Loved my long term stay here! I was here for a total of 2 months, the place has everything you need for a long term stay including laundry. It is in a more secluded neighborhood in Nosara so you will need a car to get into town, but there are hotels close by with great restaurants. If you are looking for a peaceful + high end stay this is a great pick!

Better than the photos! Stunning property and beautiful surroundings, very private and peaceful. The house is very well equipped, and very spacious and comfortable for a family with 2 young adult children. A highlight of our stay was the howler monkeys that visited the trees above the pool each day. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Highly recommended! Spectacular house with great architecture, superbly equipped, private pool with a shallow area, which was very convenient with small children. We could watch the monkeys in the trees from the terrace, which was a great experience! And Nosara is really very nice! So happy to come back! 😊

Beautiful, zen, wonderful jungle view, loved watching the monkeys above the pool every day at sunset and cooking in the beautifully lit home

Amazing home in ideal location - close enough to all the action in Nosara, but just far enough away to avoid traffic noise and congestion. Can’t say enough about this gorgeous space!! Amazing to be able to wake up to local howlers, birds, and beautiful sunrises as you dip in your own private pool. Thanks Roch and Claudia!!!

Roch was great to work with while I tried to figure out the logistics of getting to Nosara. The house was great and clean, with a local contact available to help with anything or answer questions. Great checkin/house book, answering all questions. The kitchen was well outfitted with a solidy large fridge. Overall, the house was excellent, modern and exactly as advertised.

Bigger than the photos made it look! Very beautiful space. Finding it was a little tricky but once we figured it out, was alright! Not far from Playa Pelada. Don’t follow google maps to Playa Guiones, it takes you down bumpy neighborhood roads with no beach access! (You have to click the other one further south)

Amazing place with plenty of space. The big couch overlooking the dipping pool and juggle views was the perfect spot for a nap! And with all that there was to do in the area - from great surfing, shops, and food, a nap was definitely needed from time to time. The area is accessible by car, but 4-wheelers or similar are way more fun and practical for getting around.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to town but away from the activity. We ended up using transportation to and from Nosara. We thought we might get a jungle cart/golf cart but didn’t really feel that it was a good option. It was a little hard to find it first, but we figured it out with the help of a kind neighbor. It was a very comfortable place to integrate after our yoga retreat. There is a nearby restaurant but we did not get to try it. The host was very responsive and helpful with all the planning.

The house is a DREAM! We absolutely will be back. The place was a little hard to find at night. There are no signs and it's not super obvious where to turn onto the road that leads to the property, but Claudia our contact person was super responsive and very nice. I would definitely recommend an SUV or truck for the roads.
