We really like this place. We have stayed at a few other houses in Kino and this seems to fit us and our needs the best. The large patio is a plus. We also like the outside ’shower/rinse’ area to clean off the sand before getting to the patio.

It was a very nice experience, we had a great time, it has everything you need and a little more, obviously you have to go prepared for what you want to do but in general it is well equipped, the descent to the beach is easy. I would go back and recommend it.

Great and clean place

Had a great stay in celebration of Mother’s Day. The time at the property was amazing. So close/right on to the beach and easy access. We will go back for sure.

The host was great, He checked in with us and gave clear instructions. The views from the house were just beautiful, the property itself just far exceed the photos listed. We rented it for a family getaway and everyone really enjoyed it. We would recommend and revisit.

We visit Kino nearly every year around end of Sept/start of Oct and this was hands down our favorite place we have rented. The area we clean off after going to the beach is convenient and helps us keep the house clean from all the sand. We had a full house and I was surprised how handy that third bathroom made a big difference. The black out shades were fantastic! We’ll be keeping our eye on this place whenever we have a large gathering.

Antonio was very helpful and attentive, he always made sure that everyone could get there easily and was proactive in communication, his house is very nice and comfortable. It's perfect for a weekend at the beach

By far my best Airbnb HOST experience ever. Photos represent the property very well. Airbnb security measures don’t accommodate phone carrier glitches very well. Antonio and Sebastian worked with me. Greatly appreciated. Next time, because I will be back, I will take 3 boxes of tissue, ice (lots of convenience stores very close by), and washcloths, the latter aren’t common even at the hotels. Mil Gracias, Antonio y Sebastian, for a beautiful experience.

the place was fantastic. we spent the week after Christmas there and had a wonderful time with family. the porch and the access to the beach could not have been better with small children. they could get out the lower door to the beach and we could watch them from the porch and the ocean is far enough from the house that the small ones can't run down to it easily or quickly, so it felt very safe. still, don't just let little ones run free, it's a big beach. the porch and living room is a greatsetup for sunset happy hour, great view of afternoon sun and sunset, and pretty great place for morning cup of coffee overlooking the ocean. beds were great, bathrooms too, and the master bedroom has a sliding door to the porch which was great. kitchen had all we needed, nice big fridge with freezer, lots of counter and cabinet space, great setup. highly recommend for family vacations.

The host was beyond accommodating and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location was immaculate and had additional accommodations not listed (water dispensar, extra chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of towels!) that left us enamored with this airbnb. The house is what we needed, impeccable cleanliness, Accessories in bathrooms such as Towels, Perfect soaps, very kind and always attentive host, the beds impeccable. It is an excellent space. The whole family was very comfortable and happy. We felt like home. We will gladly return!

Everything is excellent. The house is not new but they have everything in perfect condition and clean condition. Unbeatable beach access. The only thing I put on it is the less than 50cm fence that divides the terrace with the neighbor's terrace. The meeting of them looked like it was along with ours.

It is a very easy place to get to, in an excellent location, very nice, beautiful and clean. It conveys peace, has all the amenities they offer, and everything is very accessible. It's a great space. We felt right at home. We realized that you don't need a lot of luggage because the house is super well furnished. Antonio is very accessible and always attentive. Excellent accommodation, very clean, and with a valid pest control certificate. Wonderful view and location. It's not a new house, but everything is in perfect condition; each bedroom has its own full bathroom. I would come back without a second thought.

Facing the sea, that you can ask for more, at sunrise, sunset, the course of the night with that background music... The waves breaking on the shore. After very clean rooms, a balcony that invites and seduces. Excellent attention. @raczoblue
