Our stay at Litibu House was nothing short of extraordinary! We came to celebrate my 50th birthday, and the entire team went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience. The chefs at Litibu House deserve every bit of praise—they are truly five-star quality. Every single meal was exceptional, honestly better than anything we experienced at hotels or restaurants in the area. The property itself has everything you could possibly need. Our kids loved having access to the surfboards, kayaks, and boogie boards, which kept them entertained for hours and made our beach days even more memorable. A special thank you to Ximena and Lavender, who were absolutely amazing. They accommodated every request with warmth and professionalism, and when we ran into an issue checking into a hotel we had booked for one night in Sayulita, they stepped in, contacted the hotel on our behalf, and helped get everything sorted out. That level of care and service is incredibly rare. Worth it!

The place its a beautiful private beach, peaceful place. If you want to disconect and enjoy a beautiful sunset and beach, this is your place! Btw 3 diamonds to the staff and cheff!

Our stay completely exceeded every expectation. The property had a genuine paradise-like quality-- not just in its setting, but in every detail of the experience. The food was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks matched that same standard, and the kitchen handled numerous dietary restrictions across our group without hesitation, which made everyone feel genuinely included. The beach and pool were stunning, and the rooms were the kind of comfortable where you actually sleep well and don't want to leave in the morning. On our final night, we asked the staff if they could put together something a little more special and they delivered a candlelit dinner on the beach that none of us will forget. The staff throughout were warm, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly special stay!

Lovely stay at the litibu house. Professionally managed and staffed. Full service and bespoke. LItibu is a public beach but it has no impact on you at the house. The beach access is great and it feels like a private beach because of the palapa and well maintained beach chairs. Bonfire at night if you want to. Activities arranged for you if you want to or do nothing. They arrange private drivers if you need to go somewhere. Great place for families. Very warm pool that the kids love. Overall a great turnkey experience in a great beach location.

Private, peaceful and beautiful property with abundant outdoor living space. The house includes lovely local staff eager to please. The chefs are 5 star and every meal was fantastic. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, private refuge off the beaten path.

Litibu House was absolutely perfect for our family of nine, including a little one. The beach, the sunsets, the open and airy feel of the home, the details that went into the food and setting of the table at each meal - it is just a special place and a special experience. Everything went smoothly and we felt so cared for throughout the planning process and the stay - from pre-arrival with Ximena to during our stay with Manuel, Johanna, Liz, and the rest of the incredible team at the home. We cannot recommend this place enough, and we would love to return!!

The house is very nice and the beach is very quiet, the rooms are large and quite spacious. Although the curtains are made of fabric and a lot of light comes in in the mornings. The staff was always very attentive and the food was delicious. Ximena was always available for anything we needed. The house is huge, with a green area to play and the best part is that it is right on the beach. A super nice and quiet beach.

What a great place, we had the whole family with toddlers and infants, worked great for everyone, Lavender helped to coordinate the pack and plays and high chair. The property, the pool, the beach all excellent. The staff was also great, Manuel, Liz, Joanna and Sandy. The trip was fantastic. We used their transportation to and from the airport. Also great service.

We stayed at Litibú house for my bachelorette weekend, and the team really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food and service were amazing! We hope to return soon!

Litibú House is nothing short of paradise and it is the people, as well as the place, that make a stay here so special. Manuel and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and professional; they anticipated our every need and served some of the best food and drinks our group had ever had. Ximena helped us plan two incredible group outings and coordinated all of the logistics, even going above and beyond to arrange airport transport for members of our group who got delayed. Ximena also arranged a yoga class and massages at the house - both were experiences that should not be missed! The location is stunning and the house has everything one needs for a perfect beach vacation. As soon as we left we longed to return! We can all only hope that one day we’ll be back at Litibú.

This is an amazing place i can call it paradise but only when you are inside the villa before you get to the villa is not nice I have to say I enjoyed this amazing paradise and the staff were amazing.

