Very nice. The host was always attentive to us. The house is super comfortable and has everything you need to have an excellent stay.

I really liked it. Very nice, clean, and quiet. Sarahi was always available when I had a question. Recommended. I loved the place.

The Condo was nice and clean. Very spacious and the ocean view was awesome. There’s a few things on the Condo that need maintenance and maybe even replacement. We had a very good time. Diego’s Tiki bar breakfast was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely come back

We had a great stay at Esmeralda resorts. Quick access to the beach and Diego’s tiki bar. The condo was really nice and spacious and the kitchen was beautiful. I will definitely rent here again. I will recommend to family and friends.

I have stayed I’m many other rentals and this one by far exceeds all previous locations. Excellent location and beautiful resort.

Great spot! Only issue we had was the temperature of the room, but the host made sure to adjust it for us and brought us a fan. I had also called the hotel staff to ask if all amenities would be open during our stay in August. They said yes but unfortunately the restaurant on site changed their hours, so they weren’t serving breakfast during our stay. Not a big deal, but would have liked to know prior to our stay.

Great place. Easy access to beach and pools Resort restaurant was very convenient Room had everything needed for a great stay Gated access was nice. Security at gate was super nice and helpful. Room was very quiet Beach activities (jet skis, etc...) were very close and easy to find.

Hello 😊 Our stay in this house was excellent. Very nice house, everything was excellent. The beach was very close, the road to get there was very good, it was very easy to get to the house. Everything is very clean. Gaby was always very attentive, always available for anything we needed. I highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this Airbnb. The house was clean, the A/C worked great, the pool was clean, and the backyard was spacious—perfect for our large family. Las Conchas is a beautiful, peaceful beach that we really enjoyed. We did have an issue with bees around one balcony, but the host was amazing. She communicated quickly, responded to every concern, and did everything she could to help, which we truly appreciated. A few suggestions: bring a potato peeler if you plan to cook, as we couldn’t find one, and the refrigerator could cool better. The beach access was more like a 5–10 minute walk than expected. The stairs inside the house were a little challenging for our young children and elderly family members. More backyard lighting and larger TVs would also be nice. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The views were gorgeous, the property was well maintained, and we really enjoyed being able to slow down and enjoy the beach and resort. We traveled as a family, and there was plenty for us to enjoy while still having time to simply relax. The location was convenient, the atmosphere felt peaceful, and waking up near the ocean every morning was definitely one of my favorite parts.

Views, views, views!! The wrap around balcony is amazing and perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day long, there is always a spot with shade! It was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was SUPER responsive and always available for any questions. We've stayed at several condos in Esmerelda but this one takes the prize! We really enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to go back!

We stayed for a hot week in late July and truly enjoyed our stay as a family of 7. Plenty of space, comfy beds, nice AC and there was also an inflatable mattress so two of my kids had their own space to sleep comfortably. The access to the pool and beach was amazing. Diego’s restaurant on site is delicious and so fun with live music on the weekends. Staff is very friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fun beach toys and inflatables on the patio’s storage container. The only bummer about this particular location is the amount of rocks embedded on the beach. The tide schedule while we visited left the waves breaking all day around the rocks, so it made it hard and sorta risky to have the kids in the water. We went out late in the evenings, though, and enjoyed low tide, where you can get beyond the row of rocks and play safely in the water. This didn’t detract from our stay or desire to come back to this location. We loved the on site basketball and soccer courts!

10/10 Experience.

I wish some of the beds were a bit larger, but overall everything was good. A couple of things came up during our stay and they were immediately taken care of. The host was great!

Our family had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We absolutely loved the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of Las Conchas, and being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Our stay was amazing! This was our second time staying here, and this visit was even better than the first. Everything was extremely clean, and the place smelled amazing from the moment we arrived. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking! The beach is within walking distance, and there are several pools that are always clean and well maintained. We also loved the shower, the water pressure is fantastic and makes rinsing off all the sand after a day at the beach so quick and easy. The staff is consistently kind, polite, and very helpful. We also really appreciate seeing security making regular rounds, which helps create a safe, quiet, and relaxing environment for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an incredible stay! We came to Rocky Point with friends for a weekend getaway, and this place was great. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor areas were perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. The location was great—close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach while still being peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. We made some amazing memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again on our next trip to Rocky Point. Great condo that was well maintained and very clean. Nice renovations, beautiful wall to wall sliding glass door, amazing beach views from inside the condo and patio. Kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and cookware. host was proactive and very friendly. great resort that has it's own restaurant that is delicious and reasonably priced. Our family loved this place and will stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

If I could give this property more than five stars, I would. The photos are beautiful, but they genuinely don't capture how spectacular this place is in person. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a level of luxury, comfort, and attention to detail that's rare to find. Every room opens to its own private balcony overlooking the ocean, creating breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was unforgettable. The home is impeccably maintained, elegantly designed, and feels more like a private luxury resort than a vacation rental. The hosts were exceptional—responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. Every question was answered quickly, and everything exceeded expectations. This was easily one of the finest Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Simply outstanding.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were uncertain at first since it’s a bit further from town, but it was totally worth it. The condo was huge and absolutely beautiful but the most amazing ocean view out every window. I thought it was more beautiful in person. The pool down stairs was awesome and there was a bar to get drinks/food at during the day (huge bonus). It felt really safe and the beach was perfect for swimming/hanging out. The host was communicative, kind, clear and quick to respond. The guard actually checked us in, helped us find our parking spot, and carried our bags up for us. Could not have asked for a better spot for our weekend vacation. I would totally stay here again.

We enjoy our stay, the house was clean, something that we never have in other rentals that we stayed and we appreciate to know how to care about water with steps displayed in the fridge (that’s so helpful). This home has all the bedrooms in first floor, backyard in front of a community playground, at second floor there is a kitchen and living room, a balcony with chairs and table. We love our weekend in this house. Andrea was very communicative and attentive at all times, 5 stars to her!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, the pools were stunning, and the unit was pristine and very well maintained. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, making everything smooth and easy. Everything was comfortable and made for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that we wished the resort allowed grills, but overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay again.

The condo is the best in all of Peñasco; everything is of excellent quality. The host was always attentive and very friendly. I recommend it if you want to go to relax and swim in its excellent pools.

The host was great. Very proactive with communication with clear and easy instructions. Loved having a grill and hot tub in the condo. Easy walk to the beach. Loved that a couple of the pools were warm. The bar at the resort is very overpriced. Overall, we would return for a family trip.

We really loved the condo. The wrap around balcony was so amazing- we spent as much time as we could outside enjoying the views, the birds flying by so close, the ocean, and the beach life. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook some shrimp meals. The bedroom was nice and cool, and the the bed was great. Before arrival, we got the check in info as Sarah said we would, and Sarah was even there to greet us. She was so responsive and helpful! We have been coming to Rocky Point for 30+ years, and this place is special. We are definitely looking forward to returing and staying here again. Thanks!
