Absolute perfection! Amenities, view, location, everything was literally perfect! We just spent a week with our family in paradise! We had everything we needed in the condo but we had plenty restaurants to choose from and an onsite grocery store made it the perfect place to stay. We were close to the marina for a few of our activities and the beach was perfect for swimming! The pool was beautiful and the staff was very attentive! We will definitely stay again with our family of five! Thank you for a perfect family vacation!

We traveled with family, adult offspring plus their spouses and our grandchildren. The Villa apartment was spacious and exceedingly comfortable. Views were incredible and the Villa La Estancia resort is great! So highly recommend this unit, we hope to return!

Absolutely stunning penthouse! Views were incredible, hot tub and fireplace were used almost every day of our stay. Extremely clean and the butlers Cesar, Ivan and Jesus by the pool went above and beyond to make our stay that much better. They helped with dinner reservations for our large group and saving chairs for us each morning. You can also add on the all inclusive at the resort, Villa La Estanicia which we did a few nights of our stay. Great location in between downtown PV and Sayulita. What a truly unforgettable stay our family had at Brenda's place. We hope to stay again!!

Brenda Marina’s place was amazing and a luxury retreat. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for our group of 6. We enjoyed use of the kitchen and barbecue. The concierge service was unexpected and amazing! Ivan and Jesus were 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning to La Estancia and would be fortunate to stay in Brenda Marina’s place again!

We were there during the cartel fighting and had to extend our stay and they were very flexible to accommodate us. Our family of five traveled to Cabo and stayed in Brenda’s unit at Villa Del Arco, and we absolutely loved it. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family, with stunning views that exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the patio. The unit was even better than the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to excellent restaurants and all the energy of Medano Beach. We can’t wait to return.

We have been at VLE several times, but this was our first time at Brenda’s place. The penthouse and service were wonderful! Cesar, Ivan, Jesus, and Team were so helpful! There were a couple of maintenance issues (jacuzzi tub) which were promptly addressed. We would definitely recommend Brenda’s place and are looking forward to coming back!

We had 3 couples and 1 that was having a big birthday. He said that was the best birthday ever. The outdoor space was amazing. The private chef dinner was fabulous. Caesar, Ivan and Jesus were wonderful. A few maintenance issues came up and were handled promptly. I think they are also getting ready to do some upgrades like the hot tub which is much needed. Overall fabulous stay and I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is modern, spotless, and truly gorgeous—every detail feels high-end and thoughtfully designed. The exterior is just as impressive, if not more so and every element was very luxe. The outdoor fire pit and jacuzzi were major highlights for us; we spent every evening relaxing outside and it felt like our own private oasis. The butler team of Caesar, Juan and Ivan put this vacation over the top! One recommendation: definitely book a private chef through the resort for at least one night. It was an unforgettable experience and made our stay feel even more special. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—an incredible stay from start to finish!

This is our third stay here and as always, we love it. The pictures just don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful, large, airy and comfortable space. The outdoor area is the best with a private hot tub, fire pit and lots of loungers.

This place is beyond STUNNING. We traveled with 4 couples for a 40th birthday getaway and I can’t express how perfect this set up was for our group. Four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a breathtaking outdoor entertaining area and hot tub. The butler was incredibly responsive and helpful in booking dinner options and grabbing reservations at the resort’s spa. If you’re considering this spot- book it!

This penthouse was wonderful. All of the rooms were very spacious and more than we could have asked for, the photos do not do the size justice. Everything was clean and the staff was great.

Our family had a great time at Brenda’s place. Awesome space for a family or group of friends and patio was huge. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and the view of yachts coming into the bay and marina. Taxi into marina only $20 plus tip. Pool nice. Pool food ok and Starbucks next door with store. Easy ocean access and water was turquoise and fantastic with little wake.

We had a great time at the property. it's a beautiful oceanfront penthouse located in Villa la estancia resort. plenty of restaurants on the property and close to most of the activities in Cabo. The rooms were clean with beautiful views from the balcony. Daily room service from the resort. Also, had a butler available for any issues or assistance. Highly recommend the place.