Litibu is everything you hope for in a getaway vacation. Located on a public beach that was hardly packed. You are literally about 20 steps from the beach. The staff is amazing. They took amazing job making sure we had everything we needed all while keeping the property pristine. The food that was prepared was amazing. From the breakfast in the mornings, to the snacks in the afternoon, to the amazing dinners every night. We were never didisappointed. The house feels very safe and plplenty of lighting and resources for whatever you desire to do. The communication was above any other Airbnb we have experienced. From coordinating our pick up and drop off to airport, to our rides to and from our other planned activities, it was always easy and amazing. If you can get an opportunity to experience this AMAZING 💎 in Mexico, myself and all my friends who joined HIGHLY recrecommend Litibu House.

Could not say enough positive things about Litibu house. Celebrated my friends bachelorette there over the weekend and the staff at Litibu made it so easy and special. The chef, bartender, and staff are EXCELLENT. We picked out our menus prior to arriving, and all of the food and drinks were delicious!! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay, and struck a great balance of checking in but also giving us our space. I communicated with Ximena weeks leading up to the trip- could not have asked for a better host. She was incredibly responsive and did everything possible to make sure all of our requests were taken care. She arranged all of our car service, massages (highly recommend), yoga sessions, and basically anything else we needed. She was pretty much instant reply via text, which made things efficient and easy. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and well taken care of. Peaceful and private, we had an amazing time. Highly recommend.

The house is spectacular on one of the best beaches in Nayarit, Ximena and Lavender have an excellent team, their hospitality makes you feel really on vacation. Food and drinks 👌🏼 We'll definitely be back, thanks for everything :)

The place was beyond beautiful. pictures do not do it justice. A great place for all types of outdoor activities will all of the necessary toys/equipment provided. A perfect pool and wonderful beach without many rocks/reef or anything else. The hosts/staff were so friendly and non-intrusive. All of the food they made was delicious.

Where do I start - my 4 best friends and I came for my 40th birthday / girls trip. We felt right at home from the start. Edgar, Sandra & Brenda were right there to greet us upon arrival and with drinks & snacks! The home is located on a quiet beach and it felt VERY private and safe. The home is very safe and clean. Brenda is a ninja with the cleaning. Beds are a smidge hard but pillows very soft and I still slept like a baby. At night you have to padlock the gates to the rooms, which on the first night we were like “ok kinda weird” but above all we felt safe the entire time so it was just different. Food & service top notch! The pancakes, French toast, and coconut shrimp were our favorites! But really we never had a mediocre meal. And we were never hungry. Edgar & Sandra really gave 5star service! We had yoga and massages done at the house & the arranging of all activities & transportation was truly seamless. Lavender took care of everything! Thank you!! We will be back!!

Amazing stay! All the staff were incredible & so efficient. The meals were delicious and having dinner at sunset was so lovely. We had 7 adults & 7 children (6 months - 7 years old) and came for a family trip. The kids loved the pool/grass area/beach. We had lots of fun playing beach volleyball, soccer, and going for walks down the beach. I would highly recommend this place for any type of group! We will hopefully get a chance to do this again!

From the moment I reached out to Litibu house, Ximena was amazing! We had a group of 14 girls and she coordinated everything, including evolving transportation with flight delays and adjustments. Edgar, Sandy, and Brenda were absolutely wonderful as well, and always made sure we had everything we needed. All of the food was so delicious and beautifully displayed. The house itself, is gorgeous, with so many places to relax and unwind. It's set right on the beach, with a huge yard in between. We all felt totally at home and very safe staying at Litibu House! I'm already trying to put together another trip here! Everything was a dream. Thank you!!

Great place to meet with family members and relax. Food and service was great. Plenty spaces to relax. The beach was nice and clean and for the most part privacy was not an issue.

A group of 7 adults went for a bachelorette trip. Everything was so amazing!! This was the perfect location to relax and enjoy a lovely vacation, while celebrating our sweet bride! The massages were amazing. All food was family style, which made all the meals feel very homey and interactive! They were very accommodating to our food preferences and allergies as well. The staff were very polite and kind. Could not have asked for a better getaway! We will definitely be coming back :)

The entire Villa was incredible. We felt at home the entire time we were there. Edgar, Brenda, Lizbeth and the entire staff were over the top accommodating. We felt like we were not just guests but family members of the staff. The food was absolutely delicious, there were so many amenities - all were so well described and we felt like the house was ours to use. From the moment I booked the house, to the days after we left - these people have it going on and really know how to make a once in a lifetime vacation worthwhile. The only hindrance - was crabby island 🤪 - there are crabs EVERYWHERE - but if you’re adventurous- it makes for some really fun stories. We even had some radical storm pop through our second to last night and the owners and the staff did everything in their power to bring it back - which they did. I can’t wait to go back to this badass destination and I will 100% stay here again.

