Anick’s place is absolutely a jungle paradise! Came with 15 cousins, all ages, and we LOVED the open air communal spaces, integrated with the jungle around us and with a view of the sea nearby! Surrounded by tropical birds and monkeys while you dine, hang out, swim in the pool-it’s amazing any time of day or night! Retreat to AC rooms for sleeping; but you won’t even want to! The rooms are lovely and even nicer than the pics! So much to see nearby—and nut at all in the touristy and dense parts of CR. You get your own space. Perfect for a large group who wants to explore, surf, hike and spend every minute outside! Anick is amazing responsive, helpful. We loved it!

Just a few kilometers from the Ballena Marine National Park, Playa Dominical, and the Nauyaca Waterfalls, a small oasis rises amidst the nature that surrounds the community of Uvita: Villa Oasia, a spacious property teeming with flora and fauna, in a small country that is home to 3% of the world's biodiversity. The immediate surroundings are as wild as they are peaceful: from the croaking of the limpets in the mornings and the singing of the cicadas at dusk, to the nocturnal surprise of the nearly extinct fireflies and that pair of toucans frolicking in the branches. With a total of nine double rooms carefully integrated with the trees and lush vegetation, Oasia Villages is more than just a home: it's a haven, a place to retreat, alone or with others. The complex is centered around a deck with a pool and a spacious kitchen with a sitting area. Although each housing unit is independent, they all connect to the jungle.

Book it now! Our group of 7 couples loved staying here for our first time in Costa Rica. The outdoor spaces and views are even better than the pictures. Super spacious with lots of spots to sit and just enjoy the jungle - during our week we saw iguanas, toucans, macaws, and agouti, right from the deck. Tons of little geckos came out in the evenings too. AC in the bedrooms effectively kept us all comfortable for sleeping. Very generous supplies of toiletries, kitchen supplies, and beach towels. And as other reviews have mentioned, Anick is an absolute star. Very proactive and responsive, we used her recommendations for snorkel and nature tours as well as shopping and they were excellent! The drive uphill to the house definitely requires 4x4, it's a little challenging but Anick gave great instructions and after doing it once we had it figured out. After that your toughest decision will be finding your favorite spot to watch the sunset ;)

Hands down the most unique property I’ve ever stayed in. Would love to come back some day. Great for larger groups/multiple families as there is private space for multiple couples. Views are impeccable. Keep in mind it is very weathered given its design but to me that was expected and not an issue in the slightest. After all, you are staying in the rain forest! For me, it’s exactly what I’d expect.

Anick was so easy to work with and it was a nice place with various rooms to allow for privacy. She was so accommodating that we would stay again. No issues at all with the house or location. Overall we have found the cost of rentals to have skyrocketed over the years, (we have been coming to Costa Rica for 30+ years) and that is our only negative.

We had an amazing time at the house. It was full of amenities. It was Clean. The local restaurants were really good. It was close to town as well as the beach did several day trips that weren’t very far away from the waterfall hiked to zip lining to riding the quads overall it was a wonderful vacation. The house was incredible. Had all the amenities we wanted and our host was incredibly nice.

This villa is extraordinary nestled in lush nature overlooking UVITA, it is very well furnished and the 4 casitas allowed everyone to have their privacy while spending precious time with family (9 adults and 7 children). The pool, the huge terrace, the outdoor and indoor furniture, everything is well thought out for the pleasure and comfort of adults and children alike. The best part is the kind gardener Gilberto, who takes care of the pool and tropical garden almost daily, he allowed us to enjoy his extensive knowledge of the surrounding nature and made us wonderful bouquets of flowers. Finally, Anick's presence, responsiveness and advice were of great support to us during these 2 weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at Anick’s place! We had a group of 15, three families, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved how open the main area of the house was. Beautiful jungle and views around the home and a great spot for sunsets! Uvita, beaches, and restaurants all very close. Anick was great, she was very responsive and gave us great tips! We recommend!

This place is beyond amazing. We were in awe of the stunning views, the beautiful and functional furnishings, and the privacy the lay out provided for our group. Anick is a wonderful host. Making sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions. She is also knowledgeable about local restaurants and activities. I will definitely be staying here again on the next group trip.

Had a company retreat at this location and it was absolutely perfect.

We spent a week at Anick's place for a family reunion (4 grandparents, 4 parents, a friend, and 5 kids aged 14-10) and had yhe time of our lives; this place is amazing beyond words. First, the place itself: several units giving people privacy, but with a central kitchen, play room, living room, where everyone can.spemd quality time together. There is a small gym we used, a nice pool, and amazing views, and a garden with such beautiful flowers. Loction is also fantastic. Quiet, yet 2 minute drive (15 min walk) from the heart of Uvita where you have supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries, and short drive from the beach. The hosts are super kind and superb communicators. They accommodated all our requests (late checkout, cleaning, etc). Don't miss this place. We were very sad to leave...

We had a fantastic stay at the home to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The host was incredibly accommodating, helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire stay. The property is absolutely stunning, our jaws actually dropped when we first saw it. It fully immerses you into the jungle but you still feel like you are in a space without bugs! We hope to visit again!

Anick is a great host! Totally helpful and responsive. We felt right at home! The entire compound is amazing. For a family of 9 we were able to spread out, have some privacy and yet have great experiences in and around Uvita. This place makes you feel like you're in the jungle, and yet its so close to everything you need.

Anick was an amazing host. Always responsive when we had a question or needed something. The house itself is amazing. It is better than what the pictures present. The layout of rooms and living area was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy the house and its surroundings.
