It was great; we had a wonderful time as a family. I highly recommend the place; everything was very clean, the neighborhood was safe, and we enjoyed nature and tranquility. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the town, which is very quiet and safe. It was the best, and we hope to return soon. Thank you for having us.

The host was very responsive and kind. The place as positive and negative. Positive : very peaceful and secure spot close to town but not too much, surrounded by jungle. There is a beautiful private pool close to the beach. The house is larger than what it seemed to us. Well equipped overall. The pool by the house was too cold during this period of the house but it was maintained almost daily. Negative: probably because the condo is not inhabited all the time and since it’s on the first floor, the humidity and smell are very very present. I mean, clothes get damped and nothing dries. Overall very cool place to rent for us, group of 8 (2 families of 4).

The place was very nice. My only complaint was too few towels for a 5 night stay and no workable option for getting more towels or a sheet change.

Michael, He had 14 body towels for his stay, for 2 adults and 3 children, he also had 12 hand towels, they are enough for 5 days, almost 3 towels per person for 5 days, they can always have them washed if they need more, the laundry is 8 minutes away walking.

We stayed at Jose’s place for the month of April. Due to some personal issues, we had to postpone our trip . The host was very gracious in alliwing us to change our reservation. The apartment was very good size to accommodate the guests we had during our time there, as well as ourselves. It was well appointed and had everything one needs upon arrival. A big plus was we could bring our pets with no problem. The unit is quite secluded, which we enjoyed We were a very easy walk to town and the beach. San Pancho is what Sayulita was like thirty or more years ago. The place is super quiet we only had neighbors for a few nights during our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The property itself (Hacienda San Pancho) is a bit dated but once you’re in Jose’s unit it’s perfect. Great location, walk to the beach (about 10 minutes via the club house), or to Centre via the bridge (also about 10 minutes). Quiet, peaceful, everything you need right there. Wish we’d booked longer.

We had an amazing time. The location was amazing, close to town but private and quiet. The home was very large for our party of 5. We absolutely loved the home pool and the community pool up the road. We felt very safe and cared for. We loved our time in this beautiful paradise.

I had a great time, it was a beautiful place. We did have hard time finding hot water to shower. One recommendation I would suggest for the owners of the place, is to make the bridge connecting to the town, accessible for all mobility devices such as strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs. Universal accessibility makes traveling easier for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place and go back again! Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The hacienda was beautiful.

One of the best Airbnb Experiences! The apartment is incredible! It really doesn't need anything! In addition, the subdivision has everything to enjoy a few days of rest! The beach that seems to be the best private beach and the attention to the guest is not even worth mentioning... always attentive to make your stay the best possible!

It is an excellent option to have a very quiet time with the family. The service from José and Mr. Felipe was excellent. They answered all our questions and were attentive to making sure everything was fine. Totally recommended.

Very nice stay! My family and I had a great time, the house is very nice , the club has a huge pool with water very nice temperature, Mr. José is super attentive and friendly , very close to downtown San Pancho and Sayulita , we would definitely come back !

Highly recommended for a group of friends or family. Clean and spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are great. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The location is a 10-minute walk from the beach and the center of San Pancho . Beach club access and a beach that's super good (not many people) The only thing is that the pool in the apartment is unheated and it was not possible for us to get in (we went in December and it wasn't that hot)

I went with my family and we all loved the place, the location is between the jungle and very close to the beach to walk, the place is spacious and better than you see in photographs, the attention from the host and the staff was always timely and very kind I would definitely book again!

It's a very large apartment, better than in the photographs, the super cool decor! It's like you're at home. Amazing pool! Nights listening to the sounds of the jungle and watching the fireflies, it's so worth it! The answer is immediate from José and Don Felipe ! Very recommended☺️! We will definitely be back!!