Litibu house was everything we dreamed it would be for my best friends bachelorette party. The home and the surroundings were stunning, the staff was incredible and accommodating, Ximena was always responsive before and during the trip and was such a huge help in making this trip one to remember. The house was perfect for our group of 11. There’s so much to do right there without ever having to leave. I would recommend setting up massages with Ximena. Everyone agreed they were the best we’d ever had! The food was delicious and always prompt and the drinks were always flowing! We loved our stay. Couldn’t recommend it more for big groups who are looking to enjoy the scenery and relax!

Fantastic stay! Ximena was an incredible host who helped me plan the perfect bachelorette weekend. It was not an easy task coordinating meals/drinks, transportation, activities and other requests for 8 people, but she was incredibly helpful, flexible, responsive leading up to and throughout the trip. The house staff was just as amazing -- the house was always tidy, someone is always available to help during the day and the food is seriously very good. We had constant access to double-filtered water (no one experienced any issues) and A/C in the bedrooms is very strong. The house itself is beautiful and huge; I'm not even sure we got to thoroughly enjoy every corner of the property! Highlights were endless hours in the perfectly heated pool, morning yoga (AMAZING teacher), walks/runs on the beach, and sunset dinners on the sand. Highly recommend booking this for a group vacation!

When stepping foot onto the property, you're immediately welcomed by the sound of the ocean, beautiful mature coconut trees and a pristine beach. The on-site support staff were all great. Beds are comfortable, food excellent and the space well-appointed overall. The beach is lovely and we played lots of beach volleyball. The ocean is pretty strong here so be mindful. We tried taking out the kayaks but did not seem like a good idea as we kept getting wrecked by the waves. If you're pondering if this is a great place, it is. We had a great time with our party of 8.

This place is truly amazing. The communication, food, and attention to every detail is beyond perfect. The staff is 5 star! This is our second time here. We came with 3 families and the kids were in heaven. I can't say enough great things about this property!

Wow, what can we say!! Our group of 15 had an amazing time at Litibu House. Mena made the transportation arrangements, menu planning, alcohol ordering, and yoga class seamless. The house fit 15 people perfectly. Every meal was great and the 8 am coffee station and then 10 am breakfast was the best way to start the day. For those who are a bit on the “safer” side, it is important to know the bedroom chamber locks with 2 padlocks and each of the bedrooms lock individually with a key, but the rest of the house itself is open air and exposed to the beach. The beach was safe and beautiful. After the trip, a final bill with food and alcohol and transportation charges is sent, so just remember just the air bnb charge for the house is not the final total payment required. Food and alcohol was still very reasonable!! The service at the house was perfect too, it was cleaned to a perfection every morning and Fabian and Liz provided great service for food and beverages. Highly recommend Litibu House!!

Wonderful location a truly peaceful stay and great on site staff

Context: We were 4 families (8 adults and 6 kids 5 years old and younger). We stayed at the property for our entire trip (no excursions) Pros: beautiful property right on the beach. Pool, beach, and grassy area were just enough to keep us and the kids entertained for the whole stay. Food and drinks were excellent, delicious and made from scratch. We picked a menu ahead of time but they were also very accommodating with additional food/snack requests throughout the day. Staff were friendly and attentive. My son got sick one morning and one staff member offered to drive us to a local doctor, another staff member went to her house nearby to bring us crackers, and another did our laundry and offered to make him mint tea. It was very sweet. Mena was very responsive and helpful. Even coordinated renting cribs and high chairs for our stay. Cons: The first night, we had some rain and we did not know this would bring out crabs - like A LOT of crabs. It caught us by surprise. They aren’t aggressive and are probably more scared of us than we are of them but we were surprised it wasn’t mentioned, given the volume of them. This property is VERY open air. On one hand, that contributes to the whole wonderful experience. On the other, at the end of the night, the adults would gather in the common area, which is all outdoor, and the main concerns were wildlife (lizards, bats (?), crabs, and stray dogs) and security (it’s a public beach - there’s a fence but it’s very minimally protective) - we had to lock the entrances to the area we were sleeping in at night when we go to bed. I wasn’t crazy about this. I would have loved 1 staff person working overnight to address some of these things (although they provide phone numbers to call for staff in case of urgent matters). There was construction going on next door. Had minimal impact on us but again, was surprised it wasn’t mentioned. I agree that it helps to know some Spanish to communicate with the staff - we had 1 fluent Spanish speaker and it helped tremendously. Don’t forget you can use apps for translation as well. The drive from the airport is about an hour. They helped coordinate transportation, it was ready to go as soon as we arrived and had car seats for the kids, as we requested. As you get closer to the house, roads get very rocky. Wifi is spotty. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back (maybe outside of crab season).