Absolutely stunning spot to take in the beautiful ocean view. The entire space was light-filled and airy. We loved the outdoor space - the hot tub and multiple seating areas were fantastic and allowed you to enjoy either sun or shade no matter the time of day. The beach and pools were easily accessible with an elevator just outside the condo. The resort itself was just our speed - various activities going on but a calm energy overall. We hope to be back again soon!

I’ve stated at nice air bnbs but this place takes the cake. The view, huge patio, large communal areas, and service from the hotel is top notch. I will definitely always stay here everytime I visit Cabo. 1000% worth it!

AMAZING property, location, beach, service! The views from the balcony were spectacular, gorgeous, clean, spacious home! The beach and pool were so pretty and we never had trouble getting chairs! We ate at all the restaurants and loved everything especially Neptune Seafood. The hosts were so responsive, any questions were answered within minutes! We are definitely going back and staying at this gorgeous penthouse! Thank you!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and beautiful! The view is breathtaking -we kept the drapes open constantly to see our view, day and night. Only used the hot tub once but it was amazing and had such a great vantage point to the Cabo rocks. The deck is enormous (it just keeps going from ocean front to pool view!) Enjoyed fun breakfasts outside in the deck and afternoon suntanning. The maids were wonderful too. We made sure to tip them well. And the most fun welcome surprise of all was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, wine, fresh fruit and pastries arranged beautifully on the center island. This has been our best stay in Cabo ever and we come often! Thank you Brenda for your wonderful place and superb communication! I already want to return!!

Absolutely gorgeous penthouse with stunning views!! Pools and service were fantastic. Very clean. Stayed with our two teenagers and they appreciated the bedroom with two beds.

We had a great friends trip including a 10 month old. This place was excellent for a shared space but provided a private space for all. All questions were answered quickly and completely by the hosts, and the view and location exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The views are panoramic and gorgeous! The condo was spotless with daily cleaning and turn down service. We absolutely loved the location, the condo and the resort. The host was super responsive with any questions I had. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a lovely, spacious, tasteful room with amazing views of the ocean. The butler was helpful and reached out daily to provide support. The beaches are close and clean. The pool is fabulous with great drink service. One of the items that excited us the most about the place was the fire pit. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I messaged the host on the second day, but they didn't respond. That was disappointing. They will pressure you on the first day for a timeshare. The restaurants are average but convenient. Taking an Uber for 15 minutes has many options for great restaurants. Other than those couple things, we loved it.

My family and I had a fantastic holiday retreat at this Penthouse oasis, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The views alone make this a great place, but when you add in the location, amenities, the balcony, and the unit itself, it was a perfect selection for us. It was spacious, well appointed, and the views from the wrap-around balcony were spectacular. The communication and check-in process were phenomenal as well. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! Everything was immaculate and the Estancia staff went above and beyond to make us feel like Royalty. If you’re looking for a place to have a nice event with 4 couples or with children the double room this is your place! From the warm waters of the pool, to the amazing swim up bar staff, you will not be disappointed. Nice time of year to still be able to jump into the sea of Cortez and enjoy Cabo’s beautiful ocean waters. The unit itself has such charm and lacks nothing. Thanks to Brenda and staff for prompt communications and always being there if needed.

This is hands down the best place to stay in cabo! The view is something you will only find here. Such a spacious penthouse with a hot tub that faces the arch! The hotel in which it is located works very well if traveling with a family. I have 2 teenage daughters and they enjoyed the room service with late night dips in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place, if you have ever been to cabo you know there are only a few beaches to swim on, that's what makes this place perfect. 10 out of 10 for my family of 4, we will definitely return next year

We took a trip to Cabo at the recommendation of our son-in-law (30 years old), who was just finishing 13 months of immunotherapy after diagnosis and surgeries for his melanoma diagnosis. It was a special trip anyway, to be able to celebrate him being done with treatment, but it was even more special because both our entire immediate family and his immediate family were able to go on the trip to celebrate him. Since we had 4 couples in our immediate family, I looked for a place with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and this really fit what we were looking for. We walked in and it was more beautiful than we even imagined, although the pictures on the website are beautiful and accurate - sometimes that ends up not being the case. I was also a little concerned as there were just a few reviews. In addition to being beautiful, it was clean and spacious and the outdoor space was absolutely breathtaking, I have never stayed at a place with a view like this. We LOVED it!

