large group!

The house was absolutely incredible! Exactly like the photos but much better. Sebastian was an amazing host. Always so communicative and quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend. We loved starting and ending our days on the rooftop. It was the cherry on top of our first trip to Mexico and our friends wedding weekend.

Excellent place to stay in San Miguel. Very attentive and everything was spotless.

This place is nestled just off a main road. Once you’re inside you’re greeted by unique and beautiful space that’s well appointed with great design, and several full bed bath combos. The space is welcoming. Just remember it’s a three level space so you’ll climb some stairs - this wasn’t a problem for us at all. The rooftop patio was nice with a plug pool that fit 4 folks comfortably. Something we didn’t expect but really liked was the house cleaning service that came and picked up for us. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing BnB a so modern, stylish, elegant. Great spot - walking distance to everything downtown. But still quiet and safe area. Each bedroom has its bathroom, comes with maid service every day, truly felt like the best of both Worlds (hotel and bnb). Water pressure is amazing. Filtered water in entire house. The attention to detail is incredible in this house. Fully stocked kitchen. Sebastian was so responsive and helpful with accommodating early check in and local recs. Would 100% recommend. Perfect for a group of friends.

Amazing place

We absolutely loved the Brooklane and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Perfect location, beautiful home, great kitchen. Couldn’t ask for a better fit for our party of ten. The kids loved the wading pool and the coi pond, the adults loved the convenience and architecture.

Fantastic experience. The location was superb, and the house was immaculately clean and spacious. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend it to others.

The Brooklane was a terrific place to stay. The interior is beautiful, the checkin was easy, and Sebastian quickly responded to questions. Everything was sparkling clean, and the daily maid service was a great feature. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Be aware that the central living area is open air. The weather was lovely when we were in SMA, but if it had rained, I'm not sure how we would have handled that.

The house was spotless, the service was excellent, Sebastian was very attentive all the time to anything we needed. We had an amazing experience, the house is very comfortable, and we used the pool and terrace for a day. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely wash it again when we came back. The house is in a neighborhood near the center, so everything is walking 10 minutes maximum, however, the proximity to the center involves noises of the cathedral bells, roosters at dawn and a little noise from passersby. Everything works at 100, and it was very nice to have Monica service for house cleaning every day. Thank you!

When we arrived, we were greeted by Monica - who could not have been nicer. Sebastian coordinating everything and made everything so easy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and everything was comfy and clean. The rooftop was just perfect. We would dine outside and enjoyed just lounging in between walk around the city. The location is perfect as everything in San Miguel is walkable. Sebastian was responsive on what’s app and could not have been nicer. He was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Sebastian and The Brooklane. The design is impeccable, the place is pristine, it’s in wonderful location, and Sebastian is a super host. My friends and I loved walking to Guadalupe for coffee, less than five minutes away. It’s super easy to get to the center of town. We loved the charming alleyway. But my all-time favorite has to be the rooftop hot tub. Will be back.

We had a great stay at the Brooklane — beautifully designed, 5 lovely bedrooms including a spacious master suite. Great roof terrace. It’s located off an alley but they met us nearby on arrival and it was very easy to access and private. For a group, it’s the perfect option - fitted out like a boutique hotel or b&b. Sebastian was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We came for a wedding and were delighted with this beautiful house with stunning details. Every one in our party loved Sebatian’s place and our stay in SMA. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Couldn’t beat warm nights hanging out on the terrace after dinner. We loved how walkable the town was from the house. Sebatian was friendly and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything.

My group of 11 had an incredible stay at the Brooklane. Sebastian greeted us upon arrival and gave us clear instructions and information about our weekend stay. The space was very clean, cozy and accommodating. The only downside for a big group is that there are only two keys (understandable), it just takes coordinating. 10/10 recommend staying here!

I traveled with a group for a wedding and Sebastian’s place was perfect! He was very helpful in so many ways - he helped us book transportation to and from BJX and he even helped us get a last minute horseback riding day with his friend Rodrigo (highly recommend! It was the highlight of our trip). The Airbnb is extremely walkable and there are so many amazing food spots very close by. Monica the housekeeper was great and it was nice to come back to a tidy spot. We highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

Our group's first time to SMA was incredible thanks in part to the wonderful accommodations. Perfect location and walkable to everything we wanted to see/do/eat/drink in town. Huge private bedrooms with ensuites that were cleaned each day by the nicest housekeeper. Loved having a private rooftop with more than enough room for all guests to sit and enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend staying here over any hotel!

This is a wonderful place in a very quiet area that, with the beauty of the place itself mixed with beauty and richness of the city, your stay will be a magical time. The rooftop area was GORGEOUS! And the fact that every room has its own full bath made it a lovely and relaxing experience for my girlfriends and I.
