There is no way to describe the great service that Armando provides. He is attentive and always available. The place is impeccable, everything is clean, and the view from the rooms to the ocean is priceless. I highly recommend staying here as a family. You won't regret it. If you are a large family, this is your best option. All the rooms have A/C. Don't think about it so much and book right now. That trip is waiting for you.

Absolutely a super host; it was truly worth the price, considering the season and, above all, that the area is recovering from the hurricane, as are the properties and homes. I think it was fair, and everything was truly excellent. 100% recommended The place for the whole family!!!

Highly recommended house; it is huge, beautiful, with an incredible view, impeccable cleanliness and everything you need to have an excellent stay. Armando shared very clear arrival instructions with us and although we had a problem with a bathroom, it was resolved in minutes. We would definitely come back!

We had an excellent holiday at the end of the year. The house is excellent, very nice, everything works perfectly (comfortable mattresses, air conditioners, etc.) The view from the pool and dining room is spectacular. It has two large refrigerators in the kitchen, everything fit and there were 16 of us. I highly recommend it.

Very wonderful trip, it changed my original impression of acapulco!The view of the room is particularly beautiful and the bed sheets are clean!I love it!And the host, Armando, was very welcoming and helped me introduce the room facilities and prompts!!When I didn't have a wine opener with a wine opener, he helped me in a timely manner and was very grateful to him!

I highly recommend it, we really liked his attention and being on the lookout was very kind and his response was very prompt and accessible, we will definitely be back soon.

I really liked the stay here, since I made the reservation Armando was always attentive to what I asked, always ready to respond quickly and with some recommendation. Upon arrival she explained the use of everything very well and left some manuals in case there was any doubt about the use of something, the house is very nice and comfortable, the view is incredible.

Everything is very good

We had a fantastic stay. The view was spectacular and the pool was heaven. Some updating of furniture in open spaces would be nice, but the two refrigerators, bar area, large kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms made the house well worth it. Armando was an amazing host. He literally answered every message within one to two minutes. He provided us with immediate response while we were at the house and any request was addressed promptly. Our family was extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend the property to other travelers.

It is true that you feel at home with privacy and everything is very comfortable. The view is spectacular and in every room. Armando was attentive to everything we occupied. Alberta is also a good size. The kids had a blast on it. The beach is minutes away from the house. Just call and a stroller from Residential for you. Undoubtedly when we return Acapulco will be here. A great experience!!

Armando was a great host and always very responsive. House is located in a secluded private and safe area with a gorgeous view of the sunrise, ocean and city lights at night. Definitely recommend this for a big family. This was my first time in Acapulco with family and there was plenty of space. Rooms were very spacious with individual bathrooms. Only downside is for families with toddlers. I have a 2 year old which we had to be very attentive with following every second, as the sliding doors in the kitchen lead directly to the infinity pool and the sliding doors in the downstairs bedrooms lead to the balcony with a very short ledge leading downward. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again when my little one is older. Overall great experience!!