We loved this penthouse! It was our second visit to this unit. It is better than the pictures and description show. It is comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. The glass doors when opened make it feel like the inside and out are together - it's all just perfect! And watching sunset from the balcony or in the hot tub while listening to the ocean below was dreamy. Jamie was our butler again - he is the best! He is super responsive and follows through with everything. He is personable and reliable. We are in very good hands when we are working with him.

We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary . Second time renting this unit . It is fabulous . Even with one day of a tropical storm and some hiccups . We enjoyed the suite and views . We again got the all inclusive . The staff at the resort was so responsive t every need and requests . Douglas the host was also very attentive to our needs thru out the week and responded immediately . This suite is amazing can’t wait to get back

This was a beautiful space for my family and I! Amazing views with a huge wraparound terrace! Plenty of space! We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony throughout our week! Communication was great and check in was smooth. We decided to not do the all inclusive package but we did go to each restaurant at Villa Del Arco and to their next door hotel Villa Del Palmar and enjoyed our meals. If you are eating and drinking at the hotels the whole time it might be a good idea to get the all inclusive. If not there is a Walmart across the street to get groceries and make some meals in the beautiful kitchen in this penthouse … We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Villa La Estancia is a wonderful place. It is peaceful and beautiful, yet there are so many things to do close by. It is a great spot for families.

Our stay at Brenda's Place was spectacular! A private penthouse with majestic views of the Sea of Cortez and the Arch was breathtaking. Douglas was very responsive and prompt with every question or concern I had with the property. The wireless mesh system in the unit made for excellent internet speed. Very clean and immaculately maintained on a daily basis. It was a magical stay for my family as they were very impressed with the unit. Relaxing in the jacuzzi or hearing the gentle waves while going to sleep was very soothing. We elected not to go with the all inclusive because we wanted to venture to other places. However dining at Neptunes, El Patrone and American Grill was great. My wish is that Brenda keeps this unit so that we may stay again in the future, however with every reviewer wanting to come back, hopefully there will an open spot when we return. Overall the five star rating is well deserved and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brenda's place at La Villa Estancia was incredible! The sweeping views, expansive living and entertaining space made it perfect for our family vacation. The place is amazing. Just as described and the pictures do not do it justice. The penthouse is beautiful inside and out. In addition to the wonderful accommodations, Jaime (the Chief Butler) is there to take care of any need you may have. I can't express enough our gratitude for the help that Jaime provided to our group to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this place for any group/family gathering. The bartenders at the pool bar were all very attentive as was the pool staff. Any time we needed a taxi to venture off of the property the bellmen at the front door were quick to help. Overall, the place is 5 stars and you cannot go wrong booking this amazing penthouse.

This place is the most beautiful spot on the property. The views of the sunset on the patio are stunning. The rooms are spacious and very well-kept. The beds are extremely comfortable. The butler, Jaime was so helpful and responded to all our needs very quickly. That was a nice bonus to the place. This place is very special. Stayed here with my family for a week in Cabo. Absolutely beautiful Airbnb. Check in was quick and easy. Very convenient valet parking included for our car rental. The views from the apartment are incredible and all rooms have balcony access. We were surprised with how big the unit was, the pictures really don't do it justice, large open rooms, bathrooms and common areas. The resort has big beautiful heated pools with a swim up bar and it's directly on a swimmable beach. It's the perfect location in the cabo area, beautiful views towards los Arcos, 2 minute drive toward the marina/city center, very safe as its within a gated community of resorts and easy access to and from the airport. Strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a large 4 bedroom unit in proximity to everything in Cabo.

Absolutely stunning views and great balcony! We would stay here again!

