Perfect!😍

This is the second time we spend wonderful family holidays at Villa Tranquilo! The swimming pool and the beach are perfect and the villa very convenient for families and perfectly located within Troncones!

Collyn’s condo is perfectly situated in the center of Troncones, walking distance to everything including a host of restaurants, shops, and local markets. The pool and beach access is absolutely perfect and the open and outdoor kitchen and living room style is perfect and a lot of fun for the location. We will definitely be back!

The place was great! We appreciated 3 bedrooms, each with AC and their own bathroom. The complex felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. We were glad we rented a car, which allowed us to explore the area and easily run errands, but we could have gotten by on foot. Great place!

This was a great place to stay for our family. Pool was perfect and just steps to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. And each room had their own bathroom which was great for our teens! Would highly recommend.

Great location for easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The beach is steps from the front door and very nice. The condo is clean and comfortable with the most basic amenities available.

Collyn was a fantastic host and the Airbnb perfect for us. Clean, serene, right on the beach and near restaurants and fun. Her recommendations for ATVs, airport transports and how things work in Troncones couldn’t have been better. Loved our stay!

We were three couples staying at Collyn’s place. It is an amazing place, located right on the long beautiful sandy beach and has a beautiful Infiniti pool that looks towards the ocean. We could view whales, the surf, and gorgeous sunsets all while relaxing by the pool. The garden was well maintained and very tranquil. The villa was well suited to us giving each couple a bedroom with their own ensuite. The support staff were extremely helpful and kept the pool and villa clean. I would highly recommend Collyn’s villa and I hope to return!!

I almost don’t want to say how amazing this place is because I want it to be available for me! But, you won’t regret it! It’s the best

We loved the place. It was perfect for us, everyone was friendly in the complex, location a dream, it was clean, kitchen was easy to work in,. I look forward to returning. The people who cleaned and tended to the place were great.

The place is very comfortable, practical and great for kids! The location with the pool just by the sea is fantastic! We had a great time and Collyn is a great host and always on call of you need him.

Villa de Collyn is beautiful, clean and tasteful, it has everything to enjoy, I thank Collyn for her attentiveness and kind communication, we would certainly be happy to return.

We had a very pleasant stay at villa tranquila. It’s a clean, spacious villa with a complete kitchen and super comfy beds. The AC worked fine although in the living room/kitchen it wasn’t available, and the breeze didn’t get in much so we didnt hang out there (we went in june). We hung out either in our rooms or in the pool area. The pool is beautiful and perfectly taken care of, as well as the surrounding garden. There is a good variety of restaurants nearby. Very attentive hosts.

This place is perfect! Everything is so close and walkable, the beach, amazing food, surfing, yoga, boogie boarding or just lounging poolside. Troncones is the cutest little town and Collyn’s place is in the perfect location to have both your own private spot and still experience it all.

Wonderful place and wonderful host, will be coming back for sure!

An amazing place!

The stay at the Villa is simply wonderful. Everything is the same or better than the pictures. The pool is wonderful, the house is very comfortable and very practical. Attention at the villa as well as communication with Collin have been formidable. We've been to Troncones other times but this was definitely the best experience.

It is a great place We had a really nice stay

We loved our time at Collyn’s Place. Perfect location, really great vibe, beautiful grounds and lovely accommodation. Collyn was extremely responsive and we will be back! Highly recommend it. Really well situated in Troncones, near two great restaurants and all the other guests in this place were great to be around as well.

Collyn's villa is a perfect getaway in a very tranquil setting, away from the business of every day life. Her place has great ocean views and is set above the other villas for more privacy than the other places. Villa Tranquilo is family friendly and my young kids had a great time meeting new friends and swimming in the luxurious infinity pool. Having the pool zero entry was especially nice. Being right on the ocean is wonderful for daily walks and there's a great swimming hole out front to the right. Collyn's place is centrally located in town and it is an easy walk to everywhere we needed. The many close delicious restaurants and almost daily fruit truck made eating really easy. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and Collyn responds quickly to any questions. The space felt bright, fresh, updated, and spotlessly clean. The daily housekeeping kept the place sparkling during our entire stay. We found all of the people in Troncones to be friendly and welcoming and we felt very safe during our time there. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful villa and town! We will definitely be back!

Villa Tranquilo is the perfect place in Troncones for family holidays!! The compound is very nice with a garden and enjoyable pool! The beach is right downstairs of the flat! It’s quite spacious, bedrooms are very comfortable (with a/c). If you need anything Collyn is always reactive to messages and the manager and staff onsite are very friendly and always helpful! Location is great within Troncones. Wether you have a car or not you can easily move around by feet, bike or taxi (a taxi station is 2’ walk from the entrance of the Villas). Highly recommended for families with kids!

Very comfortable condo, clean and well maintained… constant and quick support from both property manager and Collyn is a huge plus. Do not except tons of privacy at the condo (only in the bedrooms), as this is a very open concept within the property (great for the beach though).

Collyn’s place is beautiful, clean, on the perfect spot and the pool is incredible. Angelique, the property manager, is so kind an professional. We’re really wishing to come back soon.
