Villa Amanda offers some of the best high-speed fiber internet available in Nosara. However, as the property is situated in a remote jungle environment, occasional short electricity outages may occur. During the dry season, water supply might be temporarily impacted, but the house’s water storage system helps maintain smooth operation.
The main living area is designed for comfort with strong airflow and air conditioning throughout the home.

Bigger than the photos made it look! Very beautiful space. Finding it was a little tricky but once we figured it out, was alright! Not far from Playa Pelada. Don’t follow google maps to Playa Guiones, it takes you down bumpy neighborhood roads with no beach access! (You have to click the other one further south)

Amazing place with plenty of space. The big couch overlooking the dipping pool and juggle views was the perfect spot for a nap! And with all that there was to do in the area - from great surfing, shops, and food, a nap was definitely needed from time to time. The area is accessible by car, but 4-wheelers or similar are way more fun and practical for getting around.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to town but away from the activity. We ended up using transportation to and from Nosara. We thought we might get a jungle cart/golf cart but didn’t really feel that it was a good option. It was a little hard to find it first, but we figured it out with the help of a kind neighbor. It was a very comfortable place to integrate after our yoga retreat. There is a nearby restaurant but we did not get to try it. The host was very responsive and helpful with all the planning.

The house is a DREAM! We absolutely will be back. The place was a little hard to find at night. There are no signs and it's not super obvious where to turn onto the road that leads to the property, but Claudia our contact person was super responsive and very nice. I would definitely recommend an SUV or truck for the roads.

DO NOT STAY HERE. UNSAFE. In my 11 years using Airbnb, this is the first bad review I’ve ever had to write — and unfortunately, it’s well deserved. This was one of the most unsafe and disturbing experiences I’ve had on the platform. A cleaner unlocked the door and walked straight into the house without permission while I was inside, and a pool worker entered the property unannounced as well. I never felt safe as a solo woman a single moment. When I reported these issues, instead of taking responsibility, the host LIED!! and even falsely accused me of blackmailing them — an outrageous and offensive claim that added to the stress of an already unsafe stay. The listing also fails to disclose constant construction noise, making it impossible to relax or work. To make things worse, Airbnb provided no compensation at all, despite clear privacy violations and the host’s misconduct. I left feeling shaken, disrespected & unsupported. I strongly urge future guests to be extremely cautious!

Nice property! We had a good time, but a very unpleasant experience with the neighbors who were also renters from the same property administrator. This made us feel somewhat unsafe.

This is a very nice unit in a new development of two units. The pool was really nice, beds were comfortable, couch not so much. It doesn't have much of a feel or vibe other than corporate. Hasn't been lived in, lacks some basics in the kitchen (spices, coffee, sugar). Location is close drive to things but not walkable to anything. Overall it was a super nice place but not a close fit to what I personally enjoy about traveling.