This was our second time staying and we could not been happier. 3 Families - 6 adults and 7 kids under ages 3-8. It was perfect for us. The hotel pools, gym, and spa are wonderful, particularly for the price of the stay. The all inclusive package is a GREAT option especially cause you can do it day today. It is an easy 30 min beach walk or walk on a path into the cute town of Bucerias. Our kids even did it twice! Oh, and the personal helper (Istasti) was incredible. Could not have been nicer! The one thing to be careful of is communicating with the hotel about the all inclusive. If you don't time it exactly right, it can be confusing when you are covered. We will be back!

Our group of ladies had a fabulous time at Brenda’s penthouse! We loved the rooftop terrace and made full use of the kitchen and gathering spaces! The butler, Jamie, provided excellent service and gave us an unexpected concert at sunset one evening on the rooftop! We can’t wait to return!

The room is amazing- the pictures do not do it justice. To see it with your own eyes is incredible. The indoor living quarters are excellent but the outdoor living areas are on a different level and something that we have not experienced before. You can sit in the jacuzzi and see the most beautiful sunsets. Once out of the jacuzzi you can enjoy your family/friends around the fire pit. There were six of us that stayed here and we all had a wonderful time. The standout point of the room and the highlight of our trip was our butler, and now friend, Jaimie. He will go out of his way to do anything possible to make your stay the best it can be. He is friendly, funny and very caring. He is a genuinely fine person. Thank you for opening up your place Brenda- we hope to be able to come back!!!!

This Penthouse was so beautiful and we enjoyed every moment. Every part is well kept, clean, and well designed. The views are amazing and we’d love to visit again. Jaime the personal butler was so kind, thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and responsive. This place is absolutely beautiful. The deck is huge and gets beautiful sun with 360 degrees of the water. There are multiple places to hang out—a hot tub, a huge table, lounge chairs, multiple couches. And so much space for everyone to hang out! The rooms were spacious and clean and the master bedroom had very comfortable beds. We couldn’t ever figure out how to get hot water from the master bathroom shower so we took freezing showers all week, but the jacuzzi tub in the same bathroom was wonderful. Jaime’s service was top notch! Such a great butler! He brought coffee to our room every morning. Bliss. The hot tub has some serious maintenance issues but other than that we have no complaints. This unit is massive and beautiful and clean and you honestly won’t want to ever leave!

It was a beautiful penthouse with a gorgeous view of the ocean from pretty much every room. We had a great time relaxing on the patio lounge chair while enjoying the ocean views. Would recommend anyone visiting PV to experience it.

Amazing views, very clean. Would stay again

This place was better than advertised. It was huge and clean. The best part is the balcony, which was massive and could easily fit 100 people (we didn't do that of course). It is important to understand that this is a penthouse unit at a hotel/time share building. This was great for us because there were many restaurants on property and we had access to things like room service. We took advantage of the all inclusive, which is was $140 a day per adult and $70 per child. In my view, this information could have been made more clear to us from the outset. I only learned about it after I did some independent digging and than followed up with the host with specific questions. The all inclusive was fine. It was not stellar in terms of service or quality, but many things were good to very good, which was perfect for our family. I imagine during high seasons, this place can get very crowded and service might be delayed. All this aside, the unit was perfect.

This place was incredible. It is exactly as it was described. The customer service was excellent. The unit is very large and the views are spectacular. It made our stay "over the top". We loved every minute we were there and hope to come back.

This place is epic! I've stayed at some of the nicest resorts in the best rooms in Central and South America and this is for sure one of the best I've ever stayed in.

This place is EVEN BETTER in person than in pictures!! It’s THE BEST room at the resort! There is a private entry gate, a very large foyer, wall to wall Sliding glass doors to the BIGGEST wrap around Balcony you’ve ever seen with a jacuzzi that overlooks the beautiful ocean! The kitchen & living room are extremely open & large. The bedrooms & bathrooms were both enormous & pristine, and there is a pull out bed in the theatre room. I loved everything about this place! This Beautiful place made our trip SO AMAZING!!

Beautiful place with amazing view!

