Views, views, views!! The wrap around balcony is amazing and perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day long, there is always a spot with shade! It was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was SUPER responsive and always available for any questions. We've stayed at several condos in Esmerelda but this one takes the prize! We really enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to go back!

We stayed for a hot week in late July and truly enjoyed our stay as a family of 7. Plenty of space, comfy beds, nice AC and there was also an inflatable mattress so two of my kids had their own space to sleep comfortably. The access to the pool and beach was amazing. Diego’s restaurant on site is delicious and so fun with live music on the weekends. Staff is very friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fun beach toys and inflatables on the patio’s storage container. The only bummer about this particular location is the amount of rocks embedded on the beach. The tide schedule while we visited left the waves breaking all day around the rocks, so it made it hard and sorta risky to have the kids in the water. We went out late in the evenings, though, and enjoyed low tide, where you can get beyond the row of rocks and play safely in the water. This didn’t detract from our stay or desire to come back to this location. We loved the on site basketball and soccer courts!

Extremely happy with our stay! Our AC had an issue one of the nights because it was extremely hot and Sarah had someone over within 30 minutes. Extremely happy and looking forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and ground floor was great. Easy walk to the pool and Diego’s. Irish Pub had great pizza. We will definitely book again.

We enjoy our stay, the house was clean, something that we never have in other rentals that we stayed and we appreciate to know how to care about water with steps displayed in the fridge (that’s so helpful). This home has all the bedrooms in first floor, backyard in front of a community playground, at second floor there is a kitchen and living room, a balcony with chairs and table. We love our weekend in this house. Andrea was very communicative and attentive at all times, 5 stars to her!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, the pools were stunning, and the unit was pristine and very well maintained. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, making everything smooth and easy. Everything was comfortable and made for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that we wished the resort allowed grills, but overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay again.

I can't say enough about this place! From check-in to check-out everything was perfect! Hosts were so helpful and responded quickly! This resort has the best staff, so helpful and nice! We felt perfectly safe and felt at home. I definitely recommend this place to anybody considering staying. The beach is literally steps from the room, and the pools were perfect as well! We had everything we needed, I'm so glad I chose to spend my birthday weekend/week here, we will definitely be coming back soon! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The place is very clean and pools and beach access is steps away. The heated pools are great and clean. Security is always on site and helpful. Check in and out was easy. The dept. was very clean and comfortable. Me and my family had a great time and definitely are coming back.

Beautiful beach front condo on the ground floor. It was great being so close to the beach bar and swimming pools. The condo was super clean and fully stocked with anything you may need.

The place was beautiful with an equally breathtaking view of the ocean! The heated pools and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach. Would highly recommend for family getaways !

The photos don't do the place justice. The apartment is very nicely decorated, with everything you need for your stay. The best thing is that it is located on the 1st floor, ideal for when you have children and need to go to and from the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a perfect getaway weekend here. We had everything we needed and more, felt comfortable, and enjoyed everything. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! We will definitely be staying here again and will encourage others to do the same.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, fitted with all advertised amenities and supplies, with all equipment and appliances in perfect working order. Andrea, our designated host was extremely responsive to our requests and forthcoming with local recommendations. When the sofa bed malfunctioned, she had a repairman on the job within a couple of hours and the problem was immediately fixed. Although one wing of the resort is still under construction, we were not inconvenienced by this. Our side was finished and we had access to the pools. The resort personnel were very solicitous and responded immediatley to our request to turn up the heat in the pool, making it comfortable for bathing. All in all, a very pleasant 3-day stay that we would repeat and recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to town to make exploring super easy. I especially loved Balcony and restaurant. Rock Point Rental was communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which really enhanced my trip.

We loved our stay at Puerto Penasco!. The facility is so luxurious and clean. The view is incredible. The pool, hot tub and beach were all fantastic for our vacation. We felt incredibly safe. They are building new units however it didn’t affect us at all. We didn’t hear any construction. We sat for hours on the patio. The sunsets were glorious from the sixth floor! The place has all the necessary amenities needed for cooking and washing clothing. The beds were very comfortable. There is a restaurant at the location. Walking on the beach is so relaxing and the family loved beach combing. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We wished we stayed longer!

We have stayed at Esmeralda Resort every time we go to Rocky Point and have invited other families. They have stayed at other resorts there in Rocky Point, and they have said that this resort is extremely clean, staff is very friendly and very helpful. This is my first time in this condo and it was extremely pleasant and clean and cozy. The family that stayed with us was amazingly happy and loved the condo and the resort. We all enjoyed our stay. Even though the weather was unusually cooler than normal, we all made it fun. Diego’s Bar and Grill staff were amazing and delivered to the condo when we ordered. We will come back soon. Thank again for the wonderful staff and Esmeralda and Condo owners.

We really liked staying in this apartment, it is exactly as described. The views are spectacular and right on the beach is a plus. The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home, communication was very fluid and always attentive to every detail. I would definitely stay at this place again I would highly recommend it!

Our stay was more than amazing for 11 of us, my grandparents were happy the staff was able to let them borrow the wheelchair during our stay. During our stay we were able to order drinks from Diego’s downstairs and they walked them up for us. We had an issue with the fridge and the moment i let them know someone was up 30 minutes later and fixed it for us. This will be a top place to stay for a large group in the future.

Really love this beautiful unit. The three bedrooms were more than ample for our guests, with a master suite on one side of the unit, and two bedrooms on the other. Of all the places that I’ve stayed with Airbnb, this was the cleanest, & also was beautifully stocked with basic supplies, like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. Those little things make a big difference in terms of feeling like you’re at home & you can take care of household type chores easily. There is a very effective security system there, so travelers who have concerns about staying in Mexico shouldn’t give it a second thought! The views were spectacular at sunset, as the units in Esmeralda all face the western horizon. Diego’s, the restaurant, has very friendly wait staff, and great food. The only reason that we would not return is that the Esmeralda is pet free, & we do like to take our two dogs down to the beach from Phoenix. Without the dogs, though, the Esmeralda is it!

The place was fantastic, right there where you want to be, near the beach, near restaurants, calm, ... ...everything i was looking for our family weekend!

We were blown away by our stay! We have traveled to Rocky Point many times, and this was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The villa had incredible views, was spacious, and well stocked. It was the perfect location being so close to the beach, pool, and restaurant but we still felt like we had privacy. We will definitely stay again in the future!

This place was amazing, very spacious, and super clean. Views from the wrap around balcony are beautiful. We had a great time at the pool, my favorite was the lazy river. The beach was steps away, we were able to do some snorkeling, jet skiing and banana boat ride. I recommend this place 100%