Was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to!!!! It was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were being waited on like the Kardashian’s!!! We had 14 girls for a bachelorette & it was so perfect. The beach is right there and there is so much space. The food was amazing, the water is filtered. Fabian had drinks ready any time we needed. They set up drivers/a boat ride etc. will definitely be coming back, it really was the best trip and all-in-all a very fair price. We will be back :)

This is a very special place that provides a fantastic get-a-way for family reunions! The staff took excellent care of all our needs, and the fresh fish (and lobster!) were amazing. If you want your own private slice of paradise, this is a great choice. Thank you Lisbeth, Fabian, and Brenda for all your great work. Ximena provides flawless communication in English, but your visit will go most smoothly if you have some Spanish speaking guests in your party. Five stars for sure!!!

This place is truly incredible, and the staff is wonderful. We did a bachelorette weekend here and it could not have been better; every guest was *amazed* by the the setting -- the house is gorgeous and beach-front access cannot be beat! It is just as cool in person as it looks in the pictures :) The house staff is super helpful and the hosts made everything easy--from helping us plan a super-fun itinerary (which was seamlessy executed!) to ensuring we had all the meals and snacks planned out. I could write a lot more about how great this place is, but much of it is already covered in the other reviews!

It’s fantastic. Stayed here with three families each with young kids ages 3-6 and it could not have been better. The grounds are beautiful. Great to have such close access to the beach and the pool. The staff (Fabian, Lizbeth, and Maria) were also incredible, made delicious food and drinks, and were so kind and accommodating. Communication prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent. Just a great experience all around.

We were 2 couples and 3 young children and this house was absolutely perfect. We could have easily fit another family with all the space. The bedrooms are spacious, but the outdoor common areas are the star of the show. Beautiful pool, huge grassy field for the kids to run around on, multiple spots to eat meals outside, multiple spots to hangout by the ping pong table, bar or lounge and play cards. Location is terrific. You're right on the beach, there's a nice 5ish mile hike you can do right from the beach, 1 mile walk down the beach to the new Conrad hotel with multiple dining options. Finally, the staff was outstanding. Far better than you'd get at any hotel. We had most meals prepared at the house and thought the food was better than any of our restaurant/hotel meals. Would highly recommend this house for any type of group.

You will not be disappointed with this place! It's like haveing an entire resort all to yourself! Road getting there is a little scary... don't fret about crossing the little creek.

Magic doesn’t even begin to cover the experience of Bahia de Banderas in Litibu. We booked the property for a joint Bachelorette Party, and from the moment we arrived and heard the crashing ocean and took in our home for the weekend, we were transported to a vacation-state one only fantasizes about: total relaxation, a giddy child-like excitement, and a feeling that we could never imagine packing our bags to go back home. The staff was impeccable, exceedingly kind, endlessly thoughtful, and made our stay more comfortable than we thought was possible. The food was out of this world, always customized from breakfast to snacks to dinner to make everyone in our large party satisfied (virgin margaritas, individual plates prepared to carefully accommodate food sensitivities, you name it). The open-air lounging possibilities were astounding: there were almost too many places to escape, get comfortable, or lounge with friends. With such a large party with such varying tastes, it’s a testament to the property and all its splendor that everyone slipped into a feeling of total paradise without complaint. We dream of coming back: jumping from the ocean to the pool, napping on the velvet loungers or seaside hammocks, playing with the property’s adorable dogs in the grass, dancing on the patio, savoring post-card sunsets, and falling asleep to the sounds of waves.

