Regina, who shares the management with Gabriela, is super flexible and cooperative and always attentive. But without belittling her, Don José, the house manager, is simply spectacular in his treatment, service and availability, making you forget about any pending issues. Regina also provided us with kitchen services through Verónica, who, like Don José, offers incredible service, with all the initiative in the world to cook for us, offering us snacks and preparing fresh water between meals, in addition to the very good seasoning of everything she prepared for us. Between the two of them, they managed to make us forget about any pending issues and dedicate ourselves to enjoying the tranquility of the house, with its wonderful gardens and the sound of the river. Highly recommended. Thank you very much to all three of you. We are definitely already planning to come back.

My stay was wonderful. From the planning stage, Regina and Gabriela were super attentive and helped me a lot with every detail. 🫶🏼 The house is even prettier than in the photos: very spacious, comfortable and with wonderful beds for resting. In addition, José and Vero (who spoiled us with delicious food during our stay) were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always willing to help us. I highly recommend this place. We are leaving with beautiful memories, very grateful for all your attention, and eager to return. ❤️

Everything is very good. It's very easy to get there, and the area is very quiet and central. The only recommendation is to bring a good amount of repellent.

The house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and everything, but I feel that they should do better maintenance on some things in the house, improve the mattresses since they are very hard, and put in some fans. Mr. José was always on top of everything.

We really liked the place, the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained, and José's service was excellent—he was attentive the whole time, as was Vero. The food was delicious. The only area for improvement I would mention is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, except for the king-size bed. It would be amazing if some renovations could be done, or if mattress toppers or something similar could be provided to make it a great experience. As for my dog, she had a blast walking around all the gardens. ✨

We had a family reunion from 2/28 - 3/2. The place is as beautiful as you see in the pictures. Once you’re in the garden, any stress in your body melts away. The lush landscape, flower beds, and huge trees makes it feel like a true gateway. I was able to see huge butterflies 🦋 and birds 🐦 singing. The neighborhood is close to the entrance from Mexico City which is convenient, nearby restaurants as well as supermarkets. Jose , who manages the house, was amazing, he kept the place clean. He also helped us with the fireplace at night (located in an open seating area facing the pool and garden) which was the centerpiece to gather in the evenings, listening to music and playing board games. We paid extra to keep the swimming pool heated which was a nice touch. We will come back!

The house is in a place sheltered by majestic trees that give it an incomparable shade, super clean air to breathe and a very natural environment. I would definitely return.

The RODRÍGUEZ house is definitely super recommended, we spent 5 days of stay and we were at home, when touring the house everything was in order, the rooms were comfortable, bathrooms with clean towels, and cleaning supplies as described, the full kitchen with all its utensils with nothing to worry about, the gardens impeccable and it is worth paying for the pool boiler since the water is very pleasant; and since we arrived Mr. José offers all the hospitality, always very kind and attentive, even if he did not feel that the Lord at home, supported us in everything we need even sadly to say goodbye to Mr. José and the house. We'll definitely be back!! Ahh and the German shepherd dog Chopin is very friendly. The whole family was very happy

Excellent stay, the type of accommodation is more forested than tropical so it is ideal if you like this climate, the house is very good every detail is very nice, very spacious, and the treatment is unbeatable. At least in autumn if you need to use the extra boiler service for the pool, and that would be the only point to consider since in my experience because of the size and depth of it this service there is very expensive, almost twice the average, I guess because of the type of system, I think it should be updated.

Very nice house, the garden is very much enjoyed, the pool in room temperature (May) is close to 20 degrees Celsius that for us was cold, but you can order the boiler service, in general everything is fine, the services without problem, I would definitely return.

The place is beautiful with incredible green spaces. It has a very enjoyable terrace bar next to the pool, which was at an excellent temperature. José is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen seemed small to me for so many bedrooms, but everything works well.

The house is very nice and very cozy; the garden is beautiful. Gabriela and José's service was also first class and, despite some maintenance details (one day it rained a lot and a small leak formed in the dining room; another day, in one of the bathrooms, the water was not hot), we had a very nice weekend. A wonderful place, and excellent service

Since your arrival at the house the sound of the Chicharras harmonizes your senses, in a modest and quiet entrance in a closed street. The garden is very beautiful, nice to walk barefoot and enjoy the view of the oldest trees around you. I can't imagine another great person like Jose to meet you in the house with that kindness and helpfulness that only he can offer you. From supporting you with your things upon arrival, reviewing the pool temperature, leaning on preparing the barbecue, lighting the fireplace, etc. and feeling calm at rest, knowing that it is on the lookout of the house next to the pleasant Chopin. Surely most of the stay you will be enjoying the pool and in the living room next to the bar. You can enjoy peace and quiet at this place during your stay. The climate will allow you to enjoy the morning sun and cool off at night so you can sleep comfortably without the need for air conditioning. It was lovely to be able to enjoy the house with our baby, the pool and be able to accompany him on his walk throughout the garden.

Everything in the house is great, the facilities are spotless and the treatment of Mr. jose and Mrs. Ninfa was excellent. If it is a place to totally disconnect from the city, incredible vegetation and the sound of the Rio relaxes incredible. Everything is very nice.

A place that exceeds expectations... For those of us coming from Mexico City, it is conveniently located at the entrance to Cuernavaca, which avoids having to suffer the usual traffic to enter the city. However, it is not very far from downtown and there are places nearby for shopping, dining, etc. The very quiet area, the house although old, is well preserved and maintains a cozy atmosphere, ideal for those looking for either total tranquility, or a festive atmosphere, as it has everything, gardens, pool, bar, barbecue, fireplace, five spacious rooms with their own bathrooms, all very well set in a traditional and tasteful Mexican style. The garden is large and next to the terrain runs a small roll that does not look contaminated as it is usually in many cases and the sound of running water all the time is very relaxing. It doesn't seem to be inside a city, you only see trees and plants of all kinds. The pool is a good size ideal for a large family to enjoy it and with the plus that for an extra amount, it can be heated, which was ideal for the days when we stayed in winter, something fresh. It has a cozy dining room and a room with all amenities, a full kitchen, a large room in the garden by the pool, with tables, armchairs and bar bar where you can also eat, and a bathroom and changing room by the pool so you don't have to move to the house. The plus was the presence and assistance of Mrs. Ninfa who does the cleaning of the house and if desired, she can cook, and Mr. José, who takes care that everything works normally and we could even turn to him to make some supermarket purchases always with the best attitude and kindness. It is complemented by the presence of Chopin, a huge German shepherd, most docile and affective, which for those of us who love animals, it was a pleasure having nearby. Therefore, this spacious house of Ms. Gabriela, the host, is highly recommended. She keeps it in good condition as if she lived there permanently, which translates into each and every detail that makes this place very cozy and fun to spend a weekend or more days, as was our case. We will definitely be looking to return in the future.

A very nice house, the garden is unparalleled, the sound of the river is something magical, the house in general is very clean, only the blankets and sheets are already a little old, that if the bathroom towels are new and very soft. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The whole house is to be enjoyed both inside and outside in the pool, a delicious family atmosphere.

The house has an unbeatable location, and although it is not new it is in good condition, what is really worth it is the garden which is a true beauty. The pool was heated to an ideal temperature which made our stay very pleasant. José the caretaker was very friendly and helpful, as well as the girl who did the cleaning for us, they really made a difference in our stay. There are some maintenance details in the house, however Gabriela, the owner, is more than willing to take care of all the details so that more people benefit when they rent the property. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing.
