Great Villa, very well taken care of and clean. It was supplied with everything we need. It's located next to the pool and the beach making it very convenient to go back and forth with all our stuff. The owner Ann was amazing, very helpful and responsive addressing all our questions. Great place!

We had so much fun. Ann’s home had a ton of toys and beach items with we utilized. The space was open and clean. Ann was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We will absolutely be back.

We have stayed in several villas at Bella Sirena and this was one of the nicest we have stayed in to date. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable and in great condition. You can also not beat the proximity to the beach. Ann had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was also extremely responsive. We would definitely stay at her place again.

Ann was a wonderful host! This is hands down the best 3-bedroom villa at Bella Sirena. It’s newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you need. The indoor and outdoor furniture—especially on the patio and rooftop—is high quality and thoughtfully chosen. This truly feels like a home, not just another Airbnb rental. It’s also the closest 3-bedroom to the beach and has a spacious grassy yard, perfect for families or relaxing outdoors. Highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful Villa, the place was amazing!! Great ocean views, close to everything. The resort amenities and service are great. Definitely recommended!!!!

Ann’s property is located on beautiful grounds just a minute’s walk from the beach. The villa itself was so comfortable, clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach towels, paddleboard, ect. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to return!

Absolutely love this Villa and the gorgeous resort! Beautiful decor and well-appointed rooms. Loved our morning coffee on the rooftop deck listening to the ocean. Close to great restaurants though we chose to cook at home a few days to further enjoy our stay. Ann, the host, is simply the best. Will definitely be back.

Look no further, Villa 16 is the best property we have stayed at in Rocky Point. Plenty of space, nice and quiet, and everything that a Villa on the beach should be. The owners made us feel at home and very comfortable, and the communication was absolutely great. I would recommend to all my friends, family, and to anyone/everyone looking to stay in Rocky Point.

Beautiful place! This was the perfect beach house for two families with kids. We cooked almost all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated all the details and extra care put into the house - baskets with beach towels and blankets, wagons, beach chairs, games to use on the large lawn. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect - steps away from both pools and the beach - but still very quiet. Loved having our own hot tub and the view from the deck is amazing.

This beach house was amazing! Tons of storage, and plenty of room for all guests, you definitely won't feel cramped at all. Close enough to town to get groceries or go out to eat, and only a few minutes from the zip lines, which were very fun.

This Villa is amazing and has absolutely everything you need. The beach is just steps away with all water toys provided. The views from the pools are spectacular and the units are completely secure. Anne had great communication throughout the whole stay and gave great recommendationson places to eat! We definitely will be going back! Thanks so much!

This place is beautiful! The house is so perfectly located, right on the beach and the amenities are great for a stay where you don’t want to leave and just chill. We had a blast! Ann was very communicative about the space and it was super clean! 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay. Our kids used the front lawn to play spikeball and volleyball. Ann responded to my message promptly even on Sunday.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 16. It was the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. Everything you would ever need in the kitchen as well as beach towels, toys, paddle boards and kayaks. One thing was missing in the Villa, but after a quick text to Ann it was delivered within minutes. She was so responsive before, during and after our trip which was much appreciated. We will be back for sure!

Ann's Villa is fantastic! The Villa has the best location of any other interior villa on the property. You are steps away from a pool and only a few steps more away from the beach. There is also a huge grassy area outside the patio which was very enjoyable. The villa is super clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need, and more. Ann was great in providing all the information you need and in responding to questions. If you are looking for a villa in RP, this is the best of them all!

Everything about this villa is beautiful. The scenery, the home is set up to enjoy cooking, entertaining, and is more than just a place to stay. The villa is literally a few steps from the pool & beach . It’s about a 5 min drive from all the activities, stores and restaurants in town!!! It worked well for our two family group. The kitchen is fully-equipped with just about everything you might need. There's plenty of space to spread out, and we enjoy the resort as a whole. It has a garage for two cars and in the garage there’s a washer/dryer and a whole bunch of chairs, water toys, beach umbrellas, a Cooler , and even a wagon to take everything out to the beach!!!!! This place is amazing!!!! Moreover, It's clean, and the host is very friendly and quick to response to any concerns or questions . We would stay here again!

Our group had an amazing time at Ann's villa. Exceeded all expectations, from the villa itself to the resort and all of the included amenities like the kayaks and lawn games. Only small complaint I heard was that the bunk bed mattresses were hard and a bit uncomfortable, but that's it. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Don’t hesitate to book this villa! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our extended family of 6 children and 4 adults. Loved how well stocked it was with anything you might need to cook, as well as the beach gear!

Ideal getaway! The villa is close to the beach and the pools, with a grassy area on which to play games that are provided, or relax in the jacuzzi. The beds are comfy, great bunk bed set up for the kids and plenty of room for everyone, including roof access for sunset drinks and board games. The kitchen has all the supplies you need and some extras; spices, coffee and basics which is much appreciated. Beach and water accessories are also available. The complex is private, secure and well maintained. Ann was fabulous to communicate with, we are looking forward to our next trip!

Villa 16 was well appointed and exactly what was pictured. Our family had a great time and enjoyed every minute. Ann was extremely responsive and even sent a note to ensure all was still going well. We are certainly looking forward to a return trip to Villa 16!

Lovely villa just steps to the beach & pool. Large lawn outside the patio door with some ocean view. Lots of space in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen was well stocked and we found all the gizmos one would need for a week-long stay. This villa has more decorative updates than most of the other villas we visited. Host was very attentive and followed up with the reservation details.
