I thought it was a very good stay, comfortable, clean, large for my group of 11, the guy who was looking after us was always available and accessible to deal with any situation. Everything feels super safe, the only thing I didn't like very much was the area, since it's under development, and it felt a bit far from services like plazas or restaurants, and super sandy. But the stay was spectacular and highly recommended, we rested and had a great time.

We traveled as a family and our experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was quick and clear, always attentive to every detail to make our stay comfortable. The house is spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped. What we enjoyed the most was the space: the rooms are large and comfortable, the pool, and the roof became our favorite place to watch the sunset. The location is strategic: quiet to rest, but close to everything you need. we had doubts about booking, but the truth is that everything was impeccable. It is clear that the host has improved many aspects, and today the accommodation is in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a safe, family and relaxing experience and we will return every time we come to Cabo

Very nice place, we celebrated a small group on a birthday and everything was great, Mr. Carlos's welcome and guidance was great and always attentive to see if something was taken care of. We hope to return!

This has been one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed for big family party! Each of the 8 rooms are separate from each other with there own bathroom, small kitchen, A/C, with great privacy and cool decorations in the rooms as well. Dhalia was amazing! she was able to help us with decorations for the big family party, she was an amazing host!

Definitely recommend this place!! Super good area! Only like 10 minutes away from the popular areas. Felt very safe and the views are beautiful! It’s like a resort style house so very convenient for big groups!! Every room has its own bathroom which is super nice and the day bed upstairs is the best! The pool courtyard area is perfect! The host is super sweet and very responsive! Also very understanding! The property manager does live tucked away on the property but he’s great! Didn’t bother us at all! The only thing that is tricky is just finding the house the first time! But if you have a big group this place is perfect!

Hello!! When we arrived at the accommodation, we were surprised. We imagined it differently. We were there for a long time to walk, but the time we were there. We had a very pleasant time. It's very comfortable and it has many things that make the stay feel very comfortable. Thank you very much for all the attention.

The stay was comfortable and calm

This place is wonderful for the price. It has lots of character and plenty of space. Perfect for large groups that require several rooms!!!! Parking was easy, and the views from the roof are great. The rooftop is perfect for a group to hang out on. We loved it! The communal kitchen is on the roof and has the essentials. Each room also has microwaves and burners. As well as tv’s and AC. Dhalia was very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay.

This airbnb comes as advertised! perfect for large groups! Ubers were so cheap going downtown or the mariana area. I have great communication with the maintenance guys and Dhalia. I totally recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with Dahlia! The house was located in a great spot it was easy to access everything. Dahlia was very responsive to messages and was very accommodating to our needs. Also, Carlos the property manager was amazing even though he did not speak much English. Uber was very cheap going to various locations, if you have a large group Ubers can only hold 4 people at a time. Since we were a big group we found this great taxi driver José reach back out for number, who charge a reasonable price to transport us. One thing I would point out is getting an Uber from the airport to the Airbnb is impossible. The only available transportation is the airport taxi which is ridiculously expensive. Recommend for everyone to set up their ride before arrival.

Dahlia’s place was an awesome compound for my bachelor party. Lots of great space on the roof, gorgeous views, great pool! There’s a hot plate for cooking but no oven or stove if you’re thinking of doing lots of eating in. Some of my buddies did but if you’re not getting tacos or trying the restaurants in Cabo you’re doing it wrong. Neighborhood is super secure and only a 10 minute Uber to the downtown or to any of the wonderful beaches. Would highly recommend for groups of 6-10 and would love to return!

Dhalia's place is ideal for large groups. I went with a group of 8 and it worked out perfectly: each person had their own space and there was plenty of communal spaces for us to hang out. The area is under development with a number of projects underway so signage was hard to find and some of our Ubers/Cabs had trouble finding the house (the trick is to have them turn right after the gas station). In a few years, I think the neighborhood will be one of the most sought after in the area. The rooms themselves were quite decent in size. We had a few issues here and there but they were resolved almost instantly - Dhalia is quick to respond and Renata (the cleaner) is amazing. Getting to and from downtown using Uber was quite easy. For our group, we would regularly take 2 cars for around $15/$20

Wonderful place to have a couple's vacation. We daily use the jacuzzi with hydromassage. Dhalia's service is unbeatable. I will stay in this comfortable depto again every time I come to Los Cabos.