The penthouse views were amazing and great restaurants to eat at or catching the trolley to hotel next door was also great. Having easy access to the beach and doing activities as soon as you step out of hotel was very convenient and loved our time in Cabo!

Unfortunately, the unit was occupied the day we arrived due to the hotel’s mistakes. I contacted Brenda and even though we were given another unit for the first night, she agreed to refund the full price for the first night. The penthouse once we moved in was superb. Better than most hotel presidential suites. AC needs some work due to the heat of the sun on the vast windows and hot water not very hot but the weather is so wonderful that I’m not sure I’d have a hot shower. Facilities are incredible. Already recommended this unit and resort to a friend who’s booked it for early July. Highly recommend!

Our favorite things about this space were the stunning views and wrap-around balcony. Morning coffee and evening wind-down were made perfect by these two things. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Daily room service was a nice amenity. Our family had a wonderful time!

Great place in a great location.

I don't know where to start! This unit was exactly like the pictures showed. It was amazingly beautiful, both indoors and out. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The opening glass doors in the rooms allowed for so much fresh air and sunlight. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and we really enjoyed watching the sunset there. We loved the fire pit too! There was such a great ambiance on the patios both day and night. We almost didn't want to leave the unit! We didn't have any problems except that the fire pit gas ran out and the hot tub needed to be cleaned (since we were using it every day). We mentioned that in the morning and someone was there within hours. The best was the butler! Jaime was amazing and so responsive to our needs. We loved our time there and definitely will go back!!!

We have been to La Estancia many times but this was our first time staying in this suite. It felt very private and definitely had the WOW factor, when we first walked in. The staff were very helpful and all spoke very good English. We had a problem with the hot tub on our arrival but it was addressed quickly by a team of maintenance staff. The showers had good water pressure and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We had an assigned concierge/butler who provided help with issues and with booking reservations and a van to take the family on a boat trip. The only other problem we faced (which we did NOT ask to be fixed) was that the outdoor fireplace and grill both ran out of gas after running for 15-20 minutes, as if the gas pressure went to 0. This happened a couple of times so perhaps Brenda can have folks look at it now. We didn’t alert anyone to the problem. Genuinely, it was a great experience overall and we hope to go back again soon!

Reccos 4 best experience; -Use pool/beach & nothing else related to hotel/VillaGroup. Onsite options well below avg & extraordinarily overpriced. Would NOT recco ‘all inclusive’ or you limit yourself to below mediocre food for entire stay -Gorgeous brand new grocery (Chedraui) 4min/$9cab. Nice as any mid/high end in US & cheaper than WalMart. If ur even avg in kitchen you’ll blow away onsite rstrnts for fraction of the $ -Eat in unit or go to town. Ranges from nice tourist stuff like RuthsChris or venture a block off main drag & find awesome more local spots. The doorman gives good reccos. Listen to him & keep an open mind. -Research & get restaurant resos long b4 you arrive. Popular spots fill fast (Ediths, Office, etc)

Had a great time staying at Brenda's place. The accommodations were more than we expected. Although the accommodations were great, our butler Jamie was over the top attentive. The views from the roof top deck were incredible including the sunsets. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful place with an extra large terrace and jacuzzi and spectacular views. The master bedroom is very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The beach and pool area are very inviting and well served. The steakhouse and poolside restaurant we’re both delicious and served a great variety. Don’t pass on the shrimp wrap. The property was busy but never really crowded. This penthouse is very private and quiet and the Butler was attentive. There were a few technical glitches but they responded quickly to fix. Great place to enjoy Nuevo and Puerto Vallarta

Absolutely stunning view and fabulous rental. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms stellar! What a wonderful place to spend the holidays and we could watch fireworks from our balcony’s who needs anything more than waking up to the sunrise across the bay and watching the sun dip into the ocean. Fabulous place and highly recommended!

Stunning patio with 360 views of Cabo. We loved our visit to this penthouse apartment. The space is huge from large bedrooms and bathrooms to a super large kitchen and porch. Perfect for our family. We can't wait to come back.