The stay was amazing!! To tell you the truth, it's much better than what you see in the photos. José's accommodation is just as good as a 5-star hotel. You have 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The master bedroom also has a tub for a relaxing bath and a dressing room. The spaces are very spacious (kitchen, living room, dining room and each room) You have a terrace with table and chairs, and best of all, the pool right next to the terrace. The advantage is that it's not very deep, and the kids can have fun without you worrying about them getting hurt. It has a barbecue. And a very large garden that is fenced, making it totally private. The apartment has everything. The quality of the tableware, kitchen utensils and pots is appreciated. Everything was impeccable, nothing old and in perfect condition. A corkscrew? Knives? Coffee maker? Microwave? It's got it. The apartment has central air conditioning, that is, at all times and wherever you are standing, it is super cool. Something you appreciate when the temperature reaches 36° on the beach. To get to the beach club and then to the spectacular beach, you can walk along the cobbled path. Or arrive by car. It's a maximum of 500 meters. And this amazing ride. It has chairs and umbrellas in the apartment, ready to spend a very pleasant time at the beach. This has been one of my best experiences when booking an Airbnb. I thank Mr. José infinitely for all his attention. I'm sure whoever gets the chance to go won't regret it.

Jose’s villa is very nice. We had just about everything needed. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Salt and pepper there but we bought everything else we needed. There is no washer so you need to plan for packing laundry to the laundry services including towels and bedding if your stay is long. Maid service needs to be planned ahead and is extra but she doesn’t do the sheets and towels so we had her once but not after that. Just sept and cleaned a little ourselves. Our bed was comfy. A few complained about there’s 🤷♀️. Depends what you like. A car or taxi would be needed to do laundry because the walk is long if you’re carrying anything heavy. Good news is you can pick it up the next day and doesn’t cost much. The complex at the time we visited had very few people staying. The hotel was empty part of the time. We had a few people in and out of the next door villa other than that it was just us. Nice but strange! Unsure about other times of the year. It’s a bird lovers paradise for sure. So much variety. Parolets visited us daily! Butterflies everywhere and a few iguanas. Bring binoculars. Bring mosquito spray! The private pool at the villa is nice but unheated. Certain times a year I can see that would be desirable. Was cold in January/February. We did a lot of walking even though we had a car. It was just easier if you crossed the bridge to town. It’s a nice walk. The walk to the beach club pool isn’t bad. It’s a nice private cobblestone road. A little hill at the end with quite an incline if you have trouble walking. Once there the view is incredible. Sit and watch for whales breaching depending on time of year. We saw a few. If the beach club is open you could sit there all day and get your drinks. No food was available because they are slow I think. If you planned ahead or ordered out I think they may have delivery. We never did that. The path to the beach has a gate and it is locked every night so even though you can walk the beach to town which isn’t bad at all you will have to come back through town if it’s past 8 or 9 jic. We barely made it once. He heard us and waited. We had friends/family come and go. If you don’t turn the water on full blast it’s enough for several showers. The last day Water was out. No idea why but we came home stinky. Had to wash dishes with drinking water but that was the only issue. Other than the shower heads were plugged and horrible when we got there but brought it to the caretaker Felipe’s attention and he had one fixed and another replaced same day. Yayyy! We had a car and drove everywhere. The entrance to the hacienda is on a busy road and you have to be careful. Overall a very nice months stay. If what you like is a nice quiet vacation sitting by the pool and a nice walk to town with a leisurely supper then this is for you! Town is always busy but really comes to life at night. Several places are closed until 6:00 or so. Street entertainment comes out. It’s pretty fun!

The house is excellent with a private pool and a beautiful garden with lots of privacy. We had a wonderful vacation. It's a super quiet place just 5 minutes from the beach. The pool that's close to the beach is perfect, with beds and sun umbrellas. Mr. José answered all our questions and was super fast, always at our service in case we needed anything. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back soon :)

We loved the villa. It honestly exceeded our expectations... The town of San Pancho is very small but cozy and full of local cuisine... The beach club is very nice, just steps from the beach, where we had a lot of fun because the waves were great for my kids to surf. Communication with Jose de Jesús was excellent. He was always very attentive and concerned that we always had what we needed. We will definitely be back... 😀

We enjoyed our time in San Francisco. The best part of this condo is the access to the beautiful beach club a few minutes walk away. It has a big, warm infinity pool with a view over the river valley and of the gorgeous (practically empty) part of the beach. There was almost no one there. Loved it...

we enjoyed our stay here so much! it was perfect for us. it was very stylish and spacious living. perfectly private, yet easy walking distance to both town and the beach. we would come back and stay here in a heart beat. Jose was very helpful and friendly and we are glad we met him.