The house is amazing, just like the pictures. While we loved it and 100% recommend, it's the service of the hosts. Dhalia's dad and the man who helps with maintenance were very kind and attentive to what we needed during our stay to make it perfect. On the other hand Dhalia was very flexible and understanding with our departure time which was very helpful. Everything is highly recommended!

This place was amazing. There was 8 bedrooms. Because we were a big group of 14 we had the whole place to ourselves. We made so many memories on the balcony and pool area. The location is perfect!!! You are close to so many things. You can also see the arco from the balcony. We had some trouble arriving because google maps wanted to take us around. I ended up searching the restaurant close by and letting the gps take us to that street in order to arrive lol. Aside from that our host was very attentive. We felt safe & appreciated. We can’t wait to be back!

I have lot of great thing to say about this place it was one of the most nicest place in Cabos it was the first time out there in Cabos and our stay here made it amazing... Dhalia was so nice, attentive... thank you so much for having us in this amazing property

This has hands down been one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at for a big party. The fact that there are 6 separate rooms each with their own bathroom and small kitchenette made it that much better so everyone has some privacy and the location is about a 10-15 min drive/Uber from downtown cabo. Dhalia was AMAZING! We were going down for a birthday celebration and she was able to set up decorations and even a cake for when we arrived. She was always available to help with whatever we needed, dhalia was definitely an amazing host!

Some doors are stationed and cannot be opened. A sink was throwing water but we called for maintenance and they came to compose it soon

Me and my family are very satisfied and grateful for their excellent service🙏felt very welcome. The attention she gave us was more than what I expected and made me feel relaxed after the fiasco we passed in the areopuerto, already we almost did not arrive and we were well tired, and without sleep it caused us a lot of stress and frustration and her attention made me feel relaxed. We are planning to do the same trip and for the same dates and hospital where God himself first.

Great location near playa medano and the marina. There was six rooms with their bathrooms and each had their own kitchen and needed items. The kids enjoyed the pool all weekend and having a washer and dryer was a plus. We would be staying here again. Thank you much for your quick responses and attentions.

Dhalia's attention was excellent, as travelers we had some doubts and inconveniences that we did not have contemplated, we explained our doubts to Dhalia and she was always very kindly attentive to everything ☺️ The location of the house is excellent, it is a good location and you can enter and leave without any problems... The facilities are incredible, you can cook inside your room and the pool is not super comfortable to arrive after a day at the beach for a good dip ... The truth was a pretty good stay, we felt very comfortable and above all safe since the area is very safe ☺️ If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay with her again ☺️

House is great! We rented the entire house which was 6 rooms, each private with their own bathroom and shower. Each room had AC which was great because when we visited Cabo it was super humid, pool is awesome and so much fun. Little market walking distance as well as Costco down the street and a wal mart. Dhalia respond within minutes! Her home is very cute and cozy.

Great for family living in a safe environment with your family

We loved it, it is very close to a Costco and other shops, it was a little difficult to find the first time since it is in a somewhat new area, but the link they send if they take you, but my iPhone map was not taking us. If there were bugs outside, but I imagine for the construction of houses next door, but for us it was not inconvenience. We loved the pool and watching the sunset upstairs! We were a large family of 12 and loved that each room had its own table, TV, kitchenette and personal bathroom. And also every room had things like coffee/Tea, more sugar, etc. We'll be back!

Super nice stay, clean and cozy, each room is like a small house and that's very comfortable if you like to be more independent of the rest and very good location

We loved the house! This is super spacious and well-equipped! The common spaces and the super comfortable pool/hot tub. It took us a while to find the place, but Dhalia helped us and it really wasn't difficult! A Walmart is very close and since we have a vehicle, it is also very easy and close to the pier and downtown. RECOMMENDED!

Great space. A bit difficult to find due to the street being new but there's a great restaurant down the street and everything else is easy to get to.