This home was one of the nicest and cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly, they cleaned our rooms daily. They even did our laundry. The location was perfect, steps to the sand. It felt like we had our own private beach. Very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Litibu House is truly incredible. The pictures don't do it justice, it is on a grander scale and had more than enough room for our three families. The outdoor seating areas are beautiful, and we opted in for the cooking and cleaning services, which really meant that there were moments of leisure for the adults as well, which was so special. The staff was so amazing, lovely, and kind. And the food was also spectacular. Watching dolphins from the breakfast table, boogie boarding in the surf, the butterflies, the perfect pool.... really it was a dream come true. The value of this place is beyond compare, and we will definitely be returning. One tip I would pass along would be to use Dacia's car service from the airport. The house is fairly remote and if you use a random service they might not find it right away.

Excellent place and experience. Thank you very much for your kindness; everything was excellent. The facilities are very nice, spacious, and comfortable for a vacation. The service from the entire team (Dacia, Lizbeth, Fabián, and Mary) was amazing; they were very attentive and helpful. Lizbeth and Fabian cook delicious food!! And Mary always kept all the facilities clean. They always followed the COVID protocols; they always used face masks and gloves to prepare, serve, and clean dishes. Thank you so much for everything. You can be sure that we will be back soon, and that it will become our beach vacation home.

We booked this house for a last minute spring break trip after plans to another location fell through. All I can say is I am so so glad we did. Casa Playa Litibu was the perfect location for our two families with young kids. We are not fans of large resorts that lack character, and prefer more remote, authentic locations. The beachfront location was perfect—quiet and full of whale-watching, fishing, volleyball, and sand-castle building. It was free of the crowds of your more traditional resort locations, and was clean, full of local friendly beachgoers, and great waves for surfing and boogie boarding. The indoor/outdoor living was as advertised and very enjoyable. Lots of games, spaces to relax, and the pool for the kids. The lawn was perfect for regular soccer games and frisbee. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the amazing support and hospitality from Lisbeth and Fabian. We opted to have cleaning/cooking services every other day we stayed (as the house is not near restaurants or a town center). The attention to detail, help shopping, DELICIOUS food, and kindness was the highlight of the trip. All in all, this home is a true hidden gem, and I can't wait to return.

Great location and great staff.

Our stay was simply perfect. We wanted to find a beachfront property that was a bit more secluded, yet with access to various activities. This place has it all, the kayaks, ample pool, the ping pong table... best part of all is the endless beach right in front of the property which we had pretty much to ourselves. Lizbeth and Fabian were also always on hand to make sure our stay was memorable. Loved it and will definitely come back!

The house is very nice, the fact that the pool is so close to the terrace makes it very convenient, you have the sea a minute away and there are many activities to do, I am charming, it is very relaxing and they take care of you wonderfully, both in the house and Dacia de Host.

Super recommended to request the preparation and service of Liz and Fabian Foods; excellent service, you will not need to go out to get absolutely nothing and if you forgot something, they will bring it for you. We'll definitely repeat it!!!

This house is an absolute paradise. We went in mid March, and the weather was perfect. The staff were also incredible, making our stay easy. My brother dedicated the weekend as “his best weekend ever”. Everyone wants to come back again it was so good.

Absolutely incredible house and experience from start to finish! The host communicated with me so thoroughly to put in place all these additional touches I wanted, lie cooling and cleaning, to chefs, etc. The house is stunning as is the location. In love with this place and can’t wait to be back!!

Amazing large open space casa right by the beach. The host is very responsive ! The only downside I would identify is the lack doors and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

We had a perfect time at this place. Communication with Kiara before our arrival was great and she helped us with all the doubts and questions we had. The place is spacious, clean and literally three steps away from the beach. It's perfectly clean and just like presented in the pictures! Every room has its own bathroom but you should know that rooms don't have doors (curtains) which for us wasn't a problem at all. The Kitchen is well equipped and we really loved the garden and pool. We would recommend this place to any group of friends or big family!! Thanks for having us! :)
