⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a gem! The place is even better than the photos—beautiful architecture, tons of natural light, and a gorgeous pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back. 🌴✨

Wonderful home nestled amongst the trees and backing on to a pool. Safe gated community with friendly staff. Pilar was wonderful and extremely responsive! If you are looking for something away from the business of playa del Carmen then highly recommend!

Great place for a larger family to stay. We have a big family and want our own space when we travel. This home was huge, massive living/dining room, private bathrooms. It is much larger than the photos. The complex is very quiet and peaceful, we only saw one other family at the pool over the 6 days. The property is gated and has lots of staff, guards and residents walking around, it is very safe. The only downside to the area (not the home) is there is no real local restaurant strip to walk to. We had a rental car and explored around by vehicle so not a deal killer. Uber will deliver right to the door. Happy to be away from PDC/ Cancun hustle. We would come back here to this same house. Pilar was excellent to deal with and the place is like the photos.

My family found Pilar‘s place at the last minute and it was a fantastic find. We feel very lucky to have discovered it. Pillar was a fabulous host who took care of us even when the natural gas ran out. She was very prompt and trying to get it refilled, the Property is very special and unique and we will remember it for a long time. The pool and the trampoline and the park we’re all a fantastic ad for the children. There’s also a nice running trail in the neighborhood and a small duck pond. It was a mini resort that allowed us access to the main city center within about a 15 minute drive we were glad we didn’t stay at a resort and stayed here instead. There’s also a grocery store within a mile. Restaurants are a little bit of a trek, but we were able to manage with some planning. I would recommend this to anyone looking at this property and I think it is differentiated.

The 3-story house is beautifully located in a safe and green residential area just outside Playa del Carmen. The house is very well equipped, but has tiny structural negligence that you can live with. The pool is shared, but we were always alone (except for a few coatis, agoutis and colorful birds and butterflies). Pilar is always available and totally sweet and helpful.

Our stay was generally acceptable; however, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations. We note that the property has a certain level of neglect. Cleanliness could be greatly improved. We found ants on several beds, as well as kitchen utensils, hammocks, balcony accessories and the tub in suboptimal conditions. Also, some services did not work properly: the air conditioning in the room cooled very little, the television in the main room did not work and the internet connection was unstable throughout the stay. We consider it important for the host to conduct a detailed review of the condition of the accommodation before each delivery, to ensure that everything works properly and that the spaces are in the conditions that are advertised. With more rigorous maintenance and pre-arrival verification of guests, the accommodation could offer a more satisfying experience.

Ese día asistió una persona de limpieza nueva, lo cual ocasionó detalles que no representan en absoluto el nivel habitual del alojamiento. Esta persona ya no colabora con nosotros y el equipo regular se encarga nuevamente de todas las entregas. Como puedes ver en mis demás reseñas, nunca habíamos tenido una situación así; fue un caso completamente puntual. Me hubiera encantado saberlo durante tu estancia, ya que siempre respondo de inmediato y soluciono cualquier detalle en el momento, mi objetivo es siempre hacer que los huéspedes tengan la mejor experiencia posible. Todo lo mencionado ha sido revisado: * El aire acondicionado fue evaluado por un técnico y ahora enfría perfectamente. Aprovechamos para revisar todos los demás y están funcionando al 100%. * Las hamacas nuevas ya están instaladas; la persona de limpieza no llegó a colocarlas. * El internet solo requería ajustar uno de los repetidores y ahora funciona perfecto. El internet principal, como mencionaste, siempre estuvo operativo. Es la mejor conexión disponible: 100 MB y tres repetidores en la casa, ideal para home office. * La propiedad está fumigada profesionalmente y, tras una revisión adicional, no se detectó ningún insecto a pesar de la ubicación selvática. * La televisión del cuarto principal ya funciona sin problema. Agradezco mucho tu retroalimentación; ya todo se encuentra en óptimas condiciones para futuros huéspedes.
